Lucido is the only jewelry store we will be buying from now on. Their customer service has been top notch. Dominic and Paul are who we've gone through and we love working with them. My husband bought my engagement ring from Lucido and we returned there to get our wedding bands. They listened to what we wanted and found us exactly what we were looking for. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. And even after the rings were purchased, they continue to clean them for us for FREE. If you are in the market for jewelry, I would highly recommend that you check out Lucido.My husband bought my engagement ring from Lucido and we returned there to get our wedding bands. Me and my groom had been to so many jewelry store and I could not find anything that I wanted. After hearing about Lucido on the radio, we decided to drive an hour to the store. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. I did find the ring that I loved and it was a fraction of what I had seen in the mall jewelry stores. My groom also found a unique ring that they help to make even more custom to him. Knowing this jeweler is "more expensive" than mall jewelers, I went to them to purchase my engagement ring because I knew I would get better service and quality. I knew I wanted to do a wrap style setting, but I fell in love with a particular engagement band, and decided I would worry about the wedding band later. Two months before my wedding, I returned to the store and ordered 2 wedding bands for my setting, one for the top and one for the bottom. Because of ordering problems (on both the vendor and the store's side) only one came in before my wedding date- so on the day of my wedding, I only had one of the two bands I wanted, and my wedding set was not complete. They knew I was very disappointed, but it was still beautiful, and they decided they would make it up to me. Upon the return from my honeymoon, they had the second band in hand and ready to add to the set, and they did it free of change (not charging me for one of the $1,000 bands I ordered). My husband and I understood their mistake, and out of gratitude, bought a necklace from their store with the $1,000 they didn't charge us. Overall, this family store really did everything they could to make a wrong situation right, and secured my business for years to come. They were professional, the staff was really nice, and they prove why you shouldn't go to a mall jeweler with the service they provided. Stunning, they made our Wedding bands.
