    I had a great experience at Luly Yang! The boutique is just so beautiful and lush that you can't help but feel pampered and like a princess in there. The service when trying on gowns was far superior to most boutiques I visited. While the gowns and boutique are definitely high-end, the team was not overly pretentious. They were very friendly and attentive through out the whole process, and I loved my gown.

    I had the most beautiful dress; it was out of this world and very, very special. Everyone loved it--especially the bride and groom!

    Luly Yang Couture was the only placed my mom and I shopped for my wedding dress. I didn't need to go anywhere else because we found just the right dress there! While I had some ideas beforehand of what I didn't want, I really didn't know what I did want. The sales associate was very helpful and patient with me. She skillfully helped us select several dresses for me to try on, and I never felt overwhelmed with too many choices. We ended up purchasing one of Luly's designs that was part of the sample sale. What an incredible value! It was absolutely gorgeous with such delicate handmade lace, just the right amount of elegant sparkle, and rich duchess silk satin. It ended up being perfect for our January winter wedding. I felt like a princess in it!

    Luly Yang Couture created the dress of my dreams! They also created a great custom suit for my husband. Everyone there is so helpful and have such an eye for details. I had a custom mermaid gown, so the smallest of fit details were very important. Luly measured everything from the best placement of the bust points (this is key to make sure your cleavage looks perfectly, appropriately, placed) to how much the skirt would flare out. The fit was perfect and I love my dress so much! Tip for all you brides: Luly Yang Couture does amazing one of a kind, couture gowns better than anyone else in this area of the country, but the boutique also offers gorgeous special order dresses at very reasonable prices. Thank you everyone at Luly Yang Couture!

    Of course, if you go to Luly Yang, it's going to be fabulous - they custom made a dress in record time. It was gorgeous. Phenominal place!!!

    I just love them!! I knew I wanted my outfit made by Luly the minute we started planning the wedding. I ordered my dress in December for our September wedding because I was so excited. My fitting was in July, and Luly was there to make sure everything went well. A few changes were made and I picked it up 3 weeks later.
    I loved it and can wear it again since I decided against a traditional gown. I also had a matching tie made for my groom.
    The service is exceptional and the quality of their work is unmatched by others.

    Luly Yang custom created the most beautiful dress I've ever seen for my wedding. We got married in Florence, Italy, and everyone was in awe about the dress, and random strangers photographed us and told us how much they loved the dress, how I looked like a princess, etc. I absolutely adore everyone at Luly's boutique, they are so friendly, accommodating, warm and welcoming, and they do an amazing job, making sure you love the dress, fabrics, and that it fits perfectly. In addition they offer stunning jewelry , shoes, and other couture dresses. I am incredibly glad we traveled all the way to Seattle from another state to get my dress made here. It was so worth it!

    On my wedding day, I knew that I looked like a million bucks. I felt so confident and beautiful, and it's all thanks to Luly Yang for her beautiful dresses. Everyone commented on how gorgeous I looked, and I felt like such a princess.

    I bought my dress at Luly Yang in their annual sample sale, and it was unbelievably gorgeous!

    I somewhat wish I'd been able to pay for their in-house tailors to do the alterations rather than taking it elsewhere. Still, even though it wasn't a perfect fit in the end, it was so very beautiful!

    Just thinking about my gown brings tears to my eyes – I loved the blush color, the antique pink sash and the pale pink ruffles that cascade down its back.

    Luly Yang created the dream dress for me and her sweet and talented designer Lisa Marie Ottele was fabulous to work with.

    While the dress took almost a year to create (we made several changes to Ms. Yang's initial design), the gown was ready on time, it fit perfectly and it was everything a girl could wish for in a wedding dress. I'll spend the rest of my life in love with my husband and in love with my perfect wedding dress.

    I purchased my Nicole Miller wedding dress from Luly Yang. Lisa Marie was so helpful and such a joy to work with. She made sure I was comfortable in it and that it fit my body perfectly. I loved my dress! Lisa even ordered me a fabric swatch so I could coordinate my jewelry.

    Excellent service!!!!Very professional and great sales !They have beautiful dresses there... After going to several places, I found my dress there, and it was not hard to fall in love with it... Really nice place to pick your dress and very friendly people...

    I absolutely loved my dress! It was a little pricey though. And alterations were a little pricey...esp. when you go there to pick up the dress and they forgot to do the alterations. However, they were quick to fix the problem and very accommodating. Overall, the sales rep, Lisa Marie, was amazing. I was sad to see her leave. She knew that I'm not very girly, so she really helped me look beautiful on my wedding day. Thanks!

    Luly Yang is THE bridal boutique in Seattle. I am from the Philadelphia/New York area and was transplanted here when my husband started Grad school. I had to look for a dress without my mom who was back home in Philly so it was a tough experience. I tried numerous salons in the area and was disappointed with the quality of the gown and the often the service I received. My first appointment was a dream. The boutique is beautiful and super professional. My sales associate was bubbly and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. I described to her the look I was going for (what I really wanted was an out-of-my budget Monique Lhullier gown) and she immediately knew the gown for me. I do not get emotional over gowns. I understand it but it's just a dress! Well, my friend, the sales associate, and myself started tearing up when I tried on this gown and I knew it was the one!

    The only reason I give them 4 starts instead of 5 is I felt like as soon as I paid for the gown they stopped caring about me. When I came back for my second appointment my sales associate "was no longer working there" and I was given another one who seemed as if she didn't care and wanted the appointment to be over. I did grow to like her quite a bit but I was truly caught off guard. They ordered me the wrong belt and my veil wasn't even there yet. They acted a bit irritated with me which I did not like. If I'm going to spend that much money on a dress for one day I think I deserve to have it tailored perfectly with the accessories I ordered.

    To sum up my incredibly long review, if you live in Seattle or the surrounding area go here and no where else! It's a beautiful boutique with a professional staff and incredible gowns. They are a little more expensive than other boutiques but they have quite a range. Do expect for the tailoring appointments to be a little irritating but be firm with what you want. I know I am not the only bride who has issues with the tailoring end of the experience.

    I found my dress on the sample, half-off rack at Luly Yang, and was so amazed that I could afford to buy a dress there! I felt that the service was really great, for the most part. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there were a lot of staff changes during my process, which made for some confusing fittings and appointments. I really liked my original consultant, and when she left, I got shuffled around a bit. I had a 1.5 hour fitting where they took many pictures and pinned lots of things, and 2 months later, when I came back, nothing had been done to the dress! I was pretty shocked. However, in the end, I felt that they took good care of me, and I absolutely felt like a beautiful bride in my dress. A once in a lifetime opportunity!

    I want to start out by first saying that I love, love, love my wedding dress. I actually wasn’t planning on purchasing a dress and Luly because I feared it would be out of my price range. However, I found my dress here, and it was reasonably priced. I fell in love with the dress when I first put it on, and I even shed a few tears because it was so beautiful. My consultant was enthusiastic and friendly, and so helpful. After I bought my dress, my consultant was not quite as helpful. I had requested a dress swatch from my consultant via email so I could look for shoes, and she told me to imagine a color wheel and white was in the middle and grey was on the left and yellow was on the right. I was to look for shoes that were more toward the grey side. This was not enough for me to find shoes. She said she would get back to me about the swatch. She never did. When I requested a swatch a few weeks later via a second email, my consultant told me to just stop by with my shoes as my dress had come in. I live about 3 hours from Seattle so this was not practical for me. I called my consultant, and she said that Enzoani was not sending a swatch. She said she would keep trying and get back to me. She never got back to me. I called Enzoani myself (twice), and I was told that they have swatches available for all dresses. They unfortunately only send swatches to stores and not to individual customers. I called Luly three times (and spoke with different staff people each time) over the course of a couple of weeks, and I was assured I would receive a call back. I never did. Upon my 4th call back, I spoke with the staff member I had spoken to upon my first call. He said he would cut a piece of fabric that was an exact match to the color of my dress and put it in the mail. Why hadn’t they thought of this in the first place??? It took me 2 about 2 months to get that swatch.

    I had two alterations appointments done at Luly, and I met with the same consultant during these times. She was still very friendly and answered any questions I had. Alterations were very expensive (about ¼ of what I paid for the dress). When I went to try the dress on a final time, I noticed that bra cups were not put in the dress. I paid $25 to have them put in. When I mentioned it to my consultant, she quickly peeked inside the dress while I was wearing it, and said, “Oh! They must be sewn inside.” She did not take a second look once I took off the dress. I took her word for it (which I shouldn’t have), but when I got the dress home, I took a closer look, and it was clear nothing had been sewn on the inside of the dress. I called Luly, and fortunately, my consultant said I could either bring the dress back or receive a refund. I requested a refund, and my consultant followed up to tell me that I should see that refund on my credit card. I appreciated that, and was glad that someone finally followed up with me!

    Although I was annoyed at the customer service at Luly, I loved my dress. I received and continue to receive many compliments on my dress. I loved the way it looked on me as the alterations were great, and was so pleased with the outcome.
