Kind, Professional, Beautiful Hair & Makeup
Nikki did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and makeup the day of my wedding. My husband and I had a sunrise ceremony at Haleakala, so she had to come to us VERY early (which I am still beyond thankful for!). She was so kind and professional, on time, and worked quickly but carefully. She followed my inspiration pics and made me feel more beautiful than ever, seriously!
Also, the summit at Haleakala (where our ceremony was) is really cold and windy, but my hair, veil, and makeup stayed intact and still looked great even after several hours.
I know the morning of the wedding can be very stressful, but Nikki actually made ours very fun, relaxing, and memorable. I 100% recommend!!

Melissa, Jill & team were absolutely amazing! There were ten of us total, including moms and a flower girl, and they did a phenomenal job. All of the girls were so happy with how everything turned out and we had great feedback from wedding guests at how stunning it all was. Would definitely recommend Love & Beauty Maui for any occasion as they are professionals and a fun team. Thank you so much for making my wedding day so perfect! -

Amazing experience!
Shelby and Michelle did an absolutely amazing job. I was so nervous about getting my hair and makeup done for my wedding day without actually having a trial run (live out of state) but seeing their work on Instagram and their stories put my nerves at ease. The process was so smooth with them coming directly to my hotel room and they got right to work after I showed them a couple of pictures of things I liked and then they worked their magic. The love and beauty glow is a real thing. They made me feel like most beautiful bride in the world! I am forever grateful!

Love & Beauty Maui is exceptional! They’re truly hair & makeup professionals that made us look and feel absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding guests are still talking weeks later about how stunning we looked, thanks to their team! Their service is completely professional, and also very warm, and so friendly! We loved everything about our experience with Love & Beauty Maui from start to beautiful finish. My makeup lasted and was fabulous all day & night through all my happy tears...and my hair looked wonderful even with the strong wind at the beach. Every bride and her bridal party should be so lucky to have Love & Beauty Maui style them for the big day :)

These ladies showed up on time and were ready to go in 15 minutes. I had 7 bridesmaids, which they made sure they made each and everyone of them feel comfortable and looking their best. I felt completely calm and relaxed while these ladies brought my vision to life. The conversations were a nice distraction from the craziness that ensued that morning. This Alaskan bride thanks you from the bottom of my heart. -

Jill and Melissa from Love and Beauty Maui were amazing! They made the whole experience easy, and it didn’t hurt that they are awesome people that truly care about their clients. We had awesome conversation while they were working their magic, which was important because I spent the minutes leading up to the wedding with them. I wanted natural makeup for myself and two bridesmaids, and Jill did an awesome job. For hair, we had floral hairpieces for me, and two bridesmaids that had to be worked into the style. I let the bridesmaids decide what they wanted because I wanted their individual styles to shine through. I knew that I had to find a hair stylist that had experience doing black hair too since one of our bridesmaids is black, and so is my wife (who received the “grooms’ package”). She did an awesome job on her hair, and the style lasted all night for her. I had a couple of ideas for my hair, I showed those to Melissa, and she just did her thing. I cannot tell you how beautiful they made me feel. Thanks Jill and Melissa for being so nice, and so freaking talented! -

Melissa, Jill & their team are fabulous! They made getting ready for my big day so much fun & their work is amazing! They were able to accommodate all my girls from natural looks to glam & Melissa can literally do any updo you show her from a picture without any trials. I also had a sensitive issue with my mothers & they were so professional & accommodating to make sure my morning was stress free! I cannot thank them enough, HIGHLY recommend the Love & Beauty team. I can't believe I waited so long to write this review. My husband and I eloped on Maui in May 2018. It was definitely a last minute plan and I reached out to Melissa and Jill in a bit of a rush trying to get a hair and make up appointment. They were lightening fast on email (with every email I sent) and were so kind and helpful! Jill did my hair and makeup on the day. In addition to doing a great job, she was also just really fun and pleasant to talk to. The while process takes quite some time, so it was really nice to have someone I also just enjoyed! I was definitely not an easy customer, having very little idea what I wanted. Jill basically took my total lack of ideas and still somehow created a look I loved. If I ever find myself with another special occasion on Maui, you better believe they'll be my first call. -

They did an amazing job, and even though I don't wear a lot of makeup, and was slightly shocked when I first looked in the mirror, they were right!!! It photographed beautifully and they made me feel like a model! Thank you Jill and Melissa! You're the best!!!

These ladies are unbelievable! The knowledge and skill that they both have doesn’t go unnoticed. Melissa did my makeup and hair for my maternity pictures, and I couldn’t believe how natural and flawless my skin looked. I received many complints on it. She has also done lots of my friends hair and makeup. Each time I’m amazed at the diversity and flawlessness in both their hair and their makeup. I highly recommend booking them for any occasion! -
