Chanelle and Ernest were so very wonderful to work with! We first got to meet them nearly a year before our wedding for our engagement shoot. I wanted snowy pics and Chanelle went out of her way to make it happen. Even though we had some hiccups with the snow melting before we got up there, she worked her magic and got us some amazing shots! Her communication throughout our entire experience was great and we always felt like a priority. Our wedding photos came out so beautiful and I can't stop looking at them! We would highly, highly recommend and will definitely be using Chanelle for any future shoots like maternity or baby pictures :) -

Not only does she take amazing and gorgeous photos, but she's super hard working and doesn't miss one precious moment. I couldn't be happier with everything about her service, literally everything about the experience was top notch! Her professionalism, talent, dedication, responsiveness and flexibility are so refreshing, and with so much going on that day it's nice to know you're in good hands and don't have to worry about a thing. DEFINITELY 100% recommend!

User2298681 Sent on 09/02/2015Deciding to work with Chanelle was easily the best decision I made when planning my wedding, besides my groom. ;) Even though I had attended many weddings, when faced with planning my own, I had no idea if my ideas would realistically work with my venues and creating a great guest experience. Having an experienced and enthusiastic person to listen to my ideas and help refine them was invaluable during my preparations. On the day of the wedding, she was professional, kind to the extended family members, had great suggestions for lighting and poses, and even paid for the metered parking when we took pictures at the beach. She made me and my husband feel at ease and captured the mood of our day perfectly! The USB with the pictures is so darling, my husband put it on display with our pictures. When we first talked on the phone, she told me she would help me stick to my schedule and be my biggest cheerleader that day. She did all that and more! I would recommend her to anyone. -

This review is over due and I don't know where to begin.
Meeting Chanelle was a pleasure, she has a great personality, we clicked right away and I felt that was very important if I was going to make an investment for such an important event.
At our first meeting she discussed her excellently priced packages, she shared her insight on engagement shoot locations and even proposed different shots she'd taken herself in the past to kinda direct us for what we really needed to have on our wedding day, to make sure we didn't miss a shot later.
She was accessible and responsive every time I reached out to her and was very prompt to respond.
The day of our wedding she was on time and presentable; she and her assistant Ernest were really great with our family and friends too.
By looking at our photos I can't think of a single thing she missed.
A lot of the shots she took were more than just the subject but also like the backgrounds, everything had great symmetry, I swear this lady has quite the magical eye!
Our day was overcast and she felt terrible about how she thought the photos should have looked that she edited my photos twice even after she had already delivered my USB drive.
Honestly I was delighted with how they turned out the first time, but that show's her commitment to her art.
Overall it was a pleasure working with Chanelle, I even recommended her for my cousins wedding this past September and my cousin is also so happy we found her!
I've actually just booked her for our company's website photo shoot, excited to see how those turn out too!
We really are happy to have found Chanelle, I feel she's definitely that family photographer you always think of and can count on♥
