Great DJs for a Great Price

Let me start out by saying I never wanted a DJ for my wedding. I worked at a wedding venue in my teen years and that put a bad taste in my mouth. LV Sound has changed my mind. Lee and his staff are fantastic. He was very responsive throughout our planning process and had two meetings with us to make sure he had all the details ironed out. We were able to set up our own preference playlists and the evening was seamless. Having never planned a wedding before, Lee had lots of suggestions for me to help make the night go as smooth as possible. He brought assistants, so there was always someone manning the booth (and doing a good job of it). Their equipment was flawless and backup equipment was available on site in case something did happen to fail. His prices are very fair which, mixed with the quality of service, makes LV Sound the best value in the area. I highly recommend hiring Lee and LV Sound for ANY event where a good DJ is needed.

So amazing!

I am so happy we had Lee and Bill on our bid day! All I wanted was my guests to be dancing all night long and that mission was accomplished. Not only was the music great, but they also did a great job at emceeing the night. Everybody had so much fun. Their website and program is also very helpful at keeping the organized and creating a clear vision. If you need a DJ these are you people. Thank you Lee and Bill!

Lee and his team did a great job! He listened to every suggestion we had, and helped us facilitate the whole day. The photobooth was also a huge hit. He communicates everything with you clearly, so you know what to expect at every step. Thank you Lee!

Highly Recommend LV Sound

Lee and Bill were the DJs at our wedding in September. They were awesome to work with. They took time to meet with us a couple of times and talk about every detail for the wedding and what they offer. They did a great job with the music and managed to find the two songs we requested for our first dance and the mother-son dance. My husband and I highly recommend LV Sound for any couple looking for a wedding DJ.

Incredible DJ, excellent value

We could not have picked a better DJ for our wedding. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, flexible, communicative, and on top of things. He worked with us on planning and went above and beyond on our wedding day, making sure that we didn’t have to worry about things. We also added on the photo booth and our guests had a blast with it. Lee was great to work with and we highly recommend booking with him.

Lee and his team were nothing short of amazing! Lee is extremely responsive and will do everything he can to make sure your day goes exactly as planned. We always felt respected and confident that things would play out just how we wanted it. It was a perfect ceremony and reception, and LV sound made it possible! Wonderful experience

Lee was awesome to work with, he went above and beyond for my husband and I to make our day special. Not only does him and his staff have great attitudes Lee took the time to film my ceremony and first dances on his personal camera just because I mentioned in conversation I didn’t have a videographer. Like I said above and beyond. Also their photo booth is amazing quality and a true hit with the guests so happy we added it on last minute!

Amazing DJ for an amazing price

LV Sound helped our wedding run smoothly and everyone had a great time. We were having a hard time finding a DJ that had both Spanish and English music on their playlists and LV Sound ensured us that this would not be an issue and it was not. They did a great job playing all the music that we selected. A photo booth was also provided by them which was a big hit, along with a photo album. They helped us run on schedule and made sure to check all the names were pronounced correctly. He helped to make sure everyone was having a great time.

Bill Evans- Wedding DJ

Had the privilege of having Bill Evans as the DJ at mine and my husband's wedding on 6/12/2022. Bill was great to work with, was very well prepared, and worked great with other vendors and venue staff. Bill was sure that my husband and I had everything the way we wanted during our special day and that everything stayed on track to make sure the night didn't get away from us! Incredible DJ experience

Lee and his team were exceptional DJ and professional! His music choice kept everyone on the dance floor, and the photo booth was a hit! Lee and his team went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were able to have the music for walking down for the ceremony. Fantastic!

Lee is so quick to respond and works so well with what you would like! We had a German wedding and wanted Polka during cocktail hour and dinner, and he can fully prepared with so many CDs. He went above and beyond (he cleaned up the log and tarp on the dance floor!) After that he kept the party going with such great songs, everyone was in the dance floor I til the last minute!

LV Sound was amazing. They were so professional and they consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay. Lee’s entrance for the wedding party was amazing. They noticed the bride and groom had not been to the photo booth so before they were ready to close it down they made sure they got their pictures taken. I would HIGHLY recommend LV Sound. They were professional and truly care that your event goes off without a hitch.

Cannot recommend LV Sound Entertainment enough! Lee was the DJ at our 6/25/2021 wedding. Upon finding out that our photographer was relatively new to the wedding industry, LV Sound Entertainment went out of their way to provide the photographer with kindness, insight and even a print out of “must have” photos. The guests from our wedding have been raving about the excellent selection of music and the overall incredible atmosphere Lee and his crew provided our wedding with. I only have positive things to say about LV Sound. Lee was a pleasure to work with. He responded to all emails in a timely manner and worked with us to create the perfect wedding. These guys offer professional services at THE BEST price you will find. When COVID hit and we had to reschedule our wedding, LV Sound was unavailable on our new date. They I’m existent refunded our money without my even asking them to do so. I will recommend this company forever. They are trustworthy, talented, genuinely good people.

Great communication!

Due to having to reschedule our wedding, we didn’t end up using Lee and his team. However, I have very much appreciated the responsiveness and the ‘above and beyond’ care Lee has offered throughout the whole process. He answered and responded to all of my questions and requests, and also sent out the needed paperwork quickly. They are definitely one of the best value for your bucks DJ out there. It is nice to see that despite their low prices, they still try to make sure quality comes first!

Dj company and photo booth

Lee has been a dream to work with. I was referred by a few other brides that have referred him to me. Due to corona we now are having an elopement so we no longer need a DJ and cannot use his services. I couldn’t have imagined a more professional and accommodating company to work with. Untouchable!

We hired LV Sound to DJ our May 23, 2020 wedding - but - due to COVID-19 we were unable to have our big 200+ person event so we decided to downsize which meant cancelling our DJ service. Lee has been absolutely amazing and understanding through this whole process, he even went as far as to offer our deposit as a refund. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, as well as our daughter. He was quick to respond to every email and every question & was genuinely sorry that we were forced to cancel our big wedding. LV Sound was one of our favorite vendors & we hope that one day we can work with them for a different event. If you are looking for a family run business that truly cares about making your experience wonderful, LV Sound is the only choice.

Wonderful to work with!

Lee was very helpful and understanding! We were looking forward to have him DJ our wedding. However, due to having to reschedule from COVID-19, he can’t dj our wedding due to being previously scheduled by someone else. Lee was more than willing to do whatever he could to make it work but it was out of his control. Since things didn’t workout he fully refunded our deposit and even offered to let us keep our account on his music planning software!

I would absolutely recommend working with LV Sound!

Helpful and Acommodating!

Lee was extremely helpful and energetic! We were so excited to have him DJ our wedding, but due to having to reschedule for coronavirus, we are not able to have him DJ anymore. Lee and his team tried their best to accommodate us, and when it did not work out, we were refunded our deposit and Lee even offered to let us keep our account on his music planning software!

Phenomenal Dj!!!!

Lee &DJ Bill did a phenomenal job and helped our reception run smoothly and have everything done on time! They both went above and beyond to step in and help with everything. There was a miscommunication about cake cutting with my catering service and DJ LEE even helped jump in and serve cake. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Their online system was very helpful with day of timeline and organization.

Lee went above & beyond for us. He was patient when we had last minute changes about our first dance song and the father, daughter dance. Everyone was impressed with him. My parents loved him as well. I will be recommending him to anyone I know getting married!!

So we found LV Sound here on wedding wire I sent them a message and was instantly given a response. Lee was very helpful and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Lee was very kind and nice to work with he was able to help walk me through the process of getting everything down that I wasn’t to sure about and was so quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. On the day of my wedding Saturday September 7th 2019 I didn’t have much to worry about Lee and his son Adam were so helpful and so patient with us we knew we didn’t have to worry about anything! Everyone enjoyed the music that we had selected as well as the Newly Wed Game that Lee thought we should do. It was all and all a Great Night and I will definitely be Recommending Lee and his son Adam to everyone I know. Thank you sooo much for everything my husband and I couldn’t be anymore happy! 😊

First off you won’t find any other vendor at such a low price. And the coordination that was done from the entrance to the first dance to the shoe game and just party music was fabulous. I highly recommend you at least call and give them a shot.

Best DJ around!!

My now husband and I could not be more thrilled with LV sound!! My husbands family are musicians and they were able to make it so that his siblings could write and perform our first dance live as well as sing afterwards!! DJ Bill was our DJ and he was wonderful to work with and met with me twice before the wedding to make sure he had everything correct! Organized and kept the party going

Lee was the best DJ I could have asked for! I didn't know what all went into a wedding, so he was able to guide us through it all. He had a setup outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception. We also opted for the photo booth, which I highly recommend, as all my guests loved it! You get any extra prints of the photo strips, plus a USB with all the photos from the night. Lee made sure we were on schedule, and that things went smoothly. He was able to keep our guests on the dancefloor, while still playing the music styles we requested. His prices are also awesome! He is affordable without giving up quality! I highly recommend getting in contact with Lee and booking him for your event!

Amazing! Use this dj!

Lee and LV sound we’re absolutely perfect and amazing they played every song we asked and got everyone at the wedding to dance and have a great time! The lights they set up were beautiful as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dj! Thank you so much lee and LV sound you made our night perfect!

Worth every penny!

Lee is awesome! He works with you through the whole process. My now husband and I had to work mostly online with emails and talk with Lee over the phone since we don't live in Ohio but it was not an issue at all. I promise you the you will not find a better service or price anywhere else! We had a unique setup where dinner was inside but the dance floor was outside on the patio and they made sure they would accommodate both spaces with 2 setups. Lee also helped us out with up-lighting inside, and dance floor lighting outside. The whole experience was amazing! Bill was our DJ and he made sure to talk with me to make sure I was ready for the next big event each time so that I wasn't caught by surprise which I really appreciated. He also stayed longer (we paid for the extra time) when we asked because the party was still going for us. Everything about working with Lee and Bill was a breeze. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Stop, do not look any further than this company's reviews. Lv Sound from the first hello to last goodbye has been absolutely amazing in every way. The owner Lee was very responsive and flexible when it came to our consultation and every single email and correspondence along the way. We were very lucky to work with our DJ Bill as well, he really listened to what my husband and I wanted, but also made suggestions when we needed it, and was so helpful with keeping us on track with our timeline throughout the night. The number of compliments we recieved regarding the dj services alone spoke for themselves. The sound at the outdoor ceremony, the lapel mic., the sound inside our venue was perfect, the up lighting was so pretty, and the music selection kept people dancing all night. 10 stars.

What can I say about working with Lee? He was extremely professional, accommodating, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Lee went out of his way to work with my wife and I to plan a wonderful wedding. I know for a fact that you will not find a better DJ for a better price. Hands down, the services he provides and the price at which he provides them are so much better than the competition. Lee does not sell you on unnecessary upgrades or packages. He is honest, affordable, provides you with a good faith estimate, and has the DECADES of experience in the business that will help you feel at ease. In addition to providing us with microphones, speakers, music selection services, was able to run an outdoor and indoor sound system seamlessly all while MCing the event. He helped keep us on track during our reception and also knew when and how to work with guests of the wedding and other vendors to make it a wonderful experience. If you are looking for an experienced DJ, who is easy to work with, and one hell of a value look no further! Lee and his staff are great to work with. Couldn't recommend him any higher!

Amazing! Like others, I was a little hesitant about hiring them bc they're so affordable, but I'm so glad I read the reviews and went with these guys. I worked with Lee ahead of time, but Lee and Bill both DJ'd my wedding reception. Lee was incredibly easy to work with. He was very responsive and on top of things. He has great equipment and we had absolutely no issues. He was flexible with the timeline since dinner took longer than expected which pushed the evening back a bit, but the evening flowed perfectly and no one would be able to tell things were running behind. He did come to talk to me briefly throughout the reception, but this was mostly to work on the schedule of events during the evening so I didn't mind at all. He is very competent and a bride's dream to work with since he did exactly what he said he'd do and he did his job very well. Thanks Lee and Bill!! You guys are amazing!

Lee was great! He walked us through all the steps to plan the program for the evening and was very responsive to our and our bridal party's requests the night of. He was particularly great with our grandparents during the anniversary dance and suggested that we cut the cake with them. It was an incredibly sweet moment and he went above and beyond to make the whole night a success.

Thanks DJ Lee from LV Sound. Dj was amazing we had a lot of compliments. Guest love that you played your song right away. My husband and I had a back yard BBQ reception. My husband is a Marine and we had a lot of marines and other service members at our wedding. After the best man speech he played Lee Greenwood - God Bleas the USA. Bill was a very professional DJ who really made sure we had a great time! He was very cooperative and easy to work with. He had many good insights that he shared with us and let us on schedule throughout the night. His choice of songs that we did not request were right in point with what we hoped for! He also set up our lighting which made our hall look great.

Lee was awesome! We were totally unprepared when we first met and he helped get us on track so we'd be ready for the big day! He was able to provide a few obscure songs that we really wanted as well as handle the requests provided by all of our guests! Our DJ was Bill. He was very informative and helpful with everything. We had only been to a few wedding receptions, and really didn't know what or how to do things. Bill gave us great advice and kept our wedding party on a schedule, until it was time to just chill out and party. It was very helpful and everyone commented how smooth the reception went. He helped us pick out the perfect dance music that we wouldn't have even thought of, and had our dance floor packed the entire night. He even found older music that my grandma wanted to hear, and she danced too. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ at a more fair price.

Lee worked with us very closely and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The online form he gave us was a great tool and helped us insure we had every aspect of our wedding exactly to our liking. DJ Lee was amazing! We are so happy with how our music was at our wedding. Lee was so easy to work with and very friendly. The dance floor was packed the whole night! Lee and Dave did a good job for our wedding. They did our ceremony and reception. They provided beautiful uplighting for us that made things perfect. You can tell that Lee is an honest and hard working guy, and we appreciated that. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was that we felt that they kept interrupting us during the reception to ask us question, the introduction was a little too much and we felt our music playlist was being overlooked by guests music requests. BUT nothing is perfect and we know that. We really did enjoy LV sound and the quality of their service. They offer great prices too. I recommend using them as your DJ.

I can't say enough great things about Lee and his crew. He and DJ Bill made sure our wedding soundtrack reflected our vision flawlessly. LV Sound did a great job as our DJ's. The introductions at the beginning of our reception were awesome, lots of energy, and it stayed that way the entire evening. Lee and Bill did a great job. We used LV Sound for both our ceremony and reception, which were at the different parts of the hotel, so they had 2 equipment setups going for us. They played all of the music that we picked out ahead of time and worked really well with the hotel staff and photographer. Their equipment worked flawlessly and the uplighting made the reception area look awesome.

Our DJ was Bill and he was just so easy to work with, a super nice guy. We sat down with him about 2 weeks before the wedding and planned everything out perfectly. He was great from the beginning of our reception introductions to the special last dance we had and everything in between. Also, the uplighting looked beautiful and the combination of different shades of blue lights matched our "Frozen" color theme. LV Sound was also the most affordable, professional DJ we looked at. Yes, there were cheaper out there, but they did not seem on a professional level like LV Sound and the other way more expensive ones we visited. So I would definitely recommend DJ Bill of LV Sound.

My husband and I chose LV Sound for our Wedding day. Lee was great to work with!! His experience is evident; he was great at suggesting timelines and music that our guests would love. He MC'd our whole event and made everything run smoothly. He made sure that he knew everyone name before announcing the party. I loved the client portal he has on his website making it easy for me to plan our event and make sure I didn't miss anything! We also had beautiful lighting for our event provided by LV Sound. It really transformed our entire venue! My husband and I wanted to have a slideshow for our guests during dinner, and they made it happen! We hired this DJ for our July wedding. Overall it was a great experience. He took the time to get to know what we wanted for our wedding and then made sure to execute our wishes on our special day. He took requests and included props to help with pictures. Additionally, we hired him to provide up lighting for our reception and ceremony sound. The uplighting was perfect and made the room reflect our vision and wedding colors. The music and sound during our ceremony was great. Awesome DJ and experience. We used LV Sound for both our ceremony and reception. Our ceremony was held outside the venue and they had a wireless lapel microphone that our officiant wore that was very discreet and picked up the sound of our ceremony vows so everyone could hear. We also had a second microphone on a stand so my sister and cousin could read scripture verses. When we had our planning meeting, Lee the owner, had a bunch of great ideas and suggestions for the ceremony music because we had no clue where to begin and had not met with the officiant up to that point in time. Immediately after the ceremony, we had a receiving line where some very pretty classical music played in the background, which added a very nice touch to conclude our ceremony. Then we went and took more pictures, while our guests walked inside to the reception where LV Sound was already set up and started the cocktail hour. Once we got back from our pictures, we walked into a great introduction, did our cake cutting, our toasts, and had my grandfather say the blessing before we ate dinner. DJ Lee and DJ Bill did a great job with all of our special dances, and then once those were done, EVERYONE danced, and danced all night long. I'm so glad we went with these guys, because the DJ service my sister had for her wedding were about half as good and cost twice as much!

People around me, have just not had luck with DJ's. At my sister's wedding, something went wrong with the DJ's equipment and there was no music for over an hour and a half until someone came out to help the DJ get it going again. That long delay pretty much killed the party. Then years ago when my cousin got married, the DJ never showed and she later found out she got scammed. So we were definitely looking for a DJ that had been in business a long time and had good references, and we found that in LV Sound. They showed us at the wedding show how at every wedding they actually have 2 complete, identical systems right there, with the backup ready to go on a moment's notice in the unlikely event of a problem. About our wedding, everything was great. We made out a songlist on their website and every song we requested was played. To make a long story short, our guests all had a wonderful time, and both my sister and cousin commented on how they wish they had LV Sound at their weddings. One other amazing thing, I forgot my garter at the hotel and when DJ Lee came up to me when it was time to do that, I figured we were just gonna have to pass on that one. He came back one minute later with a brand new garter still in the package, so my husband got to have his special moment. Amazing.

We met LV Sound at the Summit Mall Bridal Show and were impressed with the fact that the company is owned by a family that is now in it's 3rd generation of family members working as disc jockeys since they started in the 1980's. The rates were also better than many of the other DJ's we already looked at another wedding show. We worked with DJ Bill and everything was great. We met DJ Bill a couple of weeks before our wedding for our planning meeting and went over all our details that we did with the online tools. From the outset, it was obvious that he was a very experienced DJ. During our meeting he really helped us out with a few dances we weren't really sure about because both my fiance and I hadn't been to a wedding in a really long time. He also introduced us to the wedding shoe game, which we and our guests absolutely loved. At the wedding, it sounded great, the uplighting looked great, and everybody had a great time.

The owner Lee was very easy to work with and our DJ Bill was a super guy. Our guests and ourselves were dancing all night long. We really liked the online planning tools. We also had a lot of positive comments after our wedding about how beautiful our room looked with the uplights that were also set up by LV Sound. We used LV Sound Entertainment for our outside wedding ceremony and reception. Everything was fantastic, DJ Lee was so professional and had the guests dancing all night long. The video screen added that something extra that our guests loved. The online tools are user friendly and helped greatly with planning our wedding. LV Sound is a DJ service you want at your wedding. They have an online list that you get to select the songs you want and if you aren't sure they have an option of frequently used that I found helpful! Also he was very understanding on my wedding day when I couldn't decide if I wanted it outside or inside (due to a chance of rain). He worked with my photographer and all other vendors well and also got my guest out on the dance floor! Not to mention LV Sound has great reasonable prices! I recommend them to all the different brides I meet!

DJ Lee was the best!!! We couldn't have been happier with our wedding..he really went above & beyond. The screen with the slide show was so incredible....we still get compliments on how nice it was & how much fun everyone had! I would 100% recommend LV Sound!!

Lee Volkov and his assistant were excellent. We also asked them to play the music for the ceremony, which they did with no problem. They microphoned the officiant wirelessly which worked out perfectly. Their music selections were great during the rehearsal and got people up on their feet. Nothing but good things to say about them. Also very affordable by DJ standards.

LV sound is a family-owned company with years of experience, which is very evident after working with them! The first time I met with Lee, I felt very confident booking them for our wedding as he reassured me they have everything under control, and then some (for example, they always come prepared with a back-up set up equipment in case of technical problems!) They have an easy-to-navigate online planning site where you can enter your timeline, playlist (songs to definitely play, play if time, and do not play), special dances, etc. The songs we chose to walk down to for our ceremony were songs we found on YouTube; although they were not able to access them for us, they were willing to play the mp3's if we downloaded them and provided them via e-mail. They were willing to work within our budget to provide us with everything we needed and wanted for our special day -- they played the pre-ceremony/ceremony music, ran the sound for our outdoor ceremony, played cocktail music, provided uplighting and disco lights, and DJ'd a fun night of dancing! Lee was always quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls, was extremely organized, and worked with our crazy schedules to meet up with us (even on the morning of the 4th of July!). A good DJ is essential to keep a wedding day on track and to keep things upbeat and fun -- DJ Lee with LV Sound made sure our day was amazing!

DJ Bill was an amazing asset at our wedding. He was professional and kept everything flowing so nicely. He was accommodating when we needed changes made and made my reception absolutely perfect. What an amazing company to work with, and we are so grateful to Bill for making sure our event went amazing!

They were definitely able to mix in requests with what was on our playlist and everyone loved the music. The only complaint was we let our bridal party each pick an introduction song. When we gave them the list it had each couples names next to the song so there would be no confusion. However, when the introductions started all the songs were jumbled and not with the right couples. We did get a discount and free up lighting package though for booking them at Today's Bride Show.

UPDATE: The owner of LV Sound, Lee, called me upon seeing this review to apologize for the issues and to see if he could compensate for the mix up. I really appreciated that he took the time do this.

LV Sound were amazing for my reception! My guests are still talking about what a great job they did! They are very professional and worked very well around what My Husband and I had requested. They also handled themselves very professionally at my wedding, and made my reception run smoothly!!!
