    Bettina and her team were amazing! The food was delicious, especially the cake. I have had several people compliment the food, even a month after the wedding! Bettina was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her!

    She's amazing! Not only did Bettina custom design a menu for my fiance and me, she had an amazing tasting and made the experience stress-free and perfect. We love her!

    Somehow, Bettina took my crazy dreams about having cuisine stations for our wedding buffet and turned it into a dream come true! One of the best things about Bettina is that she does custom catering, so you get to design your wedding food, instead of choosing it off of a prepared menu. When she first sent me our menu, I was drooling! She had put my dreams into words! Bettina eventually turned my dreams into real food and it was fantastic! Our guests loved the food! Bettina was also great at offering suggestions from her experience. Oh, and Bettina made the buffet tables look fantastic! Each one had its own flair! If you book Bettina as your caterer, you will NOT be disappointed!

    Bettina and her team could not have wowed us anymore. From consultation to tasting to day of... everything was perfect. I wanted to surprise my husband with mini chicken and waffles (his favorite) and he was SO EXCITED when they were hand delivered to him while we were taking pictures. The lobster bisque shooters were a HUGE hit! and the Family Style dinner was absolutely perfect. It was exactly the vibe we were going for. Thank you for making our day so special! (and our tummies happy!)

    Bettina with Luxe Catering is simply amazing. The food that she produces is out of this world! Bettina also pays very close attention to detail so your spread is guaranteed to look as amazing as it tastes. Bettina takes the time to sit down with you to write a custom menu to fit your needs and the food she delivers soars above expectations. I really enjoyed working with Bettina for my wedding. We had an awesome buffet that consisted of fried chicken and waffles, mac n cheese, cornbread and other delicious southern items that she put her own modern spin on. If you want an awesome caterer that people will be talking about for months after your event, you need Luxe Catering!

    Luxe Catering/Bettina McCann provided the sweet treats (cakes and cake pops) for our wedding day. Our guests raved. Our other vendors raved. I raved! Pricing was extraordinarily reasonable. We enjoyed 7 single layer cakes, each of differing flavors. I purposefully over-ordered so I could have extra for my husband and I to enjoy in the days after the wedding. We've already over-indulged in four of the flavors today.

    While my now husband and I were planning our wedding, the one thing we always kept in mind was that if you want happy guests, their stomachs must be pleasantly full. We completed many searches for a good caterer but knew we didn't want the food to taste like it was "catered". When we first met with Bettina at her Sweetery & Luxe Catering shop, the delicious aromas were overwhelming. Bettina was very gracious and took the time to get to know us as a couple in regards to our individual personalities and taste preferences. She designed a unique menu that conveyed those characteristics yet pleased all of our guests. We chose family style for our dinner, which was great. Bettina arranged the food beautifully in various serving-ware and made it seamless with the the table decor. For the rest of the evening, our friends and family continued to rave about the food, everything from the cocktail hour to dessert. The blackberry, apple, and pumpkin pies were amazing. sliced and gone within minutes! She was very gracious to make a plate for myself and my now husband a little while later since she knew we had been out for sunset shots while dinner was first served. She also gave us two plates of dinner and two servings of each type of pie to take home. It is very clear that Bettina and her staff love what they do and were always professional. I highly recommend Bettina & Luxe Catering!

    We used Luxe Catering for our wedding and it was just simply AMAZING! We have had so many people ask who catered our food specifically complimenting the quality and taste. Bettina was great to work with and personalized every detail. Her staff on site the day of were just charming and so engaging with all of our guest making sure everyone was taken care of all night long. The quality of the services, gracious staff and owner, as well as the delicious food was/is a 5 star treatment! if your looking for an amazing experience that is stress free, unique food, and someone who will personalize every last detail Luxe Catering is the way to go! Thank you Bettina for making our special day so memorable!

    Bettina was available to answer all my questions and work with my daughter and I although we live in different states. Our guests raved about the food although my daughter and I were so busy visiting with guests we didn't have a chance to try the food. (We should have asked her to provide a plate to go for us.) Bettina also took care of getting a china package of mismatched vintage plates which matched our event perfectly. She went out of her way to purchase napkins in our wedding colors and also provided bartending service and a glassware package for that as well as providing non alcoholic beverages. All we had to do was purchase and bring the alcohol and have tables set up for the buffet and the bartending service. Everything went so smoothly I never even met her in person. She catered a wonderful event and was not at all bothered that it was a same-sex wedding.

    YUM YUM YUM! Our guests LOVED the food & desert. Bettina is awesome to work with & her presentation is amazing. We couldn't have been happier with what she did!

    I cannot explain what a GREAT decision it was to use Luxe Catering for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Bettina is amazing to work with and has such a gift for taking your vision & putting it into food. Everything was unique and original & felt special just to us. People raved about the taste, the presentation, and the creativity. The staff was so helpful & handled everything the day of so professionally. I did not have to worry about anything...they had thought of it all. I wish there were enough words to explain how great this company &these people are. If you are thinking about using them...you will not be disappointed!!! You are the best Bettina! Couldnt have done it without you!

    We met with every caterer in the Knoxville area and Bettina was the only one who customized a personal menu based on our favorite foods and vision for our wedding day. She listened to what WE wanted versus telling us to pick from a set menu.

    It rained during our outdoor reception and Bettina and her team worked so hard...moving the food tables and bar indoors and picking up our floral arrangements and moving them inside...they went above and beyond to improvise and make sure that we were happy and our guests were happy. Despite the change in the timeline, the food was out on time and it was hot and delicious. We had so many compliments on the food...our friends and family are still talking about it.

    And her presentation of the food is just as beautiful as the food is delicious. If you want a menu that is fresh and unique, please hire Luxe Catering!

    Food was great

    Luxe catering did a great job overall at our wedding. The food was delicious, however, the meat was a little bit cold for unknown reasons. This could be because the venue did not have a good place to warm up food. They were very helpful the day of and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone in the Knoxville area. We received many compliments from our guests about the food!

    I was super excited to use Luxe Catering and after our taste testing I was even more excited because every thing was perfect! She was great to work with and changed our menu twice to make it exactly how we asked! Yet it was very difficult to get ahold of her at times and I was understanding of her being busy but that was stressful. She is super creative with her foods and very unique I was quite surprised we had a cinnamon flavor in the sweet tea which was fine just didnt expect it. I was disappointed that my cake topper that I had left with her at the tasting was not on our cake. Very nice team of professionals and accommodated all of our menu needs just disappointed in some things.

    Truthfully I am exhausted just thinking about writing this review. I am only going to comment on a few points that were the most pertinent to my overall feeling for this caterer. Overall, her food is quite delicious, going above and beyond any other caterer that I looked at. Unfortunately, Bettina was a horrible communicator from the very beginning...telling me i would receive a custom menu shortly and it taking numerous follow-up emails, including once stating that I did not mind if she needed more time but I just wanted an accurate timeline...to which she responded saying it would be a couple days and it was at least another week before I heard from her. Changes we made in the tasting were not accurately documented, thus there were desserts we had taken off that were still present at the reception. The vintage china was provided by my mother-in-law's business to which she has a list of her own complaints she will most likely address separately. A few days before the wedding I dropped the wine off at her store front and mentioned that we had a pescatarian coming to our wedding, to which Bettina seemed so helpful and said there would be something for him to eat, he just needed to ask for it. Well to our embarrassment, he asked and the servers had no idea what he was talking about. We have had our own communication with Bettina discussing our concerns (mostly through my mother-in-law because I was on my honeymoon and just wanted to relax), and instead of owning up to any of the issues we have had, Bettina instead lists excuse after excuse. All I wanted was some acknowledgment and owning up to her part in the problem. Instead, it seems as if the problem is always someone else and not her. As I previously stated, her food was absolutely delicious, but she was also the only vendor who caused me an unnecessary amount of stress. I leave it up to you with what you desire for your own wedding.
