Great flowers from a great team

Jeremy was amazing to work with. With our rescheduling, we had a million changes and he was able to accommodate them all. I know I must have been frustrating, but Jeremy never let it show. My flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I am so happy to have worked with Lowe's and have recommended them to other friends getting married in the Cleveland area. I cannot say enough good things!

Absolutely beautiful flowers

Mary was extremely helpful when it came to planning. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and she took the time to talk me through options and find the right flowers for our day. I felt the pricing was totally fair for the wide range of flowers we had.

Stunning!!

So happy that I was referred to Lowe's Garden Center! Mary was so helpful, professional, and easy to talk with! The flowers were all stunning and withstood everything they needed to. Every aspect of the flowers were 100% what I had hoped for and wanted. Would definitely recommend to all future brides and anyone else looking for a great florist!

Great Florist!

Lowe’s just did the flowers for my wedding. Mary was fantastic to work with! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and my budget and she exceeded my expectations! She also did the centerpieces which all turned out beautifully! I had many compliments from guests on the centerpieces and bouquets! I would definitely recommend Lowe’s!

Gorgeous Arrangements and Professional Service

The team at Lowe's took our vision and created one of the most beautiful banquet rooms ever seen with their arrangements and décor. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, super friendly and accommodating. We can't begin to describe how great their work was and how beautiful the flowers were that they did for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist.

Wow!!!! They made our dream wedding come to life as well as were so accommodating. They were so personal and seriously made our flowers make our wedding vision come to life. Am using them for every event or order from here on out!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with florists who really listened to your vision. They were topnotch for sure. Our venue was beautiful and they took extra precautions on a very hot day to make sure the flowers looked fresh.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lowe’s Greenhouse to anyone in search of a florist! Mary was wonderful to work with. She took my vision and ideas and combined them with her expertise to create absolutely breathtaking arrangements. Mary was able to work within our budget and be flexible without sacrificing beauty. Everything arrived to the venue on the day of the wedding and was in place without me having to worry about a thing- Lowe’s had everything taken care of. The bouquets, boutonnières, centerpieces, decor- everything was stunning and I could not have been happier. I am so glad I trusted Mary and the team at Lowe’s to make my wedding beautiful!

Very easy to work with. Lisa was able to translate our daughter's vision into reality. Flowers were creative and beautiful, elegant, and they smelled wonderful. Having interviewed a few florists we found good value.

Lowe's Greenhouse created the flowers for my wedding on April 23, 2016 and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Mary created beautiful multi color garden style bouquets and matching boutonnieres, wrist corsages, and flower arrangements. The flowers were perfect and I was very happy with the service, quality, and prices! I would highly recommend Lowe's Greenhouse to anyone needing flowers for any occasion!

From beginning to end, Lowe’s excelled in professionalism, efficiency, communication, and flexibility. They were also affordable and conveniently located near our ceremony/reception hall in Chagrin Falls. We went in with a budget and Mary had no problem preparing a thorough proposal that exactly met our needs. She was on the same page as us from the start—and luckily understood the urgency to communicate quickly as we hired them just about a month before our wedding day! (Oops)
Mary was a pleasure to work with. She and her staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations—even providing extra flowers at a moment’s notice without any prompting from us, to help fill the reception hall. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous— everything we had hoped them to be.

We worked mainly with Mary at Lowe's Greenhouse for our wedding flowers and were beyond pleased with the outcome! She was able to guide us through everything and was very knowledgeable and honest about different options! They explained everything and are not out to just make money as they truly want to make your day as beautiful as possible within your budget! The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and exactly what we were looking for! I would recommend Lowe's Greenhouse to anyone looking for real flowers for their wedding!

Mary was very thorough when we discussed the possibilities for my wedding flowers. I had a color scheme in mind, and she advised me on flowers based on what would work for that time of year. I trusted her as the expert, which she appreciated. I was happy with the results. I wanted to save money on my centerpieces, and she suggested that I rent candle holders and mirrors from her, and that they would scatter flower petals on the tables. She also provided vases on the head table for the bouquets to go into. Great ideas for saving money on wedding flowers, and the result was lovely.

I am beyond impressed with Lowe\'s Greenhouse. I worked with Lisa and Mary. They were so awesome about answering any questions or concerns that I had. My mother and I had a difficult time agreeing about wedding flowers, but Mary and Lisa were so patient with us while we made our decision. I am very appreciative about that. I brought in pictures of what I wanted my bouquets, boutonnieres, pew bows, centerpieces, etc. to look like, and Mary and Lisa worked hard to give me what I wanted. They nailed it! My wedding flowers were so incredibly beautiful! I loved them. I highly recommend hiring Lowe\'s Greenhouse to do your wedding flowers. They are awesome.

I absolutely loved Lowe's Greenhouse! The flowers for my wedding were gorgeous!! I received so many compliments on them! The pricing was not bad at all either! Sue is so nice and really knows how to design a beautiful bouquet!! I would definitely recommend Lowe's to anyone getting married! You won't be disappointed!

Sue Bernhard, our florist, and her team at Lowe's Greenhouse were a joy to work with for our recent wedding. She was easy to get in touch with via email, and she was always prompt in her replies. I brought photos to our first meeting showing our color palate and examples of bouquets that I liked. She immediately had additional ideas, and the end result looked amazing. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and nosegay for our flower girl were all incredibly beautiful, and they continued to look great even at the end of the night. We wanted to do something simple for our centerpieces, so Sue helped us create a personal but streamlined look using books and lanterns. She created floral arrangements, incorporating greenery and ribbons, to decorate metal arbors used during our ceremony. I plan to highly recommend Lowe's to my family and friends, and I look forward to ordering flower arrangements from them in the future.

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at Lowes. The staff was absolutely wonderful and did exactly what I wanted. The centerpieces, the bouquets, etc. were absolutely beautiful. They totally understood the look that I was going for. The arrangements outside were magnificent and exactly what I had envisioned. They were very responsive and timely. I requested that they be there at 2:30 and they were. I have now used them for 2 of my daughters weddings and have been thrilled with their work. I highly recommend them. Sue is absolutely fantastic!!!

Beautiful flowers, wonderful people - couldn't have imagined anything better.

I had to the opportunity to meet Sue and her team many years ago for my sister's wedding (7+ yrs). I know my sister loved all her arrangements and better still enjoyed how easy it was to have them done well and right.

When it came time for my wedding, I reached out to Sue and was impressed with her yet again. I'm not big into flowers in general (I kill them). But I was able to show a photo to Sue and she duplicated it no problem - perfect replica. For the rest of my bridal party and guys stuff, she went with the same feel, flowers, colors and everything came together.

All the flowers were at the church before I ever arrived. Everything was labeled for the guys and the girls flowers were in the brides room waiting for us. They even provided pew bows (great quality too) and TONS of flowers for the alter. I thought I was getting two seasonal plants, she put a small arrangement on each side of the alter.

The flowers lasted all day, through the reception. The shop even stopped by my reception hall with vases and my toss bouquet so the bridal party wouldn't be carrying everything around.

I have to give credit to the rest of Sue's staff as well. When I called on her days off, they knew exactly who I was and adjusted my ordered as needed. Everything was written down.

My sister even used Sue to get special coffee-colored roses for my bridal shower too. A variety she hunted and hunted for. My guests couldn't believe they were real because they were so perfect.

I loved working with Sue! I have never been one of those girls who planned her wedding from age 5, plus I had about 7 months, and Sue got exactly what I was looking to do. We had an elegant bbq, basically a pinterest wedding as everyone loved to inform me, and I gave Sue the reins on floral arrangements. She did fantastic! I could have been happier with my bouquet, my bridesmaids' bouquets, the table arrangements, etc. My advice to anyone who is using this florist, let Sue have some creative room. She has great ideas and will make your vision even better in reality!

What can I say--Lowe's was simply amazing. From their pricing, to their costumer service, to the beauty of their flowers and arrangements, they are simply incredible. I worked with Sue, one of the wedding specialists, and we quickly became friends. Sue made me feel like she personally cared about me and my wedding--not just the flowers. She helped me think through every design aspect of the wedding. She created the decorations for the alter, the pews (at the church), the bannesters (at the reception), the bouquets and boutonnières, and every table imaginable--from the cake table, to the present table, to the card table, to the guest tables. We also rented large trees to place around the room. Sue coordinated every last part of the production, and made sure everything was set up and gorgeous well before the start of the reception. In fact, as I became more comfortable with Sue and her understanding of my design aesthetic, I told her to just go with what seemed beautiful and natural, from the types of flowers and greenery, to the placement and organization of the arrangements. We ended up doing herb gardens on some tables, medium sized arrangements of greenery, tulips and peonies on some, and tall cylinders with blooming branches on others. We also did small herbs in plants at each place setting as the wedding favor. The end product was very beautiful. I can not thank Lowe's enough for their work--it made our day so special. I HIGHLY recommend Lowe's!

We were so happy with Lowe's. They came highly recommended by family members. Sue was such a pleasure to work with; she was very personable and responsive. The bridal bouquet was gorgeous and so were the bridesmaids' bouquets; they were exactly what we had envisioned. The flowers were at the church early, which made for great photo ops. The mothers carried cala lilies instead of the traditional corsages - so modern and pretty. The centerpieces at the reception were nice, as well; we alternated low centerpieces and high centerpieces to make a great looking room. We will be recommending Lowe's to everyone we know!

The staff at Lowe's did an amazing job with our flowers. My daughter had selected apple red dresses and wanted fall color flowers. The staff met with us a few weeks before the wedding and showed us a number of fall flowers that were available so we could choose the ones we liked best. Then they called early in the week of the wedding to confirm details but were also flexible in making a last minute change a few days before. The girls red dresses and fall bouquets were gorgeous and were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Lowe's.

I am so extremely happy with how the flowers turned out. I don't know very much about flowers, I just knew I wanted sunflowers and am more of a minimalist. They were familiar with my venues so they were able to provide suggestions as to what would look best. I told her I wanted sunflowers and that the rest was up to her since she was the professional. The bouquets looked amazing, better than I could have envisioned. Two weeks prior they were at the ceremony venue deciding how to make the space look the best and they came up with an alternative that was spectacular. Sue and the crew at Lowe's went above and beyond and I could not be happier!

Sue Bernhard is so much fun to work with and very helpful. Her original estimate for the flowers was a little too high and she worked with us to bring it down to our level. The flowers were beautiful-I wish they could have lasted forever!

I will never go any where else for my floral needs. Sue Bernhard is a master at floral arangements. She is able to take your vision and bring it to life. I called Lowe's and orginally booked a Chirstmas wedding, then bumped it to a fall wedding in 09, then we dediced to elope. When I called and said I just needed a few center pieces for our party and wanted to make them our favors too, Sue was more than happy to help me. I let her know I wanted fall flowers but wanted each center piece to focus on a Lily. We received countless compliments on our flowers and they were just what I had wanted. They do wonderful work at Lowe's.

Lowe's helped me find exactly what I was looking for and really pulled through BELOW our budget! I got the final bill for our flowers and was so happy! We had extra money to use for our honeymoon! People are still commenting on how elegant and beatiful our flowers looked.

We were incredibly impressed with Denise and her floral team at Lowe's Greenhouse in Chagrin Falls. We were impressed with their organization and vision upon meeting to draw up our initial quote and contract. They were very flexible as we need to tweak the number of arrangements based on the guest list. I felt very comfortable with their business as I knew that they had the experience that I liked not only doing a variety of floral arrangements but working with our wedding venue, Manakaki. The flowers were stunning and they were extremely well done. They even threw in a few flower 'upgrades' such as calla lilies and orchids which weren't in our contract and even gave us a few extra corsages! I would highly recommend using Lowe's Greenhouse for your florist!

I worked closely with Mary to design a flower concept for my wedding. She did both ceremony flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages) and all our reception flowers. The flower arrangements were massive and wonderful. She does NOT skimp!! The bouquets were breathtaking and all our guests commented on how beautiful and large our table centerpieces were.

I would highly recommend using Lowe's Greenhouse and loved working so closely with Mary.

I LOVED the flowers at my wedding...I wanted them to live forever. Sue made the whole process very easy - I just gave her the specifics on numbers and stuff and brought a few pictures of things I liked, and she took care of the rest. A nice perk is the fact that Lowe's is a greenhouse, and has lots of plants lying around. Since my fall wedding happened to occur on a very nice day, Sue grabbed a bunch of mums from the greenhouse and used them to decorate the outdoor space at the reception.

Overall, I highly recommend Lowe's as a florist!

I worked with Mary at Lowe's. She did a great job on the flowers for our wedding. I wanted to go with some unusual tropical flowers. She had no trouble working with my request. Beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces.

I worked with Sue, Mary, and Terry at Lowe's Greenhouse. Each was a pleasure to work with and very professional. My biggest complaint working with them is that there are too many points of contact. For example, at my first meeting I explained what I wanted to Sue, and then at my second meeting (with Terry), I had to explain some things again because she had misinterpreted Sue's notes. I think it would be a little simpler if I could have just worked with the same person throughout the process. Even so, there were no problems with my order, and the flowers exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a bride's bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 bouttonieres, 2 coursages, 3 cut-flower arrangements, 20 8" potted mums, and 3 large potted mums. I also rented 8 live plant arrangements. My total order was around $800, which I think was a great value.

I chose to work with this florist despite their significant distance from my wedding location because I wanted a combination of live plants and cut flowers. I was unable to find any other company that is both a greenhouse and florist that had a good, informative website (which is very important to me). I appreciate that they are willing to set up appointments and correspond via email, although I did have to call a few times.

The best part about working with Lowe's is that the people are so very nice and helpful. They were probably my favorite vendor to work with because every time I left a meeting, I left happy and excited about the wedding.

They took their time to help customize exactly what I needed! They did a great job! I don't know the prices of flowers but I've been told they have great prices so I just went with them!

My flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We had a June wedding and the water was very summery, our flowers were so bright! I loved them! I have also recommended brides to get their flowers from here as well. I couldn't beat the price for what I wanted!

Very slow at responding to emails and phone calls. They did a beautiful job, but as many instructions as you give they make their own decisions on what they think is best and regardless of whether you stated it was something you actually wanted (they did specifically the one thing I asked them not to do with the bouquets and I ended up cutting some flowers myself on my wedding day). Still beautiful flowers though.

Do Not Hire

I would not suggest working with Lowe's unless you want purple instead of light pink flowers and the blame to be put on you if something does not turn out correctly. Throughout the ENTIRE proposal, the bride ordered light pink hydrangea's for her bouquet, her bridesmaids bouquets, the centerpieces, and various flowers around the venue. After the first meeting, she was also told if they were not blush/light pink, they would be spray painted to be blush/light pink. The wedding day was a nightmare. The bouquets came out as purple for the bridesmaids, while the bride's bouquet contained all blush flowers. Everyone said they could not believe Lowe's let that leave their facility. Lowe's mislead the bride to believe that the hydrangeas would be light pink. When the bride called Jeremy at Lowe's, he stated that they are natural pink and there is nothing he could do. Jeremy was trying to put the blame on the bride and who she talked to originally throughout the quoting process. He did bring new bouquets to "make it right" for the bridesmaids, but they should have been blush pink in the first place. He also stated how everyone said the flowers at the reception were beautiful. They were beautiful, but they were not what was on the proposal, meaning light pink because they had purple in them. As a professional, I believe Jeremy should have told the bride that hydrangeas could come in different shades of pink or a natural pink as he states. In reality a natural pink also means purple to him. How this was dealt with was very unprofessional from Jeremy's standpoint by placing the blame on the bride. He made it seem as if it was an inconvenience that he had to "make it right" by bringing the bridesmaids the correct color of the bouquet. Once again, I would not suggest working with Lowe's unless you want purple flowers when you request pink and have the blame put on you if something does not turn out correctly. Shame on them.

TERRIBLE experience
Lowe's florist came with raving reviews from multiple sources, so after meeting with Sue and having her enthusiatic personality state she saw our vision and would make it perfect, we booked without hesitation. WORST. MISTAKE. OF. OUR. ENTIRE. WEDDING. 1st: our flowers were delivered to the wrong church and were never even returned by Lowe's employees. My brother and bro-in-law walked across the street to another church after ANOTHER florsit called to say our flowers were there. This delayed the start of our wedding by 10 minutes and my brothers had to "march" the flowers down the aisle after ALL the guests were seated. 2nd: The flowers were the wrong color. DEEP purple and orange flowers arrived, when our colors are sky blue and orange. Gorgeous flowers, TOTALLY WRONG color scheme. 3rd: Bridesmaids bouquets were to be SOLID orange but included yellow, peach, and green flowers. 4th: my bridal bouquet was dead, limp, and lop sided. 5th: My 93 year old grandmas coursage was missing. 6th: our readers coursages were missing. 7th: Our pew bows were on the pews of the church across the street. 8th: Bright purple centerpieces at the reception.... again, colors were sky blue and crayola orange. Awesome. And lastly, the centerpiece we were shown 4 weeks before the wedding was PERFECT and absolutely stunning...... never saw that again. Not to mention the actual centerpieces that showed up were approximately 3 times SMALLER than the one we were shown as an example. There could not have been one more thing that went wrong with our flowers. It was terrible and I would not recommend Lowe's to my worst enemy. They ruined the entire look of my wedding and reception. Our linens were beautiful, but completely clashed with the PURPLE flowers. Thanks Lowes....
