Awesome Service

The communication was great giving reminders and updates 2 hours prior to pick up. The drivers are super personable, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Day

It was a perfect day! We cannot say enough good about our driver, Matt Will. Very patient, professional and a perfect gentleman. The car was also excellent; extremely clean and comfortable. A complete pleasure dealing with Luxury Limousine.

Great service, great ride

There was some rain on my wedding day, but my driver Steve was always ready with his umbrella to help me at the church and the reception. He was very attentive and provided superior service on our journey. Definitely recommend!

They were amazing!

I called for a business-related trip, but their responsiveness and professionalism - not to mention their dedication to customer service! - should convince you. I called on a Friday for a Saturday pickup. They were already swamped, but Suzanne made the trip happen, Unfortunately, my boss made an error in his request, so her driver sat at the airport and ... no plane!! Turns out, the trip was Sunday!!! In spite of TWO last minute bookings from me - including one that was flat WRONG - these guys made everything happen without a hitch, and made me look like a rock star to my boss. Thanks Luxury Limousine Service!

Very friendly and RELIABLE staff! Went on cruise July/August needed 2 pickup drop offs and all went smoothly! Communicated via email as well as phone and made our vacation one we will never forget! Thanks again

This was our second time using Luxury Limo for travel to and from JFK. I will never use anyone else. Our plane was delayed then diverted to Boston on our return to the US. I was called and text by Susanne telling me she would work to help us. She made good on her word !! Luxury Limousine is the BEST.

Very easy and friendly to deal with. Driver was more than on time, helpful and very kind. Took the time to take pictures of the bridal party, helped everyone carry things in and time management was on point! Very satisified with the service, def will recommend and book with again

We recently returned from a cruise to Bermuda. Luxury Limo took 14 people to NYC and back home. The entire experience was first class. Our driver was most professional and flexible and we arrived ahead of schedule. The staff was easy to work with and most helpful. This is the second time we have use Luxury Limo and it won't be the last. Thank you Luxury Limo for your excellent service.

I rented a 22 passernger limo bus for a concert trip to Penn's Peak. Susanne was very helpful during the booking process and our driver James Langhorne was great and delivered excellent service. I will definitely book another trip with Luxury Limousine Service.

We had the best of the best with Luxury Limo on our wedding day! The driver literally had to drive back and forth all over NEPA to accommodate the needs of the bride and groom and their bridal party. Len always kept me calm (the bride) and answered my texts and calls immediately the day of our wedding when I had questions or moments of panic! He was the best! Also, I used luxury limo through out my entire wedding dress process from start to finish since I purchased my dress at Kleinfeld in NYC. Gary was with me everything step of the way and was sure to take special care of the dress the day we picked it up. Gary is now a part of our family we all say. He's the best there is! Personable, professional, kind, caring, and always gets you where you need to be on time. I've been using Luxury Limo for ten years now for different needs and we are never disappointed! Highly recommend by myself, family, and friends.

Kudos to the luxury limousine gang for a fine job with our limo bus for our wedding day. I know we were loud and kept the driver busy with all of our stops and he never stopped smiling. You Gus are simply the best.

We used Luxury Limo for our wedding and they were awesome! They were super helpful with coordinating all the plans for our big day and helped us with all the details. The limos were super clean and in excellent condition and had a great sound system so we could party in the party bus after the ceremony! They even had the limos decorated with beautiful flowers that matched our wedding colors. And the drivers were super friendly and helpful. They even escorted us from the limo to the reception with umbrellas since it was raining. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to using their services for other big events :)

The staff at Luxury Limousine made this special day even better! The limo was spectacular, the driver more than accommodating and it was stocked with our favorite beverages. He even made a quick trip around the block after spotting my groom pull up behind us so we wouldn't see each other!

The service was awesome!! I will def recommend you guys to absolutely everyone. Also, the driver we had was awesome. I have been in several wedding and the drivers we not very personable. My daughter and her fiance had to up their wedding date by one year due to his job changes. We had 10 weeks to plan a full wedding with all the bells and whistles. I contacted Luxury Limousine and explained that we needed a new, clean, stylish, stretch limo for my daughter and her girls initially, then to be used for the bride and groom before and after the reception. We also needed a limo bus for our Canadian family and friends to make their day easier. We spent several phone conversations and updates with Susanne, who was great, despite our changing counts and times, due to vendor coordination being difficult with our last minute arrangements. The drivers for all of our vehicles were helpful to our guests and us, they were personable and professional. The vehicles were spotless and looked great. We also booked a car for the newlyweds to the Newark airport for the next day. Thank you Susanne and guys You were great!!!

Just wanted to say thank you so much for your pink hummer limo service. The driver, Dan, was awesome, he was very good with the children of the wedding party. He was promt. curtious, and very professional. My son an new daughter-in-law were very surprised with the limo and very impressed with the service from Dan. We have lots of photos with the limo and Dan, with the wedding party and with the children. I can't say enough about your service. For my wedding on October 5th we rented the Pink Hummer. Right from the start, the customer service was great. The conformation was sent five minutes after I booked it, and there were many emails confirming the time and place. Susanne was always there to answer any question I had, and trust me I had a lot!

The inside was so clean and the outside was shiny bright pink! This was the only company with a cool limo like this. There was plenty of room inside so we were very comfortable. The driver was courteous and professional and very accommodating! Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend Luxury Limo to anyone who asks.

Luxury Limo was awesome to work with from the first time I contacted them to the day of the wedding. Susanne was very professional and kept in great contact with me even sending me an email the day before and day of the wedding to confirm times and send me the name and cell phone number of the driver! The driver was wonderful, he took great care of our kids gave them a great ride, let them play great music and they had so much fun! He was right on time and was very professional. Our kids will tell you the limo ride was the best part of the day! I would highly recommend Luxury Limo!

A great big thank you goes out to the Luxury Limo team for making my day special and problem free. We had the party bus and a had a blast! The driver was great and worked with me to find a place to park at the picture site when it was raining and we didn't want to walk through the rain!

My husband and I used Luxury Limo for our wedding on 9/24/16. The service was fantastic. We had a very large wedding party and rented their largest limo bus. It was very clean and modern. Our driver, Kelvin, was on time and very accommodating to our party. He helped all of the girls in and out of the vehicle at each stop. The office staff at Luxury Limo was also very professional throughout the booking process. I really like the email notifications the week and day of so that I did not have to worry about that part of the schedule. John and I would highly recommend Luxury Limo!

Great limo driver, HORRIBLE customer service

The limo driver was awesome! He was really nice and helpful. He let us jam out and have fun. He took us to a special spot for a picture while we were cruising around before the reception. However, the customer service was AWFUL!! The secretary was so miserable and rude!! I hated talking to her on the phone. I wouldn’t hire this company again because of her horrible attitude.
