The delivery crew was super friendly and helpful.

Amazing to work with!

I wish to share that I appreciate the Luxe team coming to the Glass Factory on Saturday, October 22, 2022 and doing an amazing job as we prepared for 200+ guests. Quality setup and service

We recently rented from Luxe for out wedding in April, and they did an absolutely beautiful job!! They came and set up on time and the dance floor, draping, and linens all made our wedding magical. My mom said the crew that came to break down after the wedding was over was a wonderful group and were a lot of fun during clean-up. We highly recommend Luxe and would absolutely use them again for any party needs!

Everything and more.

Professionalism and ease at its finest. Luxe Party Rentals was a dream to work with. They were very responsive and organized. I ordered chargers, an arbor, chairs, and linens from them. They delivered and picked-up on time. They made sure to count each item to ensure everything was correct. My wedding looked like everything I could have wanted because of them. Amazing & Professional!

Our Sales Rep, Britney was wonderful and so easy to work with. She was incredibly flexible with any last minute changes we had, always pleasant and responsive, and incredibly professional. Our on-site point of contact for delivery & set up was Stephen who was equally amazing to work with. Stephen and his team were also incredibly professional and honestly exactly what you hope for when setting up for a big event. They know exactly what they are doing, and work incredibly fast. I honestly can't say enough good things about Britney, Stephen & the whole Luxe team! Thank you for an incredible job!

Professional, courteous, and responsive

Every aspect of service was excellent, from initial office contact to delivery, setup, breakdown, and equipment. We needed something quick for a funeral and Luxe made it happen easily. Everyone was responsive, prepared, and helpful. The tent, tables, chairs, and bar were in excellent condition. Highly recommend Luxe for any occasion.

Great Inventory

We used Luxe Party Rentals for our Wedding and loved the copper flatware! It complimented our decor and looked beautiful with our centerpieces. They Make Magic Happen

The team at Luxe works absolute magic for their clients! Luxe did a massive installation for our April wedding. From building a rig that could be hung from the ceiling as our Chuppa, to running an extensive amount of cabling, building us gorgeous custom light fixtures that look like they came straight out of a West Elm catalogue and sourcing us beautiful custom chandeliers. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. So much so that when we walked in for the first time, even in just the preliminary stages, we were speechless. Our wedding would've haven't been what it was if it wasn't for the extensive work of Luxe and their talented team!

The folks working at Luxe Party Rental are incredible!!! Chelsea and her crew were extremely professional, responsive and super friendly! Great experience.

I hired Luxe for my tables, chairs, linens and dance floor. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the rentals was excellent. Customer service people were AWESOME and so accommodating, as I had to make several small changes to my reservation in the month before the wedding. Response time was always 24 hours or less, and everything was delivered and picked up within the time frame specified. Luxe made this wedding chore very easy!

I ordered the gold chiavari chairs from Luxe for my wedding. I was very particular in only wanting wood chairs and Luxe delivered on my request! I also had to add more chairs last minute and they were accommodating. Lastly, I had to confirm the pickup and delivery schedule with the venue and Luxe was very patient during the waiting process. They also said it didn't matter which day, they were able to accommodate either. They gave us as delivery window from 8-11am and the chairs were delivered by 8am. Very efficient and easy to work with. I strongly suggest going to their shop where you can see things first hand, it's totally worth it!

Please use Luxe Party Rentals!!!!! They are SO pleasant to work with and make the stress of planning a wedding nonexistent! They are very efficient and accommodating. Staff is awesome!!! Wow! Luxe Party Rentals was amazing to work with! I loved how their entire inventory is online with pictures, descriptions, and prices!! This helped me so much when planning for our wedding- as I did not want to waste my time calling around rental places for prices on everything. And their rental items were beautiful and exactly as pictured on their site.

Our wedding was in the Ocala National Forest and they delivered our items for an extra fee! The guys the picked up and dropped of the rentals were dependable, hard-working, and professional- which was much appreciated!

Awesome experience! Luxe provided all of our Decor for our Vowel Renewal 9.15.17! A true one stop shop arch, outside chairs, inside chairs, all tables etc. Very prompt with delivery, breakdown and professionalism, no need to shop around use Luxe for everything they are priced appropriately!

From your first conversation with one of the ladies in the office, to the guys that will deliver! Our wedding was held in Jekyll Island, GA, but we used Luxe Party Rentals in Jacksonville, FL because they had the best prices and inventory. They had every item we needed and at a better price (even with adding in the extra fee since they were an hour away) than the local rental company. I changed my order multiple times - adding lawn games - adding more plates and linens - and then having to swap out different table sizes when I had people RSVP last minute. I really appreciated how helpful they were with all of my questions and all of my changes. I had to create a "party from scratch" as the venue I booked was a covered pavilion over looking the ocean. It was beautiful, but I needed to rent everything from tables, chairs, linens, plates to even lighting. They helped create the vision I had for the wedding. Thank you so much!!

Luxe was absolutely fantastic to work with. I rented over 300 chivari chairs from them for my wedding and they also did the draping and lighting. They were so great to work with even though I made multiple changes to my order throughout the process. They really went out of their way to accommodate me and what I wanted for my wedding. From the moment I called to the quick email response Luxe was helpful and knew just what linens we needed for my daughter's wedding. From pick up to drop off the staff were nice, knowledgeable and just what we needed at the last minute. The linens were perfect, clean and just the right size for my daughter's wedding reception. We had a wonderful experience working with Luxe Party Rentals for our outdoor wedding last month! They provided nearly everything we needed to ensure that we had all the details worked out, and for 'the vision' to come alive! We felt that Luxe offered some of the most affordable rates in the Jacksonville area and carried the most stock of items; especially for Farm Tables, Custom Furniture pieces, Bars, Chiavari chairs, Chargers, Linens - you name it, they had us covered. Communication with the staff at Luxe was seamless - I always got the answers I needed within the same day. Britney and Mallory were always willing to make changes, were super flexible, and able to hunt down important items that I needed! (Literally that last month we were in communication probably every day - so thank you for that!) I definitely recommend looking into this company if you are trying to get the most bang for your buck - in quality, quantity, and in service for your event!

Luxe Party Rentals was incredible to work with for our backyard beach wedding. Mallory and her husband Phillip were so accommodating and were so gracious with each update we made to our proposal. They came out to the house and measured the yard, got us the perfect size tent and all the “fixings” we needed to make ourselves a perfect wedding. The tent was absolutely beautiful with the lining up inside the ceiling and three chandeliers, bistro string lights, black and white dance floor, and a stage for the band – everything was flawless. Thank you SO much Mallory and Phillip for accommodating us and for your crew building up our backyard into the perfect wedding scene. It was absolutely perfect!

It was truly a pleasure to work with Luxe Party Rentals for our wedding day! From the initial meeting with Britney to select the items, to the site visit to design the layout, to our wedding day they were fabulous every step of the way!

The day of our wedding Philip, and his lovely staff, executed the event design seamlessly and we were blown away by the final outcome! Our outdoor ceremony was ethereal, timeless, and elegant. They produced something that looked like it came out of a movie, magazine, or blog. Our patio where we conducted the cocktail hour and the ballroom at One Ocean Hotel & Spa were as equally stunning. All the items we ordered were in excellent condition and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Every single one of our guests commented on how our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience to work with Luxe Party Rentals. We couldn't have done it without them and we greatly appreciated all their hard work!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary by having a vow renewal on the beach followed by a reception in the backyard of an oceanfront estate. Luxe was AMAZING! They have such a wide variety of items available for rent at great prices. Philip was extremely flexible and understanding. I had a lot of last minute changes due to guests cancelling and guests being added up to 2 weeks before the wedding date. Philip made sure we had enough chairs, tables, linens, etc. to accommodate everyone and make the ceremony and reception look beautiful. I highly recommend!

Luxe has some great, inexpensive rentals which is rare to find when planning a wedding. The benches are unique & look great when set up on a beach! Philip (the owner) is so nice & very accommodating when I changed my mind about my rental order. He knew I was on a pretty tight budget & didn't charge me for setup/take down. We got married on the beach in St Augustine. It was a destination wedding so all planning was done over the internet. The prices were very fair. Philip was easy to work with and reachable via email and phone. He arrived on time for the Friday dropoff and on-time for the late Saturday pickup (11pm). The tables and chairs were in great shape. The user tip I would pass along is the table cloths come packaged in plastic with creases. We tried the dryer and then iron with no success. We ultimately had 2 guys hold them and then 1 use a hand held steamer. We had 7 tables and it took about 1 hour so plan ahead.

Philipp with Luxe is absolutely amazing. He is the owner and the nicest, most accommodating person I think I could have found. First off, since I was a Palm Valley Gardens bride, Philipp gave us a huge discount, without me even asking. Second, he not only moved chairs post-ceremony to the reception so we wouldn't have to pay for more than we needed, but he also volunteered to take the linens we rented from someone else, back the following Monday, at no charge. He was EXTREMELY responsive, easy to work with, and just all-around wonderful. If you need to rent supplies for any type of party, wedding or event, I highly recommend using Luxe.

Best service and product! Phil is great at what he does. This is not your typical rental company. Luxe takes it to another level. Great furniture to chose from, the bars are large and beautiful, and all items are QUALITY. I rented the chairs for my outdoor ceremony and reception from Luxe Party Rentals, and had the best experience with them! The chairs were the lovely white padded garden chairs, which looked fantastic. They brought the chairs a little earlier than planned- which was amazing because we were behind- and had everything set up quickly. They were also very flexible when we had a guest list increase a few weeks before the wedding! I'm so glad we went with Luxe because rentals are such an integral part of a wedding, it's nice to have a company you can count on to help the day run smoothly!

My entire experience with Luxe was wonderful. From the initial booking, to the helpful and friendly staff, to the high quality and clean rentals, to the very affordable pricing. I would highly recommend Luxe to anyone!!

They provided all the linens needed for the wedding. The delivery fee was a bit high so we opted to pick up the linens and return them the next day after the wedding.
All the table linens were provided on hangers. They are very heavy and we needed strong guys to help with loading and unloading. The return was easy. All went well
And we were happy with everything in the end. Their prices are a little less than some others, but you should get the liability 7% insurance to cover any stains or spills, or losses.
I would recommend them they are friendly and easy to work with.

The team at Luxe Party Rentals is amazing. They were able to work around our schedule for both delivery and pick up. Delivery was incredibly timely, and the rentals were in great shape. If you're looking for vintage/rustic elements, they have that too. When i was in their office looking at swatches, I told the team what i was planning on for theme/decor, and they brought out a lot of suggestions that worked. Their offerings are very contemporary, and they have a lot of options to choose from.

Luxe was incredible to work with! Mallory was extremely responsive and handled my numerous emails and questions very professionally and promptly. The day of the wedding everything was done perfectly and looked absolutely beautiful! they are a one stop shop for an awesome looking wedding and could not recommend them enough!! Cannot wait to see the photos of the day to admire all the beautiful items I received from Luxe.

Luxe Party Rentals was a great company to work with for the ceremony chair rentals for our wedding. They were the only company in Jacksonville I could find that has Mahoganny padded folding chairs with ivory cushions instead of black. The price was comparable though still a bit high but overall the rentals were great. We chose to set them up ourselves as the set up fee was not in our budget and seemed a bit much. In doing this they have strict rules for how they are unpacked and stacked back up if you don't want fines, but we seemed to do just fine as we have not received a fine. There contract signing process and email correspondence was very simple and stress free. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them!

Great products to choose from. Delivery is a little crazy on the pricing side. Pickup is an option which was great for us. But very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We used Luxe for chairs, lawn games and lights, and they were wonderful! They were extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the big day, the rentals were in great shape, and the set-up and take-down crews were punctual and quick. Thanks Luxe Party Rentals!
