Best photographer ever

Lucky you is the perfect name for Marisol because seriously, lucky me! I am such a critic when it comes to photographs of myself and I have never felt more beautiful then I did behind the lens’s of her camera. My wedding photos are the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It poured on my wedding day and Marisol and her team moved mountains to make sure they got the shot. She doesn’t just create pictures she makes art. Can’t not recommend enough.

Professional, Efficient and Quick Turnaround on Photos

We were so happy we chose Marisol as our wedding photographer. Marisol took photos for our engagement photo shoot in San Juan, for rehearsal dinner and for wedding. We love how she came with ideas of how to pose and where on the property we should take photos. She is smart and adaptable. My favorite photo was from a moment when it started raining and the sun was peaking out. She quickly posed us for a super cool photo that took advantage of the moment. Thank you, Marisol!

Hiring Lucky You was the best decision I made in my wedding planning process a part from getting married in Puerto Rico. Amazing photographer!

If you are looking for a wedding/engagement photographer, look no further!! As a 2023 Bride, I learned one of the hardest decisions during wedding planning is choosing a photographer. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Spain, however I was unable to take pictures on my reception dress.
When we got back to Puerto Rico, I was determined to find a good photographer and have a post-wedding photoshoot. I emailed a couple photographers but most were non-responsive or took weeks to get back to me. I am so blessed to have found Lucky You Weddings. Marisol was prompt in her responses and worked with me to choose a location, date and time. I felt at such peace during the photoshoot thanks her dynamic. Photos look like a dream!

I have known Marisol for years and have always admired her photography work. I knew that if we ever decided to get married, she’d be our first pick. When we finally got engaged in Jan of 2021, I knew right away we needed to book her once we figured out our wedding date. And so we did, even without having a venue. Fast forward to the day of; Marisol and her assistant were very punctual and had an amazing attitude when they arrived and encountered a mini chaotic moment. My dad was super late, and I wanted some pictures with our dog, whom he was bringing to the venue. They quickly started to take pics of other things to use the time and were super flexible about it. They both were very cordial and communicative, but never stopped focusing on taking pictures and using the best lighting. It felt comfortable being in front of the camera, and they guided my now husband and I with poses without it being super awkward and instead feeling very natural. We had provided a list of musts for family pics, and we got through them quickly and they were both so patient with us and our family members. She captured the important moments perfectly and beautifully, adding her signature style just like I dreamt about. We are so in love with our pictures and will always cherish them for years to come. Marisol, words are not enough to say how happy we are with how the pictures turned out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Lucky we Hired Lucky You!!!

Our original wedding venue in P.R. referred Lucky You Weddings as top photographer and I booked her right away based on her beautiful light and airy style and their recommendations. Marisol is very professional and very talented! We unfortunately had to switch venues two more times to 2 different areas of FL and Marisol rolled with it and moved to each location with us! I finally got to meet her and second shooter Joshua on my wedding day and they were awesome! Both of them were so nice and had great energy and we had fun shooting! They were on time and kept everything moving along the timeline. Photography and Video were my top priorities in booking vendors since the documentation is the only thing we take away from that day! Marisol also referred us to an amazing videographer that she often works with, ReClick Creative! We’re so happy we booked Lucky You as our wedding photographer our photos were magical!! They fully captured everything from the details of our big day, getting ready, family photos, ceremony and reception all so so well!! She has a great eye, was good at directing us and also getting great candid moments! Love her style of editing too! Our online portal of photos is easy to work with and download. Marisol really catered to our style and it showed in the photos!

We chose Marisol because our wedding was outdoors in Puerto Rico — where the light and weather can be very unpredictable. Her passion for using natural light made her seem like a great fit, and she was! Not only did Marisol help us set our ceremony schedule so that we could do portraits before sunset, but she also answered many messages from us discussing the potential weather issues. We ended up having to delay our ceremony by a half hour due to construction. blocking guests from the venue. After the ceremony, Marisol ran through our family photos SO quickly (without sacrificing quality) so we could have time for couples portraits in good lighting.

Marisol and her excellent assistant (whose name I cannot recall at the moment) did such a great job directing us through our photos. My husband and I were both nervous about posing, but Marisol & her assistant helped us pose in positions that felt natural to us, which made our smiles and emotions more genuine in the photos.

The sun was gone by the time our reception started, but the night photos still look great. We were happy we chose to pay for an additional hour because we got some fun shots of people on the dance floor. I'd recommend Marisol and her assistant, especially if you want to take photos outdoors in Puerto Rico.

it's also worth noting that this was a bilingual wedding — with many people only comfortable in one language. Marisol switched easily between English and Spanish to work with our guests.

Captured the day perfectly

We just got our photos back and all I can say is WOW!! My husband and I were nervous to see the pictures because we both tend to not be very photogenic, but Marisol is a literal magician! Lucky You is a dream

Marisol came as a recommendation from our planner. We planned a destination wedding so we really had to rely on her portfolio, website and social media in making our decision. We were NOT disappointed :) It was really important to us to be able to enjoy every aspect of our wedding day. Marisol was a great sounding board to help make sure we could get all the pictures we wanted, while still being able to enjoy the day. She was able to capture everything we could have asked for. My only regret is not having her longer because the day goes so fast! She was fun and helped us with different poses to really give us diverse pictures.

Five stars doesn't even do it justice

Marisol is a rockstar! One of the beauties of photography is being able to catch the intimate moments and Marisol is an expert in capturing real emotion at exactly the right moment in time. Couldn’t Have Asked For A Better Photographer

Marisol sent through the pictures of my wedding day and I happy-cried all over again. They came out so beautiful!! Filled with so much emotion and spontaneity.

Leading up to the wedding, Marisol was incredibly responsive and positive. The day of the wedding she was punctual and professional, But still sweet and warm which made us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Our wedding was very emotional and bittersweet due to a family situation, but filled with so much love and happiness. I am so glad that she was able to translate that into the photos that will stay with me forever.

Beach Maternity Shoot

Marisol was absolutely wonderful. She directs you on poses (if your like me and asked for help), if you have a stray hair, she will move it and if your dress is out of place, she fixes it. We were originally getting in Puerto Rico (our home country) but after Hurricane Maria things were too uncertain with other vendors and we made the heart wrenching decision of getting married in Greenville, South Carolina. I had seen that Marisol was a destination wedding photographer and knew that traveling was not going to be a problem. Since day one Marisol answered all my questions and provided the best guidance and support. By the time I met her for my wedding last month, I felt like I was meeting up with a friend! Her work, her personality, her professionalism...it’s just exquisite! Needless to say, her pictures are a work of art!!!!! I cannot recommend her enough!

Amazing experience and beautiful pictures!

I first contacted Marisol in 2017 after seeing her work on her Instagram page. She was super responsive and super nice. Since we were planning from distance (we both live in the US), all of our communication was done by either phone calls or emails. Before we booked her, we were able to talk to her about the vision we had for our wedding and what we wanted. She understood what we needed! She answered all our questions and talked to us about her photography style. After year-long communication we finally met for our Love Story session at the University of Puerto Rico. We had a lovely time walking around campus. She made us feel totally relaxed and comfortable in our session. It really showed in our pictures! For our wedding day the experience was just as wonderful! Marisol arrived for our getting ready pics and made the wedding party feel just as comfortable and excited about the pictures! When seeing our beautiful wedding pics we got the chance to see other sides of the ceremony and reception and we're able to enjoy the celebration all over again. Thank you so much, Marisol! Exceptional photographer!

Marisol is an extremely talented photographer. Her work speaks for itself. She captured the energy, joy and atmosphere of the party in each and every shot. She has a keen eye for a great candid picture as well as for a perfect posed shot. For posed shots, she gives direction without being pushy, and every single one of them came out better than we expected. She also has an eye for creative angles that turned out to be some of our favorite pictures.

From the moment we met her, we knew she had to be our photographer. She was kind, friendly and professional, and was immediately invested in making sure she captured exactly what we wanted to remember from our special day. With her advice and communication prior to the day of the wedding, she made the entire process very smooth and was extremely responsive to our every question and request. We had some delays in arriving at Puerto Rico and she was extremely understanding and accommodating with her schedule. Additionally, the turnaround time on the pictures was exactly as she promised.

Marisol is the BEST

The title says it, but Marisol is a fantastic wedding photographer. She has all of the hard skills that are necessary to get the job done - a great eye, knows how to compose a shot and take advantage of lighting, good editing chops, etc. But she also has all the soft skills you want in someone that is going to be hanging around all day on your wedding day - nice/friendly, but also direct in giving instructions and quick at taking shots so you have time to do all of the other million things that you need to do the day of.

She is very communicative throughout the process (leading up to the wedding, on the day of, and throughout the editing process) and delivered over 800 high res, edited photos for us. Couldn't have asked for a better combination of talent/professionalism/service - if you hire anyone else, you're making a mistake :)

Absolutely in love

I am not sure there are enough characters to express how much I loved my pictures and experience working with Marisol. She was super open to all my ideas, granted i didnt have that many ideas because I completely trusted her vision and wanted her to do her thing because its amazing. When I saw her profile I knew she was the perfect photographer for my wedding. The way she captures candid moments is the main reason I choose her. We obviously had those classic wedding pictures (which are amazing as well) but i really wanted to remember the feeling of that day and she captured that through photography perfectly. First vendor I booked!

As a photography enthusiast, finding a good photographer was at the top of my wedding to-do list. I reached out to Marisol almost two years before my wedding date and she responded while out of office on her birthday! Talk about work ethic! She maintained that level of excellent communication throughout the entire planning process.

Because ours was a destination wedding, the first time I actually met Marisol was on the day of the wedding. I was nervous we would be awkward in front of the camera because neither of us had professional photos taken before. That was not the case! Marisol did such a good job making us feel comfortable and she made the whole experience a lot of fun!

Best Photographer in Puerto Rico!

Marisol was so wonderful to work with! We met her for the first time for a Love Story session prior to our destination wedding. We had no idea what to expect for the photo shoot but she made us feel at ease and gave great directions. She's a sweetheart and has a good sense of humor, which made us comfortable and also helped us get great photos! Marisol edited our Love Story photos right away and they turned out beautifully. Of course, she also took stunning photos of our wedding, including detail shots, portraits, ceremony, and reception pictures. She worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the photos. We were left with a wonderful selection and are having a hard time deciding which photos to frame. Love our Wedding Photos!

We chose a 6 hr package with Marisol. We had a small wedding of around 40 guests and a short ceremony so the 6 hours were enough to get shots of every part of our wedding. Marisol was very easy to communicate with. During the wedding, she was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. She was very professional. The final product was great. I always said that the best investment in your wedding day must be a good photographer to capture all the best moments to revive it.

Marisol made us feel comfortable, on time and ready for every picture captured. Backyard wedding of our dreams

Where do you even begin with Marisol? From the moment I got her portfolio info and went into the Lucky You Weddings blog, I knew I wanted her to be the only person who captured every moment during our special day. We set up a preliminary date for our wedding but had to change it two times. Being as comprehensive as she is, and without question, Marisol was able to fit us into November 2018. After our first meeting we both fell completely in love with Marisol and her work. Needless to say, her personality, willingness and knowledge in everything wedding related really put us at ease during the process.
When the day finally arrived and as all my emotions and anxieties came to ruin the day, Marisol quickly spoke to me and calmed me down. She suggested we get in a bit earlier to the house since we were already ahead of schedule. Let me tell you, it was the best decision! Our first look pictures came out beautiful; the lighting was absolutely perfect as the sun went down, nobody was there to bother us and we just let things flow. Although the awkwardness was really evident (since we’ve never had our picture taken by a professional before), she and her assistant really let us enjoy the moment and made us feel perfectly comfortable. I really can’t put into words how much we enjoyed having Marisol and Piyei during our wedding day. Their personality and way of going with the flow ( even after two hours of delay) made it much more comfortable.
It was a fairly different wedding. No hotel, no church, no timelines just a bunch of people getting together to celebrate love. And that’s exactly what Marisol got in her pictures. She was able to capture every single emotion and feeling of every person in that house. And that is something we will never forget and be forever grateful to her.
So to sum it up , it will be a mistake not to hire Marisol. She is a complete professional, always on time and prepared and I can guarantee your pictures will come out looking magazine style. Do not let this opportunity go.

I knew instantly that Marisol would be the photographer for our wedding, working with Marisol was an absolute breeze. She was literally my stress reliever throughout the wedding.She is extremely responsive, responsible, reasonable and Extremely punctual. Marisol answered all of my questions, ran through details days prior to the wedding. My experience with Marisol is a bit unique, I had booked her prior to hurricane Maria and after I was a bit uncertain if I wanted to proceed with the wedding being in Puerto Rico. She assured me everything would be ok by the time the wedding was to come, she recommended the venue I choose and recommend the DJ I worked with. She is very passionate about her work and I value that. She is diligent, patient and proactive with everything she does. So Amazing!

Marisol was amazing and our pictures turned out fantastic. We LOVE them! It is everything we wanted and more. Very Talented and Professional Photographer! Highly Recommended!

From the first email we received from Marisol when we first contacted her regarding her photography services, we knew she would be our photographer for our big day. With planning a destination wedding in Puerto Rico, communication was really important to us. Marisol promptly replied to all our emails and even kindly helped us create a basic schedule for our wedding day since we wanted to have a "first look" in Viejo San Juan as our main photo shoot before heading back to our hotel for the ceremony and reception. We first met her in April when we were visiting the island and had our engagement shoot then. The amazing photos from that was only a preview of what was to come. She was very professional and punctual for every event. With so many things to worry about on our big day, Marisol was certainly not one of them. She and her team knew perfect locations, had a great eye for which moments to capture and did an overall excellent job. The photos are truly magazine-like quality, just stunning. From the beginning she was very responsive to all questions and very fast responding to emails. We didn't get a chance to meet before the wedding day but everything was more than great that day. She has a very easy going personality and she was very flexible. She was there capturing every moment, even my family members and guests mentioned how she was always near me taking pictures. Marisol and her second shooter, Joshua, did an amazing job photographing our wedding. We love our pictures! They made us super comfortable taking pictures and helped guide us with poses. From start to finish Marisol was a complete dream to work with. What a professional and talented individual. My husband, Hector and I had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico and I served as the wedding planner. Therefore, I had to work with many vendors and Marisol at Lucky You Weddings always put us at ease through her kindhearted communication and rapid responsiveness. She told us exactly what to expect from her as far as her photography was concerned and we were totally blown away by her talent, work ethic, and dedication to her craft. It brought us joy to see someone doing what they were born to do! Marisol came in with a plan of the pictures that needed to be taken, from the getting ready, to the portraits at the venue, and finally the reception. She kept us on track so that we could take all of the pictures we wanted. Even with the wedding day stress that we were under, Marisol and her lovely assistant were able to relax us with their energetic and friendly personalities. We felt very comfortable being shot by Marisol and her assistant! We would describe Marisol's photography as very light and beautiful, she captures truly authentic moments that are unparalleled to other photographers that we looked into. We did not hire a videographer and we are even more okay with that now seeing how amazing our pictures turned out. Based on our contract we were scheduled to receive our pictures towards the latter end of August. Marisol worked her magic and we got them way before then. Take it from me (a very particular and hard person to please) Marisol and her team are incredible at what they do, her work speaks for itself, but we had to gush about our wonderful experience working with her. I don't even know where to begin! Marisol is truly gifted. First and foremost, know that! When looking for a wedding photographer, I wanted someone that would capture the true vibe and aura of our wedding and who my husband and I were as a couple. While there are truly many great photographers in P.R., Marisol just has this photo-journalistic style that stands tall above the rest. The whole time she photographs you she is extremely encouraging and wants you to just be natural. No staging pictures, no forced smiles. It all just flows with her! And her editing? I mean...off the charts. My husband and I got our pictures (wedding and Love Story) and we still are floored. An 8th of the way through and there wasn't a word that could be heard from either of us cause we were and still are just blown away. I knew her work would be great but I could've just never imagined that they would be this phenomenal! She was super professional from the beginning as well. Also, I have actually never met anyone that replies to a text and/or email as quick as she does. This meant A LOT to me because I can be slightly Type A and even though my family is Puerto Rican, I was still planning a destination wedding from Baltimore (stress on stress). This attribute was also incredibly impressive because I hired her right after Hurricane Irma hit and a few days before Maria. I loved working with Marisol. First of all, she is beautiful, so she made me and my day feel beautiful as well. She is so easy to work with because she truly is looking to please her clients in the best way possible. She will customize any of the photo packages she offers... there’s even an option called “à la carte” photography!

She never stressed me out: my husband was running late for his “getting ready” session (as expected) and she told me not to worry and improvised a casual shoot with his best man and family. Those pictures are beautiful and are a true representation of that day.

I felt so calm and so comfortable with her around the whole day that she almost felt like a wedding guest. When my husband and I took pictures with her by ourselves, we were laughing and talking to her the whole time. She captured moments of happiness, love, and relaxation.

The most important factor that we considered when choosing a photographer was that we needed someone that could take spontaneous pictures. Marisol is a master in this. We didn’t even hire a videographer, and I am happy we didn’t! She captured every emotion and detail in the wedding without us barely noticing. The pictures are a perfect timeline/love story.

Lastly, the pictures are flawless and the lightning is beautiful. I would recommend Lucky You Weddings thousand times.

I’ve known Marisol since high school and have always loved her good vibes and energy. When she dedicated herself to photography I knew, right there and then, that the day I got married I wanted her to be my photographer. Years passed and the day I got engaged, the only thing I knew for sure is that I needed to contact her to see if she had the date available. No questions asked, we had to book her and I am so glad we did. I just love the way she perceives the moment and captures it with her lens. Just got the pictures and it was truly like reliving every single moment of our wedding. Not only that, but as a couple, you know that it is quite hard to enjoy every minute or to be with everyone. With her work we could see what everyone was seeing, moments that we didn’t even knew where happening. Marisol was honestly our favorite vendor of our entire wedding experience. Her photos are beautiful works of art, she really knows how to work the lighting and capture emotion. Both our engagement shoot and our wedding photos really show how we felt at that moment. Marisol is also very personable and made us and our guests feel super comfortable. She's easy to communicate with, in Spanish and English, always responded quickly when we texted her ideas or asked for advice; like what to wear to the engagement shoot or how many configurations for family photos is too many. We also really appreciate the time she took to learn about us as a couple and the wedding traditions that were important to us. After we got our wedding photos, my wife and I have gotten lots of positive feedback from our families. Our parents all told us: "the wedding day went so fast, but going through the album makes us feel like we can take our time to re-live it." Also, I've had at least three people straight up happy-cry when looking at our wedding pictures, so that's always a bonus.

In short -- if you're looking for a photographer, you can stop looking. Marisol's the one.

I can’t thank enough Marisol for the beautiful pictures of our wedding. I found Marisol in social media and I instantly fell in love with her style. Since, I established contact with Marisol she was kind, respectful and very responsible. Marisol is not only a very gifted photographer; she also enjoys and feels passionate about what she does. In the early planning stage, Marisol acceded to meet me to discuss vision of my wedding. We had multiple last time requests and she was very flexible and worried to cover every request .The day of the wedding Marisol arrived on time, very happy, relaxed and I could definitely feels the good vibes that she and her assistant projected.

We decided to make the “first look” and the couple portraits before the ceremony. We had a brunch wedding that was planned to start at 10 am reason why I was a little worried about time. However, Marisol managed to capture very emotive moments in that time frame. It was fun and we felt very comfortable. During the reception she capture absolutely every single detail.

The day I received the photos, I was in shock. Photos were stunning! The colors, the natural light and her photojournalist style were absolutely everything we have wished and more. We are so happy that we choose Lucky you wedding. 100% recommended

Working with Marisol was absolutely fantastic!! We wanted our photos to be full of light, fun, life and happiness and when we saw her work it was a no-brainer. We booked her full package which included a 2nd photographer, a 1 hour session before the wedding day and unlimited hours the day of the wedding. We also booked her polaroid package which our guests enjoyed very much. We decided to use our 1 hour session the night of our Rehearsal Dinner, which if you have never been professionally photographed before I recommend you do because, that gave us a sense of what to expect the day of the wedding. In general, Marisol has a very laid-back and relaxed approach to her work which I appreciated very much and helped us lower our stress levels. Trust me, it is a very very very good thing to not have to stress about your wedding pictures! You have enough on your platter that day than to deal with photo-drama! If you are thinking of contacting her, do it. I follow Lucky You Weddings on all my social media accounts and have kept in contact with her after the wedding so yes, she can work anywhere you take her, with whatever you have in mind and will absolutely produce the most beautiful photos ever. I can't thank her enough for how gorgeous our photos came out <3

Marisol is the best wedding photographer there is! A true professional, she knows how to capture natural light, shadow, and the true essence of the day by carefully catching raw, meaningful, and special moments and details that would normally be overshadowed or forgotten amongst traditional overly-posed photography. On top of that, having her and her team at the wedding was a delight! It is so easy to get along with her personality which naturally brings out the best out of you in the images. My husband and I are extremely grateful for all the wonderful memories we have so beautifully and timelessly captured thanks to her impeccable work. Marisol and Lucky You Weddings was recommended to us for our destination wedding in Puerto Rico by a friend, and I'm so happy we decided to go with them! Our wedding was in February 2018, and we had booked everything prior to the hurricane. Luckily we were able to still have our wedding in Puerto Rico and have Marisol as our photographer. During a very stressful time, I never had to worry about the photography as Marisol made the whole process easy and stress free. She was so great to work with - very responsive, professional, and gave us direction when we needed it :).
We just received all of our photos and are having so much fun reliving the day through all of the amazing moments Marisol captured. We're having a hard time picking our favorites! We seriously can't thank Marisol enough for being such a joy to work with and capturing our day so beautifully. Thank you thank you!!

Marisol with Lucky You is absolutely amazing! I found her here on Wedding Wire and am SO grateful I took time to read reviews and thoroughly research. I'm a wedding planner in Austin, Texas and know tons of amazing photographers in Texas but still decided to research for a photographer in Puerto Rico to see what my options were. The second I saw Lucky You's website, I fell in love with Marisol's style and knew that I had to at least get more information.
Marisol responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and we were on the phone chatting within 2 days of my initial contact. Her warm personality and professional demeanor won me over right away. Not only did I love her images, I knew that she was someone I could work with. She was always quick to respond to any emails I sent and very encouraging to me as she knew I was a little anxious with having a destination wedding. She offered to help me navigate the venue I chose (without ever visiting) and assist me in logistics leading up to the day of.
Hurricane Maria happened...7 weeks before my wedding... I was absolutely devastated, not only for my wedding, but also for Marisol and every person I had gotten to know throughout the process. These folks lost so much and I could not even begin to imagine the hardship they have gone through. Despite everything that was happening around her, Marisol managed to STILL be incredibly warm, optimistic, patient, kind, and responsive. This women is a super hero.
Marisol ended up photographing my wedding in West Palm Beach, Florida and I'm still in awe of her flexibility and dedication to her clients. She was a ninja on the wedding day, never stopped moving and was as sweet as can be. We received our photos and I bawled for an hour while looking through them. They are 10,000,000x better than I ever could have imagined. Marisol, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYThING you did for us. There aren't enough words to express the happiness you have brought us. We love you!

TL;DR version is Marisol's a stunningly talented photographer who's honest, direct, and ideal for the couple who just wants to look super great and in love without the cheesy wedding fluff.

Some more details below:
1. My fiancé and I were nervous about what to wear for our engagement shoot, since we'd never been professionally photographed before. Marisol was great about giving us suggestions and feedback on outfit choices before the shoot. She also sent us a bunch of suggestions for poses and styles she liked!
2. We were running late and realized we wouldn't get to our original location in time to take good photos. I called her and within five minutes she had a different, just as gorgeous location picked out for us.
3. During the shoot, she had a great balance of giving us direction and letting us do what we want. We felt at ease with her really quickly, her method of direct feedback was great.
4. She's really honest about editing times and what she can get through quickly and what might take more time. It helps to manage expectations and make things go more smoothly.
5. She doesn't rely on cheesy gendered tropes that I always see in engagement and wedding photography. As a same-sex couple, that was doubly important to us. We wanted a photographer who would let us be as we are, not try to enforce some weird "who's the man and who's the woman" dynamic on us.

We worked with Marisol twice now and she is nothing short of amazing! We loved our engagement photos we did in PR so it was only right that she shot our wedding in Atlanta. The work she did is indescribably beautiful!When I saw our pictures for the first time I cried,she had captured all the beautiful feelings of my wedding day. She gives traditional wedding pictures a modern feel and the result is something truly unique. Not to mention her up beat personality makes you feel soooo comfortable that you are able to relax and get some real genuine pictures. She made me and everyone around me feel at ease. She pays such close attention to detail not only in her pictures but to the people around her. I remember my sister started sweating and she was the one that asked "can we turn the air on"? Marisol was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her! She is was so great to work with, very professional and super responsive! Prior to my wedding, I found her website, gave her a call and booked her for my family photos, engagement photos and wedding photos! She was so professional, the pictures all turned out absolutely stunning! And she edited hundreds and sent them over in under two weeks!! She is so talented and amazing!

I live in Utah and was nervous hiring someone without meeting them, but the second I talked to Marisol I instantly had no more worries. She is just so nice and professional. She helped to make my wedding day a breeze and completely stress free. Everything went perfectly thanks to her! I will definitely use Marisol again and fly her out to Utah next time I need photos! WE LOVED WORKING WITH LUCKY YOU WEDDINGS! We contacted the photographer 2 weeks prior to our vacation in Puerto Rico and she replied right away. She was extremely flexible and helped us with idea for our Family Photo Session. During the photo session little did I know that my boyfriend contacted her and proposed during our shoot! My husband and I recently eloped in Puerto Rico. In doing so, we came across Lucky You Weddings. Marisol was fantastic to work with. Her willingness to hike through a rainforest to capture our special day was beyond any costumer service I have ever seen. She was flexible with last minute change-ups and did all her work with a smile on her face. We are very grateful for her time and effort. The photos came out amazing and in less than a week's time!! I had an amazing experience with Marisol of Lucky You Weddings! My fiancé and I were visiting PR for a wedding, so I decided to book a photography to shoot our engagement photos while we visited. My fiancé and I came to Puerto Rico 5/13/2016 we came across lucky you wedding photography a couple months before our trip. I spoke with Marisol numerous times before our arrival. She always responded very quickly and was happy to help. On the day of our shoot she picked us up and took us to the location we had in mind! She took her time and helped us capture our love as the sun rose. Not only did she take beautiful pictures, she was also a temporary tour guide telling us all the best places to eat and where the best beaches were located. She had over a 100 pictures edited two days after our shoot! I couldn't have asked for a better experience I can't wait to share our pictures with friends and family. Thank you Marisol!

I never dreamt our photos would come out so beautifully! Marisol took shots during the ceremony that I didn't think anyone was able to capture. She is not a cookie cutter take you away from enjoying your wedding and stand next to your guests photographer but a true artist! She captured our wedding in its true element. Real smiles, real moments and beautifully done. I can't thank her enough!

Btw- we did dedicate part of the cocktail hour to more "traditional" pics with the wedding party but her choice of where to take pics and using natural made all the difference. They look like photos from pintrest! Could not be happier :)

Truly Lovely Experience
