We hired these guys for a full Pig Roast for a 50th Birthday party. We had the pig, shredded chicken, beans, slaw, bread rolls, and garlic pita bread. The guys that did the cooking, prep, and serving did an awesome job. They were on time, very polite, and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Everyone loved the food, and by the time we did a neighborhood brunch with the leftovers the next day, there was very little left. The portions were perfect. The guys cleaned up afterwards and you would have never known they were there, except for the lingering fabulous smell of smoker in the neighborhood. Thank you MnM. We will be visiting your restaurant, too, as will many of our guests. -

User2636169 Sent on 06/06/2016Mike and his whole crew were simply amazing! Everything went smooth and my god the food!!!! I am still hearing about how great the food was, the ribs simply fall off the bone, the pulled chicken and THE FAMED MAC N CHEESE, it was to die for. Not only was Mike super attentive, had great communication and advice, he truly cares about making it perfect. From start to finish M-N-M did an amazing job. We had over 100 guests and the quality of the food, kindness of the servers, and the owner Mike who made it all happen, I have to say, I feel like we got a steal when we decided to go with Mike and M-N-M. He stands out far far from the rest. You would be crazy not to call M-N-M for your event! Highly recommend! And check him out at the Saturday Morning Market in downtown St. Pete, taste his BBQ and book him! -
User2596293 Sent on 05/03/2016Mike and his team catered our riverfront, backyard wedding of 150 people with a pig roast, shrimp boil, and lots of sides (fresh slaw, black beans and rice, grilled veggies, vegetable lasagna). We couldn't have had a better experience. Mike was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and when the time came to deliver, he did exactly what he was supposed to do and he did it on time. Service was quick and hassle-free, and, unlike at a lot of weddings, the food was delicious. Our guests raved and went back for seconds - so much that we had fewer leftovers than we had hoped! Mike was really cooperative and helpful when we needed to make sure we had vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options for some of our guests. And when we requested heritage pork and wild, local shrimp, Mike cheerfully sourced those himself and provided them to us at a reasonable cost. Overall, we couldn't recommend Mike more. Many thanks to the MNM team for everything!

User2576866 Sent on 04/14/2016How can I say in a unique way that conveys how I feel ... well ... Mike and his crew were just what I hoped for and more. I started planning with them 6 months before my wedding, while I was living in Sweden, and that was actually super easy. But, I confess that I was not sure what I had done until I recalled that I knew M-N-M from the Farmer's Market in downtown St. Pete, when I had been there a year before. Once I realized this and was back in town about a month before my wedding down in Sarasota, I went and met Mike face to face two weeks before the wedding. None of the food I tried that day was at my wedding, except the salmon which was excellent (I ordered shredded chicken and slow smoked pork). So while I was confident the food would be good, I wasn't prepared for how excellent it would be on the day of the wedding. We actually got rained out, but Mike was super flexible and was able to move all his setup into a barn last minute. I ended up eating his fare for over a week afterwards with the left overs .... it only got better. So, what can I say. If you want his style of food, he's an excellent, reliable choice.

User1757089 Sent on 08/10/2014We were looking for an affordable caterer that served food that people would actually want to eat. After contacting several caterers we spoke to Mike from M-N-M BBQ. He was very easy to work with and willing to work with our budget. When a few weeks before the wedding we realized that our guest count was going to be different than agreed upon, Mike was very flexible in adjusting our count. At the reception Mike and his crew were very professional and responsive to us and our guests. Not only was the food very reasonably priced it tasted amazing! I had tons of guests telling me and my husband how much they liked the food. The loaded mash potatoes seemed to be everyone's favorite. We definitely made the right declension when choosing M-N-M and we will be recommending them to friends for their weddings in the future! -
User1672529 Sent on 06/21/2014Catering is a huge aspect of planning any wedding. We held our wedding reception at a pavilion on the beach and we wanted BBQ food that would fit our venue. Mike was easy to talk to. He helped us plan a menu that suited our budget and the tastes of our guest. He contacted a few days before the wedding just to double check everyone was on the same page. The day of Mike and his team were kind and professional. After the day of the wedding the food is one of the parts of my wedding I kept getting complimented on. Everyone raved about their professionalism, how friendly they were, and of course how amazing the food was. One item my guest really enjoyed were the twice baked potatoes. If you need a caterer you will be pleased with MNM BBQ!
