Great experience for our destination wedding!
I met Kim at a bridal expo in KC and she was so nice and friendly with tons of experience in the destination wedding industry so I trusted that Love to Travel could help us make decisions based on their extensive knowledge and vacation/resort partnerships. Our experience was great and all our guests had an easy time getting booked. Kim and her team answered all my emails and questions in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend Love to Travel. Our Punta Cana, Dominican Republic wedding was by far the most incredible vacation of our lives!-

They are the best!
Exceeded all my expectations! Love to travel took care of EVERYTHING In regards to all of my guests and us booking! This helped decrease my stress level tremendously! They’re all very knowledgeable about different properties all over! -

Exceptional Service!
Our experience with Love to Travel was absolutely fabulous! The team did an excellent job of helping us choose the right location and with assisting our guests with their questions/concerns. Everyone on the team is so friendly and knowledgeable which made the booking experience a breeze. My husband and I already booked our next trip with them and will continue to do so in the future! I can't recommend Kim and her team enough! -

We partnered with Love to Travel to make booking the trip easier for our guests. It was a great experience and they were able to handle everyone's questions. It took a lot off my plate in the planning of the wedding because I knew my guests were in good hands travel wise! -

We had a great experience with Love to Travel when searching for a honeymoon spot. Kim worked hard to accommodate our wants and needs while staying within our small budget. She was really easy to talk too and when I asked her a ton of questions via email she was quick with her response. When we met in person to go over her recommendations, she didn't seem to mind (or at least didn't show it) that our son was being uncooperative which led us to having to attend to him several times during our conversation. We just got back from our wonderful, romantic honeymoon and couldn't be more pleased with the resort she recommended and making sure we got the honeymoon package. We will definitely utilize their services again for future travel. -

Ms. Schoeberl was a tremendous asset in planning and booking my wife's and my honeymoon vacation. It was wonderful to know I didn't have to worry about anything. She signed us up for a number of services that seemed expensive at first, but ultimately saved us a great deal of money. In addition, she was constantly in contact with me and updating me with what I needed to provide, giving me extra copies of the itinerary any time I asked for them, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the trip was the perfect one for my wife and me, catering to our specific wants and needs. I will definitely seek her service again for traveling in the future. -

The best quality I think someone can have when planning is communication and Carrie was always very quick to respond and help, which was a HUGE help. It only took us a short time to book and it was so easy! -

They need to work on communicating among there employees if they are going to have more than 2 or 3 people responding to correspondences. Every time I called or e-mailed I would have to explain over and over my story. They were supposed to take off one of my travelers because she was going to make her own flight reservations and because they did not listen we we're either being charged too much and had to explain AGAIN to a different person our plans and we almost missed our shuttle back to the airport because they had 3 people on the list and it should've been 2. We had to convince them to talk with the hotel to confirm she left earlier that morning for a different flight. This was my second trip with them, and I hesitated to use them again because the first time was just as awful for my son's wedding but I was hoping they would renew themselves. They are very nice and professional but not so good when it comes to keeping records straight. They really should keep just one person on an account instead of several. Oh, one more thing. Lomis Travel was no longer under contract with Love to Travel so they did not have us on the list for the airport pick up and Love to Travel did not contact us to let us know that a different shuttle service was our transportation luckly Lomis did. Not a comfortable thing to go through in a foreign country. -
