A year after my wedding, I relive every moment through the videos and photos. Love & Sea Photography did an excellent job. They are detail-oriented, very professional, and responsible. Moreover, their work is of high quality and reflects the naturalness and authenticity of each couple. They are a very kind and friendly couple who make you feel completely comfortable and confident that you'll have a beautifull keepsake. Thank you for making this special momentone will be remembered and cherished forever. I recommended them 100%. -

Absolutely stunning photography.💕
In my opinion, the absolute most important part of planning a wedding is picking the perfect photographer because at the end of the day the only thing you have left to relive the moments of your wedding is through photography/videography. I picked right and the sneak peak pictures attached are proof. When I was searching for a photographer I had a certain aesthetic in mind, I didn’t want a ton of cookie cutter family portraits, I wanted those “in the moment” beautiful photos. I remember when I found Love & Sea Photography on instagram and I knew instantly that I needed to book with Severine. We picked the “Love & Sea Full” package so we could have photography, videography, and drone footage. I have to say having a drone there was pretty cool and the sneak peak photos from it look amazing! I only had a few types of photos I knew I wanted to take and other than that I told Severine I trust her creativity and to just tell us what to do! It’s obviously a little awkward taking photos in front of so many people but Severine and her team did an excellent job making us feel as comfortable as possible. (side note: I can’t believe how many people on the beach completely stopped what they were doing to watch us! Thank god for photoshop!) I’m absolutely in love with the sneak peak photos we have received so far, and I can’t wait to get the rest. I also did flower perseveration with Fleurever Bouquet Preservation which is a business Severine started and I am so excited to see how it comes out! -

Best photographer
Severine was amazing. We actually booked because our wedding photos were not good so we wanted to have good pictures to look back on. We found Severine through Instagram and instantly fell in love with her style of photography. She was responsive and worked with us when it started pouring rain on our original booking day. She came back the next day which we really appreciated. Severine definitely has immense talent for what she does, she made us feel very relaxed and we had so much fun during the shoot. We received are photos much quicker than I had expected and they came out absolutely stunning. The poses looked natural and she has an amazing eye for catching great photos. As we were leaving the beach where we took our photos she spotted a shipping container and had us take a few last minute photos. Those pictures came out beautifully and are actually some of our favorites. She will deliver amazing photos and also provide very unique shots as well. The editing on the photos are very well done. I cannot recommend her enough, we are forever grateful. -

When I had my first call with Sev, I knew I had found my photographer for my wedding. From start to finish, she was so patient and got every single shot we wanted. She blended her style with my desired style (she is more documentary and I prefer more editorial) and I think they turned our beautifully. She made everything feel effortfless, helped carry my dress and fluff it out countless times, and I don't think she took a break once (much to my dismay lol). Thank you so much for everything! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Severine. My husband and I worked with her for a Love Session celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. She did an absolutely outstanding job. Her eye for working with the light and tweaking our poses truly sets these pictures apart from any other photos we’ve ever had done - including our wedding photos! She just intuitively knows when to snap a photo to get the most emotion out of a shot. Severine is a wonderful human and incredibly talented. You can tell she’s spent years honing her craft. I highly recommend booking with her! -

We had our wedding in January 2022 in Punta Cana. I had originally booked a different photographer, and then once I found Severine at Love and Sea I loved her photography so much I decided to lose my deposit and switch. And it was 100% worth it and the photos are Gorgeous. She and Rodrigo were so kind and sweet throughout our entire wedding day! They arrived on time, directed us on the best poses and positioning and captured both the best posed and candid photos! We decided to do an after wedding photo shoot and they picked us up at our hotel and we drove to a nearby beach to get some drone photos. They turned out amazing!!! I can’t stop looking at my wedding photos - they captured our day perfectly! I would definitely recommend them! -

Fantastic Family Photos in Punta Cana
Working with Severine at Love and Sea Photography was a joy. Communication was quick and professional. We were visiting Punta Cana for a family vacation and Severine stayed in touch with me the entire time and maintained so flexible with her schedule that it allowed us to wait until the "perfect" day for pictures instead of forcing the shoot in a less than ideal environment. She did a fantastic job working with all five of us to capture beautiful memories in an amazing setting. I cannot wait to hang these photos on our wall! -

It's nerve wrecking picking vendors for destination weddings for many reasons, so I hope that this review helps all you brides out there heading to Punta Cana, DR. Love and Sea was in a list of vendors given to us and why I chose them was because of what they said on their website. Severine, said that she was invested in the story and emotion of the couple. Isn't that what a wedding is? A celebration of your beautiful love STORY!
Severine was so professional and responsive from the very first email which eased my nerves. She answered all of my questions, helped guide me on which package was appropriate, and asked me questions to get to the heart of how I wanted my wedding to turn out. She walked me through everything to consider: timing of photos, type of photos to capture, who would be in the photos, all these things that I didn't know I needed to think of. On top of that she was able to coordinate directly with the venue and MUA to solidify the details so that I didn't have to think about it.
When I met her, I was immediately at ease. She and her partner were so nice and really got my personality. They helped us loosen up for photos, and posed us for all these cool photos. It is awkward taking pictures and they helped me get through that block. Our family are a fun bunch and they were there to capture all those LOL moments.
We were so happy with the quality of the pictures that we got back! They captured those pure moments when my husband and I looked at each other, our candid moments, our over the top moments. My father passed a month before our wedding and they made sure they captured signs we made for him beautifully. She even captured a moment when a cute bug flew around us during the ceremony and my whole family was saying it was a sign from my dad. Seeing the picture made me feel like he was there with us. Drone shots were the coolest!
You have options for photographer or videographer, but if you want to have beautiful photos/video that capture the emotion behind the glitz of a wedding, Love and Sea is it. If you are a hands-off bride you can trust that they will take care of everything. If you are type A with the wedding they can hang with your details and professional communication.
I can't say enough how much I am grateful that I chose Love and Sea. -

Best Photographers Ever!
Working with Love & Sea on our wedding day was amazing. Even though I was super nervous, Severine and her team made me feel very comfortable and reminded me to stay calm and smile. Her team was professional and arrived right on time. Since our wedding was during the pandemic, she was very flexible allowing us to change our date without any penalties. The package rates are affordable and when we received our photos and video we were extremely happy with how they captured our big day. I would definitely recommend Love & Sea. -

Engagement photoshops
Severine and Renaud were nothing but pleasant and professional during our photoshoot experience. They picked my fiancé and I up at the hotel and safely brought us to the beach where we took pictures. They made us feel comfortable as we were not used to posing and being in the spotlight. We got our photos within days of doing the shoot and one was better than the next. We have so many to choose from we aren’t sure which ones to print because we have so many options! We would highly recommend them! You won’t regret it! -

As many of you may know, a destination is no easy feat, and there are so many uncertainties when trying to plan and find vendors without having met them prior to the wedding! Love & Sea photography was the BEST choice, and a perfect representation to showcase our special day. And the Trash the Dress hands down to me was one of the most memorable portions. It was one of the reasons I went with these photographers, as videography and drone footage is so unique and memorable. I am BEYOND ecstatic with the results, and how perfect the videos and photos were. They look beautiful. They captured every intimate and perfect moment! I could not be happier with the results, and is was so relieving to meet them for my wedding and have them have everything covered and handled perfectly. A very stress free option! -

Working with Severine and Renaud was very easy, and we had a great experience overall. We really liked their photo and video style, and we are very satisfied with the final product. They guided us through the photo shoot and helped us to pose as this does not come naturally to us. The communication was also easy, and they responded us in appropriate time manner. They are also very nice people, and I would recommend their work for sure!!! -

How do I give Love&Sea more than 5 stars???? It's hard to put in words how amazing they are as people and as photographers/videographers. My husband, family, and friends loved them and how passionate they are about their work. Our wedding was a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic, Love&Sea shot our "trash the dress" session and our wedding. We had endless guests compliment Love&sea while they were there. Love&sea is the best photographer to work with! If you are having a wedding in Punta Cana, DR, I highly recommend using them! You won't regret it! -

Severine and her husband are amazing. Not only are they super kind and sweet but their work is gorgeous. They made us feel so comfortable for the millions of pictures. We felt like they were family. They even picked us up on our honeymoon and we did an awesome trash the dress shoot. I would 110% recommend them for your wedding. They will help make a dream come true!!! -

Wonderful Experience!!!
We had the best time having Severine capturing our most special moments in Punta Cana! She did a fantastic job taking us around and sharing her expertise on great picture opportunities and creating a great experience for us! We went in blind and we were SO SOO fortunate having her as our photographer!!! We were so lucky to have found her and we’re so lucky to work with her! She exceeded all expectations we had and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She was so kind, sweet, funny and professional! We would pick her a million times again! I’ll forever be thankful for my experience with love and sea photography!
Finding a photographer in a different county definitely was no easy. Once we came across love and sea it was really no competition. There style was right up our alley. Severine was the most amazing photographer I have ever met. Not only is she so sweet and personable but her direction in taking photos were amazing. I didn’t want those cheesy wedding photos. I wanted to capture the real love my husband and I share, and she most definitely succeeded! She shot our wedding, and underwater shoot and a trash the dress shoot. I will forever be in love with all my photos. She captured every amazing moment from my destination wedding trip and I will be forever thankful. So I 100 percent recommend love and sea photography it will be the best decision you’ve ever made! -

Severine and Renaud are simply amazing at what they do! From the moment I contacted them to the final product delivery, they were so sweet, professional, yet personable and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process! Our photo gallery and video turned out WAY better than I could have ever imagined, and just couldn't recommend them enough! They captured our day so perfectly and we will always have these stunning memories to look back on because of them. Amazing experience with Severine!!!!

Highly recommend
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had such an amazing time with Severine and Renaud! They were extremely professional from the first email I received from them, Talking with Severine right away she expressed all her concerns/thoughts right away. For EX: as an experienced photographer in the DR they mentioned they thought our ceremony was a little to late and pictures would have to be rushed so of course after going back and fourth and hearing such honesty in the first email HOW CAN I GO ELSEWHERE? With all the concerns we moved up our ceremony time and they were able to capture the most amazing pictures!! Their turnaround time for the pictures and video was unbelievably fast and we did not even need any revisions They were just that incredible!The value and quality of photos we received went well beyond our expectations! The videos they put together were so beautiful. When people saw the videos they felt as if they were actually there. They captured each precious moment and every emotion possible which is defiently what you need on this day! If you are looking for AMAZING pictures and for a crew that makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera on one of your most important days of your life! We had such a great time with Severine and Renaud! They were very professional and yet still made us feel comfortable in front of the camera! The value and quality of photos we received went well beyond our expectations! They listened to us to which photos we wanted to secure as well as got some wonderful candid footage. Our videos were beautiful and captured all of the amazing moments of the ceremony dinner and reception. For the price we paid which landed right within our budget, we truly recieved a great value of service. We are from New York but we decided to do a destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominicans Republic and it was absolutely beautiful. -

We love Love and Sea!
Renaud was patient explaining his photography sessions to me and answering all my questions. We chose the urban package for our upcoming 10th anniversary. He was a joy to communicate with, meet and work with and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He was not only our photographer but our guide and translator as well in the Dominican village so that we could interact with the people and have fun, even stopping so I could buy a fresh avocado in Bavaro through the car window! He gave us so much information about the Dominican culture and way of life. The resulting photographs from the village and from the beach were BEAUTIFUL and a treasure we will have forever. The photographs look like something out of a magazine. The video is so beautiful and perfect at capturing all the love. To me having amazing pictures and video we're number one. Knowing the day would go by so fast, I wanted to capture every moment I could. I seen the talent in their work, and in person. From laying on the ground or flying a drone to capture that perfect image. They make you feel so comfortable, you forget that you are on camera. The sweetest and funniest, down to earth photographers I've ever worked with. Their talent speaks for itself. I highly recommend them If you want memories that will last your forever. Being that we live in NC and traveling to a country we had never been to the photographers kept an open line of communication and assured me i was choosing the best photographer and location the whole time. It was easy to get in contact with them for what ever reason. They took us to the places which made everything so easy considering we were unfamiliar with the area and all the locations they choose were absolutely beautiful! did not disappoint! They also took care of us with the language barrier with the locals. They accomadated all my requests and gave me a snap shot the same day so we could go ahead and send the photos to family and friends to make the announcement of our elopement. We love the photos and the team did such an amazing job. They were a pleasure to work with. I was nervous about the photos because i have never had professional photos done and i thought i would look funny and unnatural but they are all so beautiful. Also i am not a strong swimmer and we did an underwater shoot but they took their time and let me do everything at my pace and comfort level and they also came out beautiful. I highly recommend everyone use this photographer!
