  Katy was responsive to our ideas for our wedding ceremony. I wrote up a short story about how the two of us met and she condensed it into about three meaningful sentences. Our request was to have a short non-denominational ceremony and Katy delivered it exactly as we requested. We held our practice just before the ceremony itself which she also helped with. I had many comments afterward about how lovely the whole event was. I highly recommned Katy as an officiant for your wedding.

  Katy was a pleasure to hire. She really worked with us until we were satisfied, and she has a sweet way with words. She was patient with us through our late appointment and rehearsal, too, and if we could do it again, we would have her as our officiant all over.   Katy responded promptly to all our email questions. In fact, her responsiveness went a long way toward choosing her for our simple ceremony. She worked with us to pick a date and was on time and prepared for our simple, non-religious wedding. Also she was very patient as we got ourselves together, and everything went very smoothly. (And, yes, I'm leaving this many months later; it's about time I get around to finishing things left undone! :) )

  Katie helped us pick a location and also put together our vows making sure to include all the special items we wanted to emphasize. She was professional, personable and made the ceremony very comfortable. I would recommend her without hesitation.

  Katy was great she worked with us on short notice and was great about emailing back. She showed up early and was very perfessional looking. She was absolutely great. She performed a beautiful wedding and even helped take pictures. My elopement turned our absolutely beautiful. It was perfect!

  I had a wonderful experience with Katy as the officiant for my wedding. She was always responsive and very willing to meet whenever it was convenient for me. The ceremony she put together was simple and beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. She was always on time to meetings, the rehearsal, and the wedding. Not only is she professional, she is down to earth and easy to talk to. I had an awesome experience and would highly recommend her!

  Katy was extremely helpful and understanding. We had a last minute change to wedding plans and she was able to work with us on getting married sooner. She is very affordable and very professional, and she kept well in contact to make sure there was no missed communication or misunderstandings. I would highly reccomend her to someone else.

  We both loved Katy! She took all of our ideas and made it into a fantastic ceremony. She is very professional and was easy to work with. She will get back to you quickly and answer all your questions. Since we were having a hard time finding a non-religious officiant we were very lucky to find someone as great as Katy who really made our ceremony very special.

  My fiance and I did not want to do a traditional ceremony where we were married in a church and neither of us had ties to any churches in the Norman/OKC area. So I did a search on weddingwire.com for independent officiants and found Katy. I e-mailed several people and she was the first (and only) one to respond. She spoke with me over the phone to answer my questions about her services and based on that we decided to hire her. She sent us example ceremonies so we could get an idea about content and flow. We were able to choose the things we wanted to include and she even wrote much of the ceremony herself which I thought was a nice touch and made it more personal to us. She was open to our feedback and ultimately structured the ceremony the exact way we wanted. She also did a great job performing the ceremony infront of our guests.
