We used LSC Event Planning for month-of coordination and it was the best money we spent to give us peace of mind throughout the process. Eli and her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch.
Eli is incredibly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and kind. She made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Our weekly meetings were a pleasure to look forward to as she always came prepared with an agenda and a smile. She’s a true wealth of knowledge when it comes to weddings and vendor management, and she answered every single one of our questions (big or small) with so much patience. From gratuities to floor plans to timelines to day-of checklists, Eli handled it all with grace. She guided us through countless decisions with confidence and care, and always made us feel supported.
What stood out most was how Eli and her team treated us like old friends. They were present and reassuring for every question, comment, or curiosity we had. On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing—they had everything handled so we could truly enjoy the celebration. Getting LSC Event Planning to plan our wedding was the BEST decision we made when it came to our wedding day.
We interviewed 2 other well-established planners and knew immediately that Eli was the one that would look after us like we were family. Every conversation and interaction we had with her filled us with confidence that she will plan the absolute best day of our lives. And WOW did Eli and her team deliver.
What I really appreciated about having Eli plan our wedding was that she made it an enjoyable process from start to finish with vendor options, styling, ideas, and just general chit-chat. She was also always accessible and at times seemed like she never slept. Something I don't take for granted is that she took out all the stress leading up to the day as well as being an absolute BOSS on the day dealing with the relatives you don't want to deal with.
Finally, the biggest endorsement doesn't come from me or my wife. It actually comes from the mother-in-law who at first did not see the point of having a wedding planner. Now, she insists that her youngest daughter have Eli and her team plan her future wedding.

I can’t say enough good things about Eli and LSC Planning. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she held it all together for me from start to finish. She has an incredible attention to detail - months before the wedding she casually asked me my boba order, and then surprised me with that exact drink right after we walked down the aisle. It’s little things like that, combined with her calm presence and flawless coordination, that made the day so special. On the big day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing - she made sure everything ran smoothly so I could actually enjoy my wedding. I’m beyond grateful for her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Eli is the one!

Hiring Eli as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She met with us multiple times leading up to the big day, making sure every detail was accounted for and that we felt completely supported throughout the planning process.
Eli was there the entire wedding day—making sure we stayed on schedule, got ready in time, and that both the church ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. She also ran our rehearsal flawlessly, and we had multiple guests comment on how smoothly both the rehearsal and reception were executed. Her calm, organized, and thoughtful presence was exactly what we needed.
I’ll be honest—when we first hired Eli, my mom wasn’t convinced we needed a coordinator. But throughout the day, she kept saying how happy and relieved she was that Eli was there. Eli truly proved her value, not just through logistics but through the little moments she helped create.
She accomplished the seemingly impossible—organizing my massive extended family (40+ people on one side and 50+ on the other!) to ensure we got our large family photos without any stress.

Eli was more than just a wedding planner. She was our guide and our cheerleader and honestly, just an amazing human being. She helped us navigate the entire planning process with authenticity and great organization.
Eli and her team were so flexible and handled each hurdle without ever losing her cool. She kept everything moving smoothly and was always one step ahead but without ever being overly formal or disconnected. She’s real, she’s honest, and she absolutely has her shit together.
If you want someone who genuinely cares, listens to what matters to you, and makes the experience fun instead of overwhelming — Eli is your person. We couldn't have imagined doing this without her.

We hired LSC Event Planning for our wedding and it was the second best decision we made! (After deciding to get married, of course!). Talking with Eli felt like talking with a friend - she is so warm, personable, organized, and proactive. She made us feel sooo taken care of, and really made a huge difference in the month and days leading up to our wedding. Eli and her team are so organized that even the vendors for our wedding commented on how organized she is! It truly is thanks to her and her team that I, as a bride, was able to relax a bit before the big day.
A month out from our wedding, she created a timeline and took over comms with our vendors, ensuring everyone knew where they had to be and when. She was ON TOP of every detail, even ensuring we understood the terms of every contract with each vendor. Her and her team also helped with the signage, and the seating chart, personalizing it to our liking.
I can’t recommend LSC Event Planning enough! I would do it all over again with Eli and her team by my side if given the chance. So much so, that I’m already wondering what other event I could host just so I can hire them to help coordinate it.

Working with Eli and her amazing LSC team was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, they were open to all of our ideas and truly took the time to understand our vision. The planning process was not only super organized but also incredibly fun! Eli made sure every step was enjoyable, which only made the anticipation leading up to our big day even more exciting.
They guided us through every decision, from choosing the perfect venue to finding the best vendors. Their expert advice was always on point, but they never made us feel like we were doing anything we didn’t want to do. And when changes came up the team were so flexible, handling everything with ease and keeping us calm and confident. No matter what, Eli and the team always had a solution, and we knew we were in good hands.
The day of the wedding was pure magic. We were able to truly enjoy every moment from getting ready to the ceremony, photos, and reception because Eli and the team had everything under control. I cannot recommend Eli enough as a wedding planner! From start to finish, Eli was with us every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She helped us with everything – from organizing our engagement photos to guiding us through multiple venue visits to find the perfect one within our budget. She even coordinated our rehearsal dinner!
Eli went above and beyond by creating a personalized guidebook for us and everyone in the wedding party, making sure every detail was accounted for. It was so thoughtful and made the whole planning process feel organized and manageable.
Our families also absolutely adored Eli and her amazing team. They were all so kind, professional, and incredibly dedicated to making our wedding day perfect. What stood out the most was how Eli made everything fun and easy for us. Even when we had a few slight hiccups (just like any wedding), she took charge and made sure we stayed calm and collected. We never had to worry – she always knew what to do to keep things on track.

Eli was the best wedding planner! She and Arielle made everything seamless. My only wish is that we had used her services sooner! We used LSC Event Planner for their month of service, and while we were able to do everything we needed to during that year prior, her assistance, thoughtfulness and care during the month of were spectacular. She relieved so much stress by taking things off of our hands, and made the experience enjoyable! We wish had LSC the whole time! She also thought of every little thing we could have needed the day of - not having to worry about carrying phones, wallets, our card box etc. was so helpful. Not to mention, when all the dancing had done a number on my hair, she took the hair tie out of her own hair and gave it to me! Our priest even commented on how organized she was, and that Eli was a standout compared to other planners he had seen! Not only that, but she was kind, fun to be around and made her priority keeping the bride and groom happiest. Thank you for the perfect October 4th 2024!! Love, Joe and Emma. -

Eli and the LSC Event Planning team (shoutout Arielle!) really made our special day stress free and smooth! I'll admit I was a bit skeptical of getting a coordinator for the month before our wedding, but every step of the way LSC exceeded our expectations, solving problems before we even knew they existed, and just being there to make sure our crazy cast of characters were where they needed to be on time. The level of organization and communication were top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend LSC to anyone planning an event, especially one as important as your wedding. -

Eli was absolutely amazing as my day-of wedding coordinator!
She met with me a month before the wedding to review every little detail and then completely took over vendor communication, which took a huge load off my shoulders. Eli was there every step of the way—at the rehearsal and all throughout the wedding day itself—and her support made everything run smoothly. She handled everything with such professionalism and grace, and her assistant Stacy was also incredibly helpful.
Eli is super nice, always helpful, and truly a life-saver. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event. She made my day stress-free and perfect! -

Choosing LSC Event Planning for our wedding was undeniably one of the wisest choices I made. Despite my meticulous organization skills, a friend's recommendation prompted me to seek a day-of coordinator. Enter Eli from LSC, recommended by my cherished photographer. From our first conversation, I knew she was the one.
Though I enlisted LSC just a month before the big day, it felt like they had been by my side throughout. Eli effortlessly immersed herself in every aspect of our wedding, impressing me with her attention to detail. She and her team were not only professional but also personable, going above and beyond by even attending and helping out during my bridal shower.

I was blessed to see my two friends get married with the help of LSC & there was nothing left to be desired. The outstanding tapas for cocktail hour (my gf’s favorite part was the the oyster bar), surprise wedding party entrance with silly string & the stunning pyrotechnics during the couples first dance were immediately reasons as to why this wedding stands out more than any other that I’ve been to. The only unfortunate part was that it seemed as if the reception flew by in an hour when in reality it was 3+ hours long. But every single second was cherished as we celebrated the new beginning for the lovely couple !LSC Event Planning's reply:

Contrary to most people, I had two full weddings (to the same person) and LSC did an amazing job at planning BOTH. We had both a destination (originally planned) then a local more traditional wedding (afterwards) and they were anything short of an amazing dream come true. LSC is fantastic, incredibly communicative, and incredibly well organized. They helped us plan everything down to our 80+ guest's flight times to Mexico to coordinate arrivals for our welcome party.
