I Said Yes!
Absolutely awesome experience at M2!! I said yes to the dress and only tried on 15 dresses. It’s the only place I went to and I didn’t need to see anymore after. The whole experience was easy and pleasant! We had undivided attention and my mom & I were the only ones in the store. Staff was SO nice, honest, and helpful! It made the whole experience wonderful for us. Plus, I found the perfect dress and had no worries even though our wedding is only 4 months away! Couldn’t have asked for more.

First off, Milan Bridal had gorgeous dresses! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience by catering to all of my wants, and did not stop till I found the one! Once I found the dress they made it become even more real by creating a ceremony atmosphere with jewelry, a veil, and a bouquet so I could picture myself walking down the isle on my bid day! They were very informative and had great ideas for the wedding unrelated to the dress, they definitely have experience in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone!

Milan was my first and only wedding dress store I have been to. Cassondra was so helpful!! Within the hour, she helped me pick a dress that I never thought I would end up picking. It was within my budget and she ended up showing me how I could make the dress look how I wanted with a petticoat. It made me fall in love with the dress even more. Highly recommend! From the moment I spoke with Mrs. Christin on the phone I knew this was where I was going to find my dream dress. She was very thorough and inquired on what type of dress I was looking for and had a few suggestions. She also was quick to send an email with a link for me to complete my profile for me to go a little more in depth on the type of style I was seeking to be prepared for my appointment. Now when I walked in the door it was a bit overwhelming looking at all the dresses but she was very welcoming and put me at ease. My mom, sister and daughter all felt comfortable as well. Long story short when I found my dress we had a full out dance party! I loved every moment of my shopping experience and would highly recommend any one looking for their dream dress to go see Christin.

I had a particular dress in mind and only a few shops in Houston had the designer. I went to M2 Milan and the dress wasn't available until the fall, so I still tried on other dresses but kept going back to the one in the back of my mind. So they took two dresses with the top and the bottom and made a quick dress for me to see the one I had in mind. Although it was two dresses, it was the one and within my budget. I live out of state, so when if came in they were very understanding and said to let them know when I would be in town again and I could pick it up then. They were fantastic and I loved my dress, and so did my now husband.

I came in one hour before close on a Sunday, upset from an appointment I had earlier that day. They willingly took me in knowing my appointment would take longer than an hour. They stated there with me for two and a half hours and made sure I never felt I welcomed! These ladies are so down to earth and honest! Which is hard to find, everywhere else just wants you to pick a dress so they’ll tell you anything, but these ladies didn’t pressure us at all! I found my dress! I just want to say thank you and I highly recommend them!

Before going to M2 Milan Bridal, I had figured out the style and fabric that I really wanted for my wedding dress. I researched designers and stores that had those designers and M2 Milan Bridal came up. I called them and spoke to Christin about what I was looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable from the style of the gown, to the many types of fabric and the many designers. She knows all the gowns in the store very well and I just felt so comfortable talking to her!
When I got to the appointment, they had already done research on what I wrote down my style to be. Christin and her daughter made the experience the best bridal experience I could have ever asked for. They were very respectful of my budget and gave me their honest (and very helpful) opinions on dresses. Because of them, I found my dress AND my beautiful veil and earrings. They treated my mother, grandmother and I like family and really made us excited to go back for my wedding party's dresses. Thank y'all so much!!

The owners of this store are truly amazing people and know what they are doing! I scheduled an appointment while wedding dress shopping. After listening to what I was looking for she brought me this dress and when I looked at it I thought no way! She asked me to humor her, and after I put it on…. BAM I found my dress. She has a skill like no other and was a blast to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their store has a great selection and they will go above and beyond to find that you are looking for. My MOAs also purchased their dresses from there, as well our guys rented their Tuxes from them. They had a better selection and color options than the other tux retailers in my opinion. Absolutely loved my dress and experience with them. Great customer service and very attentive to your needs. I had a wonderful experience. Christin was so pleasant and compassionate. I am a very average and overweight person. She was very helpful and had a delicate way of offering suggestions and pointing out when a dress was not quite appropriate for me. Christin at M2 has been helping me with dresses since I was 14 when they still did regular formal dress sales. When I walked back into her store after not having been there since I graduated high school (7 years ago), she knew exactly who my mom and I were! She couldn't wait to help me find the most important dress I will ever wear! After telling her about my HORRIBLE experience elsewhere, she and her daughter bent over backwards as I probably tried on 30 different dresses. I was still in love with the one that I saw at the first horrible place I went. They told me it was no problem, and that I should just come back as soon as I find my shoes so they could take my measurements. They ordered the dress, no problem. When it came in, they contacted me immediately and the measurements were perfection! Christin and Cassie are such pros who really know what they're doing. Christin always went with her gut and had me try something on that I would normally pass over, and she was right every, single time! I always loved the ones she picked the most! These people are so fantastic!

I started my wedding gown search by sending several emails to various vendors in the Houston area requesting specific information and possibly an appointment; however, only a few responded with the info I asked for. After visiting a few places, I ended up buying my dress from M2 Milan Bridal in the Willowbrook area. They actually read my email and looked at the example photos of dresses I provided, and they had picked out my PERFECT GOWN before I even arrived... It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend visiting M2 before saying "yes to the dress." When my dress originally arrived, there was a slight flaw on the back of it, and M2 was on top of it! They immediately contacted their designer rep and had a new dress on the way to me within a few weeks. Mom and I were so pleased with their service, we were happy to go back with my bridesmaids and buy their dresses from M2 as well.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES DURING MY WEDDING PROCESS!
Christin was so amazing helping me find the dress of my dreams! She can tell what you want as soon as you are in the store. I tried on dresses with her the first time and couldnt make a decision but when I came back, she had my dress ready! After returning and seeing the thousands of other dresses, I thought I might need to try on a few others just to be sure (even though I had been 100% sure for the past month)! Thats when Christin looked at me straight in the eyes and asked in the same, extremely honest way my own mother would: "Now, why would you do that???". It was not so that she could rush me out or sell me a more expensive dress but because she knew the first time I had "my dress" on that it was MY DRESS! I hung around the store in my dress for nearly 1 hour while we picked bridesmaids dresses! SO FUN!
I absolutely adore her for it and her team was amazing also. Cassie and Steve were incredible to work with as well! They really felt like a second family during this experience. At other dress places I went to before finding this one, the ladies were cold and just trying to make thier commission - it was obvious I was just another credit card to them.

I have had THE BEST experience with M2Milan Bridal. The BEST! I highly highly recommend them!
So, my back story - I have been looking for a while for a Mother of the Bride dress for my mom for a while now, and we decided to stop in here on a whim since it's right near my apartment.
We walked in and were immediately greeted by a super sweet girl who was all to happy to help us search through their selection of MOB dresses. We found a few and found one we were super happy with - but we weren't sure what colors it came in. And she was more than happy to help us look it up and listen to our concerns. We decided not to purchase right then, but I did ask if they had any "short" wedding dresses for my reception. Luckily they had one left, but it was sample in size 10! So i told the girl I was hesitant because I would have to it altered to fit me. So she set me up an appointment to talk to the seamstress - and didn't try to push anything on us!
When I did come in to talk to the seamstress - I was given a fair quote, so that I felt comfortable purchasing the dress, and I never once felt pressured to buy while I was considering the purchase. My sales girl was even able to recommend a better place to get my alterations done and a place to get the dress cleaned.
Going back to my MOB dress issue, we came back a while later to re-try on the dress my mom liked so much. When we walked in, everyone remembered us and the dress my mom liked. Everyone was all too happy to help us! And when my mom still loved the dress - but we were unsure of the color - they offered to call the designer to get a color swatch and didn't once try to pressure us to buy!
I have been SO HAPPY with the customer service here. Everyone remembered us and was super happy to help us find something we would be happy with and we never once felt pressured to buy anything.
I wish I would have gone to these guys for my ceremony dress! Love love love!

They were wonderful!! They were there for me when I needed their help. Problems occured with my original dress from another vendor, they came through and went above and beyond.

I had looked quite a few places for my Mother-of-the-Groom dress. I came to this store which was referred by a good friend and there were 6-8 choices of dresses I liked to choose from. They were very professional, friendly and wonderful!

Being very picky, I was worried it would take me forever to find a dress. I tried on about 10 (5 of which were parents' picks which I knew I wouldn't like but tried on anyways) before I found my dream dress. They were very easy to work with and very interested in what style I liked, not what they think I'd look good in or what was the most expensive dress.

M2 Milan Bridal was wonderful to me! Not only did they make sure my dress delivered on time and notified me the day it arrived but they did a wonderful job on all my alterations. This family owned shop is wonderful. I got my senior prom dress here and then I went back to get my wedding dress from them. It was beautiful and I am going back to see them to have it preserved. Great place!

I love M2 Bridal and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Christie made my experience so stress free and great. I had a problem finding the dress and I found it at another bridal store but they could not get it to me til a week before the wedding I was so sad. I had found my dress but couldnt get it in time for the fittings. I found M2 that carried MoriLee dresses I called Steve said no worries let me find out and he said I will call you Monday morning, and HE DID!!! Not only were they able to get me the dress months before the wedding but almost $200 cheaper. Christie helped me emotionally and stuck by me the whole way. I loved her honesty and all I can say is thank you for making me look great on my wedding day.

If you're in the area, shop here. It's a small family owned business and everyone is super helpful here. They really listen to what you want instead of throwing all types of dresses on you. I found the dress of my dreams for a decent price.

Y'all! If you're tired of all the lovey dovey doting that comes with being a bride-to-be and you want to get things done, go here! She is absolutely amazing - straight-forward, kind, knowledgable and educational, she pulls dresses so well based on what you say you want + lets you look around. She is so laidback and makes the dress-shopping experience relaxed and funny and after several stuck-up bridal appointments where I felt like I had to perform and react a certain way, Christin at Milan Bridal was exactly what I needed. She didn't up-sell me or push me to buy right away for some minimal discount or scare me into ordering TODAY because of shipping times like every. other. store. She was patient, NEVER made me feel like I was too much trouble, and made us feel welcome and important from the moment we stepped inside the shop. Her gowns are beautiful and so affordable.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at M2 Milan. It was the first place I chose to dress shop and ended up being the only place I needed! The owner was so sweet, attentive, helpful, and just all around amazing. She made the process super easy and enjoyable.

I loved shopping for a wedding dress at M2 Milan Bridal. And I actually found my dress! Setting up an appointment was so easy and even though my mother and I came in early, we were immediately seen to.
My wedding was in 5 months and I knew I couldn’t order a dress. It wasn’t a problem though as there were so many dresses to choose from that I could take home that day.
It was a wonderful experience and I wasn’t self conscious at all. I’m no size 2 but I was made to feel beautiful and elegant and appreciative of my curves.

This store has a beautiful and unique selection of wedding dresses and other formal wear for women! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price range is about average what you would pay for a wedding dress. I love my dress!

I found my dress here, and it was really beautiful. It did cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but since it is a boutique type store, no one has the same dress as me.

I love this place because it is where I finally found my wedding dress. I called when another bridal salon... canceled my appointment after they called me and confirmed it the day before, they said i wasn't even on their list... anyways. I called Milan Bridal and asked if I could come in now, as apposed to my appointment time, sort of told her what happened... she was SO nice and told me to come in, they would find time for me. She even remembered me when we got there an hour or so later. The woman who actually worked with me to find my dress didn't seem very happy to be there. It was just a good thing I knew what I wanted and was able to pick it out because she wasn't understanding or listening to what I was saying. Regardless of her attitude, she was helpful and we did find THE dress. Everyone else there was SO nice and helpful and made each experience there (finding the dress, each fitting, picking up) wonderful! I don't know how their prices compare to others for alterations, but we just did my there. I thought it was pricey, but I really don't know what that kind of thing costs. My seamstress was a little... opinionated.. which made it a little frustrating for me, but in the end, she's the expert and knew what she was doing. She did a wonderful job on the alterations. I don't think my dress could have fit any more perfect (giving that I still wanted to be able to sit down:) They were able to push up my 2nd fitting by a week or so, because my mom came into town for a weekend, without much hassle and were extremely nice through the process.
I would recommend this place to anyone. They always knew who I was when I called, and I just can't speak highly enough of the people that work there. I had something very specific I was looking for, and a reasonable budget and I was able to find exactly what I wanted.

Finding the perfect wedding dress such a fun and memorable moment for my mom, sister, mother-in-law and I. The ladies at Milan Bridal did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted, staying in budget, and helping me find the perfect dress. They also helped me find the most beautiful bridesmaids dresses. All the dresses we ordered came in well before the expected date. The only difficulty due to having a June wedding my fittings fell right around prom season. I sometimes fell I got pushed to the side for the girls trying on and finding prom dresses last minute. Other then that they were great to work with and provided me and my bridesmaids with beautiful dresses!

I'm giving this vendor 3 stars because although I did buy my wedding dress from here I was not happy with the out come at all! I made sure to place my order very early because of Chinese new year. When my dress came in it was 4" inches too short it was horrible. The lady tried to blame the factory but in the end admitted she had messed up on the measurements herself. My wedding was in May and they said it could take more then 4 months for a new dress to come in. The owner decided to cut the sample dress and add the 4" of lace to my dress. It didn't look bad at all it still was a very beautiful dress but it was not really what I wanted. She did not force me to agree but I was scared if I made them re order the dress it would not come in time because this was end of December and the factory's would be closed all of January and part of February so I agreed. Like I said the dress was beautiful....it just wasn't my dream dress anymore!

When i first bought my dress from the Asian owner Diane I would have rated everything a 5 star, but she sold it a week after I bought it and had dropped it off from alterations. When I came back to do my final fitting, some white blonde haired lady and her husband were running the store. The dress was not hemmed right and the new owner was telling me my eyes wereny seeing it the right way. These new owners are very unfriendly. My alterations cost 220! I found out later about a better deal for 80$ by a Ms Theresa Villanueva off of Cypresswood, from her own home.
I digress, I dont think the newly owned Mommy Dearest will make it. I had the option to bring my dress back for a free cleaning with them(it was in my original contract with Diane) but they were so unfriendly and actually tried their best to talk me out of it. I decided not to ever go back there, they are not very good business people.

During your first visit here, when you're a potential customer, you will be treated like a queen. The issue comes after you've spent a couple thousand dollars on your dress and your bridesmaids dresses. The next time you visit, you may be relegated to practically a back closet to try on your dress, and you'll be rushed past the mirror in favor of people who haven't yet spent money.

First, they told me my wedding dress would be delivered in February. Closer to February, I called to see if it was on schedule because I knew I would have to do alterations and my bridals were the first weekend in April. My dress wasn't in until mid-late MARCH. I then had them do the alterations. 2 weeks later I went to pick up my dress and they hadn't touched it. The alterations lady didn't even speak English so she couldn't understand what I needed. I told them I had to have it within the week because my bridals were that weekend. Wednesday I went to pick it up and she STILL didn't do anything to it. I was livid. I took it to a place in Uptown called BeautifulU (or something like that) and they did my alterations for $100 and had it back to me by Friday and they did a FABULOUS job! Do not get your alterations done at Milan. And if you're ordering through them, make sure you have a big enough timeline in case it's late.
