Monika's floral designs were so incredibly gorgeous. I wanted it to look like a fairytale wedding and she excelled at bringing that vision to life. Every single wedding guest was awestruck at the florals. I could not have asked for better. She met with us several times to get everything just right and coordinate with the entirety of the decor. It was such a pleasure working with Monika. -

Beautiful Florals by Monika!!
Lucelo Flor did the florals for my wedding ceremony and reception and was absolute perfection. Monika understood the vision so quickly from my mood board and added in special flowers that I never would have known existed and ended up being my favorite. Monika has an amazing eye for color and design, from the actual florals to the candles. Her planning is impeccably organized with a visual of the flowers she planned to use so you knew exactly what to expect. The mockup was easy, with every little change noted reflected beautifully on the actual day. Communication was always very efficient and quick. We had to pivot some floral placements the week of the wedding due to the venue and it was so seamless/stress free and turned out to be an amazing statement piece for the stage. I wanted our bridesmaids bouquets to be really light and delicate, and when Monika delivered them on the actual day I was speechless with what she came up with using just two descriptors. Absolutely obsessed with Monika and the reception ambiance she created. -

Where do I even begin? I should have know it would be fate since we have the same name (lol), but boy did Monika totally blow me away. From the start, working with her was effortless and fun. She understood my vision, helped me improve it, and said yes to every crazy idea I had (bedazzling flowers & fruits with pearls). The results were stunning!!! Like out of this world stunning. The florals were the start of the show at my wedding and I truly cannot thank Monika enough for her work and commitment to my vision. I had my DREAM wedding because of her! Words truly cannot describe how thankful I am that I had Monika as my florist for my wedding day! From the very beginning she was kind, attentive, communicated well, was flexible & easy to work with. I had one vision in the beginning, and a few months down the road, as I continued to plan, my vision changed completely, and she was so wonderful & helpful as my vision changed. She brought all of my ideas to life better than I could have imagined, and on the wedding day, when I met her for the very first time, she had great energy, went out of her way to give us extra florals for things, and made sure everything came together as I had hoped for. Being a bride planning a wedding isn't easy, but having Monika in my corner during it all was a blessing, and I am forever grateful I had her expertise and creativity on my wedding day -

When we say there isn't a florist more talented, creative, or passionate about what they do, we mean exactly that. Being from Miami and planning a destination wedding in Georgia came with its unique set of challenges, including deciding on whether or not we'd book vendors from there or have local Miami vendors travel up to Douglasville with us. We ended up booking all Georgia vendors with the exception of one -our florist. We couldn't imagine ANYONE but Monika creating flower magic for our special day, and I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly beautiful everything turned out! I literally gave her a color palette and told her to do her thing, and it was BY FAR the absolute best, most stress free vendor experience we had while wedding planning! Not only did Monika and her team understand the assignment, they COMPLETELY knocked it out of the park. As wedding vendors ourselves, we've met our fair share of florists, so please believe us when we say the Lucelo Flor team is the VERY BEST, and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make the wedding of our wildest dreams come true! -

Monika and her team were incredible. I trusted her taste implicitly as she provided invaluable guidance throughout the planning and floral selection process. Her floral choices and arrangements ranged from classic to unexpected and perfectly captured the timeliness, elegant, and effortlessly beautiful aesthetic we were looking for. Monika far exceeded our (very high) expectations. Cannot recommend her enough! -

She went above and beyond to meet my needs and make my vision come to reality. Monika and her team literally transformed our wedding venue into the most fabulous, romantic fairytale garden! Ahhhmazing!
Monika is truly gifted. My wedding was nearly two months ago and I am still swooning over our flowers. I showed her a few inspo pics and she immediately understood the assignment. Not only did she understand my vision, but she elevated it! We wanted tropical vibes and she also incorporated fruits and candles--everything was divine! She repurposed the ceremony arch flowers to use on our sweetheart table which was pure genius. Monika was extremely responsive and flexible. Every additional request (for additional boutonnieres, or flowers for the cake) were met with a smile. She was even helped me with my train before I walked down the aisle. She is such a joy to work with and was one of the reasons my wedding day was so beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough! -

I had a vision, and Monika delivered. From the first night we met Monika, she understood my love of florals and how it was to be the center of my wedding dream. We had a bright vibrant wildflower theme and she delivered and then some. She worked with Rey and I to fit within our budget and I was amazed with the work she did and provided for us on our special day. Monika is a true artist and deserves to be recognized as such! Truly such a sweetheart as well. My wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her beautiful flowers. WE THANK YOU SO MUCH MONIKA!! -

Monika more than delivered on my wedding day, she killed it! ! From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive, understood my vision perfectly and was so fun and easy to work with. I asked for simple white tropical florals and that is what we got! I really liked that the proposal listed each of the flowers that would be incorporated. It made me feel confident that she understood the look I was going for. The bouquets, floral arch, aisle decor, table settings, and tropical leaves seating arrangement were all exactly what I had envisioned. I coordinated with Monika to have the tropical leaves picked up three days before the wedding so we could have a calligrapher write the seating arrangements on them. She made it so easy to pick up and then arranged the tropical leaves in such a beautiful way. I have gotten so many messages since the wedding complimenting the florals! I highly recommend Lucelo Flor and cannot thank Monika enough for bringing my floral vision to life. Great value and great vendor. You will absolutely love what Monika and Lucelo Flor create! -

Monika - ohhh my! She made all my wedding floral dreams come true! I wanted my wedding to be a sea of white florals and greenery and she hit the nail on the head. Her taste in selecting flowers was impeccable. Not a single flower was out of place. When I decided last minute that I wanted to do some long tables instead of all circular like we originally discussed, she jumped right on it without hesitation! She even offered recommendations for candles and votives, which I greatly appreciated! All the little details she added made everything come together in a way I could have never dreamed up on my own. Not to mention my bouquet... I have saved it to preserve it and it is something I will treasure forever. I can't thank you enough Monika! -

You won’t regret it!!
Monika was amazing to work with. She definitely went through with exactly what i wanted. i was in awe the day of my wedding and she helped stay in budget. my bouquet was spectacular. the quality was amazing and fresh. i got to keep the flowers for a week and cherish how beautiful they were! i recommend her to everyone!! -

I first want to say I’m not the kind to ever write bad reviews unless truly necessary. I understand the weight this puts on small businesses. My fiancé and I met Luceloflor at an open house at Vignette Gardens. I admired their work and we both agreed they matched our vision. So we booked… $2k later including a retainer payment I had an unexpected medical emergency that had me hospitalized, 2 surgeries, at home nursing care for 2 weeks and a long road of recovery still to face. We unfortunately had to face the devastation of rescheduling our wedding with only 90 days left and 2 years of planning behind us. For any Bride or couple this was not a decision we anticipated or took lightly. Every single one of our vendors including our venue handled our delicate situation compassionately and professionally. Allowing us to use any credits held for up to a year with their understanding of all the financially and emotionally this tolled on us. Unfortunately, Luceloflor was the only vendor who did not offer the same and instead only offered $400 towards our new date and increased the prices $1k. Be aware before signing a contract with them that they are very black and white. They don’t see any situation with compassion or understanding outside of their contract as they simply see you as a business transaction. Being apart of someone’s big day is so special and choosing vendors you feel comfortable with is crucial. If we would have simply been offered the $2k towards our new date we would have gladly continued with them. Our situation or an emergency is not something you will find in fine print. We have reached out to multiple other florists and it seems to be uncommon for their industry to not offer credits moving forward. In fact with explaining our situation to our new florist we were actually offered more assistance than Luceloflor offered us and they owed us nothing. We could not move forward with them as business owners ourselves we will not support a company with no morals or compassion. We are sharing this as a forewarning for any couples to always negotiate your contracts, we are all human and emergencies, death etc can happen suddenly or unexpectedly. Make sure to always know that anything can happen and your special day you want to have the right people behind you. A simple invoice and some emails are not worth a lost potential customer who was willing to move forward and $2k. When the weight of your actions are only adding onto people who have to mourn through their devastation already as it is. Get other quotes as we also noticed other vendors were significantly less for the same quality and similar portfolios. We hope this reaches whoever needed to know this prior to booking and that you were able to think twice before potentially loosing like we did.
