I recently had my wedding on November 4, 2023 and could not be more happy with Lucero as my photographer!
Since the first day I met her, after seeing her portfolio online and reading other reviews, we hit it off immediately. She was so kind, answered all of my questions, as I was a nervous bride, and even provided me suggestions on our intro call for a timeline and photo locations.
I decided quickly she was the photographer for me from her amazing sunset, close up and back and white shots. Once I confirmed her for my date she even sent me a list of preferred vendors and discounts to use! All of her emails were personal and professional.
I was nervous about my timeline and Lucero even had an additional video call with me the week of my wedding to answer more of my questions and my timeline (as I did not have a coordinator).
The day of the wedding went perfectly! She showed up on time at the Airbnb I rented for first look and pre-wedding photos. I could not be happier with how flexible she was with the space I had and how welcome to suggestions I had about photo looks.
Once we got to the venue (my home) she was even more helpful and caught all of my special moments! I did not even know she was there as she was taking candid photos.
Lucero is not only kind, flexible, and professional but also has an amazing talent. Her photos have come out beautiful and I could not be happier to have them printed in my home as a piece of artwork. I will use her talent in the future for family and fur-baby photos!

Lucero was amazing from the moment of hire to the ceremony itself! Me and my husband had a tight budget for our wedding but our ceremony pictures were something I wanted to prioritize. When I saw Lucero’s pictures and her fair rates I was interested. After our first zoom call to discuss the possibility of her being our photographer, she was so helpful and kind. She made sure to offer herself up for any questions I had throughout the process. We had multiple zoom calls to discuss details, contracts and to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was funny, helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing, and was easy to connect with over emails, zoom, and in person at the ceremony. We recently got a sneak peek at our pictures and WOW they look AMAZING! It really captured the moment and looked so natural and perfect.

We have loved working with Lucero, she completed our Engagements and the Wedding! Her communication is amazing, even if she can give you time, she sets up a time so she can be focused on your needs. She is relaxing to work with, answering all our questions and bringing our love out on the photo. She kept us loose and focused, and really showed our love through her photography! Great suggestions, feedback, and truly kind and a big sweetheart! She was even to able to help keep my crazy family (not the bride's family you say, but yes, my family all 6 foot plus of them!) I received a referral to Lucero after contacting the only photographer I knew in the area that does photos for my brother in law’s family. She was busy and offered a few referrals. I was an out of town bride and god bless her for helping me because I was lost with no starting point until she gave me Lucero! Things worked out the way they were supposed to! Lucero was easy to communicate with and her passion for her job shines in her smile and in her work. The photos I’ve seen so far are stunning and I’m obsessed. Even better than we’d hoped!
Lucero is AMAZING! She is friendly, a great listener, and has a fantastic eye for photography. She spent the time necessary with us before the wedding day to ensure that we would get all the shots we wanted and was patient with our questions. The day of the ceremony, she coached us into flattering shots and made it fun for us. My wedding guests also commented on how mush they enjoyed her - she was like another guest, pleasant and fun while she did her job. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Amazing photographer and person overall!
There are no words that could express just how absolutely amazing Lucero and her husband Beau truly are. I had met Lucero a few years prior to my wedding and knew she had to be my photographer. Her bubbly energy is so contagious and made me want to be her friend. When my wedding was originally scheduled in 2020, Lucero was not available but due to divine intervention (and a little thing called COVID) we were forced to reschedule our wedding one year later. What a blessing that was! Lucero made herself available on my date and they relieved the stress that normally goes along with photographing a wedding. They were able create the perfect shots of my husband and I so that our photos looked fantastic!

Lucero and her husband were so flexible even after having to push out our ceremony time a week before the wedding. We were amazed at how quickly she is able to come up with new plan. With all the chaos going around I could always count on Lucero to do her part. She is very professional and has a great eye when it comes to being a photographer. We told her we did not know to pose at all, and she guided us the entire time, if it weren't for that it would have been stressful. We worked with Lucero and her husband for our engagement and wedding photos. We felt very confident from the beginning as Lucero walked us through the whole process. One big reason we chose her was that she was bilingual, and we felt comfortable knowing our family would be able to communicate with her on the day of the wedding if needed. She was very flexible with us and was well prepared for the wedding day, everything ran smoothly even when things didn't go according to plan. We had the best experience working with Lucero and her husband. They make such a wonderful team to capture the perfect photos. We received some previews today and are in love! The photos truly capture everything plus more than we had imagined! Not only are the pictures beautiful but Lucero and her husband are such a hard workers. They captured everything we asked. We booked them over a year before our wedding and Lucero was prompt with answering all our questions & emails and even helped with our wedding timeline. She is also thorough and professional! Definitely went above and beyond!! Fast turnaround time as well. Our wedding was just a week ago and we already have many beautiful previews. I also want to add that Lucero is very talented! It was a great pleasure working with Lucero for our micro wedding. We split our photography day into two different days: on Oct 7th and 9th at the Dallas botanical garden and she was great into accommodating that. Before the two photography days, she worked with us about all the details about up until the event. We also have a difficult dog that we wanted to included into our wedding day. A MUST have photographer!
I can NOT say enough good things about Lucero! My husband found her almost two years ago when we began wedding planning and after meeting with her, we never talked to another photographer after. She was extremely accommodating during covid wedding shut downs, postponements and changes. She not only takes fantastic photos, but is SO easy to get along with. She also helped make the day run smoothly and gave great recommendations. She is very well connected to the bridal community and even referred us a videographer a few weeks before our wedding. I have nothing but great things to say, Lucero has been the best from the beginning. Excellent service and results
As a parents of the bride, from the initial phone call to the actual wedding, Lucero went over and beyond what was expected. We weren't sure what the weather would bring, but the day was perfect for an outdoor wedding, and the indoor festivities continued into the evening. Lucero wanted to know what everyone wanted to capture during the wedding events and caught it all beautifully. Her bi-lingual abilities were of help, too, and she was immensely helpful with coordinating the timeline as there was no rehearsal for the wedding. A shout-out to Luceno's husband, Beau, who helped record the event. We were also pleased that she offers a variety of price packages to fit every budget. The pictures we've seen so far are beautiful and will no doubt help us all keep wonderful memories of the day.

Lucero's photographs are stunning. She captures every special moment, glance, touch, emotion, and ray of sunshine in her art. My family was having just an awful day when she took our photos (two young non-compliant children, our outfits were all wrong, we ran late, etc.) And she was still able to capture our true joy. And at our wedding she knew exactly what was important to me, she managed every detail from sticking to the timeline to ensuring our featured guests were in the right spot at the right time, and she managed to add fun moments in. More than just an amazing photographer
Choosing Lucero was easy for me when I saw her work at a bridal show! Her creativity shows through her work and it is phenomenal. She was excellent every step of the way through my wedding planning process and I truly do not know how I would have had the wedding I did without her! Nights when I was feeling stressed, she was willing to call and calm me down and help me work through different issues. She was more than just a photographer to me, she picked up the role of being a friend who walked with me along every step of the way.
Both my husband and I are very "camera awkward" and get stiff and feel unnatural when people are taking our picture. This was NOT the case with Lucero! She made both of us feel so comfortable through our engagement photo session and on our wedding day.
I will recommend her over and over and I cannot wait to have another session with her for our next big milestone. She is the absolute BEST!

I highly recommend Lucero Cervantes Photography services. She did my son’s and daughter-in-love’s wedding pictures. Great Experience!
When we decided to postpone our big wedding until 2021 and have a micro wedding, we wanted to make sure we had a photographer to capture our day. After much frantic searching, I found Lucero's page, and I was impressed by her offer for COVID couples. From the moment I reached out to her, Lucero has been responsive, professional, and so wonderfully kind. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she knew exactly what we were planning, and called my attention to some potential things that I hadn't even thought of. Contract & payment were both very easy to complete. She was great to work with day-of and had a lot of good ideas, especially considering the very short time we had. We just received our photos back and are absolutely thrilled - she is a wonderful photographer and really captured our personalities (and she was more than happy to take plenty of photos of our pets!). She also caught all of the little details that helped make the day special. She is truly an artist and I would absolutely recommend her to any bride!

Last year my husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. I decides to retake my bridels to help celebrate and remember my mother. My mother made my dress so it is very special to me. Lucero did such an amazing job capturing our big day. She was very thorough and her communication was perfect. She made sure to focus on the kinds and types of pictures I wanted. We had two phone calls for her to learn a little bit about us, the timeline, and the kinds of pictures we wanted. She made sure everything was how we wanted it. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and how she went above and beyond working with us to get everything possible.

Amazing experience
The experience I had with Lucero and her husband was absolutely amazing. She was very flexible on our wedding day when the girls took a little longer to get ready than expected. Lucero helped to help make sure everything during the wedding happened in an orderly fashion and to capture all the beautiful moments! My daughter's wedding
Lucero did an amazing job getting to know the bride and groom as well as their family to make sure she captured some special pictures of everyone. She was punctual with her arrival and stayed through the end. She did a great job keeping us on point for following our timeline throughout the wedding. 10/10 recommend Lucero!
Lucero is fantastic! We really enjoyed working with her from the first time we spoke with her all the way up until the wedding. She was very professional and made us feel comfortable even though we were a little shy when it came to pictures. We also loved that she was bilingual and could communicate with both sides of the family! The engagement pictures and the handful of wedding pictures we've gotten are beautiful and we can't wait to see the rest of the wedding portraits! 10/10 recommend Lucero!!

Lucero is a wonderful photographer and a joy to work with! For being people that feel awkward getting their pictures taken, she was still able to capture us in a way that made us look so natural!!! She works so fast and is very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to the wedding timeline. She really helped me sort out all of those details, that I am not very good with! She takes the time to explain things and gives her recommendations or suggestions, but makes sure your day is exactly the way you want it!!!! She is very affordable and you get a lot of different options with her packages that you may not get with others, having to pay more.
I was very blessed to have perfect weather on my special day, but Lucero knew how important to me sunset photos were and she made sure that they were taken and I could not be more happy with them!!!
Most of all, Lucero is so kind and has such a warm heart and passion for what she does!!! You will not be disappointed!

I was so nervous about getting my photos taken for our wedding. Lucero immediately put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful on our wedding day. I also never actually had my photo professionally taken and she walked me through how to pose And made me feel at ease. We will Definitely be calling her and her husband again for future photos to be taken!

Lucero and I had spoke on the phone a few times before the ceremony and instantly connected as she was so friendly, positive, and attentive to my needs. We were able to work out what my expectations were for the photography and how best to utilize our time. She was so friendly and accommodating the day of the ceremony even though I had some family arrive very late. The pictures I received are dynamic, professional, have a unique perspective that captured my wedding in a way beyond my expectations. She was wonderful to work with and created a photo package that worked within my budget. I plan to have her do photography for me in the future.

Attention to details, flexible, responsive and great quality!
It was a pleasure working with Lucero! From the beginning, Lucero was attentive to all of the details. She took our engagement photos and accommodated my puppies. She was super patient, flexible and is a very creative photographer. On the day of our wedding, Lucero was on time and I knew she'd take care of everything we had agreed on, from taking all of the family portraits and making sure we didn't forget anyone, to capturing the sweetest photos of the flower girl and ring bearer. We had a small reception and Lucero did a great job at capturing the essence of our guests and loved ones. Most of my family speaks Spanish only, so the fact that Lucero is bilingual was definitely a plus. I loved loved loved my photos and I'm very happy with the photo album. I highly recommend Lucero, she is professional, responsive, flexible, and a very skilled photographer.

Wedding Photography
When you get married you want to make sure you have a quality photographer to capture all of the best moments on your special day. Lucero from the start was very professional and very personable. Before the event ever started she consulted with us about creative looks, specific shots, and overall flow of how the wedding will be. She made sure that we would love our pictures from our special day. After our consultation she got to tour our venues to make sure she had all the proper equipment to get the creative look for our photos. She was on time and very professional. She got all the pictures that were of high importance to us and achieved the overall look we wanted. Having your photos taken can be very time consuming, but Lucero made sure she got the shots in a timely manner. Having her be our photographer was a blast and I would easily recommend her for all your events. Thank you Lucero for capturing the best moments from our special day.

Lucero is an amazing photographer, we got in contact with her to see if she was able to do a small courthouse wedding and she responded so quickly and her prices were just what we were looking for. On our wedding day, she made us feel comfortable and she was so nice. The pictures came out amazing she is truly a talented photographer. If I need a photographer in the future I would differently call Lucero again.
