  We chose Lundstrom's florist because my husband has always gone there for his flowers along with his dad and brother and they are who he trusted. We meet with them several times and told them what we wanted and they nailed it. They did a spectacular job! The florist stayed with us through the whole ceremony. She helped all the guys with their flowers and everything. They were awesome!

  My husband and I had looked around for the right place, and as soon as we came here we knew we had found it. We didn't need a lot of flowers, our wedding was very small and simple. We had our sit down to explain what were looking for and we were good (so we thought). We had 4 months to plan our big day, and of course changes were made, things were forgotten, people were added to our wedding party and we needed another bouquet and 2 boutonniere only a week before the wedding. Thankfully Lundstrom was more than happy to take care of it (we did have to pay for what we got, but their prices were very reasonable). I'm so happy that Sterling, IL has a place like Lundstrom. A place that cares about your needs and wants. I would recommend them to anyone, and this doesn't even express all they did for us and our big day.

  They did not take notes during meetings, so nothing was as ordered. They brought me the wrong color bouquets with the wrong flowers 55 minutes before I walked down the ailse, and refused to take responsibility. They RUINED my wedding day! The woman in charge of weddings had a nasty attitude, and refused to speak with her boss and I at the same time because she knew I would not let her lie in front of me about her mistakes. Even with very careful, detailed instructions that I gave her, she still managed to order something completely different, and had no problem charging us for it! My white roses were also already turning brown. Brides BEWARE!!
