I am so grateful my wedding planner found Liz! She is absolutely wonderful & her work is stunning. She did both my hair & makeup for my wedding. I also had her do both hair & makeup for my bridal party, mother, & mother-in-law. Liz was so great to work with – she was very accommodating in terms of scheduling my hair & makeup trial as I live out of state & had to plan things during short trips home. The planning forms/ portal were very helpful in helping not only myself, but my bridal party think about what they wanted in terms of their hair/ makeup look. Liz was very organized & had provided me with a day-of schedule a week in advance which was helpful in terms of planning & making sure we all stayed on schedule. I absolutely loved my hair & makeup – it wasn’t “too much” & looked natural – but still made me feel beautiful. My bridesmaids all looked stunning – as did my mother & mother-in-law – who both particularly loved the fake eyelashes. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to have their hair & makeup done for a special event (though I’d love to have her do my hair & makeup everyday)! -

Liz at Lovely Elegance did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids. She came out to my house 2 months prior to the wedding for a trial and I was so happy to discover how easy going and fun she is. Plus the hair and makeup looked gorgeous. I looked like myself - which was very important to me- but elevated. Plus - the hairstyle and makeup lasted ALL night in 80 degree weather with high humidity. -

Lovely Elegance is INCREDIBLE - do not look any further. Liz was such a joy to work with and always responded timely, professionally, and with helpful insight. I was so excited to work with her after our trial and on the wedding day she surpassed all my expectations. I am generally pretty critical of my make-up when it’s done professionally (largely because I don’t wear much in everyday life), but could not have asked for anything better! I had one slight tweet from the trial that I asked Liz to make and she was so receptive and instantly adapted. On the morning of the wedding, I had 17 ladies getting make-up done, which Liz and the other two stylists handled SO well. Liz worked with me up-front to make a schedule and was so flexible day-of when things got switched around a bit. They even finished ahead of style and had us all ready 30 minutes before planned, which was the first time I’ve experienced that before a wedding, which provided stress-free time to just all enjoy the moment. On top of that, everyone was absolutely raving about the make-up all day and well after the wedding. I couldn’t feel more fortunate to have worked with this amazing team and HIGHLY recommend them! -

I had nothing but an incredible experience with Lovely Elegance. From the trial to the finished product on the wedding day they were incredibly kind and extremely helpful. And they are so talented at what they do! My hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted! They were so accommodating to everything that I needed/wanted and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kenzie and Liz were a dream to work with! And my bridesmaids, MOH, and mother completely agree - their hair and makeup also looked stunning! Plus, they are affordable! Oh - and my hair and my makeup stayed in tact all night!! :) -

Everyone I worked with at Lovely Elegance did an outstanding job from start to finish. They really wanted to make my vision come to life and worked so hard to get there. My hair is really tough to work with and Kenzie styled it with such grace on our wedding morning and it didn't even look crunchy or overdone with product at the end. And they travel to you, wherever you may be, which made everything so much easier the morning of the wedding. Thank you so much to Kenzie & Liz, and to all the other women who worked with my bridesmaids! -

My stylist Hannah was meticulous and extremely detailed. I could tell she had a ton of experience with bridal updos, which put me completely at ease! We made some changes after my trial and all of them were incorporated beautifully on my wedding. My bridesmaids also loved their hair, and my mom loved hers too! The makeup was probably my most favorite though. Hannah did a custom foundation blend that made my skin look flawless but not fake...way better than an airbrush look! The look held up for the entire day and looked amazing in photos! -

Liz was wonderful to work with and was very attentive to feedback I shared from the trial as well as giving suggestions. The questionnaire she uses I thought really got to the core of what I wanted her to know about me and how I wanted to look on my wedding day. She was very prompt over email and overall a pleasure to be around on a stressful day. It was so nice not to have to worry about hair and makeup being an issue because I trusted it would turn out well! -

I absolutely loved working with Liz - she is so thorough, easy to talk to, and (of course!) she's great at what she does! Liz and her team come to you and do hair and makeup on-site, which is so convenient - and for many venues, like mine, it's even necessary! Liz, Hannah, and Kenzie did such a great job with my 8 bridesmaids, my mom, and myself - they moved through everyone efficiently, while still making sure everyone was happy with their look! Despite the rainy weather, everyone looked beautiful throughout the whole day and night! Thank you Liz, Hannah, and Kenzie!! -

I am so glad that I went with Lovely Elegance for my wedding makeup! From the beginning working with Liz she was incredibly professional and responsive with anything that I needed. When it came to the day of and my trial I worked with Kenzi and she was so friendly and did such an amazing job on my makeup and for my girls! After my trial I noticed that my makeup was a bit shinier than I may have liked so she made adjustments so that my day of look was perfect and matte looking. I felt my absolute best on my wedding day thanks to Kenzi and Lovely Elegance! Having a makeup artist that comes to you on the day of truly makes everything so much easier and less stressful as you don't need to obsess over the time. Kenzi had all of us beautiful and ready for the day in plenty of time and that gave us some extra time to relax before everything go crazy again. Lovely Elegance is beyond professional and great at keeping to your time restraints. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a travelling makeup artist! -

Liz from Lovely Elegance was amazing to work with, so personable and so professional. The fact that she travels to you is the icing on top of the cake!
During our trial, she listened to me and worked with me and the hairstyle and makeup we chose turned out beautifully! Even in the weeks that followed when I wanted to tweak something she was responsive and so willing to continue to tweak until I was comfortable.
On the day of the wedding, she and one of her other hair/makeup artists worked efficiently, quickly, and professionally on me, all of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my new mother-in-law (who only speaks French!). We all felt so beautiful and pampered! -

I was so glad that I chose Lovely Elegance and Liz to do my hair and makeup for my wedding! I had so much fun working with her during my consultation and wedding day. She put me at ease and made my wedding morning stress free! She came to the room the bridesmaids and I were getting ready in, which was fun and convenient. She also had great time management, stayed exactly on schedule, and did hair and makeup for me, 6 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers.
My hair and make up were beautiful in person and in my photographs, and lasted all evening - even through the dancing. Liz listened to me and helped me look exactly the way I envisioned looking on my wedding. -

Liz did the makeup for my wedding in June. It turned out perfectly! She also did my mother, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids makeup and everyone was very happy with how it turned out. She was efficient while not sacrificing quality. Although we used a different hair stylist, she collaborated with her super well. She made the whole process so easy and fun! -

Cannot recommend enough! Liz is wonderful
I can't say enough great things about Liz and Lovely Elegance! She did an AMAZING job with hair for my wedding for myself, my eight bridesmaids, MOB and MOG. I had an idea of what I wanted and Liz exceeded my expectations. My bridesmaids also loved their hair and she even finished ahead of schedule (a huge plus on wedding day!!). Liz and Katelyn were also super sweet and fun to work with. I can't recommend her enough. THANK YOU, Liz!! -

Wonderful!
Liz was amazing! We had a *very* untraditional wedding out in Spring Green and she was a blast to work with--even brought me some baked goods and coffee the morning of the wedding because she knew I, and the rest of the wedding party, didn't have the time to go out and get me some. Make-up was excellent, she worked well with the photographer for the "getting pretty" shots, and was loads of laughs. My hair was also fantastic--which was difficult, as I have a side-shave, but she totally pulled it off. Everything I wanted. -

Lovely Elegance did fantastic work!
I had such a great experience working with Lovely Elegance. In the beginning, they sent me a thorough survey to understand my needs. This made me feel like I was getting a truly customized experience. I also enjoyed spending time with my hair and make-up stylists the day of. It made the getting ready experience fun. -

Liz is Amazing!!
Liz is so amazing and such a joy to work with! All of our correspondence through email was timely and clear. I appreciated that we were able to do my trial at my home and that she traveled to our venue. She was so much fun to work with and made me few complety at ease about my lack of makeup knowledge. I was also really grateful she didn’t try to convince me to straighten my hair or do anything that was out of my comfort zone. I looked like an elevated version of myself on my wedding day, which was exactly what I wanted. My bridemaids looked so beautiful and they were very happy with everything. Liz was also incredibly efficient and got through everyone in the exact time she had allotted on the timeline she had sent me, which I really appreciated since we were trying to get a lot done before our ceremony. The pricing was fair and competitive with other companies I looked at. Thank you so much, Liz! -

Izzy Sent on 08/31/2018Working with Liz was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. She was professional and did an amazing job on hair and makeup for me and my wedding group. Liz arrived in my hotel room early and spent almost 6 hours making us all look great. She managed to take my (very loose) inspiration photos and make me look better than I could have even imagined. I would absolutely recommend working with Liz and Lovely Elegance!

Elizabeth Sent on 08/07/2018Liz is so sweet and flexible. As silly as it sounds I really enjoyed talking to her while we did my trial and while we got ready the morning off. Having a lovely conversation is the best cure for any nerves you might be feeling. I didn't think about it but really the person you are going to spend the most time with the morning of your wedding is your hair and makeup artist so it's really important that you are comfortable with them. She listened very well to what I wanted and we only had to do one minor adjustment to my hair to during the trial to make it perfect. She perfectly blended my extension so you can't even tell I'm wearing them in photos. I felt like I looked like a better version of myself without looking overdone. The little care package she left was so sweet too. The full lipstick, gloss, tissues, mints, and extra bobby pins were very much appreciated. In short, hire Liz she's the full package!

Paige Sent on 11/15/2017I cannot say enough great things about Liz and her services for Lovely Elegance! I was a bit of a procrastinator when it came to choosing hair and makeup. Luckily Liz still had availability for my September date when I emailed her in July! She was so quick to respond and gave me a breakdown of all her services. I loved that I could pay for everything in one package (trial hair/makeup + wedding hair/makeup) all at once and not have to worry about making payments later on. Liz came right to my house for the trial and was spot on with the look I was going for after only showing her a few pictures. I emailed her following the trial to let her know I wanted to change some of the looks and Liz made me feel at ease that it could be changed without any problems.
The day of my wedding Liz was right on time. She was able to do two of my bridesmaids hair (which they loved) + my hair and makeup in just a little over an hour and a half. We had tried a darker lip color that I ended up wanting to change and Liz was easily able to remove that color and change the look without missing a beat or having to retouch the rest of my face too much. She was also there to help me make decisions about how I wanted the flowers arranged in my hair and when my florist tried to stray fom my original look that I wanted, Liz spoke up and reminded me of what I was really wanting.
She is even willing to stay for a small additional price to re-touch up hair and makeup if you choose to do pictures outside before your ceremony! I did not choose to do this, but had it been raining or super windy this would have been a great additional service.
Hair and makeup lasted all night!! I do not normally wear this much makeup but Liz assured me of what would look best for photos and she was right. Our photos turned out absolutely amazing! I can not thank her enough for all she did to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day! -

Christine was fantastic! Everyone's hair looked beautiful AND stayed in place all day and night (no easy feat considering it was 90+ outside and we drove on the highway in a school bus with the windows down). We were so, so happy. -

We had a small intimate ceremony of just family on our wedding day and Liz styled each member of my family's hair beautifully. From my teenage niece, my sister, to my mother and mother-in-law - each one of them looked stunning! We had some scheduling conflicts but Liz resolved it and the rest was history. Very nice, last minute even helped with my mother-in-laws hair after she got her hair done elsewhere and hated it. Very sad about how my hair turned out tho. I even bought expensive hair extensions at Liz’s recommendation to help make it easier for her with my thin fine hair... One of my biggest fears was that my thin straight hair wouldn’t hold a curl, and I was re-assured that she could make it hold. I have had some experienced stylists in the past do some amazing things. Disappointingly, i got my first few pictures back and my hair looked messy and barely curled. I’m absolutely heart broken and scares to see what the rest of my pictures will look like. -
