I would highly recommend using Luxe for your hair and makeup on your wedding day! I had quite a large bridal party plus both Mom's getting hair and makeup done (10 of us total) and all of the girls from Luxe were not only so nice but amazingly talented - everyone looked gorgeous! The bridal coordinator made scheduling everything a breeze. Dasha and Hunter made me feel beautiful and my hair/makeup stayed perfect through the end of the night. -

Truly the best!
The planning process and organizing the hair and make up for my bridal party was spectacular. Hunter truly slayed all the girls and my bridal hair. She was so bubbly and fun plus listened to everyone’s ideas of how they wanted their hair to look. Everyone’s hair looked amazing from the start to the end of the evening. -

Lionel is fabulous!
Lionel did an amazing job! He and another artist from Luxe came to my wedding venue to apply makeup to myself and 6 bridesmaids. All of the bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning, and photographed extremely well. Highly recommend! -

Amazing Service and Quality!
I had my brows waxed and my first ever dip mani and a gel pedi at Luxe Lancaster, then recently a spa mani at Luxe Litiz. Both locations are amazing and have great teams working for them. The prices are reasonable for a nice salon and the free champagne with top offs!! can't be beat for a relaxing bridal spa day. My nails also looked flawless, both with regular Vinylux polish, Dip and Gel. Gel is still holding up on toes and looks great, my dip mani lasted 1 month with no cracks or wear to them, I only needed to get them redone because they grew so fast. -

Lashes with Kristi
Kristi did an awesome job on my lash extensions. They look great and I'm so excited to go back and get them refilled to keep them looking fresh and glamorous. Lashes are the perfect way to make a statement and feel beautiful and confident. I love not having to wear mascara anymore and I know they will look perfect in photos! Simply Amazing!
I have tried many massage therapists over the years, but none have compared to Danielle. She is absolutely amazing! She listens to your needs and adjusts her techniques accordingly. Whether you are looking for more relaxing, “fluffy massage”, or a deep tissue, therapeutic, Danielle will not disappoint! The spa location and ambience is great for a group or individuals. -

Excellent!
Luxe has been my go-to salon for years --Leah for nails and Zinnia for curly hair. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the stylists are so talented! -

Outstanding!!
First, I need to talk about Whitney, she was the most amazing wedding hairstylist I could have ever asked for. She was so sweet and is incredibly talented. She 100% exceeded my expectations. And Lionel is phenomenal when it comes to makeup! He really helped make me look my most beautiful on my wedding day. -

I used Luxe for my bridal hair and makeup. Aia was awesome. I highly recommend her personally and Luxe overall. It was great to have the trial for hair and makeup beforehand. Aia took pictures so she'd remember in detail how my style was. I used her for on-site services, which was definitely worth it as well. -

Back in October, i scheduled a mani/pedi for my stepdaughter and a mani for myself as a prewedding thing. Iris worked with me on a nail art that many places couldnt do. She took her time even though the appointment was scheduled incorrectly through email for timewise. My stepdaughter loved her nails and enjoyed talking with her tech. Professional yet down to earth.

Alison and Lionel did an awesome job doing the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party for my wedding. The hairstyles the Alison created were elegant and pretty, and suited everyone so well. My hair stayed secure all day with no frizz, and it wasn’t stiff with hairspray at all! The makeup that Lionel did was natural-looking, and held up very well! Everyone was very happy with how everything turned out! -

We went to the Luxe Salon in Lititz and it was AMAZING. We only went for manis and pedis but we had our own private room since there were 7 of us total! While some were gettings pedis, the rest were getting manis! They greeted us with mimosas and kept refilling them as needed! Due to it being a large party - gratuity was included which was kind of nice so we didn't have to think about it all while paying! Overall, a great experience!! -

I had a last minute hair and make up need. My person backed out and I was stuck. I called up Luxe with my dire need and they fit me. Maybe not the best of timing but it worked. My hair and make up was amazing. I loved it all. I felt super important the day of my wedding as well. It may be on the upper scale of price point. It's well deserved and you get what you pay for. If you want perfect make up and hair on your wedding day. This is the place to go. -

I used LUXE in Lancaster 2 years ago to cut 12 inches off my hair. It was my first time going to them and they were FABULOUS!! They took care of getting all the donation information to Locks of Love for me and made the whole experience a great one. They took before and after pictures for me too which was awesome. Trying out the Lititz store this weekend and can't wait! -

This is my first time using Luxe and I'm excited. I have two weddings back-to-back so I will be getting a blowout! Their responsiveness to an email was amazing! I got a reply within MINUTES! The price was higher than I wanted but their professionalism was above and beyond so I'm going with them!! -

I call them all the time and they get me in as soon as they cab. They are always professional and polite. I love coming here. It's a bit more pricey but you will leave happy and if you dont. They will make it right. Love coming here. Professional at its best. The girls are all aweaome. -

My wedding was in Gettysburg and the LUXE staff traveled to my hotel. They did a wonderful job! All of the bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup and everyone looked great in my wedding photos. If you are looking for a salon/spa for your wedding day, I would highly recommend LUXE. -

I purchased one of the bridal packages from LUXE and could not have been more pleased with my services. Everyone was attentive and professional as well as flexible with their scheduling. My package allowed me to have a trial run for the hair and make-up, which put my mind at ease and also included a spray tan! Also, when I managed to mess up my spray tan on the way home I came back in the next day and she touched me up no questions asked and no extra charge! These guys are great! -

Great experience! Catherine did my hair -- she has moved on to another salon, but made sure that her last day was my wedding day. She was fun to work with and made me feel like a princess. All of the other girls loved their hair as well!
Lionel is a dream to work with. I walked out of my makeup session feeling like a million bucks! I have never seen such precision in makeup artistry. Beautiful, beautiful makeup while still looking like myself.
A couple of miscommunication issues with the salon about prepayment, etc. but overall they were really great to work with and provided an excellent space day-of for pastries and champagne! -

Luxe is a perfect place for your bridal beautifying! I had my mani/pedi there with my mother-in-law and sister on Thursday and my hair and makeup with 5 bridesmaids on Friday. Hair by Whitney and Makeup by Lionel were AMAZING! Katie scheduled all of my appointments and was very flexible with fitting everyone in and accommodating a variety of beauty needs. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was extremely welcoming and hospitable on the big day, letting us laugh and enjoy our pampering. -

Aia has been doing my hair for about two years and I knew early on that she'd be the stylist to do my wedding hair! I have VERY thick, curly hair and it has taken a long time to find a stylist who knows how to manage curls. Aia made my wedding day vision a reality with a romantic old Hollywood hair style. I wanted it to look soft and classy but still close to my natural body and "hair personality." She nailed it! I hand already recommended Luxe to several friends! -

I got a couples massage with my husband at Luxe. I was a little concerned that he might feel uncomfortable as it was his first time getting a massage. He loved it and wants to go again. They were very kind and accommodating. I will be going again. -

I was thrilled to have Nathan Fox and Britini Conroy in charge of the wedding hair. I had been going to both of these talented stylists for years while I lived in the Lancaster area. I got engaged while still living in Lancaster and knew that I was going to marry in DC but I still wanted Nate to do my wedding day hair. He and his partner Britni made the trip to Washington to do our hair on the big day. Everyone looked beautiful and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I am horrible at doing my own hair and makeup, so I knew I wanted to find someone to help me out on the day of my wedding. I’m so happy I found Luxe. I worked with Rosa for my hair and Lionel for my makeup, and both were so wonderful at their jobs. They worked with me to do a hair and makeup trial, and then took my feedback to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding. They also did my bridesmaids’ hair and makeup, and all three of them looked wonderful! They put just as much effort into bridesmaids’ hair and makeup as they do the bride’s. -

I have been going to Luxe for the past 2 years for my nail and spa services. I planned a mani/pedi party for the Friday before my wedding in October with my bridesmaids and mothers. Luxe did a fantastic job and made everyone feel so welcomed and wonderful. They have an exceptionally clean facility. The manicures and pedicures are enjoyable and relaxing. My gelish french manicure was perfect! They were accommodating to such a large party of 10 girls. They also had a nice table set up with mimosas and for the food that we had catered for the morning. Ana and Nate are always around and able to assist or see how your services are going. We had a great time, and I could not say more wonderful things about Luxe and the team. -

What's NOT to love about Luxe? It has a swanky, upscale vibe to it and is easy to get to, but without all the parking drama and other nightmares of other city salons.
I chose the bridal package not only based on pricing but because I loved the idea of a "beauty morning" with my girls on the big day -- and it was so fun that the day of my wedding (Oct. 28th), all of the stylists at Luxe were all dressed in Halloween costumes for the holiday weekend -- just made it even more fun and special.
I am definitely going back to Luxe in the near future and would highly recommend their services ... not just for weddings and other big events, but for a fun day of pampering and relaxation as well. You'll look and feel like a million bucks! :-) -

The owner of Luxe, Lani, is a wonderful person for starters. She is such a joy to be around! If you have a big group of bridesmaids or ladies getting their hair done, I especially recommend Luxe. Every one of my girls' hair looked gorgeous! I had no idea what to do with my hair and Lani made me look like a princess. I can't thank them enough for making my wedding day beautiful, fun, and stress-free. I would highly recommend this salon. Book early--it's popular! -

Luxe is the perfect place for brides to go to prep for their wedding! I held my pre wedding spa day there and everyone was so attentive to my party of girls. I have been to alot of salons in my area and this one tops them all. I scheduled the services 5 months in advance and they recommended facials and body treatments prior to the wedding. I started coloring my hair, and having it trimmed leading up a week before the wedding. I also scheduled a few facials too, since I suffer from acne. My skin had never looked better on my wedding. The esthetician performed a series of facials including their alternative to microdermabrasion. It was so awesome how smooth my skin was after. I also took advantage of a body scrub and spray tanning service too. All of my bridesmaids were very pleased with there hair and makeup that day. We all looked beautiful and were thrilled with the entire salon staff. I continue going there now for my hair and facials. Would recommend to all brides!!! -

This is a new organic spa that opened up this summer in downtown Lancaster. I was so pleased with their services for myself that I decided to book them for my wedding!! My wedding was on a Sunday and Luxe opened up special for my bridal party since they are closed on Sundays. We were able to bring in refreshments and had a wonderfully relaxing morning. All of the women who did my bridal parties' hair were exceptionally professional and extremely friendly!! All of my girls looked fabulous! They even were willing to send a stylist to the hotel where my grandmother was staying to do her hair there since she was not in the best of health and a trip early to the salon would have made her quite tired! All of the girls' updos stayed for the entirety of the day and many were commenting on how wonderful we all looked!! They also provide many spa and relaxation treatments which are wonderful before the wedding. I had a facial and some waxing treatments done just 5 days before the wedding. The wax was extremely mild and I left the spa without any redness at all!! I am typically allergic to waxes so if you are too, this is the place for you!! I HIGHLY recommend using Luxe!! -

I had the staff at LUXE do my wedding hair and makeup, and they were both gorgeous!! I did not have a trial for either, but I wasn't worried because I knew that they would do an excellent job. All of the people i interacted with were so accommodating from start to finish. My sister and mother also got their hair done. They both turned out great; however my sister's hair started to lose its curl pretty early. She has super long, super fine hair, so a lot more hairspray was needed if it was going to stay, and by the time we realized it was coming out, it was too late. I thought the prices were a bit steep but they were comparable to other high end salons in the area. For the type of hairstyle I had, I think any salon would have done a good job. The real reason I choose LUXE was because I wanted the airbrush makeup, and I'm glad I did. I felt beautiful all day and night! -

I worked with Whitney Burkhart wb_upstyles on IG and Lionel lionel.mua on IG for my wedding on 6/15/18 and they were fantastic, efficient, and professional. I paid about $1200 for my bridal hair, makeup, and my wedding party's hair and makeup but it was worth it for the service my artists offered. Whitney creates gorgeous, inventive hairstyles that LAST and Lionel transforms ugly people such as myself into instagram-worthy celebrities with full photo-finish makeup for their wedding days. The salon itself booked everything well and handled customer service efficiently. It is a gorgeous, relaxing, well-lit environment and they offer you nice seating and mimosas. It was a beautiful start to a beautiful wedding day. The one bit of constructive criticism I'll offer is that Luxe "lost" my deposit and while they honored it, they need to keep better track of credit card receipts, etc. Thank you! -

Great salon, great staff, HUGE flexibility!!! My husband and I got married on Memorial day, which means that every single salon in Lancaster was closed or lacking staff willing to work that day. For a fee (which comes with getting married on a holiday), Luxe opened its entire salon for my bridal party and I, and we were able to get hair and makeup done for about 5 people.
The only downside is that when I scheduled the place, I was told by the staff member responsible for weddings that they could open the spa for us so we could get dressed in one of the rooms (rather than in the bathroom). The spa wasn't open during the wedding day though, and we all had to get dressed in the bathroom or in the lobby immediately outside, which was pretty bad because the lobby is open to the front of the salon and the glass windows leading to the street.
Other than that, our hairdressers did a wonderful job and I'm glad to say that my makeup lasted the entire day without ever running. -

I contacted Luxe after having a wedding hair and makeup trial disaster at another local salon and was thrilled and thankful that they could accommodate my bridal party of 9 and I so close to the wedding. They fit me in less than a month before the big day for a hair and makeup trial and I left the salon so happy with the vendor switch up. A few of us got manis and pedis the day before the wedding and we arrived around 120 for our 130 appointments. Luxe likes you to be there 30 mins early to relax and unwind before your appointment which is nice but it just didn't work out that way for us that day. So we got there thinking we were 10 mins early and we were greeted with attitude and told that we needed to hurry up because our appointment times had already started (quick double/triple check of our confirmation email clearly had appointments scheduled to start at 130). We just wanted to hang out, drink some champagne, and talk and be excited about the awesome weekend that was ahead of us while we got our nails done but instead of excitement the vibes in the nail room felt somewhat hostile and rushed for the entirety of the services. Needless to say the next morning we were there by 950 for our 1030 appointments. Other than that spa experience, Luxe was nothing but wonderful. Ashley and Natasha did an amazing job on my hair and makeup! My hair was stunning. I received so many compliments. It was flawless. My entire bridal party left looking and feeling so beautiful. I made the mistake of booking with a less expensive salon originally and Luxe proved that you really do get what you pay for! -

During the trial my hairdresser listened well and got a good understanding of what I wanted. The day of my hair looked great. After my trial makeup I decided that I wanted something different. I would suggest doing a trial. Also, my bridesmaids had their hair, makeup, and nails done. They even had nail polish that was the same as my wedding color. She redid my hair until is was perfect, took photos to make sure she could redo the same style, and practiced the style on other people before my wedding day. I was so grateful that she showed so much interest and care in making sure my hair was perfect for my wedding day. Tons of people commented on how beautiful my hair looked. Lionel did my makeup and its obvious why everyone says he is the best around. The morning after my wedding, my makeup still looked amazing. He asked what I wanted and did just that. LUXE did makeup for me and my girls and my mom for my wedding. They did a fantastic job on the girls, although I felt my makeup was a little too thick for my tastes (kinda' made me look older/got stuck in my fine lines, etc...). The only other problem I had with them was that they originally didn't want to come to my venue to do our makeup but I really didn't want to be driving around on the day of the wedding. They finally agreed but charged an extra fee even though the salon is only 5 minutes away from my venue.
All that being said, they were very responsive. I also went to the salon a few days before my wedding for a facial and mani/pedi. The facial was the best I've ever had and the mani/pedi was very well-done, and stayed fresh and chip-free through the wedding. The salon is really modern and cool and the people are great. The expense of the wedding makeup was offset by the inexpensiveness of my facial and mani/pedi. Overall, I had a very positive experience with just a few hiccups. -

My Mother and I were recommended to go to Luxe to get our makeup done by Lionel for my wedding. To get the best value for my dollar, I decided to get my hair styled and nails done there as well. My mother got her makeup and hair done there also. Let me say, everyone did a phenomenal job and they paid great attention to detail! We got so many compliments! I felt gorgeous and my mother did as well! I wouldn't have changed anything in that regards. Unfortunately, I almost had a panick attack on the day of my wedding because there was a communication breakdown within the company that needed to be addressed in regards to services and payment. Customer service skills could have definitely been better in this area. Thankfully, the problem was finally addressed, but I should have never had to deal with any issues, attitude, or concerns on the date of my wedding especially when I made sure to address and pay for everything before my wedding day. -

I think they are a great salon just make sure you keep track of your services because I have been overcharged twice. The experience is awesome tho! -

Terrible Bridal Coordination
I had booked Luxe about 1.5 years prior to my wedding due to one of their lead artists that I loved the way she did hair. I had started off with Lindsay as the bridal coordinator. Over that time they switched to Lorena. She was absolutely terrible to work with. She wouldn’t respond to emails in a timely fashion ( I would wait about 2 weeks for any response) then when she actually did respond, she would never actually answer the questions that I would ask. It was one of the most stressful things about my wedding. I ended up canceling my contract since she never sent me my final payment about 2 months before the wedding and went directly through my artist. Save yourself the added stress and headache. -

I was limited in further exploring options for salons because I live out of town. I purchased the busy bride package for $350.00, but was charged $399 even though I removed the spray tan option from the package. I was charged for an "upgrade" to airbrush makeup even though the package says "any" makeup. I decided to have my nails done on Friday instead of the wedding day. Good idea because it took 1.5hrs for a manicure! Mine should have taken a few extra minutes to remove the shellac but for my girlfriend who had no polish on it took the same amount of time. I wasn't allowed to get the pedicure afterwards because it would put the salon behind its schedule for the rest of the day. I understand staying on schedule but I did not create the delay and it's for my wedding! I then did my scheduled trial makeup because the individual supposedly had another client immediately after me, only for me to see him leave for the day while I wait for the salon to figure out how I'm going to get my pedicure completed prior to the wedding. I had added a facial prior to the start of the mani/pedi session and by the time I was leaving the salon to go to the rehearsal I was told that everything was fine and that the girl would finish my pedicure while I got my hair/makeup done tomorrow. I left assuming the facial was complementary due to the salons inability to perform the required services. I would also like to note when I started this process the salon gave me a jr stylist who was not very experienced and I had to request someone more sr to do my hair. I would expect you to put your best people in charge of a once in a lifetime day. My bridesmaid was charged Saturday for 2xs the cost of a facial and I had to deal with that even though my card is on the account. Aia(great and professional...did not rush with mngmt pressure), Lionel, and Amanda saved me from an otherwise terrible experience. If you use them request the people above and double check on prices! -

I am absolutely mortified at the service we
received from Luxe Lititz for my bridal party manicure/pedicures. I had 10 girls come in and they were very strict with arriving 30 min before the appt and having the specific girls arrive at certain times. (We started about 20 minutes after the scheduled time, so that’s 50 minutes of wasted time sitting there) They got the whole schedule mixed up and gave me attitude when we told them that and had text messages to prove which times certain girls were supposed to go. They even told me certain girls were scheduled for services that we never scheduled them for (had emails to prove it). I have to note that the girls who actually worked on our nails were wonderful and it was management who was super rude and condescending. Unfortunately each girl paid ~$100 and while we left the salon with our nails dried (hours later) 7/10 Of the girls had chipped nails within 45 minutes of leaving the salon. Now we will all redo our own nails on my wedding day after searching for matching polish colors. NOT WORTH IT. There are so many other places that are much cheaper, with more polite people and with quality products. Never coming back to luxe after this terrible experience (and I used them for many services prior). So disappointed. -

I wanted to love Luxe, especially since they were on the recommended vendors' list from my venue and because of the high premium I paid, which reasonably led me to believe I would be investing in a quality service for my big day. Across the board, my experience with this salon was terrible. Between the multiple scheduling errors made; the condescending, judgmental, and short attitude I and the rest of my bridal party members were met with; and the truly shoddy quality of service we received (I had to continue re-fixing my hair at intervals through the night because it was so insecure and bumpy, and two of my bridesmaids were so unhappy with their hairstyles that they ended up taking out their 'dos entirely and redoing them themselves), it is impossible to identify anything positive about my experience there. It took the salon nearly two hours longer than they estimated it would for my bridal party to get our hair done, which made us an hour late to the venue, creating an extremely stressful start to the day which could have been entirely preventable if the salon had thought out our numbers and needs as I asked them to. (I even said, when scheduling my appointment, that I didn't feel they were allocating enough time and promptly got brushed off.) I also believe that because the salon adds an automatic 20% gratuity to your bill, the stylists feel entitled to be rude and snooty toward their customers and to deliver a subpar product.
I could go on and on about the awful experience I had at Luxe, but the gist is that I was met with incompetence and rudeness at nearly every turn. It's a shame, because every other vendor I used for my wedding day was wonderful; I repeatedly tell people that if I could change anything about my wedding day, it would only be one thing: my decision to go with Luxe. I strongly advise against making a decision that will only add aggravation to your wedding day; find a different salon. -
