MAC Events was absolutely incredible and did a phenomenal job DJing our reception. From the start, Ryan was quick to respond, straightforward, and so easy to work with. We loved the app he uses to build your wedding timeline and select music for each part of the day—it made everything feel organized and stress-free.
One of the most important things to us was having a DJ who could truly read the crowd and keep people on the dance floor, and Ryan did exactly that. The energy stayed high all night. He was also incredibly flexible with last-minute schedule changes on the day of, which we appreciated so much.
Overall, he was amazing to work with and we cannot recommend Ryan highly enough!

Once Upon a Palin
We had a great experience with MAC Events! From the first meeting with Ryan, the owner, to the event itself, we knew it was going to be a good night. DJ Gee Six (Gerald) was great throughout the day and had the party going right up until closing time. We provided some must plays and songs for reference, and he did an excellent job blending them together and making it a night to remember!! We rented the CO2 cannon from them and it really elevated the entrance for my husband and I! The pictures are incredible, and the experience was unmatched. Highly recommend!!

The best day of our lives!
Ryan was AMAZING!! As a Type B bride, his planning, attention to detail and timeline made me feel so at ease. We used MAC Events as the DJ for our wedding! Cannot recommend them enough! The planning process was so easy and Ryan accommodated everything we wanted! Ryan was supposed to be our DJ but he ended up getting sick and was in the hospital! So they sent someone else from their team and they did a great job! Everything went perfect. Some of our friends told us after that our DJ played so many good songs/were so good and people were on the dance floor all night!!

They are great!
Ryan and his team are very professional and make planning super fun! I didn’t have to worry about anything because they already had all of my questions answered. I haven’t been to many weddings so the set up was new for me and they walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Everything was just easy with them and Manuel was a boss! Amazing dj!
One thing at my wedding that I wanted the most was to have a good DJ to play at my wedding to keep the atmosphere alive, and not boring. An that's what I got, he was so professional, kept everything rolling, even though I (the bride) or the groom was running behind. He adjusted to everything amazing and kept rolling with it. We talk several times before the wedding and he was so helpful when I had questions and was asking him for his opinion on stuff that I wasn't sure about. I'm still getting compliments about my DJ. So I truly couldn't be happier on how everything went at the wedding.

DJ Manuel...Where do I begin with how AMAZING he was. He truly brought the party to life with his energy and DJ set. Seriously the dance floor was the highlight of the wedding and everyone was on the dance floor from the minute it opened, until the very last song. I don't think I have ever danced so hard or had so much fun in my entire life. He really made our wedding reception everything we dreamed of- fun, full of life and amazing energy and it did not waver the entire night. He was a great MC and made the flow of everything so smooth. DJ Mac Rocks Weddings!
DJ Mac provided the entertainment for my wedding this April and did an absolutely fantastic job. He was easy to communicate with, very accepting of all of our little odd details that made our ceremony unique, and went with the flow all night long (not being overbearing but also very helpful in keeping track of how the night was moving along). The photo booth was also a great addition to our night and I loved seeing all the photos our guests took throughout the night!

We cannot recommend Mac Events enough. We had the honor of hiring Ryan & Manuel for our wedding in Ohio (yes, we paid for them to come to Ohio because that's how much we wanted to work with them!), and we are so incredibly happy we did.
When we first met with the team, we let them know we had a few "must plays" and "do not plays", but allowed them the creativity in between, and they executed the entire day and evening flawlessly. Their music selection was impeccable, catering to guests of all ages and tastes.
Overall, we cannot recommend Mac Events highly enough. If you're looking for a DJ who will elevate your wedding or any special occasion to new heights, look no further. Planning with Ryan was a breeze - he was really communicative and upfront about pricing, and the planning portal for adding songs was really easy to use. Our day-of DJ was Trevor, and he was fantastic! The mics were set up perfectly for our ceremony and EVERYONE was on the dance floor for the reception. We worked with Ryan and had the absolute best experience. I could tell from our first meeting that he had the outgoing and honest personality for the job. He was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time! More than willing to get together as many timed as needed leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. And this was all before the wedding! On wedding day, he checked in with us multiple times (never at a bad time and never pulled us away from what we were doing) to keep us on schedule and make sure we were where we needed to be or doing what we needed to do at that time. Mac Events made my wedding planning details A BREEZE. You have your own client profile with everything you could possibly think of auto generated for you to fill in with details such as wedding party, dances for parents, first dances, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. We worked directly with Carlos Bates and exceeded all expectations. I was able to enjoy my wedding day STRESS FREE thanks to Carlos keeping track of our timeline, details, and requests. He was very professional, kind, fun, and original with his music. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the lights came on. What a fantastic DJ!
Simply put, DJ MAC was a superstar in helping make our wedding so perfect.
Ryan (Mac) was incredibly organized in both the planning phase and the day-of execution. He responded promptly to any/all correspondence and took the time to make me and my wife feel important. Aside from how professional he is, Mac was somebody we connected with right away. He has the energy and voice to pull off all MC duties, and he is just a guy you want to be around.
He choreographed our ceremony music in perfect timing, brought vibes to cocktail hour, gave grand introductions throughout formalities, and then kicked the party up a notch for ceremony dancing. I received multiple complements on how DJ Mac kept our dance floor full throughout the evening.
I highly recommend that you consider Mac for your event.

Absolutely had a blast at the wedding thanks to Ryan. Everything went amazing and he made sure he had every detail down. The planning portal was such a big help and easy to navigate. Day of he had a screen that would have fun pictures and videos themed to the wedding but there was also camera feed on the screen which everyone loved. Highly recommend this DJ!!

BOOK THEM!!! MAC was accommodating to my more high maintenance requests and had the dance floor BUMPING all night long. We have been getting compliments on the DJs EVERY DAY since the wedding. They are truly amazing.

DJ Mac is amazing! He was so easy to work with during the whole wedding process. I loved meeting with him before the wedding to make sure we had thought through every detail. The client portal made it so easy to plan everything music related that we needed. Mac did an amazing job playing music during the wedding that got everyone up on their feet and dancing on the dance floor. I would/have recommended Mac Events to everyone!! As a member of the Mac Evet team, I felt confident in our decision to hire Gerald (DJGee6ix). From the customer side of things, everything went so smooth. We met via zoom with the Mac Event team about a week before the wedding to go over every little detail. Gerald and Mac showed up well before their arrival time and made sure to check with us to ensure everything was ready to go. Our guests had numerous compliments for the entertainment that they provided, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to help us celebrate our big day. The announcements were clear and they kept the evening running smooth. They took into consideration our music preferences and had the dance floor rocking all night. These guys are true professionals in the wedding industry.

Ryan DJed my 20 year class reunion last month and he was amazing! Played songs we wanted and kept the party going. His set up is awesome and can be specific to your event. Pricing was also very fair. Highly recommend MAC Events for your next event!

We had the best experience working with Ryan! He is so friendly, personable, and easy to work with! He communicated with more than any other vendor prior to our wedding. He was very helpful with song selection and helped keep the wedding day on schedule. We also love that he provided the fog for our first dance and the photo booth was a big hit! My husband, Cody and I worked with Ryan for the last year planning our wedding which was on July 1st. Everything about the planning process with Mac events was perfect and very professional. We had multiple zoom meetings which really helped ease my nerves about the wedding planning process. We were able to meet in person as well back in February at the open house at the wilds which was very helpful. Ryan is very down to earth and extremely professional and I would recommend him as a DJ to anyone! We especially liked the “to do lists” and reminders that we would receive in an email every so often leading up to our wedding- this was very helpful as there was so much that went into planning our big day! Aside from the planning process, Ryan and his crew did an outstanding job at our wedding. Everything from the music, to the lights, and even the photo booth was amazing. We worked with Ryan and Trevor to prepare for the big day - They were professional, extremely easy to work with and we appreciate their organization. On the day itself our entire wedding had a blast! The music was catered towards our taste and personalities based on our previous conversations and we appreciated Trevor's energy as he MC'ed our reception. We knew right away that we were going to hire DJ Mac for our wedding! He has great energy, is very professional, and organized. MAC Events has an app, where you can easily answer all planning questions, and pick which songs you want for each event- theres event sections that suggest songs, which we found really helpful!
We had peace of mind knowing that our ceremony would run smoothly, everything would be announced correctly, and DJ MAC definitely understood the assignment for our reception! We had a blast & would absolutely recommend MAC Events to our friends!

You need this dj!
MAC Events is truly the BEST DJ in the game. Ryan basically planned our timeline for us, answered questions that DJ's aren't typically needing to have the answers to, kept the flow of the day perfect, always ensured we were on schedule, and kept us calm the entire day. If we ever need a DJ for any of our future events, we will only use MAC Events. You will not receive the level of expertise about the entire wedding process nor the first class customer service with any other DJ. They use a planning app that is so easy to use and it ensures there is absolutely no miscommunication between us and them. We were in complete control of everything down to adding in pronunciations for the wedding party entrances. They also provide premade lists of songs which helped relieve a ton of our stress. They have created lists of songs for every single situation (cake cutting, first dances, etc.) and genre you can imagine. So we were able to incorporate our own songs we had picked out but also get some help on the situations we didn't have a song picked out such as cake cutting. I highly, highly, highly recommend MAC Events. You will not be disappointed!

The most amazing DJ! He made sure that the process was smooth and that the party kept going. All of our guests said he was the best DJ they’ve ever heard. Ryan DJ'ed a wedding held at our facility in June. It was his first time in the space and proved to be very communicative both before, after, and during the event. He came with a very clean professional looking setup and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend MAC Events. Trevor showed up on the time stated and was setup well before the start of the ceremony. the DJ you NEED!
Where do I even begin!? I found Ryan's DJ services off of a local Indianapolis wedding Facebook group that I was a part of. Another member had recommended him and I figured why not give him a call? Ryan and I had our initial meeting to discuss the services that he provided ~1 year prior to my wedding date. He provides high quality services at a reasonable rate, but that's not why I booked him. I loved how personable Ryan was and how he wanted to make the day as stress-free as possible for myself and my soon to be husband. Ryan and I had several other phone calls leading up to my wedding date to discuss music, timeline, etc. He was easy to get a hold of and was always there when I needed to talk or figure something out about the big day. Ryan provided music and audio for my outdoor ceremony, and his set up was top of the line! My dad (and basically wedding planner) still talks about how it was way better than he would of expected! He seamlessly transitioned from my ceremony to cocktail hour and the reception. Ryan was extremely communicative with me regarding the flow of the day as it was happening, keeping everything on track so that everything went smoothly. One of the most memorable moments of the day was when I was ready to toss my bouquet and he let me call our single ladies by their name on the microphone! LOL. So much fun! The dance floor was popping and by the end of the night nobody was ready to leave. Ryan suggested my future husband and I do a "last dance" while our guests got the sparklers ready for the grand exit. We danced alone to one of our favorite songs with only our parents and closest family members watching, soaking up what remained of the most beautiful day. It still makes me emotional thinking about it! I am so thankful for all of Ryan's help on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. I can't wait to see him DJ my brother-in-law's wedding next May (they actually booked him on my wedding night because he did so great!). Highly recommend!

Great experience, easy and fun!
DJ Mac was the best! Super personable and fun but also professional and organized. He has a super user-friendly app that we used to add songs for each part of the reception (entrance, couples/father daughter dance, bouquet toss, etc.). We met with him virtually a few weeks before the wedding to confirm everything and kept in touch leading up to it. He was even able to accommodate a few last minute song changes. He has a “go with the flow” attitude that helped us stay calm when the schedule inevitably changed. We picked the music but he kept it going all night and we had a BLAST. You can tell he’s been doing this for 20+ years! Absolutely recommend Mac’s Mobile Music!

Would hire again!
Ryan was wonderful! With life constantly changing due to a military deployment then COVID-19 on top of wedding planning, he made everything easy! He uses an app for selected music, schedule, names, and line-up. No more endless typing on a document and losing the formatting. My wedding party LOVED that they could add music suggestions to our list as well. My guests loved Ryan's style - they didn't feel like the music was blasting the entire time, especially the older generation. Our day hit some speed bumps, and Ryan was helping by making transitions as seamless as possible. I would hire him ten times over for any kind of event!

Awesome DJ!
When we first started planning our wedding I didn’t think we needed a DJ, but I am so glad we chose DJ Mac for our big day. Leading up to our wedding day, DJ Mac checked in often to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that our music selection process was going smoothly. On our wedding day he was very prepared, checked in often, and had a great selection of songs mixed in with what we had selected. He was able to pick out more songs based on our preferences which was awesome. I was a little worried about people wanting to dance at our wedding but DJ Mac played something for everyone and even our older guests enjoyed some dancing time! If you’re looking for a DJ, here DJ Mac!

Threw it back with DJ MAC!
Ryan was super helpful in planning our music for the ceremony and reception. His online portal was easy to use for organizing our selections. He was very professional and worked with our venue directly, which let us focus on the day instead of logistics! Our guests raved about the music the rest of the night! Ryan was definitely a great choice for our big day!

A great DJ who went above and beyond!
Ryan was a professional throughout the whole experience and we felt like we were in good hands at all times. But even more than how capable he was, he was able to execute an excellent time while always keeping things fun and upbeat. Beyond keeping the dance floor lively and providing excellent service to us, Ryan went above and beyond in helping to edit a custom first dance song for us--and it ended up turning out great! You won't go wrong with Ryan and Mac's Mobile Music!

Excellent DJ!
Mac was great! His site really helped us organise what music we wanted. During the wedding he worked really well with our photographer to make sure our whole day went smoothly. He really made the day about us and was great at going with the flow when we changed things up on him. Everyone had a lot of fun dancing to the music. Definitely recommend!

10 out of 10 recommend for any of your DJ needs! Great communicator, positive attitude & very nice! Was on top of everything especially when we last minute (literally 2 minutes before walking down the aisle) had to change from outside to inside for the ceremony due to rain & was able to have things switched nad ready to go in minutes! Very impressed with his work and couldn't recommend more! :)

Organized Personal and Perfect for our Wedding and Reception
Ryan was very professional from the first meeting to the end of the reception. He is very organized and very personal. In preparation for the wedding and reception, he met with us several times, gave us information, and took everything we wanted and made it happen. At the reception, he was the MC, and did a fabulous job keeping everyone on a timeline. He was energetic, personable and fun with all of our guests. He kept the dancefloor alive all night.

Absolutely incredible!
Ryan (DJ Mac) is INCREDIBLE! Not only is he a true pleasure to work with and such a genuine person, but WOW he is so talented and fantastic at his job! Ryan went WAAAAY above and beyond for our wedding and made sure that even in the middle of a pandemic, we had the wedding of our dreams. One of the coolest things about DJ Mac is that he takes song requests! I had NO CLUE that he would take requests from our guests but they loved it! Also, he provides his clients with a super detailed planning portal that creates a detailed timeline for the wedding day-- SO HELPFUL!
I could go on and on about how incredible our wedding was thanks to Ryan. Definitely a 12/10. I absolutely recommend!

He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He offered tips and advice from his experience in the wedding industry that helped us plan out our big day smoothly. He always made sure to follow-up, which we loved and created no added stress.
On the day of, he got there on time and got set up with no issues. We didn't have a good idea of crowd-pleasing songs, so we gave him control and he did not disappoint.
March 2020 was a particularly stressful time to have a wedding, but Ryan did everything he could to help us alleviate some of that stress. We had an amazing day and Ryan definitely had a part to play in that. 10/10 would recommend

Best day ever!
My husband and I hired DJ Mac for our wedding this weekend and we are so glad that we did! Ryan was super responsive, helpful throughout the planning process and he played the best music at the reception! Our guests had a fantastic time - We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a dj!

Best DJ!! Highly Recommend!
Ryan was great! We met with him the week before to make sure we were all on the same page. The day of the wedding I didn't get to see him until after the ceremony and everything ran smoothly. The music was on perfect on queue during the ceremony. He helped with a few special surprises during the reception. Also played a variety of music that had everyone dancing all night! Also he was very responsive and quick!

Mac’s Music was awesome. He sent us two scripts that laid everything out for our wedding day. He showed up early to set up and even provided wireless mics for the speakers at the ceremony. Very personable with all guest at the wedding.
