Great company!
We would highly recommend Mark and his team! We used them for our wedding day and they were accommodating with our pick up time, being flexible when we needed to change as we got closer in to the day! I worked with Luxe Limo Service and I couldn't have been happier. It was my best firend's wedding and I was the one in charge of booking the wedding limo being her bridesmaid. I had to make sure that the limo looked and smelled nice, the driver was professional, and the rates were reasonable. I searched a few companies and I finally settled on Luxe Limo and am I glad that I did. The whole bridal party and most importantly the bride loved the exterior and the interior of our limousine and everybody was focused on having fun (rather than companlining about something or the other) which was of course my biggest concern. The company staff and the driver were very professional and I have already recommended this company to everyone I know.I worked with Luxe Limo Service and I couldn't have been happier. All I have to say is that out of all of the wedding planning I was more worried about the shuttle transportation bringing my guests from the Renaissance Woodbridge hotel to Addison Park. But, luxe sprinter was phenomenal. They were prompt and timely. My guests are still raving about how nice and clean the cars were! Mark was a pleasure to work with! My husband and I needed assistance at the end of the reception and he responded immediately to our call. He scooped my husband and I up from the hall himself and helped us into the hotel. We have used Luxe Limo Service on November 21, 2015 for our Wedding Day! We are very thankful for recommendations from our friends and family who have previously used Luxe Limo Service to hire them for our Wedding Day! We could not wish for better transportation service. We have rented two Mercedes Benz Sprinter shuttle vans for our guests to travel between the hotel and the venue. We also hired Luxe Limo Service for the trip to and from JFK Airport for our honeymoon. All the drivers were extremely professional and always on time. The service was on time, prompt. The driver Mark was very polite, courteous & took care of us during the trip. He constantly was asking if we are ok, if the temperature inside the bus was ok, etc. The bus is new & very clean. The money & tip were spent very well. Since Luxe Sprinter has dependable and safe drivers - we have trusted Luxe Sprinter to bring invited children and elderly members of our family to and from an event.
