We love the pictures!
We met Mary from a referral from Baya at the Dream Room in Cartersville. We love the pictures. Mary stayed longer because we asked her to. She was so polite and kind. -

Mary is wonderful!
Mary is WONDERFUL! She arrived early and started set up, she stayed very patient with us through the whole process. We did a styled elopement shoot and are still amazed at the outcome of our photos! Mary is one for adventure and making sure to capture every moment of the day, which in turn is awesome because you get to look back on every special moment, even the ones you weren't expecting! She's so easy to talk to and interact with which is highly important I believe. We hope to stay connected and call her for all our photography needs! -

Highly Recommended
Highly recommend Mary, she is amazing, patient and experienced with a good eye for detail and scenery. Our engagement pictures turned out amazing...I mean better than expected plus she's reasonably priced. Mary you're amazing, all the pictures at the wedding I didn't think were taken you covered! The box you sent with the USB was so cute! -

Amazing and Enthusiastic
Mary was amazing. She was very enthusiastic about capturing our day and came up with many unique "poses" and "actions" for pictures that we would never have thought of. She especially saved the day when all of our ideas ran out. The pictures look fantastic and really "froze in time" all those special moments. We highly recommend her for any Occasion! -

Oh My God, I love them
My good friend Bridgette referred me to Mary. She took our engagement as well as our wedding pictures. Mary went the extra mile and even helped to place chairs and flowers for the ceremony. Oh. My. God. I love them. They look amazing, I love the black and white! Thank you soooooo much! -

Amazing lady.
I loved the location we had our pictures taken at. Mary did a great job. The lay flat photo book was delivered and Mary stayed and chatted while we looked at the beautiful pictures. It made me cry it was so lovely. -

Mary was very punctual for my wedding, matter of fact she got there earlier than scheduled time. She was very professional and friendly. My guests told me how sweet she was. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family and definitely hire her again. One of my friends that was a guest at our wedding is getting married next March and liked her so much that the actually booked her for their upcoming wedding. Thanks Mary for bringing our wedding memories with quality pictures. -

Mary is a gem. We have known her for almost 3 years and we have had many photography sessions with her. When we asked her to photograph our wedding she was so excited (so were we)! Mary ALWAYS goes above and beyond what you would expect! She loves what she does and it shoes in her photographs. The memories she captured from our wedding are breathtaking and we cannot thank her enough. As long as Mary is taking photos, we will be customers. -

We loved her
I contacted Mary of M Koval Photography for my daughter's wedding. Her rates were great and the free engagement pictures were amazing. We were excited for the wedding. The day came and it was raining, Mary was already at the venue and even had a nice ivory umbrella so my daughter and son in law could have some lovely pictures outside. We loved all the pictures! -

We appreciated how much she communicated with us and how flexible she was with different locations. The weather was a little on the yucky side, but Mary had back up plans and it worked out perfect! She is very professional, courteous, creative and really fun to be around! I think M Koval Photography is a great value and she takes beautiful pictures! I used Wedding Wire and Facebook to research and review.

Marissa Sent on 09/05/2021Very disappointing experience, more about her than us!
Sadly, this photographer turned out to be extremely disappointing once hired to photograph our wedding ceremony. 1) She had a problem properly wearing her mask, though asked to ahead of time. 2) She sat during dinner vs. taking candid photos. 3) She didn't capture photos of each member of the wedding party as they walked down the aisle (seems she snapped maybe 1 each and if that photo was not good, that meant we missed out). 4) She didn't suggest other wedding party poses so we didn't get an individual photo of the groom, and other shots. 5) After I told her there was not a shot of my grandson walking down the aisle, she said the one shot she had will not be “put out that way,” then she reluctantly added a black & white version of that shot into our gallery. That photo was blurry and dark. 6) Actually, it turns out that all of the photos are blurry, even family members I sent the link to asked for clearer pics. When I texted her asking if I used the ORDER link would the prints be clear, she replied she would pull down the link and try to clear them up. Well, that failed. When she emailed the new link, the pics were still blurry, just darker, and the photo of my grandson was now missing. When I asked about it, she texted that it was not a great shot and it didn't “represent her well.” Why didn’t she just tell me she removed it? The sad part is that her text messages regarding all of this indicated that she clearly sees all of our concerns as our fault, not hers. Another issue is that the cloudspot link lets you choose from FAVORITE, SLIDESHOW, SHARE IMAGE, or BUY. The link is setup so that I cannot print them or copy them myself (she told me not to screenshot them), I must buy them. Why buy blurry photos? We made a mistake hiring Mary Koval. I am prepared to back up all of my words. Her last email to me was her insurance carrier and their contact info. Why? She said her reputation comes first. How about the customers come first who are having once in a lifetime moments, like getting married? UPDATE: After I posted this review, she deleted the cloudspot link to our wedding photos. So now, we have zero wedding pics! -
