100% Totally recommend luxbridesja to all future Brides . The experience is top notched . Samatha is excellent at what she does, she's very understanding, easy to communicate with, Listen sam understood the assignment !! Up to a month after my weeding I'm still getting compliments on my entire look from the crown to the head piece mercy ! The veil to the absolutely stunning dress not to mention the details at the back of the dress as well as the many bouquet options .
Even when I had to redo my photoshoot sam was so understanding

Getting my wedding dress from Lux Brides was the best decision I made. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warm smiles. The professionalism was superb and she was with me from the start to end (even after the wedding). I had an awesome experience working with LuxBrides for my wedding dress. I bought my dress online but when it came, I definitely knew I wanted to do some alterations to make it my perfect dress. I reached out to LuxBrides to find out if this was a service offered and was pleased to find out that not only could I get my dress altered, but I could also rent my petticoat and veil at the same place. I did my consultation and Samantha was very helpful and patient as we adjusted the neckline and then tried to figure out the best approach for my sleeves. After the next fitting she was still patient as I was back and forth with how to wear the sleeves on the day and she came up with the perfect solution for the sleeves. The luxury veil we decided on really brought the look together and made the dress pop even more. I felt like a real princess. I would definitely recommend LuxBrides, whether you're looking for a dress, accessories like the perfect veil or for your dress altrelations. Thank you again for helping to make my day special. -

I had visited practically every bridal boutique in Kingston, in quest of a wedding gown and had been unable to find what I was looking for, so when my wedding decorator informed me about them, I was like, Lord, please don't let this consultation be another waste. I was tired!!
However, when I messaged them on WhatsApp and they replied, there was something about them that stood out from the others.
communication style, which is why I initially thought this bridal boutique was the one, and my intuition proved to be correct.
The owner, Samantha, who served as my consultant, provided outstanding customer service and was very professional, informed, and attentive. She had a kind of warmth and familiarity about her that I really liked.
I would advise every aspiring bride to check out LuxBrides JA; you won’t be disappointed. Almost any gown you'd want is likely to be available. Their collection of luxury gowns is quite extensive. 10/10 -

Online communication was excellent and when we met in person Sam was just soo very helpful in bringing my vision of myself on wedding day to life.
I got to the location and the overall set up and ambience screamed luxury. There's a waiting area for bridesmaids/supporters and that's perfect for a big reveal. I loved it!
Let's take a minute to discuss the MANY dress options. Hello?! There's an option for every bride: reserved, outgoing or in-between.
At my second fittings, she showed my girls how to get me snatched. She even sent us visual aid after the fitting.
She really added to the value of my journey down the aisle. -

The best place to get your wedding dress
I was having trouble finding the perfect dress for me because of my size and the vision I had for my wedding dress. Sam greeted me with a beautiful smile and made me feel comfortable. I tried on many dresses however I just wasn't finding "the dress ". Sam then suggested that I redesign a dress that I liked but didn't love and I did. We created a beautiful gown that I absolutely loved! It had everything I wanted and more. Sam made my vision came alive. She was very welcoming and accommodating to my every need and paid attention to the details. My dress was EVERYTHING! I LOVED IT! My experience with LuxBrides was nothing short of amazing. I would reach out at any hours throughout the day and I would get an instant, professional response. I was unable to go in person to get measurements for my dress and she completely understood and my measurements were taken elsewhere and sent to her. From the first time I initially contacted Samantha she was professional and displayed superb customer service and responded quickly to my messages and questions eventhough I was in a different time zone. My dress fitting was nothing short of amazing, the ambiance coupled with Samantha's personality and knowledge made it a very memorable experience. She went above and beyond and even found me a magnificent bridal hairstylist; I couldn't have made my special day come to reality without her expertise and effort and for that I'm grateful. Complete package
After being to several Bridal shops, it was a breath of fresh air to have the Lux Brides experience. In fact we were recommended there from a popular bridal store who had to admit they didn't have anything my size or taste. (I'm a 0/2). We had a glass of wine. My posse got cards with different responses to hold up. It was a complete package with veils and jeqellery. When Samantha came on the day, to deliver the dress, she brought jewellery and hairpieces and pins enough to rescue my girls and make sure they were ok. Super pleased -
