Dream Wedding

I don’t think I can express how amazing Victoria and her team are and how grateful we are to them for our wedding. Victoria is a world-class event planner and she will make your dream wedding come to life. Not to mention that she is kind, funny, supremely talented, and very passionate about her work.

My husband and I are based in Boston and wanted to have our destination wedding in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains (Highlands, NC). Victoria is based a couple hours away in Atlanta. From day 1, we told Victoria that we wanted to have a wedding that honored the natural beauty of the area… but also felt like Hogwarts, an enchanted forest, a rock concert, and a Celtic wedding, haha. WOW did Victoria deliver - if you go to her Insta page you’ll be able to see that she led our vendors into transforming our venue into EXACTLY what we envisioned. (It looked just like Hogwarts but in an enchanted forest!) We (and our guests) were so blown away, everyone is still saying that it is the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

Being so far away from our venue, we relied a lot on Victoria’s vendor recommendations. With her help, we ended up with a dream vendor team. Everything went very smoothly before and on the day of the wedding - we didn’t have to worry about anything. Best day ever, in no small part thanks to Luxe Atlanta!! We love you!

Absolutely amazing

Victoria & her team were an absolute dream to work with. I truly cannot recommend them enough or say enough good things. She is warm and patient beyond belief and put up with my constant barrage of questions throughout our whole engagement. She made finding vendors a breeze and was excellent and wrangling and coordinating everyone both leading up to the wedding and the actual day of. The budget and checklist that she provided ended up making a huge difference in our ability to make decisions and get things done. I cannot imagine how high my stress levels would have been without her.

Smooth Sailing!

Working with Victoria and her team was a dream. Me being a nervous Covid bride planning a wedding across the country could not have been easy. When you can't meet or really evaluate your vendors, you wonder if everything will go according to plan. Victoria was always there to help me with any one of my questions, and had the best recommendations for DJs, florals, venues, decor, etc. It was so wonderful working with her for 18 months and the wedding itself literally had zero hiccups. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you for everything, Victoria!!

Essential Hire

If you want to enjoy the most important day of your daughter’s life, hire Victoria at Luxe Atlanta. Every little detail was handled so that my daughter, her bridesmaids and I could relax and be in the moment. She was there from the time the hair and makeup artists arrived and stayed until my car was all packed up at the end of the night. I am truly grateful for the service she provided Courtney with.

Exceptionally helpful

I cannot say enough positive things about Luxe Atlanta! I was not one of those girls who has dreamed of their wedding day since they were young. I had no idea where to start! That coupled with an unforgiving work schedule, I felt very overwhelmed in the initial few months of our engagement. We researched and talked with several local planners and felt most comfortable with Victoria. She was able to pick right up and take over planning. She kept us right on track with her extensive checklists and planning software. We also found her vendor payment reminders exceptionally helpful. I honestly don’t know if we would have been able to pull it off without her!

Couldn’t have been better!

Brides - if you are on here looking for a planner for your wedding, look no further! After interviewing quite a few planners in the beginning of our engagement, we finally decided to hire LUXE Atlanta due to their packages being a little more comprehensive compared to some of the others and their pricing was less - thousands less than some of the quotes I received! 😱 Our planner always made herself available to answer any questions that came up. She even offered to speak with my mom to answer some questions she had. Their planning software was great and really helped keep everything organized and in one place. They checked in frequently with us. The actual wedding day they worked as a team to make sure everything went as planned. From our cueing everyone to walk down the aisle to coordinating our sparkler send off, everything was seamless! I can honestly say the most stressful part for us was remembering our vows 😂

Best investment we made!

Victoria was the best investment we made for our wedding. From the beginning we knew that planning a destination wedding was not something we wanted to go at alone. Thoughtful and personalized design!

We hired LUXE Atlanta for full planning for our wedding this past May. What most impressed me about Victoria was the thoughtful design that she created for our wedding. You could tell that even the smallest of details were considered. It was a truly personalized experience which is what we loved about working with her. She took the time to get to know us and implemented tiny details into the design that were just us. She helped us come up with signature cocktails that took a play on the different cities that we are from. It was a fun event that our guests truly enjoyed. We would hire her all over again if we could :)

Exceeded my high expectations :)

I’m in event production myself and had very high expectations for our wedding planner from the beginning. Initially, I was drawn to Luxe Atlanta from their high ratings and positive reviews but after our initial consultation my fiancée and I knew we were in good hands. Victoria exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. She never once hesitated to respond to my text messages or emails regardless of the time of day. She was a wonderful resource to have by our side. She took the inspiration for our ideal wedding and the initial drawings I gave her and produced an event where every last detail was perfect 👌 I know from experience that it’s not the easiest thing to do! I would most definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event.

Words cannot express the appreciation I have for the service I received from Luxe Atlanta in the months leading up to our wedding! Highly recommend their full planning service!

After doing a lot of research and meeting with several wedding planners, I chose to book LUXE Atlanta for their full planning service. It was exactly what my fiancée and I needed at the time with both of our insanely busy schedules.
I put complete trust in Victoria and her team to handle everything from hiring vendors, coordinating logistics, and design among many other tasks that we just did not have the time to deal with. They did such an amazing job from start to finish and I am a perfectionist so coming from me that means a lot. I would hire them all over again!

Wedding planning champ!

Victoria is AMAZING! I was trying to plan our wedding while working 40+ hours a week, building a house and trying to finish my master’s degree. My stress level was through the roof and I felt like I was heading for a mental breakdown. 🤯 Once we hired her I did not have to give a second thought to anything wedding-related. She found and hired the remaining vendors that we needed, tied together all of the loose ends and made sure that every last detail was in place. The day of the wedding she handled everything. I didn’t even realize that one of the vendors had gotten stuck in traffic and was running late until the next day. She handled everything so calmly and gracefully. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding or event.

Made wedding planning enjoyable!!!

Planning a wedding from out of state seemed like a daunting task. We just had no idea where to start. Early in our engagement, we were mainly concerned about hiring vendors without meeting them in person. It was all getting to be too stressful, then we decided to hire LUXE Atlanta. That’s when things turned around and I actually started to enjoy wedding planning. Victoria is an excellent communicator. She responded to emails quickly and recommended vendors that she worked with in the past and trusted. She was able to coordinate tastings for us the one weekend we decided to fly down to handle some wedding related tasks. I was so grateful to have her expertise and guidance, it made things so much easier on us. Our wedding day was perfect! All of the vendors she recommended were phenomenal and she was there all day long making sure every little detail was handled.

Hiring Luxe Atlanta was the easiest decision we made!

Other than saying ‘yes’ when my fiancée got down on one knee, hiring Luxe Atlanta was the easiest decision I have made to date! We booked them for full planning so we didn’t have to worry ourselves with things like searching for a vendor to hand roll cigars at our reception or deliver welcome baskets to our out of town guest’s hotels. These were not things either of us had the desire or time to do. We told them exactly what we wanted and they delivered! 🙌🏼

Wish I would have found them sooner!

The only way LUXE Atlanta could have made our wedding any easier is if we would have hired them sooner! I mistakenly thought I didn’t need a planner and 4 months out from our wedding I was ready to pull my hair out. After we made the decision to hire them, they immediately started working to pull together the loose ends. Victoria got us on track with her amazing online tools and she referred me to some of the best vendors in the Atlanta area. I regret not just hiring them from the beginning. It would have saved me a ton of stress and would have made our engagement a more enjoyable experience.

Came through for our destination wedding!

My fiancé and I had our hearts set on a destination wedding in Highlands, North Carolina. Luxe was amazing to work with. The months leading up to the wedding Victoria, the planner we worked with the most really took control, kept us on track on guided us throughout the process. Miracle worker

Victoria is a miracle worker! I was so lost in the planning process I had no idea where to start. I had a few ideas none of them really went together and I was afraid my event would not come out the way I wanted it to. I ended up hiring them for partial planning so that we could get help with event design and Victoria helped me establish a clear vision for our wedding. Our wedding was perfectly executed from start to finish by Victoria and her team. The design turned out amazing, even better than what I had imagined. It had a beautiful AND cohesive look which would have not been accomplished had I not hired her. We are very happy with our decision and will be recommending them to all of our friends and family :)

Seamless and Worry-Free

Victoria Miller is an incredible event planner. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we had a venue that provided the bare minimum: some tables, some chairs, and basic electricity. Victoria and I met beforehand to talk through the day and connect her with each of the vendors (we had 9 in total). We started planning about 5 months in advance, and she helped me secure my florist and my DJ, and both were AMAZING. Everyone still talks about what a great event we had. It was perfectly coordinated and seamless. I didn’t have to worry about anything! Victoria knows how to throw a party and handle all of the fun surprises that come with it. I wouldn’t change a thing. It was worth every penny and more. I got so many compliments on the details and how everything was laid out.

Blown away!

Luxe Atlanta planned my wedding with 200+ guests this past spring and I was absolutely blown away by Victoria and her team! My then fiancé and I are originally from Atlanta but live in Chicago so we were planning our wedding from afar and knew that we needed a good planner. From the very start they were professional, communicative, detail-oriented and extremely organized! Our timeline she created was down to the minute. Where do I start? First of all our planner was amazing! She made everything super easy by keeping all of our vendor contracts in one place online and their planning tools were extremely helpful. She was communicative throughout the entire process which was important to me since I travel a lot for work and always responded quickly to any questions that we had that came up. They consistently exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day went exactly how we described we wanted it to go. I would highly recommend using them for your planning needs.

Best Planner Ever!

I hired Victoria with LUXE Atlanta for Partial Planning for our wedding last year and let me tell you she is amazing at what she does. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are exceptional. Awesome experience

In the beginning of our planning process we naively thought that we could do everything ourselves. For a wedding with over 100 guests it became overwhelming rather quickly. I found LUXE Atlanta and hired them about a quarter of the way into our engagement and I honestly think it’s the best thing we could have done. With them handling planning, we were able to refocus our attention on each other and actually enjoy the remainder of our engagement!

Excellent Everything!

Victoria and her team at Luxe are seriously amazing! After we hired them our planning experience was virtually stress-free! They did all of the leg work to create our dream wedding and took care of all of the minute details that I was afraid of I didn't hire a planner that I would look over. We are very happy with our decision in hiring them!

I hired Decor By The Day for event deign and to provide decor for my wedding after having two other bad experiences with other rental companies in the area. I am so glad that I found them as they ended up being a huge help throughout the process. They were very responsive and were able to take the ideas that I had communicated to them for my wedding and turn it into an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive look. My ceremony and reception turned out beautifully!

Awesome Service and Professionalism

Loved working with Victoria! She is so sweet and all of their items are very nice! The style is more vintage and our wedding was very rustic, but they provided the cutest sweetheart table and whiskey barrels! 100% recommend!

Victoria rocked at my wedding! She helped bring my vision to life. I really depended on her for my center pieces and she really did her thing. Her communication was amazing , she always kept me in the loop one when things would arrive and really helped me decide on my color scheme. I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it with out her. She was very honest and is excellent at what she does. Her pieces are each so amazing and unique. My guests LOVED my vintage seating area she provided for me as well as the copper Arbor. She arrived on time to set up for my wedding and everything looked magical. She went the extra mile for my special day. I could call her at whatever time and she was always friendly and eager to hear my ideas! My mountain wedding was a dream come true thanks to Decor by the Day. I am forever grateful & having her as my vendor/coordinator was the best decision I made.

If there is a way that I could write more than 5 stars I would!! Victoria goes above and beyond to deliver perfect quality and service for everyone! I have worked with her on many platforms from bridal shows to styled shoots and I would recommend her to anyone. When we started planning our wedding we quickly determined that we needed help. We were too busy to tend to all of the details without things getting overlooked or missed. We hired Victoria for partial planning mid way and we happily turned over the reigns to her. Of course, we still made the big decisions but she took over the rest of the daunting tasks and allowed us to enjoy the remainder of our engagement! Money well spent to not have to stress over every little detail!

When I look back at pictures of our wedding, I still feel like it's a dream! The lounge area, farm tables, and decor - EVERYTHING was absolutely flawless. Decor By The Day made sure every last detail was in place. They totally got me and the style we were going for! I can't thank them enough!
