I could not recommend Glam on Location enough to any bride in search of the PERFECT glam squad for their big day. Devon, the owner, was a dream to work with leading up to my wedding. Booking was a breeze and she quickly and thoroughly answer any and all questions I had. I scheduled a trial with them and unfortunately ended up with the flu and had to cancel and the artists I was working with was so understanding! My wedding day ran so smoothly with the three artists Glam supplied for my big bridal party. Everyone looked gorgeous and I was in LOVE with my bridal hair and makeup! They did exactly what I asked for and by the end of the night I didn’t want to take everything off! I have never felt more beautiful than on my special day all thanks to Glam! -

My wedding was 02.21.26 & I miss it already. I’ve been in constant contact with Glam on Location since I first booked them and have never gone without a response. I knew about Devon through my fiancé and have been following their work for over a year. Macie was in charge of hair, Hope was in charge of makeup and me, my Bridemaids & stepmom are still talking highly of them! So comfortable to converse with, they executed EVERY look & I heard not one complaint. These girls made my wedding look dreams come true (as a wedding does, we had some hiccups) but Glam on Location was the most relaxing and stress-free part of the day! Will book them again and again! 😭❤️ -

I just want to say that Jordan and Alexis were the absolute best yesterday for my best friend’s wedding prep! I have been in numerous weddings and the reaction we all got as we walked down the aisle is anything I’ve ever heard. They did an outstanding job on our makeup, lashes and hair! They were so professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I let them each roll with what they wanted to do, and I was not disappointed! Good job, ladies, and thank you thank you thank you for making us all look stunning! -

Fantastic!!!
I couldn’t be happier with the services and professionalism Glam on Location provided for my wedding!! Devon - the owner is just the sweetest and is SO punctual with her responses via email or wedding wire! I even added girls a week before the wedding and it was no big deal to Devon! She is a dream :) I had a destination wedding in Nola coming from FL and was nervous about it all coming together! They were just FABULOUS! And I felt so amazingly beautiful, as did my (10!) girls!! Nicole , Hope , and Sam did the most incredible job on hair and makeup for 10 girls and myself it only 3-4 hours!! Everyone looked absolutely stunning and not once was anyone stressed or pressed for time. They are such an amazing group of girls and clearly love what they do :) I would recommend 1,000% recommend Glam on Location for your wedding or event in a heartbeat! Wish I could do it all over again! ❤️💗🌸 thank you for making me and my girls feel SO Gorgeous and making my day unforgettable 😘! -

WOW! Glam on Location was seriously such an AMAZING decision. Devon and Nicole were literally EVERYTHING. Devon was extremely sweet and responsive to any/all questions and helped me figure out my appointments, organizing my makeup timeline for the day of, and made any/all changes I needed! BUT NICOLE is the real MVP of my wedding. Nicole and I met for the first time to do my trial hair + makeup the same day I was doing my Boudoir shoot and I was so nervous, but she was incredibly sweet and we really bonded. I instantly loved her! She helped me relax and WOW did I FEEL SO BEAUTIFUL. I honestly don’t think I could have worked up the courage to do the shoot without her. Nicole also did my hair + makeup for my rehearsal dinner where I had this vision of early 90’s Cindy Crawford inspo and she NAILED it. She totally understood the vibe I wanted and executed it without me asking for any revisions and I can’t even BEGIN to tell you how many amazing compliments I received that night! Okay, then she did my hair + makeup for the big day where I was a big anxious mess, Nicole gave me breaks when I needed them, held my hand when I needed comfort, gave me encouragement and support - she was SO understanding and such a HUGE comfort to me. Every bride needs a friend like Nicole on their big day! Did I mention that my hair and makeup looked AMAZING too?! I’m from California and I hardly wear makeup so I can feel a little self conscious with a full face on, but Nicole totally understood that and did my hair + makeup SO well that I felt amazing and felt like myself! 100% !! Seriously getting a little emotional thinking about how amazing Nicole was for me that day. Love you lady!!! -

Booking with Glam on Location was definitely one of the best choices I made for the wedding! Devon was very easy to communicate with and she always responded so fast! I currently live in Austin, TX, so we were having to do all of our planning remotely and they really took the stress off, in terms of hair and makeup! We were able to schedule the trial on the same day as my bridal portraits, which was so convenient! I simply sent some inspiration pictures a few days in advance and they were forwarded to my hair and makeup team! One of the biggest perks is that they come to you! I did not have to worry about timing and travelling! Meghan did such a fantastic job with capturing the natural, yet formal look I was looking for! I was nervous about never having met the artists before, but they make you feel so comfortable and they really know what they are doing! To match my skin tone Meghan mixed several foundations to get the perfect color. The trial went great and we only had to tweak one thing the day of! Same goes for hair! I had Rebekah and she just took the pictures I sent and went for it and it turned out perfect! I could not have imaged a better hair style! The day of, they were both on time and in great moods! We had 7 people (not counting me) for both hair and makeup and they were all done beautifully and in a timely manner. The girls were extra amazing because 3 of those 7 were added on last minute and I am just so thankful that they took the time to glam them up as well, because I know other people would have turned them away helpless. I didn't have to oversee the makeup and hair for my party, because I trusted these girls knew exactly the looks we were going for and they just took off running with great ideas! This was such a relief to me because I am a pretty laid back person, so knowing I could trust them and not stress was such a blessing! I am so thankful for this amazing team and I will treasure and thank them every time I look at any of our amazing pictures!! Ladies, I am eternally grateful and can't wait to see what else y'all do! Devon was beyond amazing . Her and her teammate did fabulous jobs on me and my bridesmaids!!! They were so fun to hang out and get ready with !! She was so quick and easy to communicate with and I am so glad I found her to beautify me for my wedding . She even recommended a great videographer that we hired ! So impressed if I could give 10 stars I would !!! -

I messaged Devon on short notice to see if my date was still available less than 90 days out and she immediately contacted me to get me scheduled! Nicole ended up being my hair and makeup artist and I LOVE HER! She was amazing during my trial and on the big day - she is so sweet and kept me calm all day! My hair and makeup stayed all.night.long! My bridesmaids all loved Nicole and Ashley as well. They are true professionals and come with every piece of equipment and tool you could possibly imagine. Definitely recommend them to any brides! -

Devon was always responsive and willing to answer any and all of my pre-wedding questions. Nicole did our hair, Meghan did our makeup and we ABSOLUTELY loved both of them! Both girls are incredibly talented, super sweet, made sure we felt (and looked!) beautiful and were overall a joy to work with. I must add as well, Meghan is the brow QUEEN and Nicole works magic behind the chair. Of course each of us loved our whole look and it wore well throughout the day of the wedding. I would absolutely recommend GOL for your next event, or the next time just want to look fabulous! Thank you ladies so much for making my wedding day stress free, knowing me and all my ladies were glammed and gorgeous! -
Susan Sent on 04/16/2018We were coming in from Michigan and really weren't sure of who to hire for hair and makeup. I did as much research as possible and decided to go with Louisiana On Location Brides. What a great choice.
We had the pleasure of working with Devon last week and what a joy it was. She was very professional and really put us all at ease. As the mother of the bride I was worried that she might have a bit more trouble with my makeup but I can honestly say, I looked fabulous even for someone over 55. If you are considering having someone do your hair and makeup for any occasion, this is the company to hire. I can't thank you enough Devon! -

Rebekah Sent on 03/21/2018So, I'm an "out of town" bride living in Dallas but we got married in New Orleans. Devon was AMAZING with communicating with me via email or phone call on every detail and answered all of my 1,000 questions so quickly and thoroughly. Being extremely OCD and a nervous wreck on my wedding day, Devon and her team made our day SO SPECIAL *happy tears* they were on time and had everything set up so perfectly and professionally. Each girl had there hair and makeup done in a timely manner and everyone was ready on time! We were all made to feel like a princess which not only made the experience wonderful for me.. but also for each of my girls. Some had a specific hair style or makeup style that they wanted and the team did exactly what they asked for.. All of us looked and felt absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The best part was we were all together.. We didn't have to go to a salon where everyone was separated and then worry about time and when we had to leave.. so the best part was THEY CAME TO US! we all got to be together and it was so fun to enjoy the day with no stress. Thank you so much for making us all feel like royalty!!

Laura Sent on 01/16/2018Devon and her team were great! I live in El Paso, Texas and had to make all my arrangements remotely. Devon answered all my texts and emails in a timely manner. She arrived on time and left on time on the day of the wedding. LOLB listened to everyone's requests and did a great job doing hair and makeup for different tastes. All my wedding party were happy with their hair. I have one sister that wanted and extra high up-do and they very discretely asked me if it was ok and I said yes. I appreciated their tact. My sister got the up-do she wanted and I was happy to see her feel beautiful. My mother-in-law asked for makeup but she was afraid she was going to get something too over the top. My mother-in-law looked beautiful! She looked made up but not too extreme and she loved her makeup and hair too. My makeup came out great. It lasted the whole day even through a several tears. I was very happy with the service we received and would recommend Louisiana on Location Brides to everyone!

My bridesmaids also loved their hair and make up. Done on time, done beautifully, and done to last the Louisiana heat! <3 promise you won't be disappointed! Id give ten stars if I could! -

I had a large group of women getting hair and makeup done for our wedding – 12 for hair and 9 for makeup. Every single one of them looked absolutely stunning! The team did an incredible job making everyone feel beautiful, and I personally loved my makeup. Their pricing was also very reasonable, which was a huge plus.
That said, I do wish I had a better experience with my hair. I had envisioned big Hollywood waves for my wedding day, and while I got that look initially, it fell flat almost immediately. Given the humidity, dancing, and the long day, I now realize that this style wasn’t the most practical. I wish the team had guided me toward a different style, like a half-up look, which might have held up better.
When we came to New Orleans a few months before the wedding, I reached out to ask about doing a trial for hair and makeup. Unfortunately, they don’t typically offer trials, especially since they mostly work with destination brides. While they did say they could try to schedule a trial closer to the wedding date to align with the same artist, I wish there had been more flexibility with this policy. For me, it wasn’t as much about working with the same stylist as it was about testing the style and having a conversation about what would work best. Without that trial, we didn’t have time on the wedding day to talk through adjustments or troubleshoot, which added to my disappointment about my hair.
That said, the overall results were still stunning. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked amazing, and I appreciate the effort the team put into such a large group. If you’re considering booking them, I’d recommend being very specific about what you want and maybe even pushing for a trial if that’s important to you.
