  Great food and a great team!

  I worked with M Culinary for my wedding and loved them! Dee was my main point of contact/event coordinator and was so easy to work with. She was very responsive and helpful during the entire experience. Everyone that worked the wedding was so professional as well. The food was excellent, it complemented my southwestern inspired theme so well and my guest loved the selection! The rentals that we used were beautiful as well. Dee was able to take my vision and make it a reality and I was so impressed and blown away when I walked into my wedding!! I’d recommend working with them and know I’ll be reach out again for my next big event.

  Delicious food!

  M Culinary executed on our dream of steakhouse family style dinner, and a dinner served to all guest nearly at the exact same time. Highly recommend.

  My favorite vendors ever!!

  M Culinary was there from the very start of our original 120 person wedding plans to the end at our 12 person wedding day. We worked mostly with Deidre Furlow, and had the absolute best experience with her from beginning to end. She stuck with us through so many changes (the menu, the guest count, the serving style, the venue, the time, etc.) and not once did she waiver in her ability to deliver. Chatting with Deidre honestly just felt like chatting with a friend, she was such a delight to work with!

  The food was absolutely incredible. Everyone loved it and everything came exactly as we asked. The staff we had on our wedding day was an absolute DREAM TEAM. Our captain that day, Pat, was so organized, friendly and prompt that everything went off without a hitch. They moved so stealthily, that even in a room of just 14 people we didn’t even notice them constantly changing the courses on the tables. They even helped set up some extra tables in the space we hadn’t even though of, and handled all of the rental dinnerware we had from another company.
  
  I could not recommend a catering company enough. Our wedding day would not have been so perfect without them.

  M Culinary - the best wedding food you'll ever find

  M Culinary, and Emily specifically, are freaking rockstars.
  
  They were not only SO fun to work with, but understand how to operate and manage large weddings and wedding parties with an ease I have never seen before.
  
  The planning process was so much easier than i ever expected. They want to make this easy and enjoyable for the couple and completely meet that expectation. They understood exactly what we wanted, and also knew of all the things we wanted, but hadn't even thought of.

  I've been to many weddings where the food is sub par or doesn't look appetizing and M Culinary BASHES those expectations. They not only deliver, but exceed any expectations you might have. The single best decision we ever made for our wedding.
  
  If you're even slightly considering using M Culinary, book them. You WONT regret it in the absolute slightest. And Emily is the rockstar of the century. Thank you to M Culinary for making our day SOOO special.

  Felt like the only customer

  This is an odd review to write, as we didn't end up having the dream wedding we spent months planning. We had planned to get married on April 11, 2020 at Desert Botanical Garden and were so looking forward to sharing delicious food with our friends and family. Ultimately, COVID-19 cancelled our planned wedding, but we proceeded with a small backyard ceremony. However, I couldn't not write a review about our experience with M Culinary from start to finish. The entire team went ABOVE and BEYOND from start to finish. The communication pre-event was superb...they would always reply in a ultra-timely manner and with super helpful insights and answers. They are the friendliest crew – both personal and professional and were even more accommodating for us knowing we were coming from out of town.   LOOK NO FURTHER than M Culinary. This honestly was the BEST catering experience I have ever been a part of (and that’s saying a LOT as I am in SALES....). The entire team went ABOVE and BEYOND from start to finish. The communication pre-event was superb...they would always reply in a ultra-timely manner and with super helpful insights and answers. They are the friendliest crew – both personal and professional and were even more accommodating for us knowing we were coming from out of town. They nailed every detail from the super customizable décor to the food itself. EVERYTHING was delicious. We had asked for a super random request (anyone ever heard of a ranch fountain before?!) and they came through with flying colors even taking the time to test the experience beforehand to ensure it was perfect. They set up a taco bar and this was not your average taco bar. The shrimp was the best I have EVER tasted. Every flavor was spot on and unique – truly a wonderful experience for everyone involved. They even came up with a signature cocktail that EVERYONE loved….EVERYONE. The drink was light and refreshing and went along with our theme perfectly. Lastly, the dessert perfectly topped off the meal in the most amazing way. After the meal was finished, the team was speedy with the cleanup and left the place SPOTLESS. If you couldn’t already tell, M Culinary truly made our event what it was. Between the amazing staff, the delectable food and the impeccable attention to detail – this team pulls out ALL the stops and you truly shouldn’t look any further.   I'm not really sure why they don't have any reviews for their catering services yet. But the catering from M Catering was the HIGHLIGHT of my event. From start to finish, dealing with M Culinary Concepts was spectacular. From the menu choices, to the set up, to the tasting, to the day itself, everything was spectacular. They are a very busy and popular company and it's likely that if you've attended events around the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area you might have had their food before. So plan well in advance! From start to finish, dealing with M Culinary Concepts was spectacular. From the menu choices, to the set up, to the tasting, to the day itself, everything was spectacular. They are a very busy and popular company and it's likely that if you've attended events around the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area you might have had their food before. So plan well in advance! My family is made up of a bunch of foodies (my brother is actually a professional chef) and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food (and received several compliments from guests as well). We chose to have several stations, including chef action stations, along with passed hors d'oeuvres. And the staff was just top notch. The manager (I can't remember his name! AGH) who was on site for the day of the event was so attentive and made sure my husband and I were well fed and had a bit of everything! It was just the most amazing and helpful experience. I can't recommend them enough, and highly recommend you consider them for your event as well.
