The entire day was bursting with color, movement, and emotion in a way that only Meg could create. Every floral moment felt deeply intentional and expressive — from the outdoor ceremony arches and fountain installations to the jaw-dropping indoor arrangements that completely changed the space. You could feel that the flowers were more than décor; they were Meg’s expression of love.
Working with Meg on the design process was such a joy. She shared a beautiful moodboard early on, and from there we knew to trust her and the team to fully execute the vision they saw best — and wow, does it show. One of the best things you can do is let artists create, and Made of Leaves absolutely delivered beyond anything we could have imagined.
The bouquet deserves its own paragraph because it was truly a literal work of art. It was the most stunning bouquet I have ever seen. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated, especially the green velvet bow, which made it feel romantic and timeless all at once. Meg seamlessly incorporated a locket for my dad into the bouquet, weaving in deeply personal moments with ease. Meg also created the most beautiful boutonniere for my husband — she added expressive orange flowers because she knew they are his favorite, and he genuinely felt special wearing it. Again—love.
The care and effort poured into every floral detail were undeniable. Meg, Claire, Hailey, Sarah, Alex, Patty, Jess, and the entire team worked tirelessly to make the day feel magical. Their artistry and hard work were evident in every arrangement, but what impressed us most was how seamlessly they handled the uncertainty of an indoor or outdoor ceremony. When plans shifted, the team adapted effortlessly, transforming the indoor space just as beautifully and intentionally as the outdoor vision. Nothing felt compromised—only thoughtfully reimagined.
People could not stop talking about the flowers all night long. Honestly, I think they may have upstaged me, the bride — and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. -

Megan and her team went above and beyond in every possible way! She truly listened to all of my ideas — even the wild ones — and brought my vision to life better than I ever imagined. She designed a completely custom ceremony structure at a very reasonable cost, and then brilliantly repurposed it to fit seamlessly into our reception decor. Before finding Megan, I met with several florists, but none came close to her level of detail and dedication. While others provided a simple one-page quote, Megan delivered a 30-slide presentation that thoughtfully walked me through every option. Her creativity, transparency, and expertise made every decision easy — and every floral detail absolutely perfect. A true lemon & tomato dream! Her and her team also ran into an issue day of moving the ceremony piece which I didn't know of until days after the wedding from a funny video she posted online. Where other vendors may have said it doesn't fit in the elevator too bad, they walked each piece up to the roof, no complaint. She deserves beyond 5 stars. -

Meghan and her team of floral designers are absolutely amazing. They are detail oriented, polite, creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Meghan is insanely talented. She truly heard and understood our vision for our wedding florals and delivered works of art. From the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, large and small arrangements, and creatively decorating instruments for display - everything was PERFECTION. 1000/10 would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to be absolutely blown away! -

Unique, Creative, Beautiful!
Meghan and her team truly helped to bring my organic and whimsical wedding floral vision to life. Meghan was such a great listener, thoughtful, and worked with me to create a gorgeous atmosphere for our wedding. I was truly so impressed with the wedding arch she created, centerpieces, bridal bouquet, and more. I also wanted the florals to match the season (winter wedding) which she really worked in to the designs as well. Thank you Meghan and Made of Leaves team!! -

We discovered Made of Leaves through instagram. When my wife saw a post from a local event that Meghan had done the florals for she reached out immediately and was met with a prompt response from Meghan, the business owner. What really caught our eye was Meghan’s unique colors and seemingly effortless, whimsical design style. We met with Meghan a few times leading up to our wedding and she worked with us to nail down the perfect color palette to compliment our close-to-nature wedding theme. Even better, Meghan sourced the florals from farms near our venue, Full Moon Resort, in the Catskills region of NY. This kind of attention to detail and effort to align our florals with our vision and ideals was truly appreciated. When we got nervous that we had overlooked table scapes, Meghan assured us that she had a perfect assortment of eclectic vintage vases, glassware, votives, and candlesticks that would make our wedding truly come to life. In an effort to create some involvement for our guests my wife had a fun idea to host a flower workshop the morning of our wedding. (Our wedding was a weekend long retreat style celebration, so there was some time in the schedule for this activity). Meghan was excited by the idea and eagerly accepted the challenge. Leading up to the wedding Meghan took time out of her schedule to connect with the wedding coordinator at Full Moon Resort to ensure the workshop went off without a hitch. At the workshop she taught our guests about the art of building flower arrangements and all of the attendees were able to actually build their own beautiful arrangements that served as the table centerpieces. Our guests absolutely loved seeing their own creations on display at the reception. It was a really special way for our loved ones to be a part of our wedding and everyone raved about the workshop for weeks after. Meghan’s team also provided an incredible ceremony archway flower/naturescape that was like nothing we have ever seen, it absolutely blew us away. At the reception her team designed an overhead flower installation that was simply breathtaking. Everything her team provided us was far better than we could have ever imagined. Meghan, her husband, and her wonderful team brought such positive energy, attention to detail, and creativity that we felt like we were working with old friends. It was so obvious how much they cared about creating exactly what we imagined. Wedding planning can be stressful and takes a ton of effort, working with professionals like Made of Leaves made it all as easy, breezy, beautiful as it could be. Could not recommend more!

MADE OF LEAVES makes dreams come true!
MADE OF LEAVES made all my dreams come true for my wedding day at Battello this past Friday. Meghan was a dream to work with and she not only created some of the most incredible floral displays anyone has seen but spent months thrifting vases and candlesticks to create a thrifted, funky, romantic vibe that perfectly balanced the industrial venue. I am not sure how often people remember flowers at the wedding but everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, commented on how they were some of the most gorgeous florals and tables capes they’d ever seen. It all wildly exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect flowers to make me emotional but, well, they did. And now when I look back on my wedding photos for years to come the bright, joyful flowers will always be a reflection of the best day of my life. Hire Made of Leaves but beware, after the amount of people who asked for my florist information after attending the wedding, I have a feeling she will be in very high demand. Thank you endlessly Meghan, this is your true calling. -

Made of Leaves is hands down the best florist I've ever seen. I wasn't even sure if I wanted flowers at my wedding, but when I saw their samples I changed my mind. They took our somewhat plain wedding venue and transformed it into a bohemian wonderland! -

Floral dreaminess and fun company to work with
So happy I went with Made of Leaves for my bridal shower florals. They brought the ethereal dreaminess of a garden party theme to life in the middle of the city. The flowers were gorgeous, set up went smoothe and easy and everyone loved how beautiful everything turned out. Super friendly and easy to work with! We loved working with Made of Leaves and Meghan for our wedding florals in October 2022. When I saw their website and portfolio, I knew that I wanted the dreamy and wild aesthetic that is their signature. Going into wedding planning, I was overwhelmed with ideas and trends, and Meghan helped me sort through the good and the bad to develop every aspect of our florals to stunning results. I threw in the additional challenge of having two dresses – a red dress (following Chinese tradition) for the ceremony and a white one for the reception. She proposed several color palettes that we refined together. I showed her many versions of bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces and ceremony arches, discussing the aspects that I was drawn to, and she shared her advice and perspective on the pros/cons and how she would interpret and execute the concept. We visited the venue together and discussed tablescapes, room layout, tablecloth and napkin colors, ground pieces, entry table and how we could add all the details that make a wedding venue pop. I was so happy to have her eye and expertise. When Meghan dropped off the bouquets the morning of the wedding, the first thing my maid of honor said was, You made the right choice! The groom loved his fresh and playful floral pocket square. I couldn’t stop staring at the floral arch during my own wedding ceremony! Our photos, both from guests and the professionals, pop like crazy with the lush, bright and vivid flowers creatively designed and expertly selected by Made of Leaves. -
