We had the perfect limousine and limo driver for our wedding! The limo was beautiful and in exceptional condition. Our limo driver, Freddy, was so professional and kind! He first brought the groom and his party to the church, then returned to our hotel to pick up myself (the bride) and the bridal party. He was very efficient with knowing directions and was very timely. At the church, he even helped set up the runner, helped me out of the limo, and held the doors for our entrance during the ceremony. He even made sure we stood in the right spot so that my husband wouldn't see us too early! Freddy then took us to our reception venue and made sure we were good to go. We can't say enough nice things about Freddy and this company!

We were referred to Gucci limo, from a family friend whom had a good experience using them several months ago, and figured that they were based locally to us, so lets give them a try.. I was the best man for my friends wedding, and as my gift to him, I'd take care of the limo expenses..The price I was quoted was very fair price, and Nick (who is the general manager i believe) was extremely helpful and friendly. The limos were clean and in great shape, the driver came extra early, and was very knowledgable about how wedding procedures took place,, Thank God, because we sure as hell didnt! lol I highly recommend them, especially for weddings, since they seem to be so experienced in that area..

Kudos to Nick and his drivers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We got married on Aug 24th, in tarrytown. ny. We got the Bentley and the range rover stretch. The value was impeccable. Other companies were charging twice, and in some cases three times as much of the package we got from Mgucci. Nick promised us a red carpet, champagne and some drinks in the stretch. He fulfilled those promises. Both drivers even stayed past the time we paid for, AT NO EXTRA cost because our photography session at the park took longer than expected. And not once did any of the drivers complain. They were punctual and also nice dressed in a suit and tie. They opened the doors for us and everything. I can go on and on..in short, I highly recommend M Gucci.

I booked a 10 passenger limo and Nick sent me a 20 double decker Hummer absolutely free. The driver Joe arrived early and open the door every time for us. He even stood outside and waited for us to enter and exit. Overall it was an amazing night out I will do it again soon.

If you are a bride in Westchester county, go with Gucci limousine for your wedding day. I booked my limos with Nick. We had the Bentley and the hummer. Both cars wowed my wedding party and my husband who left the transportation in my hands, I was happy for Nick's input on what would work for my number of wedding party and he gave me a great deal. My drivers were Billy and Joe. They were awesome!

Gucci Limo provided me the limos for my wedding. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. They worked with our budget, and when we were going into over time the manager was very flexable. LOVE LOVE LOVED M GUCCI LIMOUSINE SERVICE! Rented out the 40 passenger party bus for my high school prom and oh my god was I blown away with the service, responsiveness, and help provided! First off we got an UNBELIEVABLE price for the bus with a flexible payment plan and the up most support for our project which isn't easy when dealing with 40 people. Our driver was amazing!!!!! BEST LIMOUSINE SERVICE IN NY!!! First of all, Nick the owner, was so nice and flexible. He gave me a great price, NO LIMOUSINE SERVICE IN NY CAN BEAT HIS PRICE$$$!!! We booked the Hummer Double Decker for my girlfriends 20th birthday, it was wild, nothing compares to that vehicle in NY. The driver, Joe, showed up right on time, he texted and called me throughout the entire night, and NYPD pulled us over twice in NYC and the driver took care of it very quickly. I booked the limo from 10:30PM to 3:30PM. The driver even gave us an extra hour, and even drove someone to the airport to catch a 5AM flight. CALL M GUCCI LIMOUSINE--BEST IN NY!!!

We had a wonderful experience with M. Gucci Limo Service for our April 14, 2012 wedding. Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and listened exactly to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding day. We booked the escalade limo for us and our bridal party of twelve. Nick assured us that we would enjoy our wedding day with no stress and he kept his promise. Our driver, Wayne, was professional, friendly, and polished. He arrived to my husband's house early to pick up our groomsmen and my husband, which was perfect. Wayne was patient with my bridesmaids and I when we were running five minutes late. The limo was clean and comfortable. Wayne was very helpful and calmed our nerves. He helped each of us in and out of the limo (high heels and a long train). He helped make my cathedral wedding dress train look beautiful when I walked down the aisle and talked us through the progression of the day. We arrived safely, on time, and happy to both the church and reception site. Wayne even came back to the reception site after my best man forgot to take a corsage for my grandmother out of the back of the limo. Thank you M. Gucci Limo, Nick, and Wayne for making us so happy on our wedding day.

Gucci was contracted for Prom 2012 on May 11th we began with 35 people and ended booking two double decker hummers for 50 people....The service was fantastic! It began with Nick who was patient and provided us with the best options and the best value. Enough cannot be said for the drivers that evening....they were courteous and professional. They gave out their cell phone numbers and told parents they could call them at any time if the kids were not responding....they made a memorable evening even more memorable. We got married on 4/20/12, and I have to say how impressed i was with M. Gucci Limo service and especially the driver Fred. First off any phone calls I had with the owner Nick were pleasant and reassuring that everything would be perfect for my wedding day. I asked to have transportation for 24 people, I wasn't specific on what type of vehicle just as long as it would accommodate my number of guests. To our surprise a white stretch hummer showed up exactly at the time we requested, and out pops out the driver Fred, what a professional he was, a true gentleman who was friendly, kind, courteous and compassionate, and understood the stresses of a bride. he made several stops, even several that were unexpected and he did it with pleasure. After a suggestion from my friend I called Gucci Limo for prices for my wedding. They offered some great packages and I was also able to customize my hours that I needed the cars. We decided to use 1 car for the girls and 1 car for the guys and then had a white Bentley for my husband and I. My wedding party loved the double decker hummer and it was great that I was able to stand up in my dress on my way to the church. We traveled from Port Chester to New Jersey for the church to reception and did pictures in between, the drivers were a huge help.

We went with the double decker hummer and that thing was a jaw dropper! Our driver was beyond nice and even walked me inside and fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle. The only thing I didn't like is it was raining and the driver forgot an umbrella and the inside of the limo was leaking water. Other then that, our driver was sooo good and the price was amazing.

Thanks to M.Gucci Limo I had a great wedding day!!! Getting married and having millions of things to worry about is already stressful, so I'm so thankful to the owner Nick and to his driver for making my wedding day less stressful when it came to transportation and being on time For Curch, photographs and the reception. We got the exact limo we wanted/booked. It was cleaned perfectly and fully loaded with drinks and champaign. The heat was also great because I got married in February and it was pretty cold. Their prices are very reasonable and fair compared to other limo companies. My husband and I shopped around and we got the best deal from Nick the owner of M.Gucci Limo . I got married last month and had been in contact with many companies, I must say, that M Gucci was the only company that impressed me with their customer service, I went and visited the showroom, and Everything Looked so Nice and clean. The Staff was friendly and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable dealing with them.

The service and driver were great! My only issue with them is they would not return calls/emails. I was trying to confirm everything the week of the wedding and left several emails and calls (at one point I got a message the mailbox was full). Fortunately they finally did answer and everything was great! Limo was clean and driver was on time and no issues.

We rented a limo from M Gucci for our wedding this past summer! We had ordered a range rover limo and got a double decker hummer with is the farthest thing from what I wanted. But with all said and done the driver was great and on time and the bridal party had a great time, we are very happy for that but we would have loved the limo we had ordered in the first palce or at least a notice in advance that we would not be getting what we had ordered.

The limo drivers were absolutely great, although the limo with my bridal party almost got into a car accident. The limo that the bridal party was in was not in great shape either. The antique car that my husband and I were in was fine though.

We were very happy until the day of our wedding. The limos were HOT (air conditioning not working well). The drivers were rude and even asked for gratuity (although we provided this before the date of our wedding). Our limo for hotel guests forgot to pick up guests after the ceremony.

The owner is wonderful and helpful and reliable but the drivers were disappointing.

I personally had a horrible experience on my sweet 16. I ordered a hummer double decker and they gave me a hummer. Not the double decker. The limo didnt even have air - conditioning. It was 95 degrees we were literally dieing. There were 20 people we hardly fit. They didnt even have a cord to music in the ipod and the radio hardly worked. Not a good experience. They made me
stress.

Our limo had no air conditioning on the day of the wedding and the interior was DIRTY. It also didn't comfortably fit as many people as we were told it should fit. Also, the drivers had to take local roads everywhere (a detail that wasn't shared with us during the planning process), so it took twice as long as we expected to get to our ceremony and reception.

To make up for the 90+ degree limo ride, Nick offered us transportation to/from the airport for our honeymoon, but we were picked up in dented, damaged, banged-up cars (although clean on the inside).

Nick said he was "hooking us up," but his price was really just the going-rate. We didn't get any special deals. Although our limos were punctual, he wasn't very responsive to emails. Communication before the wedding was not great, and I -personally- was uneasy before the wedding.

I was happy with all of our vendors, but this was the one I'd least recommend.

Brought a different Limo than ordered to the grooms house, Brides driver had no idea where to go. Radio wasnt working in either Limo. Had to play AM. Was told that the ipod connector worked before renting, but that wasnt right. Limo drivers came on time though. But Both drivers were not pleasant. I dont understand where all the good reviews are coming from? Also whoever did the initial application lost all of the addreses, and if i didnt call one day prior to the event to ask a question, then I dont know what would of happened.

I have never bashed any business or person on any website or review board but I hope to not have what happned to me happen to ANYONE. First off I am NOT a spoiled brat bride. Im na above blue collar man who has chosen to speak out. I was in a wedding party back in 2007 when Gucci vehicle were new and decided to use the company. I called and requested the "newest" limo for 5 people. I chose the 300M instead of a lincoln or caddy for the "newest" car. Nick gave me a price of 450.00 for the 4 hours and he would throw in a town car for pickup later. Seemed great till mistake number 1. I email all the info and ask if Nick needs my credit card number where my response is "we'll take care of it later'". Two weeks before the wedding I contact nick to make sure we are all set, he asks for me to email him all the info again. I can tell he had no idea. Again doest take my credit card info when i state to him "I don't wanna walk around with a lot of money in my pocket on my wedding day" He says "Dont worry about it." Yeah well we all know what that means. Who cares, I email him and call to make sure we are set. I have my wife call the day before the wedding and she tells me "We are all set and they said they will upgrade us if they can, free of charge." That should have been warning number 2. The wedding day comes, its August, I get a call from my "limo driver" He shows up on time to get my groomsmen and myself before returneing to a different location for my now wife. Up pulls a extra stretched out Range rover. Think thats great? Well i have video and pictures and GOD as my witness as to what follows. The driver tells me "the balance needs to be taken care of, its 700." I took a quick look around and said "Ill pay at the beah club, this is unacceptable. The driver turned away and entered the vehicle ignoring my complainats of Gray DUCTAPE around the sunroof flapping in the breeze, filty, dirty disgusting interior with multiple stains on the seats, floor and CEILING. The chrome ceiling was dented as if some bachellor was punching it. There was MILDEW stains all around the TV. The privacy window stayed down and was broken when we tried to discuss the matter. The Air conditioner was on but must have just been turned on because I swear it was over 100 degrees. It smelled like old beer and cigars. I swear the thing looked as though it just got back from a bachellor party. After seeing a white, goopy substance which i took photos of hanging over my head and a vanilla roma air freshner with a brown mark on it as well as a broken speaker and ipod holder with tape I simply stated to the driver. "My man, you need to call your boss because this is unacceptable. You cannot pick up my wife in this thing." After 10 minutes he tells me to call Nick. my brother and best man does so and after Nick says he "cleaned the thing himself" he hung up on my Brother. Now the mood is totally ruined. I attempt to call nick from a different cell phone and he doesnt answer. Im not bragging or attempting to be tough but I can only assume after arriving at the venue and pulling the driver aside and looking him in the eyes and telling him to personally check the vehicle which he said he was going to go and pick up the cadillac and it was "much cleaner" I said "Ii dont care about the stupid strecth caddy truck just bring a clean car". Now, I cant relax, my wifes sister is calling me asking where the limo is which is now late. long story longer, Nick doesnt return my calls but leaves a message saying hes sorry and the car will be switched. The limo company and hotel where my wife is are both in White plains. With an hour left for pictures I swear to God, My wife calls me and tells me the driver will not make the drop off untill he gets paid 700 dollars. She then tells me a bridesmaid scraped together 200 dollars and the driver said he needed it all. this is the same driver i had. i hang up and call Nick at least 8 times till he picks up and says to me "Im not making any drop off cause you are trying to scam me." Then adds " You want your limo for nothing your scamming me." I calmed down, I walked outside literally where I was to be married in an hour and a half and did to things I am proud of. One, I calmly explained that the limo was unacceptable and I had the cash to pay for the service when My Fiance arrives at the location. After he refused again I stayed calm and reminded him i requested the 300M for the cleanliness and not this party truck that was filty and then stated his driver requested 700 which is the truck price. Nick told me the driver told him i said "My wife had the money" Imagine that? my wife in her wedding dress is gonna pay the limo. After asking if he really thought I was trying to scam a limo ride after spending 50,000 dollars ona wedding did he think that made sense? Then I did the ultimate thing I hate to do. I told him I was a Police Officer and simply wouldnt do that. Yes, I told him my profession to hopfully put a little thought that maybe I deal with people that try and get over on people all the time at which point Nick said. "You know what, we will make the drop for free and you can pay whatever you want if you wanna pay fine if not thats fine too just enjoy youre wedding day." With my jaw dropped the only thing that mattered was that my wife was on her way. i told Nick i was a man of my word and would pay the limo driver as soon as he arrived. He said it was 500, 50 more than original by the way, and after my photographer was trying to catch my first time I see my wife in her dress picture, all I could think about was asking this driver if he told Nick I said my wife had the money. Anyway, all my party got seprate rides back to the venue because we had to get rides to the park to start pictures without the bride. The driver denied saying that to nick and between him asking for 700 and Nick not even returning my calls I paid him 500 dollars cash, he apologized and drove my wife and I back to the VIP where we honestly had an amazing wedding other than the limo service. There actually was a town car waiting to drive us to the Hotel and I felt bad only tipping the different driver 20 dollars but between all the cash tips i had given i swear i only had 40 dollars left. I guess Nick and M. Gucci Limo thought Id forgive and forget. I swear on my honor the story is true and accurate with video and photos of that range rover. I ask you go and check out that thing before you book. See for yourself and DO NOT TRUST THEM. I expected a written apology at the least but no. Now I may actually contact the IRS and better Business. Good luck.

This was the worst limo company ever. We used them for our wedding reception and gave them the full address to pick us up with the town and the zip code and the driver called and was in the wrong town. As if that wasn't bad enough, when they finally got to the right address there was no heat or lights in the back of the limo - I can't understand why they wouldn't have checked that before they sent a stretch limo out to pick up 20 people. It was ridiculous - we had to get on the phone and give the driver directions (why he wouldn't have gps is beyond me) and we were late for our own wedding reception. I would never use them again they are the absolute worst. Steer clear

I hired M. Gucci Limo for my daughter's wedding after we went to a bridal show in White Plains. That is where we seen a Bentley Limo which was exactly what she wanted! I called them that following Monday and booked the car. Nick from M. Gucci took my deposit all was perfect!! 3 weeks before the wedding I paid the balance, they cashed the check and still everything was perfect! 9 days before the wedding I get a call on my cell from Nick telling me that the Bentley was having electrical problems and he was calling to give me a heads up in case the Bentley wasn't fixed in time for the wedding. He said he could offer me an Antique Rolls as a back up. I asked my daughter and she wasn't happy so I told Nick I would keep checking with him to see if there were any updates with the Bentley. My husband then called Nick a few times and never received a call back!! The Friday before the wedding I went online to their website to look at the picture of the Rolls to see what it looked like. It looked fine. I followed up again with Nick and he said that the Bentley was still in the shop so without any other option I confirmed the Rolls Royce. On Saturday, the day of the wedding the Rolls showed up BUT the driver told me that he came up from Brooklyn NY and not from White Plains. So now I am wondering did that car actually come from M. Gucci in White Plains OR was that car "farmed" out from another company? My husband and daughter said that it felt as though alignment on the car was off because the car was all over the road! Would I recomment M. Gucci? My answer would be NO! Not once did Nick offer me any percent of a refund. It would have been good business sense since the car was the one I originally paid for even though I "had" to go with something otherwise she would not have a ride to the church!

I do not at all recommend using M Gucci Limo service as a limousine for a wedding. I booked the double decker hummer for my wedding in July of 2013. From the moment I signed the contract we experienced nothing but problems with the company. On several different occasions they charged my credit card for large sums of money that were not owed to them, and then failed to reimburse the money when I confronted them about it. They said they would refund me several times in several different ways, and I never received a refund from them, and had to file claims each time with my credit card to get my money back. In addition, they were very difficult to reach via phone or e-mail and never returned calls. This was highly discouraging and frustrating. Furthermore, on the day of the wedding, though the limousine did show up on time, the car was dirty and already had garbage in it. Additionally, it was almost 100 degrees on my wedding day, and we found out the hard way that the limo also did not have functioning air conditioning, though I called the week of the wedding to confirm that it did. We had to drive over 20 people for an hour in an extremely hot vehicle. It was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. I am nothing but disappointed in the service that I paid for and truly believe I would have been better off driving myself to my wedding. I would never recommend using this limousine service.

DO NOT USE!!

Summary: They took our money, sent a different (much older and not fully functioning) limo without functioning A/C in 90 degree weather, and refuse to take my calls. NOTE: They also go by Mama Gucci Limo on Yelp and Westchester Limo Services on the Better Business Bureau (which I wish I had known about before).

Details: We visited a few months before our wedding and they had a brand new stretch SUV limo. It looked great! As with most limo companies, we had to pay in advance. On the day of, a different, much older limo showed up. There was a huge crack down the whole side of the window. The A/C wasn't working and it was 90 degrees out! We showed up at the reception all sweaty and unhappy. The limo itself was dirty. They promised ice and a bottle of champagne, none of which was there. The molding was held together by duct tape. Finally, there were screws sticking out, which we found out about when a bridesmaid's dress got stuck on one when she was trying to get out.
Worst of all, I tried calling them after the wedding. If they had apologized and tried to make things right, I wouldn't have been as upset. Instead, they tell me that they'll get back to me and have refused to take my calls since! I finally got a hold of them today and, once they heard who it was, they pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up. All subsequent calls went to voicemail.
There are plenty of much better companies out there and, if I could do it over, I definitely wouldn't give them my money.

I had rented the double decker hummer for my wedding to pick up my wife and the bridesmaids and bring them to church. Also to bring the wedding party to the reception following the ceremony. Apparently when the driver arrived to pick up my wife on the wedding day he told my wife he had not received the $400 deposit (which I paid when I booked with the company). My father in law had to pay this guy ANOTHER $400 CASH to get on with the day and get to the church. When the wedding party was on the way to the reception the driver turned on the air conditioner which smelled like it was filtered by an ash tray. My wife told me on the ride down against her better judgement in ruining my day about the extra $400. When we arrived at the reception I had to spend 20 minutes of my time arguing with the driver and showing him my online banking, while he was unable to get a hold of his boss on the phone. Meanwhile everyone else was in cocktail hour. The driver was still unable to get a hold of his boss and had to make his own judgement call and give me my money back. I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone!!!

M Gucci is terrible, the driver was an hour late, didn't have directions, his GPS stopped working so he stopped on the highway because he didn't know what to do and then got lost from the church to the park and turned around in a condo complex and then asked the photographer if he can borrow her car charger for her phone....NICK promised me to refund me $300 and won't return my calls or emails....DON'T USE THEM!!!! I read online that they were liars but thought they were just bad experiences, no it was definitely true!

I booked my limousine with this company and was promised the world and I received HELL instead.. My husband warned me about this company and so did all the reviews but I ignored them all. A horrible mistake. You can't imagine how dirty and broken down these cars were. I felt like I was going to catch a disease just sitting in it, not to mention my elderly parents. These vehicles are totally unsafe to use. There were noises like banging and shaking and rattles the whole time. I tried to voice my concern to the driver he was nasty and just told me to call the boss and didn't even care.. I got even more scared when it smelled like the driver Julio has been smoking pot all day his eyes we blood red. He was clearly under the influence of something. My life was endangered my husbands life was endangered and my entire families. I don't care about the money we lost I was happy to escape with my life. HELL is this company.

The worst limos i have ever seen. Rusty cars and disgusting interiors that were never cleaned out from the previous nights party. The seats had holes in them. to me it seemed like Rats have made theirs homes in them. The limos are kept out doors in the some industrial waste mud pile braving the elements.

I know that this is long but you must read this. It will save your wedding from being a disaster!
They were so awful! Nick the owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. The Escalade didn’t show up but a stretch Range Rover showed up instead. I didn’t let this bother me as it was clean and still fit my bridesmaids. As soon as all my bridesmaids went inside the limo and I went inside the Bentley with my parents, the driver of the Range Rover demanded $500 from me or he wouldn’t bring my bridesmaids to churchurch. He told me that it was a collect pickup which I told him wasn’t correct because I already paid for the limo. He then told me that the owner Nick doesn’t own any of these cars and that they contract out the cars to other companies which he then doesn’t pay for! The limo wouldn’t leave and argued with me and then made me cry because he wouldn’t drive my girls to church unless I paid him $500!!!! Once we get out of church, they again have no red carpet ready, no champagne, no glasses ready for us for our pictures. My husband had to go to the trunk and pull out the glasses and champagne which I brought as well(just in case). Now we are leaving the church and my whole bridal party goes into the double decker Hummer to go to the hall. The hummer now breaks down on the L.I.E. His transmission goes!!!! The AC doesn’t work. It is raining outside. The bridal party gets soaked because they had to open the windows because it is so hot with no AC. The hummer is going 10mph. The bridal party gets to the hall after the cocktail hour!!!! The best man whom I forgot to mention is the groom’s father! So the groom’s father missed cocktail hour and family pictures because of the breakdown.This company should be out of business for what they did to us on our wedding day! I have no idea how he still stays in business! I’m warning every bride out there never to book this company!!!!

This is by FAR the most unprofessional transportation business I have ever worked with. I contracted MG Limo to provide transportation for my wedding and shuttle my guests with their "Double Decker Hummer" that they show on their website and what showed up was a beaten down older version of it, to say the least. The vehicle that showed up had scratches, dents, ripped seats, hanging upholstery, no radio, weak AC and the door didn't even work!! To top if off, the driver that showed up was wearing a graphic T-Shirt and was actually giving me an attitude for having to make two stops in front of my guests, which was contracted from the beginning, and they were .5 miles apart from one another. It was an embarrassment to say the least and the responsiveness from Nick is a joke. He doesn't return calls/emails and didn't even offer up any type of explanation as to why what was promised didn't arrive. If you want to have horrible customer service and not receive what you paid for/are promised, then I would go ahead and commission MG Limo because that seems to be their strong suite. I can see that other people have experienced the same thing, so please do yourselves a favor and do not put your special transportation business in this company's hands.

I would NOT recommend M Gucci at all. Nick was very very unresponsive. Never answered the phone and voice mail always full. While planning a wedding the last headache you need is to track down and vendor. So day of the wedding the Rolls Royce and my parents limo showed up at the wrong addresses, planning on their part. Next, a party bus shows up instead of a limo. I didn't not want or rent a bus. As you read this let that sink in. Its your wedding day and bus shows up instead of a limo. So I call Nick and guess what, he pretends not to know why a bus is there tells me he will call me back. His dispatcher calls me because Nick is obviously not man enough to call me. Dispatcher tells me he did know either... really you are the dispatcher. To top it off the bus' s A/C didn't work. Not great when your venue is a 35 minute ride from the church. The most unprofessional company. At some point Nick should of call to tell me that the limo was broke and he was switching. Things happen and I would of been Ok with that, but the lack of professionalism and communication was unforgivable. The best part was the rolls royce and driver. He was "farmed" out the morning of my wedding. He did Nick a favor because Nicks rolls was broke also. So out of the 3 rentals from Nick 2 of them were broke. If you are looking for bad communication, and unprofessional people the M Gucci is for you.

For my wedding this past Sept 14th, I needed very minimal transportation. I needed a 22 passenger limo to make one pick up and drop off. It was pricey and I paid in full many months prior to my wedding date. As the wedding neared, I reached out to M. Gucci limo several times to try to confirm and obtain the drivers contact information. No one ever responded and the limo driver that showed up the day of my wedding informed me that the M. Gucci limo driver canceled last min and he was doing his friend a favor by picking us up. I am not sure if the limo that picked us up was the friend's limo or M. Gucci's, but it was the worst limo ride of my life! A speaker fell out on one of my bridesmaid's head and when we told the driver he responded with "oh yea sometimes that happens" instead of asking if she was ok. The limo was dirty and smelled. The air conditioner wasn't working where me and my father were sitting. When we got out of the limo, we told the driver who said he just didn't turn it on for the back half of the limo. The driver drove so fast around turns and slammed on the breaks throughout the whole ride making everyone uncomfortable. I would avoid using M. Gucci limo at all costs for any of your events!

Nick is a DISGUSTING person. Now I know why he doesn't deal with Albanians, because we do not tolerate people scamming us.How about my wedding day being about 100 degrees & he sends us crap limos with ACs that weren't even working. Keep in mind we booked 3 limos, all were garbage.My Royce doesn't show up &he has the nerve to say we never booked it, yet it was on my contract that I still have.2 hummer limos with no AC, HOT BEERS no beverages when my contract stated it would have beverages and something called ICE. After calling him to let him know my Royce didn't show, it shows up. I get in this old hot smelly car that was barely able to even start. It began overheating right away &eventually we had to pull over at the Palisades Mall parking lot where I got out of that crap car& into an even worse limo, a dirty hummer limo with yet again no AC. We did not have our champagne after the ceremony like he promised us either. I called before leaving for my honeymoon and he said he was with a customer. Being the nice person that I am, I let him call me back so he doesn't lose those customers after hearing my experience.He never called back &we never had the car for our honeymoon show up. He ignored my calls for months until I finally call blocked&he picked up, lies & says he never knew about anything & we never spoke. Of course we didn't speak in detail you ignorant person because I was nice enough to let you call me back after you lie to more people. Then he says he would speak to his brother about some sort of refund, of course never calls back again. I called today & he tells me I don't know what you're talking about &hangs up. He does not deserve his business and should be shut down.FYI NICK, I don't know if you know your cars but you sent us a Bentley not a Rolls Royce. I wanted to be nice and just wanted a refund but you wanted to scam me and more people by ignoring me. So here's the truth about your service and it will continue on every review website!!!! :)

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! On our wedding day they showed up late. They were to make two round trips to ferry the wedding party to the photo location. This became impossible since we had a deadline for the start of the ceremony. For an hour and ten minutes of "service" they charged us $750.

What is interesting is the aftermath. As many have said on this site, when called to discuss some kind of compensation they apply the art of Slippery to a new level. 1. You get promises, sincere promises, that Nick will call you back. 2. If you call a week later, as I did twice, you get "hello, Joe, can you hear me? Can you hear me?" Then a hangup. When you call again, you get shunted to a voice mail box that's always full.
Don't be fooled by the 5.0 self-promoting reviews. These are disreputable people whom you don't want to deal with.

Do NOT hire Gucci!!!! When we booked two cars for my wedding (a Rolls for my parents & I, and a black stretch for my bridal party), the owner Nick said not to worry about anything. He promised the cars would be clean and mechanically up-to-date.
On the morning of my wedding, only the Rolls arrived, which was not in good mechanical shape & the air conditioner didn't work (not to mention the inside was not very clean, there was no champaigne as promised, and only plastic cups with warm water)! The stretch the I ordered for my bridal party never showed up & when the owner of Gucci finally answered his phone (after trying to call for over half an hour), he told my dad 'Well, it is what it is. We can get you a car in about an hour, maybe.' That was not acceptable because we were already late trying to get in touch with him to see if the car was on its way (my bridal party ended up driving themselves into Central Park).
On the way down to NYC, the Rolls that did arrive was puttering and making noises - we were fearful the car wouldn't make it into the city. The stretch that was supposed to come to drive my bridal party did happen to meet us on the Sprain Brook Parkway & my parents and I changed cars on the parkway!!!!
The owner was rude, obnoxious & did not stand by his word in any way when we booked these cars for my wedding - not the stress that is needed on your wedding day!!!!

stay away... limo was dirty, it leaked, driver did not know how to turn off a/c and now we are alll sick (it rained and was cold that evening), driver got lost, we were late, etc etc... worst night of my life. O... and the door did not work on the limo and the driver refused to get out and open door for us since it was raining... we had to open our own door...

This is the worst limo company. DO NOT USE. My wedding was on the hottest day of the year and they sent me a limo with no AC AND to top it off the Rolls Royce they sent BROKE down in front of church. So we did not have the transportation that we wanted. WHEN WE called Nick said he would pay us $450 as a refund. It has been 3 months and everday emails and phone calls and STILL no money. HE also did this to a close friend of mine for her wedding. His limo was "stuck" in traffic and could not pick up the bride and her bridesmaids at her house. ALSO for my husbands bachelor party he was promised a hummer and got an escalade that smelled and dripped water. AND the limo driver asked my husband for a cooler to keep drinks. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM EVERY AGAIN!

Late, Unprofessional, rude... What a mistake!

We were so excited to have booked the Transformer Hummer with the open patio... but on the afternoon of our wedding, the wrong truck picked up the groom & groomsmen and it was 30 minutes late... and although the times & locations were given to them over a week in advance for pick ups, the driver of the vehicles needed us to direct them, so one of the groomsman went with him to pick up the girls, which of course was 30 minutes late as well... but the best part was, while the car was turning around to pick up the girls, it hit a parked car and we had to wait as the driver handled the situation with the owner of that vehicle. It was quite stressful!! And because of the lateness of the cars our wedding ceremony started late and was rushed as the church had another even right after our wedding... You would think that the limo company would have at least called before sending the wrong car to give us a heads up, that would've been the professional thing to do, but nooooo... they just sent the wrong limo. when i called, all he said was that the other car broke down.
The limo they sent was not clean or stocked (as agreed), so we had to stop at a gas station after the ceremony to pick up drinks for the 1 hour ride to the reception. But wait, there's more... let's see... the driver seemed not to hear us as we were directing him to the photo destination, made the wrong turn and then needed to back up accross the road blocking traffice for over 10 minutes cause he wasn't able to angle the vehicle properly... it was soo nerve wracking! Because of this delay, we just wanted out of the cars, so we never got to take the pictures we wanted along the way. Plus the driver of my parents car was apparently hungry and was hinting at an invite to the reception but then proceeded to eat his sandwich while driving stressing my parents out.

Now weeks after the wedding the company has yet to call us back with a resolution or an apology after about 7 phone calls! bad service.

1/21/11 UPDATE: I finally got Nick on the phone on 1/10, he offered us a partial refund, told me to call him back the next day to set up a time to come in... and i've called and called and called... and he has not answered 1 of my calls. it's just so frustrating. they're very unprofessional.It's quite sad that he can sound so genuine and sincere on the phone and then just flat out ignores your calls. Not once has he ever called me!

1/27 i wasn't ready to give up so on my way home from work i stopped by and finally caught Nick in the office. We had a decent conversation, he apologized and said, "from the bottom of my heard, i never meant to hurt you intentionallly" and gave me a $400 refund check. i was happy and when i got home i noticed he post-dated the check for 2/7! that was rude, but ok. I had also agreed to remove this negative rating, which I did. so on 2/7 i went to the bank to make sure the check was good, and was told it was. well 2 days later, the check bounced! Thanks buddy! So if you swore from the bottom of your heart that you never meant to hurt us, why did you give me a rubber check? That was malicious! So then yes, i reposted the negative comment as it is duly deserved!! Now it's in the hands of the Better Business Bureau! it has not been a pleasure!

Nick was a total jerk. Sent the wrong vehicles, when they showed up, AC's didnt work. Then, it was like the driver just got his license, hitting curbs on turns, etc. Thank god we had no red wine in the back because no one was able to see the white wine and champagne my new wife was wearing. The driver proceeded to insult my family and wedding party. After the weeks and weeks of phone calls to Nick, I only got my money back because I stalked his office to get him. He then thought he was doing us a favor with a free ride to the airport for the honeymoon. That was included in the deal from day one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
