Julie is an absolute rockstar, pure professionalism and fun! As someone who does not regularly wear a lot of makeup, I really appreciated how she helped me flesh out my bridal vision and gave me a ton of tips during my trial. My bridesmaids and I had a blast getting ready with her and her team. They felt like two more of the girls, so upbeat and easy to talk to, while running totally on schedule and imparting more makeup pearls of wisdom. Everyone adored their looks, complimenting one another long after our final touch-ups. I have NEVER felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day.

Julie’s expertise and professionalism was outstanding.
I had her do my pre-view and my wedding make-up, it was exactly as I wanted each time. I received many compliments on my makeup afterwards.
I plan to take a make-up lesson from her to teach me a few tricks she used on me.
She was friendly, warm and calm each time. She came prepared with her own lighting, makeup and tools. I would highly recommend her to anyone, at any age.

Julie listened to my vision, incorporated my specific make up, and had great follow through (before and after). She offers many services, even make up tutorials. I took advantage of that service. Julie and her wonderful assistant did wedding day make up for me, my mom, and my sisters. We range in age from mid 50’s to 90. And they did a wonderful job. (Not as easy as making up younger faces!) most impressively we all looked younger and like a prettier version of ourselves. I loved that the make up was soft and natural looking. She is truly an artist. Also, both Julie and her assistant were lovely to work with, kind, sweet and professional. I highly recommend Julie’s company for any make up artistry needs.

I met Julie a few years ago when she did the makeup at my sisters wedding. And it was a no-brainer, I was going to book her for my wedding. Julie is amazing! I'm so glad that Julie was the makeup artist I chose to hire for my wedding. Her flexibility due to Covid19 was above and beyond. What was supposed to be a large formal ceremony, then a rescheduled summer ceremony, finally ended up being a small backyard wedding. Julie was more than understanding the entire time, working through my many changes. No other vendor was as easy to work with. Her communication is great. Aside from having great customer service, my makeup turned out absolutely beautiful. I'm an older bride with many skin imperfections and Julie made me look young and radiant. The airbrush makeup looked perfect all day, even when exposed to the elements as our entire service and reception was outside. I will definitely use Julie again for any event where I want to look like a better version of myself.

My mom and I did a trial with Julie, and she was SO warm and welcoming, and receptive. Hiring her was no question. My wedding day makeup was flawless, and exactly what I wanted! It was natural and smooth, and everything I had asked for. It lasted from 8am until the wedding after party, around 3am. She did a flawless job on my moms makeup too! We had 8 people who needed makeup, and everyone LOVED what was done! Julie is so sweet, so understanding, and will not let you leave until you are TOTALLY satisfied with your makeup. She was really great and put my mind at ease even before the trial. The trial itself was wonderful as Julie understood what I wanted and what I was most hesitant and nervous about. Booking and working out the timeline was easy and her responsiveness was great. On the wedding day, Julie was organized and prompt! She kept to the timeline and made me and 3 others look beautiful! At the trial, she made my mom and I feel so at ease and welcomed us both with open arms into her home. The trial was a huge success where she was able to take my ideas and photo inspiration and bring them to life. She made me feel like a model! The whole planning process was easy, and Julie was always quick to respond! She provided us with tips for the day of in order to make the day run smoothly. She knows how to take everyone’s vision and execute it perfectly while creating the perfect look for each person! All of my girls and family members looked beautiful!! The best part is despite lots of tears prior to the wedding, my makeup held up all night without needing any touch-ups (other than lips once before the ceremony, which was already discussed prior to the event)! Julie is so easy to get along with and was so much fun to be with while getting ready with my girls! Julie and her team were amazing, and I’d 100% recommend her to anyone!

Julie was amazing to work with during the whole wedding process from my make up trail to the day of the wedding! I typically do not wear much make up and Julie was able to give me a natural look that day that made me look beautiful, but not like I had a ton of make up caked on. Also, the air brush make up did not smudge all day! I started with Julie at 8:00am and still had perfect make up at the end of my wedding at midnight! The products she uses are also great as well as I did not break out at all. Made Ya Blush was professional and on time the day of my wedding and all of my bridesmaid loved their make up as well. Julie and her staff were able to come out to our hair salon and work simultaneously with the hair-stylists to get our entire bridal party (and more) completed and ready to go with time to spare!! Julie was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. She was early to begin set-up and was ready to go bright and early even though the hotel was far from her home and our start time was EXTREMELY early! I had never had my make-up professionally done before and Julie made me feel right at ease when she did my trial run. She took all of my opinions into account and gave me a beautifully flawless look where I still felt like me. On our wedding day, she was so calm, cool and collected that I couldn't help but soak up her wonderful vibes. She was on time, worked efficiently, and even finished early! I was recently married on April 30, 2017 and had Julie Fischer do my makeup, along with a couple of my bridesmaids. Keep in mind we are in the 50+ crowd but still wanted to look our best. I must say Julie is a complete wizard with makeup and we all looked great and were very pleased with how we came out and continue to receive compliments now that the pictures arrived. This was my first marriage as well as my husband's and we still wanted this to be a special day despite we were older. Julie was so professional and may me feel so comfortable during the initial trial consultation until the wedding day. I love makeup and trust me she carries the best products, and I actually purchased several that she used on me. The airbrushing was fabulous and felt so light, it did not even feel like I had any makeup on. It lasted the entire day into the last evening, and I actually did not want to take it off :) I will always use Julie in the future and recommend her to everyone I know as my experience would not be a 5 but a 10!!!!!!! If you want make up done for your wedding, Bat Mitzvah or other important event, I would recommend Made Ya Blush. Julie was very accommodating and was able to come to my house to get my daughter, myself and my mom looking beautiful for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I was able to do a trial run a few weeks before the event to see what I would look like on the big day. My daughter does not wear makeup normally and Julie made her look even more beautiful than she normally is with the makeup that she put on my 13 year old.

I had a really hard time finding a makeup artist that would be affordable and would work with the small number of people I had getting make up done (most of bridesmaids didn't want their makeup done) and that would do a great job, and then I came across Julie online. As soon as I reached out to her she was very responsive and super flexible, as I couldn't find a good time to do a makeup trial and kept changing the date on her! I was still a little bit wary when my mom and I went for our trial with her as I had seen pictures of her work but you never know how it will go with makeup. But as soon as we arrived she was so welcoming and made us feel right at home and she did an excellent job with our makeup, especially considering I really had no idea what I wanted! She worked with me by asking me questions about what kind of looks I liked and came up with an amazing look that fit me perfectly. She also made my mom feel very comfortable by keeping her look as natural as possible, as she doesn't typically wear a lot of makeup.
On the day of the wedding Julie arrived right on time and was ready to go. She worked efficiently and was flexible enough to put on eyelashes for all my bridesmaids who decided last minute that they wanted them. She not only did a great job with the makeup but she was a pleasure to have around the whole time we were getting ready, it was like having another girlfriend there with us! I would highly recommend using Julie for your wedding, as someone who is picky about how my makeup looks I couldn't have been happier with how I looked on my wedding day!

Julie is an AMAZING makeup artist!! Julie is very professional and very personable. On my wedding day she was right on time, she had everything she would need and she made me feel at ease. I couldn't be any more happy of how my makeup turned out. My makeup was flawless and lasted all day and night. She made me beautiful on the biggest day of my life.

Julie was amazing from the first moment I emailed her. She answered me so promptly and the communication from there was easy and quick. When I went for my trial- she totally understood the look I wanted and she stayed true to me. As a girl that doesn't wear much makeup, that was such a relief. The make up on the day off was flawless- my girls were beautiful naturally but their make-up was just perfect. I couldn't of felt more beautiful that day. Julie and her assistant worked quickly- couldn't of asked for better service. I would recommend Julie to any bride in the Philadelphia area!

Julie did bridal makeup for my sister's wedding and having Julie do my own wedding makeup was an easy choice! She was one if not the first vendor I booked. Her makeup artistry is amazing along with her personality and professionalism, which is just what you want on your special day. She sends you great tips to made you feel prepared for your big day and helped me throughout the process with any questions myself or bridesmaids had. When your getting ready the morning of your wedding she makes you feel at ease. I felt I could enjoy my morning getting ready knowing Julie would make me look great! She made the process fun, was punctual, flexible, and even with my minimal knowledge of makeup somehow took my vision and created the exact look I wanted. The makeup she uses is of the highest quality and it looked great from ceremony to end of the night. She was able to coordinate seamlessly with my hairstylist for a smooth and efficient morning. I had 7 bridesmaids, 8 people including myself and we were all ready early! You can tell she genuinely loves her job and is excited for her clients on their big day, just like a good friend. This feeling just sets the tone for a great start to your wedding day!

Julie was amazing!! She did my my make up for my wedding as well as my mom and cousin's, we all looked phenomenal and flawless!! She was a pleasure to work with, professional and extremely talented!! I also got a spray tan and again so easy and comfortable. Make-up trial is included in whatever package you choose, and she travels to you on the day of the wedding!! Such a great experience!!

Julie was truly amazing!!! From the very beginning when I booked her, she was responsive, calming , helpful, insightful, educational, professional, and an overall blessing! Her talent is exceptional and she uses quality makeup brands and products that make you feel pampered and beautiful. She really knows makeup and she blew me away during my trial when I wasn't sure what I wanted for my look. She took my complexion, eye color, wedding theme, hair, and my gown into consideration to create the perfect custom look for my day! Julie not only did my bridal makeup, but she also did makeup for my 5 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, and the mother of the groom. She was super about confirming everyone's appointments days leading up which helped me stay organized, which I appreciated. She showed up early and set up shop right in the living room and got to work with a trusting smile! Our makeup turned out beautiful and she was on schedule the entire time with the girls' line up - which was key for my day. My bridesmaids and I received stunning compliments that day from our guests and I could not imagine going with anyone else for my wedding day! I recommend her hands down to any and every bride because it was such a great experience from start to finish. She is a gem and I cannot wait to use her services for events I may need going forward!

I cannot describe how amazing Julie is as a makeup artist, but also as a person. From the moment I contacted Julie to do makeup for my wedding this past August she was responsive, attentive to my needs, and friendly. What Julie does is truly an art. Julie made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day with a natural look. My husband thought it was perfect- not "too much". I wish she could do my makeup everyday. Julie is worth every penny and you will not regret your decision.

Julie is an amazing make-up artist! She captured the vintage hollywood feel I wanted for our wedding without making it feel like a costume. My MIL even commented that Julie seemed to have a feel for what make-up would work best for her and didn't have to ask her a bunch of questions, and she totally nailed it. When we did our trial, Julie explained what products she was using and why. She even took a photo to show me how it would look on camera vs in person. The airbrush foundation is simply amazing. I wish I could have it every day. It stayed all day, though the heat, sweat and dancing! Could not ask for anything more. You will love working with Julie, she is sweet, flexible and easy to talk to.

Julie was an amazing make up artist! My maid of honor found her for me and once I contacted her, her responses were quick and it was easy to schedule a consultation. I bought the mother-daughter wedding make up package and our consultation with Julie was a fabulous experience! We had so much fun with her. Julie is easy and fun to talk to and we had no problem explaining the type of make up style we wanted. When she was finished our consultation, we looked and felt beautiful. She told us exactly what types of make up she was using so we could buy it for ourselves if we wanted. She picked a lip stain for me and told me where I could buy it so I would have it for touch ups throughout my wedding day. We were so excited for the wedding day, to see Julie again and feel the same amount of glamorous. On my wedding day Julie arrived on time, quickly set up, and began applying my make up when I was ready. I felt so beautiful the whole time! My airbrush make up lasted all day, even through some tears. I just had the most amazing experience with Julie and I'm so happy with her talent and friendliness!

Julie is the best!! She is an absolute expert at makeup. My sister used Julie for her wedding and I got my makeup done by her as a bridesmaid. I knew when I got engaged that I'd want Julie for my wedding as well! She is very thorough and enhances the natural beauty of each individual. Myself, my bridesmaids, my mom and my mother-in-law were all very happy with the makeup! In addition, Julie gives fantastic spray tans! I highly recommend using Julie for your wedding or event.

Julie was AWESOME! She was able to accommodate my wedding sort of last minute (2 months notice). Her prices are very reasonable and it is worth every single penny. I was thinking that I would do my own make up and I am so glad that I decided not to. Julie is truly an artist and she is so much fun to work with. Julie is great!!! She did my makeup for my sister's wedding. Everyone who got their makeup done looked great. Julie and her assistant were able to quickly get through 4 bridesmaids, a mother of the bride, and a bride. Everyone looked absolutely fantastic and natural. My mother who is older was also very pleased with her work. Julie is also super fun! She listens to what you want and makes everyone look fabulous. She sets a great ambiance with her music and is prepared and professional. I would book Julie again for any of my makeup needs. She is absolutely fantastic.

Julie is fantastic! I had a general idea of what I wanted my look to be for my wedding, and she was able to take charge and make me look absolutely flawless. Me, the moms, and the bridesmaids were all ready to go right on time. Everyone looked fantastic with different looks to fit everyone's makeup preferences. She arrived to our hotel right on time with her whole set up and we were able to start getting pretty right away!
My wedding day was HOT (88!) and outside. The reception was in an outdoor tent and I was sweating like crazy but not even my eyeliner smudged. It lasted until I was ready to take it off.
My mom and I did the mother daughter package so we had a trial a few months before and had zero worries come wedding day. Our trial even had to be rescheduled twice because of snow storms and Julie was very flexible fitting us in. I would recommend her highly!

I wish I could give Julie more than 5 stars! She was absolutely amazing! From the minute I arrived for my trial several weeks before the wedding, we hit it off. She listened to everything I wanted and made sure I looked like myself, only more special, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
She's so easy to talk to and fit right in with everyone the morning of the wedding. She did my makeup along with my mom's, my sister's (MOH), and my (now) mother-in-law, and everything turned out beautifully!
I wish I could take Julie around with me to do my makeup all the time!
Her prices are phenomenal, she'll come to you, and she brings everything she could possibly need and then some.
One of the best decisions I made in the whole wedding planning process was to book Julie, and I'm so very glad I found her!

julie was great! She asked what kind of makeup I wanted and I had a vague idea but she was able to take the little details I gave and made a masterpiece, it was exactly what I'd wanted. She is very friendly and very good priced! She did my other bridesmaids and mom and she worked very timely. I would not hesitate to use her again! I would refer her to any of my friends especially for her price and quality of work. The make up lasted me through an outdoor 86 degree wedding, some tears, an after party all the way until the next morning- even then my makeup looked flawless. Julie is great!!

Julie was AMAZING! I went on several trials before finally finding Julie. She was a pleasure to work with for the start and was able to make me look and feel my best on my wedding day. She was able to capture the glam yet natural look I wanted. My makeup was flawless! The way she applied my eye makeup was that of a true artist. The airbrush application was perfect and not one bit cakey, like it had been on some of my previous trials. The airbrush foundation felt light and natural and really made my skin glow. My makeup did not move at all during the entire day, even after several tears! I finally got the wow look I had been hoping to achieve by hiring a makeup artist. I would recommend Julie to anyone!

Julie Fischer of Made YA Blush was the best choice I could have made for makeup artistry for my wedding day. When I first met Julie, she made my then fiance and I feel so comfortable and welcomed. She has a cool personality and is super down-to-earth. Even before my trial, she answered all of my questions via email or phone. She was able to address any concerns I had about my skin prior to our consultation. Her professionalism and attention to detail is top-notch. Julie rolled with the constant schedule changes and questions I had without making me at all worried.
On the morning of my wedding, Julie and her assistant arrived promptly to set up before any of my bridesmaids got there. They put on upbeat happy music to get us feeling pumped about the big day! My walk down the aisle song was even in the mix :) Julie had her assistant do eyes, while she handled the rest of the face, making the process totally efficient. We never felt worried about timing at all. Makeup is a huge part of any girl's wedding day, and Julie and her assistant made this experience wonderful. Me, my bridesmaids, my mother and husband's mother looked and felt amazing.

Julie did my cousin's makeup for her wedding, so I hired her to do mine. She also did my MIL and my grandmother. The included trial in the bride package was great-- she adjusted exactly as I asked her to and my makeup looked great day of and in pictures. She's really pleasant to work with and comes to your venue even for just a couple of people. She also did a great job with the three generations of ladies-- my grandma in particular looked fantastic. Highly recommended.

Julie and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! Their skill is beyond compare! Julie did my make up (the bride) and I received the best compliments.
