Stunning Photographs

Lucia went above and beyond to capture all the special moments of our wedding day. She was more than willing to accommodate the many changes/postponements due to Covid, which we are so grateful for. She and her partner were timely, professional, and kept things running smoothly so that photos were not taking time from our day together. Lucia made us feel comfortable so each photo turned out looking so natural and really captured who we are as a couple. We couldn’t be happier when we received our photos — nothing looks posed and everything is very natural and candid. Lucia did a fantastic job capturing every moment of the day and we are so grateful to be able to relive every second of our perfect day through Lucia’s art.

Wedding Photography review!

We had Lucia as our wedding photographer. She was very friendly and easy to work with! Our pictures came back very quick, and she was more than willing to work with us throughout the process! She kept in contact with us from the very beginning- asking questions, making recommendations, and truly helping us organize our day.

Exceptional experience, beautiful photographs

Lucia was beyond exceptional from the very first inquiry. She was welcoming, so friendly, and prompt to respond. We talked on the phone and met in person prior to signing our contract; she showed genuine interest every detail - how my husband and I met, our engagement, what we're passionate about, our visions for the wedding day, everything. She was incredibly organized and walked me through every step of the planning process, and Lucia created and kept a perfect flowing timeline on our wedding day. Lucia and her team made us feel SO comfortable and special on the big day, because she had taken the time to get to know us and our story. The photographs are incredible and beautiful. We have nearly 1,000 perfect memories captured from our wedding day, from getting ready to our sparkler exit. Looking through our photos for the first time felt like reliving the day; she captured it so perfectly. I highly recommend Lucia; our day, and the memories we have from it, would not have been the same without her.

I first met Lucia at a Bridal show and was absolutely in love with her work. I spoke with her at the show, her and her sister were very sweet! She made sure the details were set for the day of the wedding and made sure I got the shots I wanted! Lucia and her sister made me feel very comfortable and knew how to position me to make sure I looked stunning in the photos! I couldn't have been happier to have her with me for one of the most important days of my life! She took amazing photos and was good company as well!

10/10 photographer!!! Lucia was so respsonsive when i began searching for photographers; emailing me back almost instantly. When we sat down and explained to her what we were looking for she was so understanding, and able to provide examples of what we had in our mind. She was so calm and kept everything moving along. The photos that came back to us were absolutely stunning, we are so pleased!! I look at our wedding photos weekly, and cannot thank Lucia and her team enough for capturing our beautiful day.

Lucia was absolutely AMAZING to work with! She was exactly what my husband and I were looking for....professional yet so friendly and fun! She made us feel confident in our venue choice and made sure to show us pictures of weddings she had done there in the past, which were all so beautiful! We also got an engagement session...it was only supposed to be 1.5 hours but ended up being more like 3 because we were all having so much fun and Lucia kept coming up with additional ideas for photos! At first I thought I would be uncomfortable with being photographed so closely, but Lucia made it so relaxing, easy and fun! She was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and was very understanding of changes, and very responsive to my millions of questions and requests! She did SO GREAT on the wedding day....the weather was very iffy and she just made it work without any complaints or concerns. She also was very understanding that I was so stressed that day, but she made sure that we had some fun with the pictures! During the reception she pulled my husband and I outside for a picture which looked sooo beautiful with the stars! She really has an eye for catching those perfect moments! I absolutely LOVED how all of the pictures turned out and would recommend her over and over again to everyone!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH LUCIA!!!

Lucia was wonderful to work with both as a person and as a photographer. I had a very specific idea in mind of the types of photos I wanted from my wedding and engagement session and she gave me exactly what we were looking for! Booking her was one of the best choices I made for my wedding.

Lucia made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, the engagement photos and wedding photos look so natural, no fake poses! So much happens so quickly at your wedding that is it wonderful to have such beautiful photos to remember the story of your day!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Lucia nor the final products she delivered. While it might have been Lucia’s portfolio that first drew our attention to her, it was her professionalism in conjunction with her incredible ability as a photographer that left us in awe. While planning our out-of-state wedding, Lucia was always prompt and thorough in every communication item. This dramatically reduced any pre-wedding stress as we KNEW we were in very capable hands. During our big day, her thoroughness showed at every critical moment as she was always in the right place at the right time to capture the shot. And when there was a slight break in the action, she was maneuvering herself and any supporting photography gear to get ready for the next shot. Not only did this efficient mindset allow us to go through our wedding picture shot list effortlessly, which allowed us to return back to our wedding festivities ahead of schedule, but it allowed her to capture split-second moments. When viewing our wedding photos for the first time, we were amazed by how many moments Lucia captured. And the quality!!!! Lucia is an exceptionally talented photographer! Her ability to take a simple layout and extract so many details from it is impressive. Each photo’s unique color, light, focus, frame position, exposure time, and many other attributes that are beyond our technical photographic capability were all incorporated in a very artistic way that produced amazing results. Our special memories are now forever captured, making them unforgettable, and we are truly grateful. Thank you, Lucia!

My husband and I loved Lucia. From the moment we had our video interview with her we knew we loved her. We were planning our wedding long distance and she was so accommodating to us. Also our wedding pictures came out wonderfully and I love them all. I would highly recommend her as your wedding photographer

When planning our wedding, there was one thing I was sure of… I needed Lucia Cintra to capture our day. I was first introduced to Lucia as a bridesmaid in a good friend’s wedding and I was immediately impressed. Of course the photos were STUNNING but I was really drawn to her character. Lucia is the type of person who instantly feels like family so having her capture such an intimate day just feels right. I have been in other weddings where the photographer is so focused on getting the right shot that it distracts from the sentiment. While every bride wants their wedding captured perfectly, a good photographer captures those moments without intruding. Lucia will coach you and give you tips to ensure everyone looks natural and relaxed yet it does not take away from the fun of your wedding day. She is brilliant at catching the delicate, raw emotions so you will look back at your photos and remember the exact feeling of your wedding day. She has a real gift and you would be silly not to book her.
We are so grateful to Lucia for photographing our wedding. The photos are lovely memories and they will be treasured for a lifetime. Lucia, thank you for the most beautiful photographs of our perfect day!

Our wedding day is one of the biggest events of our lives, which we will truly remember, and we had such an amazing photographer to help us capture the memories! Lucia was professional, organized and prepared from the beginning. She was extremely personable and thoughtful; she took the time to get to know us, which helped us feel very comfortable and relaxed from the start. Lucia’s familiarity of the city helped us narrow down locations for photos, engagement and wedding. She was even willing to work with us to include our dogs in our photos! My husband and I were not looking forward to wedding pictures- we have never been big picture people. However, that changed when we met Lucia. She sat down with us to get a feel for what kind of pictures we wanted. She was able to take everything we said and create the perfect collection of engagement and wedding pictures. We couldn't have been any happier with the final result. As a plus, she was very professional, responsive, and delightful to work with. I would recommend her to everyone!

Lucia was by far one of best people we worked with while planning our wedding. She is professional, prepared, and an expert photographer. The quality of the photographs she took of our wedding day was unmatched and her sweet demeanor made her a joy to work with! Lucia worked with us right up until the wedding so that everything just seemed to flow smoothly throughout day. She always returned our emails and phone calls and was very organized the day of the wedding. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion. You will be guaranteed beautiful photographs of wonderful memories for years to come.

Our wedding day is forever remembered due to such a great photographer! Lucia documented the biggest day of our life in such a beautiful, amazing way! From the very first contact, Lucia was professional, prepared, organized, fun and offered lots of suggestions to anyone that requires a bit of assistance in the photography department. :) She worked with us during our crazy long distance work schedule and arranged Skype meetings, because we could not always meet in person due to distance. She was familiar with our venues and this provided a high level of photos. Lucia was very sweet and caring and took the time to get to know us, making for a very comfortable and relaxed day that provided lots of fun memories for everyone involved. Her love blog was a great addition to putting words with her amazing photographs & forever saving a moment in time! Thank you again for everything you did for us (including zipping my wedding dress)! I am a photo freak, so finding the perfect photographer that didn't cost a fortune was going to be a challenge for us and my fiancé at the time did not want any part of it. After going to bridal shows and having no luck with what I was looking for, I asked around and was referred by a coworker that was family of Lucia's. I wasn't holding my breath that she was going to be the one.

Let's just say our first meeting lasted 2 hours. We hit it off great. I told her that I was always the picture taker and I wanted action shots not all posing. She knew exactly what I wanted. She wanted to know us as people, not just another client. We booked her the next day.

Our engagement shoot was a long day, but every shot was creative and stunning. We had such a hard time picking out favorites. She even squeezed us in the next weekend because it started to rain and I didn't get all the shots I wanted.

Wedding day....it rained but she made the shots fun and amazing even in the miserable weather. She even wanted us to go outside in the pouring down rain to take shots and everyone LOVED that rain shot. She and the second photographer stayed the entire reception. They took amazing shots from the time they arrived to the time they left. She was very accommodating to make sure every part of the day was captured.

We had to touch up a photo and I wasn't sure how it was going to look, but it turned out AMAZING. Her work is great. She is fun and energetic and even patient with miss picky here. I never thought I would love the photos like I do because I didn't think anyone would fulfill what I was looking for because I am a picture freak --- but Lucia did just that. I will definately recommend her to anyone and will use her again!

Lucia was our wedding photographer back in September, 2015. I found out about Lucia, at the Consol Arena Bridal Show, in Summer 2014. We found our D.J. that day, and he recommended that we work with Lucia. My husband and I called Lucia the following week, for a meeting. She took a lot of time, to find out what our style was, and what we envisioned our wedding day to look like! She showed us her portfolio, and we just sat and got to know eachother. We were complete strangers but it just didn't feel that way. We knew instantly, that we wanted her to photograph our special day. We could not have made a better choice. Lucia photographed our Engagement session, at Robert Morris University, as well as, Point State Park. It was literally so much fun, and she did such an amazing job, of capturing our recent engagement, on a beautiful Fall day. Between the engagement session, and our Wedding, I really got to know Lucia. She created our beautiful save the dates, and restored my parent's wedding photo, making it look brand new, and so classic at the same time. On the wedding day, Lucia first came to my Mom's house, and photographed the Pre-wedding, of me with my girls and my family, an absolutely unforgettable morning for me, and it is all caught so beautifully on film! Her photos of our ceremony and reception are simply stunning! She captured everything so perfectly, down to every last detail. I love to sit and look at the photos, time after time. Each one is better than the next. She captured some photos of me, dancing with my grandfather. That was truly a blessing, as he returned back to heaven in December 2015. I would absolutely recommend Lucia to everyone. Her work is wonderful and she is so much fun to work with!

We found Lucia on Facebook and decided to give her a try. After contacting her we met a few days later at Panera and after hour of sitting talking and laughing with her we knew she was the photographer we wanted. Lucia made everything so easy on us it was more like hanging out with an old friend, she made both of us feel so comfortable.

Leading up to our wedding we met with Lucia once for a test shoot. We had so much fun that morning taking pictures and laughing. The day of our wedding Lucia was amazing she was at our venue all day taking pictures and had so many original ideas. When it came time to do our formal pictures she took control and got everything done so quickly and efficiently but never felt rushed. She took some great shots through out the night of everyone enjoying themselves.

We had such a great experience with Lucia and couldn't be happier with our pictures. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer and can't wait to work with her again in the future!

Lucia is not only a wonderful photographer, but an amazing and generous person. She took my engagement, boudoir, and wedding photos and we could not be happier with the work she has done. She got our photos back to us quicker than we expected and they were absolutely beautiful. We were so happy with her work that we recommend her to everyone! She cares so much about us as people and is constantly checking in to see how we are doing. We highly recommend her not only for her beautiful work, but for her kindness and generosity. My husband and I loved working with Lucia! She was always looking for that "next great shot" and had tons of ideas. We did an engagement session with her and were truly impressed with our pictures so I knew our wedding photos would be in great hands. She was open to taking any pictures I wanted, but also suggested ideas and what she thought would look best. We trusted that anything she photographed would turn out beautiful. She was easy to work with, had a fun personality and a way of making you feel at ease in front of the camera. It rained buckets on our wedding day and I was really worried that we wouldn't get any nice shots, but Lucia totally took advantage of the rain and came up with some AMAZING photographs! Our friends and family honestly couldn't stop talking about how much they loved our photos!

We had such a great experience with Lucia! Not only is she such a joy to work with, but she truly wants your day and your pictures to be the best that it can be. She listens to what you want, and makes sure to incorporate it into your pictures. Our engagement and wedding pictures are such a treasure to us and our families, and we are very fortunate to have found Lucia to capture such special moments in our lives! With many, many friends getting married (not in the Pittsburgh area!), I am hearing prices that they are paying (for half of the time/service that Lucia gave us) and I am shocked. They are paying much more and are not as happy with their engagement pictures as we were! We received many compliments on our pictures, and many of my friends are bummed that they aren't in the Pittsburgh area to use Lucia. I would recommend Lucia for any bride!

When my husband and I were meeting with potential photography vendors for our wedding, we knew right away that we wanted Lucia Cintra Photography! Lucia is simply amazing and she has the kindest, sweetest personality! She puts so much time and effort into her work and she really cares about making sure every moment of your special day is captured. In addition to being very accessible and organized, she is also so easy to work with and personable. Lucia was the perfect choice as a photographer for our wedding! Planning a wedding from out of state was extremely difficult until I found Lucia! She put all of my worries at ease. She emailed and called us frequently since we could never meet in person until our wedding day. Throughout the whole process she was very responsive , professional, and not to mention how kind and sweet she is. As far as the photos , they turned out PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! Every photo she took was stunning. She captured our special day in every way. I can't say enough nice things about Lucia and how amazing her photos turned out! My husband and our families are extremely impressed with her work. I would recommended Lucia to anyone she is truly the best ! Lucia is so wonderful to work with! She purposefully includes your engagement session in with your photo package so that she can get to know you as a couple, your preferred styles, what you are comfortable with, etc. She is also great about setting up time to talk both before the engagement session and the wedding to work out the logistics and talk through what you want in regard to photos. Furthermore, she gives you access to all your edited photos. While she has the option of having the photos printed for you, you also have the ability to print them yourself which is really nice. This made it extremely convenient to create photo gifts for family members using the high quality photos.

Lucia is such a sweet person and makes the experience so personal. From little surprises in the mail, to her professional yet approachable way of running her business, to her contagiously happy demeanor, Lucia is a fantastic option for your wedding-related photography!

The chance to work with such a fun photographer like Lucia, made a special time even that much more. I haven’t had so much fun taking pictures in a long time, I couldn’t stop smiling.

She has a way of making you forget she has a camera in her hand, creating those special engagement pictures that captured exactly how much Josh and I mean to each other.

And I was even more delighted when I saw the final product. She truly is gifted at able to bring out the best in her couples! I will be recommending her to everyone I can. And I have already booked her again for our wedding!

Lucia did such a fantastic job capturing both our engagement and our wedding photos. We were on a budget but she was able to customize a package just for us. I can’t believe how great our wedding photos turned out.

I had a really bad burn on my chest and add that to a spray tan and my skin in that area was disastrous. I wish I could show you the difference between a guest photo and a photo Lucia took and edited. In her photos, you can’t even tell I was having an issue, her editing skills are superb.

I was so worried how my pictures would turn out because of the burn/spray tan, but when I got my pictures I realized I shouldn’t have worried. They were beautiful and I still get comments on the wedding photos (and the engagement photos, too)!

Lucia was also extremely easy and flexible to work with. Not only did she have her own plan for the day, but she incorporated all the shots I wanted as well. You can’t go wrong booking Lucia for your event even if it’s not a wedding.

Lucia was wonderful to work with. She made my husband and I feel comfortable every step of the way. Starting with the engagement shoot, then all the wedding photos and for me, the bride, the boudoir shoot-each step of the way we had a blast.
The photos turned out incredible and I am so happy we chose to go with her. Friends and family are always commenting on how wonderful our photos are.
Lucia went above and beyond what most photographers do, she actually cares about you and wants to know about you as an individual and as a couple in order to produce quality photos and create a relationship. She somehow knows how to capture your personalities in the photos and creates something unique for each couple.
I highly recommend Lucia and will be telling any friends or family about her when needing a photographer.

Lucia and her second shooter were wonderful to work with! She was so laid back on the day of the wedding and made sure that we were all having fun and that it showed in the shots she captured. Our pictures came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. She was a little pricey when we first saw the price list, but after seeing her work and comparing it to other friends and family's wedding pictures, she was well worth the price. We had so many amazing shots to pick from it was hard to choose which ones to hang in our home. It was really nice that we were able to download the pictures and print them ourselves since her printing services seemed a little high. And it's also awesome that we can keep all of them for as long as we want without having to pay additional. I would highly recommend having Lucia as a part of your special day. Remember, your pictures last a lifetime and hers are ones you'll actually want to look at :-)
