I would recommend this place to everyone! Fantastic service and food. The staff took care of everything with professionalism and attention to detail. Romina, the wedding planner that is included in the package, is incredible! We have no words to thank her for everything she did for us, she was always one step ahead of everything helping us with every detail so that the night was perfect. The Vintage Venue is completely awesome and if I had to choose my reception venue all over again, I would definitely choose it! -

We decided on a destination wedding in Miami, Florida. Due to COVID19, we had to postpone our wedding which was originally scheduled for December 2020 in a different venue. God knows what he is doing because that is how we learned about The Vintage Venue. From the beginning, Romina was very kind, understanding and accommodating. We were planning around so many uncertainties and long distance. Samantha, the other Coordinator who assisted us as well was awesome. The day of, things went seemingly smooth with minimal issues. We decided to have all the festivities inside due to the rain and humidity (July 2021) Everyone worked so hard to ensure it was equally beautiful. The food was delicious. We had the following dinner options: Balsamic Raspberry salad, salmon in lemon sauce, chicken in garlic sauce, mash potatoes, and colorful vegetables. This venue is a gem in the Homestead area. I will go over what was included and our reviews of each vendor that Vintage Venue works with:
E&M Sweets- Cynthia worked well with us. She made us cupcakes with the available flavors to try. Our favorite was definitely the guava. The price includes a two tier cake. In order to have three tiers, it is an upcharge of $30. She sent us the included designs. The naked mini cake was beautiful.
DJ William- He was very responsive to emails and texts. To hire him as a Master of Ceremonies is an additional $250.
Natinel- Beautiful work. The flower arrangement for the ceremony was included. We decided to hire her as well for our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and flowers for the cake. This was additional pricing but definitely worth it and she did an amazing job.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with The Vintage Venue and the vendors that they contract with. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a charming, peaceful, beautiful place with great attention to all your wedding needs.

Easily one of the best kept secrets in Miami. I knew the minute we first visited, that this was our wedding venue. A beautiful oasis tucked away in the heart of Homestead. Newly built venue. Lush greenery. Beautiful rustic themed props. Unique & vintage cars for staging. Amazingly awesome and stellar staff that made our wedding day a true MERRIMENT & JOYOUS occasion ! We married on September 12th, 2020. It rained the day of, BUT the venue did EVERYTHING to ensure it was a smooth transition to the inside. From the time that our party bus arrived, to the moment we left, it was perfection. If I’m being honest, I’m kinda glad it rained. Rick Morales (recommended florist), walked me into the venue, and showed me his masterpiece of Floral Heaven! He captured everything that we talked about, and made it into a private garden. Literally. Our sweetheart table and centerpieces were fucking beautiful. Excuse my language, but our guests were astonished at how breathtaking the arrangements were. The room smelled of greenery and fresh flowers. Pure freshness. The arrangements were draped to perfection. Paired with the long wooden tables and the venues charm made this a true stand up winner! The guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how kind the staff was. Not counting the BOOM food. The appetizers were perfect. Not like “okay” perfect. But literally, perfectly tasty and propionate. The beef medallions and rice was so good. Hubby & Me were pretty hammered(open bar), so having the hardy dinner and appetizers helped soak up some of the fun 😉. The music?! Wow. No exaggeration. William(recommended DJ) was freaking awesome! I remember him coming up to me regularly, to make sure the music was good. And our guests were in their feet the entire time. There wasn’t a moment where I didn’t look around, and see everyone dancing and having fun. The music was funky and transitioned well. He gave him a list of tunes, and he created a cone of musical greatness. Our guests had the time of their lives and danced their butts off. So much so, numerous pairs of shoes were found in the dance floor.
Romina & Lisa , you two are true super stars! If it wasn’t for your expertise, patience, and your exceptional care, none of this would have been possible. Every time I view my wedding photos, I will always remember what Romina did for me and her words of encouragement. She is the main reason the photographer was able to capture photos. And Lisa, was beyond patience with us. She made all of this happen. Both of these ladies deserve a standing ovation for what they did for us.
If you’re looking for a venue that is Sugar, Spice, & Everything Nice? You’ve found it. Privacy. Intimate. Lush. Beautiful. Thorough. Thank you Vintage Avenue for making our wedding day beautiful! Your venue is ONE OF A KIND. Relish in the fact that you are in a lead of your own!

I fell in love with this place from the moment that I walked in! I originally wanted a beach wedding but after talking to my fiance and asking him what he wanted (he suggested a barn type of feel) and coming across this venue, it was a done deal! Karen is awesome! She always answers my many questions and I am so excited for my wedding this year! Can't wait !!! -

When I first visited the venue, I knew this was the right place to book with. I never felt rushed. All my numerous emails and calls were answered quickly. The venue itself is beautiful, the price is really good and they include everything. I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Vintage Venue. -

Weddings are chaotic and beautiful. But they're not easy to plan and execute. We just had our wedding at the Vintage on 10.28 and despite the insanity of the days leading up, the staff at the venue made sure that our special day went perfectly. They offer a lot of their own vendors on site which made the planning process smoother than I initially anticipated. And their coordinator, Anabel, did a splendid job at the event, tackling every hiccup before I could even hear word of it. She was, hands down, amazing. I couldn't have imagined our wedding any other way. I'm really grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. -

The Vintage Venue is a beautiful location. The ceremony and indoor reception area are great if you are looking for a rustic look in your wedding. Although the venue provides an all-inclusive deal, there are some aspects of the business that you should be aware of before making a commitment. Due to personal reasons, I had an unusually long contract time of a year and a half so I was able to witness more than one normally would. Within a year and a half, the venue let go, to my knowledge, 3 kind hearted women, one of which would have been my day of coordinator. When it came time to finally have my wedding, my day of coordinator was one of the managers, Ada. When I first met Ada at the Loveland Venue she was very sweet and honest with me on how to achieve my dream wedding within a budget. Once she became my new wedding coordinator, I began to see a different side of her. When I would speak with her, she would speak poorly of the previous employers. My husband and I experienced the loss of my mother in law resulting in us re-scheduling the wedding. Her client relationship skills are not the best, because she forgot about the circumstance and joked about how much better the wedding would have been had we not re-scheduled. When we reminded of the reason, she showed no sympathy. As for the decorations, I was told several times that the venue staff would be taking care of everything the day of so long that I brought all the decorations I wanted the night before. I created a large document with pictures explicitly explaining how I wanted certain parts decorated and organized all the decorations into bins that were color coded and numbered. The document was reviewed by Ada and myself 2 weeks prior to the wedding and I was thanked for the organization making her life easier on the day of. I politely asked to at least have the inside decoration completed by 3:00 for photographs and the outside by 4:00. I was told this would not be a problem. On the day of the wedding, I walked into a venue that was not completed and Ada was in her office. She told my mother that they would not be responsible for any outdoor decorations and if any of the decorations that I provided were made of glass, they would not be responsible for placing. My final heartbreak was when I found out that she had taken credit for a sentimental arrangement that I had thought of for my mother to arrange for my mother in law. She stated that I had asked her for help to come up with something special so, she wanted to do something special. All this to say, the venue itself was not the issue of the day, my husband and I had an amazing time aside all the chaos and all the decorations that the florist and my mother completed looked beautiful. My advice before committing to The Vintage Venue would be to hire your own day of coordinator at the least. If you are unable to, make sure every promise made to you outside of the contract provided is given to you in writing. The vendors that come with the venue are a good option if money is an issue, but be aware that the DJ they have hired, although a kind man, is not the best DJ out there. He will play every song from beginning to end, and although my family stayed on the dance floor for the full 4 minutes of the ChaCha slide, I would have preferred to listen to more of the songs on my playlist. The food was great. The cake vendor, E&M Sweets, working with the venue did not disappoint.
