We had the pleasure of having Lowcountry Strings play during our cocktail hour, and they were the perfect touch to our event. Bob Williams and the other musicians played absolutely beautiful music that was both catchy and current, yet had a classic sound. Their performance added an elegant and enjoyable atmosphere to our celebration. We highly recommend Lowcountry Strings for any event! When we were searching for strings music for our wedding and found Bob-Williams Duo, our searched stopped within minutes of hearing the talents of this father and son pair. Mr. Bob is very easy to work with and has very helpful suggestions for facilitating the flow of your ceremony. I highly recommend booking Bob-Williams Duo, and as the bride, I hope get to go to more weddings where I can be with the guests so I can hear them play! -

The Bob Williams duo played string melodies during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The music was nothing if not perfect for our small intimate October event in Charleston. We also enjoyed the modern playlist that we could select from. Both musicians were polite, kind, and professional.
I would highly recommend them for any event if you're in search of beautiful string music! -

Bob and his son did a fantastic job with our ceremony music and the cocktail hour music. We wanted classic rock done classically and it was perfect. Our guests had so much fun identifying each song as they played, from “Wonderful Tonight” and “More Than A Feeling” to “You Make Lovin’ Fun” and “In My Life.” Planning with Bob was a breeze and we could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Bob Williams duo were AMAZING! We had them play at our ceremony and cocktail hour and wow - they crushed it. Super talented and professional and our guests absolutely loved them. They did a great job playing string covers of contemporary music - it helped make our ceremony extra special. 10/10 recommend. -

These guys were INCREDIBLE. They are so professional and talented. There music is breathtakingly beautiful. They are perfect if you want something a little different for your ceremony or reception. I would book them again in a heartbeat! -

We hired Bob for a guitar violin duo for our ceremony in October. We got married under a huge mossy oak tree and were looking for something that was romantic and whimsical. After hearing the demos on the website, we knew Bob was perfect! We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the music! We only have one regret and that is not booking them for the cocktail hour as well! -

Classic with a twist. Bob Williams Duo provided the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I loved their style because they can play everything from classic hymns to Guns and Roses. We wanted classical music played for our wedding, but nobody wants to listen to that during cocktail hour – it is way to formal. They did an excellent job of keeping the ceremony classic and the cocktail hour fun. Our guests loved hearing their favorite current songs performed acoustically. Thank you Bob Williams Duo! -

Talk about a dynamic duo! Just WOW. Their sound provided an absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony, reception and dinner at the Ocean Course. From the Allman Brothers to Amazing Grace, these guys can play it all. Highly recommend! -

Bob Williams Duo was amazing to work with when planning our wedding! Bob was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to guide us in selecting our musical choices, even though we were a little unconventional! Our violinist played gorgeously and everyone loved our recessional song of "Africa" by Toto! -

These guys are AMAZING!! Bob was so helpful and helped me pick out some songs that were classic but a little more contemporary, and about love and friendship. They also have a wide musical range and can play pretty much any song you want if you have a specific song in mind. Their music made the ceremony feel magical and so special and it was just absolutely awesome to listen to! -
