Perfect, Romantic, Classic

Louis and Ana did an incredibly perfect job. They are funny and flexible and really showed that they love their jobs. We made sure that our pictures were about us, and Louis gave great ideas and concepts, whilst allowing my fiance and i to show our style and smile. 10/10 would recommend always

Best photographer in California

I want to say a million words, but will limit myself to say: Louis is the BEST Photographer. Louis was always available and would respond to all my emails ans texts and calls before and after my wedding. It took him a bit of time to deliver my photos, but it was worth the wait.

Proposal photographer

Louis was so great! My Fiancé hired him to capture the moment he proposed and he really went above and beyond. He video taped it as well as photographed which was so special and wasn’t asked! We will cherish these photos forever.

Amazing Photographer!

Louis is very professional and extremely talented! I hired Louis to do a bridal boudoir photo shoot- a surprise gift for my soon-to-be hubby. Louis was very helpful the weeks leading up to the photo shoot, emailing me tips on what do to and what not to do days before the photo shoot, outfit suggestions, and very responsive to all the questions I bombarded him with. I was a bit nervous, to be honest, as this was going to be my first ever boudoir shoot.
Louis and his wife, Anabel, took time the day before my photo shoot to meet with me and get to know me a little better, look at the outfits I had selected, and show me where the photo shoot would take place. Their professionalism made me feel very comfortable, which made the experience that much more fun. During the photo shoot, Louis was always there to guide and pose me in ways that were flattering for my body type. He kept it lighthearted. As women, we are self-conscious of our bodies and/or certain body parts. However, sometimes you just need to trust your photographer. And boy am I so glad that I did! My photos are stunning, and I cannot wait to gift this little black book to my fiancé on our wedding day!!!

Amazing. Pleasure to work with.

We had so much fun working with Louis. He arrived a little early to our wedding to scope things out. Spent hours snapping away. We just got our photos back and they are amazing. We couldn’t be happier. We just did our maternity shoot with him this weekend. Again, he was so fun to work with. Can not recommend him enough.

Fairly Tales at the Castle

Louis was the best choice for our engagement at Castello di Amorosa, in Napa, CA. I reached out to him last minute, and he was able to come out and capture our moment the same week. Louis has become our family's official photographer. Our wedding was originally scheduled to take place in Santa Rosa, CA in the month of October. Due to the NORCA fires, our wedding had to be postponed. Louis was in constant communication and was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling our new date. Louis is very passionate about his job, was on time and very professional during the entire process. He is also very creative and had some great ideas for pictures. We would highly recommend Louis for your wedding!!

Louis was nothing less than phenomenal! I hired him to capture my surprise engagement in Napa and did a great job of getting to know exactly what I wanted and expected beforehand. Living on the east coast and planning a California engagement I was nervous it would be difficult to correspond with a photographer but Louis was very responsive, professional, and did not rest until every shot was perfect. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Louis was the perfect photographer for our wedding. He was patient, yet assertive enough to capture the right moments at the right time. He was respectful of cell phone guests, while still capturing great shots. He communicated what he would like and why which made it easy for us to work with him. Even our aunt from Brazil had a crush on him! :) As every couple does, we reflected on our big day. And we both said that we would use Louis again for another event that needed great photos! This photoshoot was so much fun! Honestly it is important to relax, be comfortable in your own skin, and be comfortable in your clothing so you can be yourself. It does get a little nerve racking but in the end it is so much fun and worth it to look back at the beautiful pictures of yourself and your significant other. I really appreciated that Louis also met with us ahead of time to get to know us as a couple and reviewed everything ahead of time. He is awesome! My fiancé and I definitely recommend him! He knows what he is doing, no doubt about that.

Louis did an amazing job! I hired him to photograph my proposal, then do an engagement session with my new fiance the next morning. He was completely flexible not only with time (I accidently made him wait an extra hour at the restaurant because I underestimated how long each course would take), but also with the session. My fiance is also a photographer-and so can be a difficult subject- and he was willing to work with her and her ideas/desires the entire time.

I really enjoyed working with Louis on a Boudoir Photo shoot. Was slightly nervous being have not done that style in the past, but Louis made for a very relaxing session. My fiance and I had a great experience with Louis shooting our engagement session. Mr. Romo is absolutely amazing. My fiancee and I decided to do an engagement shoot during our trip to Napa Valley, and Mr. Romo was the first to respond to our request through Wedding Wire. Because his prices are very reasonable and his website expressed such stunning work, we decided to go with him. Prior to our trip, Mr. Romo communicated with us frequently, and also met us in person the night before our photoshoot - in accordance to the place and time that was most convenient for my fiancee and I. We wanted to shoot at Castello di Amorosa - one of my favorite places in Napa - and you could tell that Mr. Romo was super excited about it. As we discussed our photoshoot at the initial meeting (our attire, props, wedding theme, etc.), Mr. Romo was starting to put together his vision of where and how to shoot at the castle. He arrived at the castle more than an hour before our shoot, as he was observing areas of where he could take our pictures. During the shoot, Mr. Romo made us feel comfortable. Because my fiancee and I don't do professional photos often, Mr. Romo guided us on how to pose, where to stand, where to place our heads/hands, etc. It took a little more than one week to receive our photos via email/dropbox (in which he did explain that it typically takes him 1-2 weeks for editing). We were very happy with the end results, and made us more excited about our upcoming wedding! We will be using these photos for our save-the-date, formal invitations, and reception entrance display. Overall, Mr. Romo is very professional and personable - a friendly and kind gentleman - and truly humble. We highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone!!

It is with great pleasure that I get to write a review for our photographer. My husband and I have used Louis' services for family pictures and for our catering company. When our daughter was just a week old, Louis took her newborn pictures. My husband and I were both impressed by his professionalism, promptness, creativity, and how gentle he was with our daughter. We also used him to take pictures when she turned one and we were beyond satisfied and grateful for his services. When we used him to take pictures of the food that we made for our catering company during some of our events, he was able to take amazing shots discretely where nobody even noticed he was there. There is not enough verbs in the English language that could explain how happy we are with him and will continue using him for future events...

We met Luis from a mutual friend who recommended us to him. We first did pregancy photos, I can honestly say that he made the session very enjoyable and the quality and outcome of the photos were excellent. I loved loved my photos! We have also done holiday family photos with him which I'm very grateful because Luis was so patient with the process where all 3 of my kids were not always ready for the cámara yet the outcome of the pictures was amazing. He is very talented, always capturing the right moment. He is always real pleasant to work with. We have called Luis to capture other special moments such the baptism and 1st bday for our daughter EMMA Sofia. We highly recommend his services and will be calling him soon to do our family holiday photos.

Luis was such a pleasure to work with and he captured exactly what I wanted and more, I LOVED OUR PICTURES!!! his talent speaks for itself and the quality of pictures you see in his portfolio is definitely what you can expect and more from your own event with him which is nothing less than the best, he sure knows how to capture the moment. And of course, he is very professional. Luis is worth every cent (which by the way, he has great prices) he worked with me in setting up a package I felt comfortable with, I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat. We chose him not only because we learned that he is always learning the new trend in photos as he is a member of New York Institute of Photography but he also has a great personality. Greatly recommend him in the Napa Valley. Thank Louis Romo for making our day memorable

We couldn't be happier with our final product! The pictures are what we expected and more! The quality of the photographs is just what we wanted. Louis took the time and expertise to make our day had the most wonderful memorable moments of our day in an artistic but romantic way. I would recommend Louis and his team if you are getting married around the Napa Valley area. We also looked around with so many other vendors and the value of the photographs is way better than other vendors.

I've had Louis take my wedding photos, our babies first month pictures and child's baptism pictures. We've loved them and will use them again for our babies first birthday.

After reading many reviews, speaking to several photographers, we chose Louis Romo. We never had a chance to meet prior to our wedding, which worried me a bit. The instant Louis walked into the room, he lit it up! I felt instantly comfortable with him. There was so much thought, care and professionalism in each and every one of his photographs. He utilized the beautiful setting of the hotel to capture so many great images. Louis was right there to catch all of the important moments, and yet we hardly realized his presence. He worked seamlessly throughout the duration of our ceremony and reception. I would recommend Louis again and again! We have such beautiful memories of our special day!

Louis Romo is wonderful to work with. He is responsive, professional, and takes the most creative pictures. It was a fun and comfortable experience as he guided us during the shoot. He has a very relaxed style, which makes taking his guidance and direction while shooting for pictures very easy. He made it such a memorable experience for us. An absolutely SENSATIONAL experience working with Louis! He is a true artist and master of his work. He takes wedding photos to a whole other level. The photos were just beyond anything we could have imagined, very high quality photos- worth every penny.

He takes pride at what does and his work shows it. I was very please with all pictures but specially his close ups. I will definitively recommend him for any photo event.

Louis and his son Anthony photographed our engagement. After the event, he sent over a dozen photos and a quick video so we could share with those closest to us. This was awesome as we could “get the word out” quickly and Louis made it happen on the same day.

November Wedding in Napa

We were very happy with our wedding portraits (bride and groom specific). Louis is very talented at capturing the love between two people so well. He is very nice and very creative on the spot which created some amazing shots to last us a lifetime of memories.
