Amazing Wedding photos and video!

If you want to save money but get amazing photos and videos for your wedding look no further than Louis! We previously hired a photographer but after we paid him he disappeared, no where to be found and we never received a refund. It was honestly very hard to trust in another vendor after that horrible experience. Louis was so welcoming and friendly during our meeting. We knew that he was the perfect photographer to hire. During our September wedding he made sure to get all the pictures I wanted and stuck to the timeline. The photos turned out so beautiful. Louis was able to capture intimate and touching moments. I waited patiently for him to finish the videos as I know he is a one man army. When I finally got the videos back, they were beyond my expectations. He was able to capture every emotion we felt that day. I loved how he took the audio and seamlessly folded it into the visuals of the video. I can’t wait to see the finish product of our album as I know it will turn out great. Louis Cabrera Wedding is the one to hire if you want the biggest bang for your buck. You will not be disappointed with this choice. Thank Louis so much! So many friends and family have been raving how amazing the videos and photos turned out. You truly are the best!

Louis' work is a work of art!

I can only say Louis was nothing short of amazing to work with! His energy and professionalism makes you feel very comfortable. This is very helpful when you are an awkward bride like me! From the engagement shoot, all the way to the wedding he was always in contact and went over everything we wanted multiple times. His pictures are absolute art and I really loved working with him. Keanu did an amazing job on the video! It was done with such beauty that I cry every time I watch it! Louis and his team are the best and I highly recommend working with them!

Louis is the best!

From the very beginning of us speaking over the phone setting up our engagement photoshoot, up until the end of our wedding day, Louis has always been extremely friendly, down to earth and super responsive to every question from my husband and I. During the entire process, Louis made us feel overly comfortable with his sense of ease & artistic professionalism. Both over the phone and in person there was an instant connection. We appreciated Louis’s love for photography enough to put our complete trust into him and we both could not be happier with the outcome of our photos and videos. Louis’s attention to detail along with capturing every specific moment we requested truly made our wedding day feel all the more effortlessly beautiful. Wedding planning for myself was for sure very fun/go with the flow type of feeling.. although still meticulously planned together for my special day. Yet as far as stressing about ANY natural or posed moment being captured in pictures on the day of, it was completely NON-existent for either of us. Louis had Keanu shoot our wedding videos and they’re absolutely fantastic! Our guests are still complimenting how gorgeous our wedding photos are! I re-live every moment whenever we re-watch theme. We are so in love with it all. Highly recommended— not only a wonderful wedding photographer but also a friend who you will connect with and want to continue to work with in as many special events you have to come! I know my husband and I definitely both plan to. We are still over the moon about everything and couldn’t be more thankful with how our photo album & videos turned out. Grateful enough to have worked with them both again for my brother and sister-in-law on their special day as well. Guaranteed a wonderful experience. We love our wedding photos & videos entirely. Engagement Photos

Stunning photographer!

Louis really knows what he is doing! From the day we booked him, to our engagement photoshoot, to our wedding day, he did everything we wanted and exceeded expectations! The day of the wedding, the weather wouldn't cooperate and Louis and his videographer Phil, worked their magic and took pictures that are sure to be breathtaking! So sweet and compassionate with his work, and I couldn't have it any other way!

Its the little things

When I hired Louis as a photographer back in August we initially planned for something ordinary not too over the top since my budget was tight! During the shooting process Louis was very reliable and easy to speak with. When I received the final portraits I was astonished at the High Quality and details Louis so happened to the time to work on. My photos came out amazing and he really works with you if you are straight forward and direct about what you want!

Personally feel that the work I received from Louis was by far superb in every aspect! I hired him for my self portraits which he arrived early to do and never had issues communicating. I got my photos back about a month later which was the agreed time frame and I could not be happier. Much appreciated for the services and I look forward to working with you again!

It was a surprise 50th party on June 29, 2017. The photographer arrived at the party an hour and a half before the guest of honor! Took pictures that captured before and during the party! Extremely pleasant and accommodating! Worked within our budget! He is our guy for any and all photography needs!!!!

Louis's attention to detail, charisma, and professionalism were a fantastic addition to my mother's surprise birthday party. Louis was early to ensure that he knew where he needed to be at what times to get the best shots, stayed late to insure that the guest of honor was satisfied with the pictures and that all guests had their pictures taken, and built rapport with all guests due to his outgoing nature and naturally charming demeanor. To top it all off the pictures were fabulous and of the highest quality. I would absolutely recommend Louis for any wedding or party and look forward to hiring him for our next event.

I hired Louis and his team for my mother's and step-father's wedding this past summer. Out of 4 photographers recommended or that I've found myself, Louis's experience and passion for photography and film is what won me, and eventually the bride & groom, over. Very reasonably priced for the quality, professionalism, and value of his service. To other photographers, none compared. As a fellow small business owner, I appreciated Louis's passion for his art and product. His team captured most, if not all, the moments we wanted to remember from their wedding. I may be biased, but I would argue that Louis Cabrera is the best wedding photographer out there! My husband and I worked with Louis during our wedding day. On this occasion, Louis went above and beyond our expectations. Louis is extremely talented and has an eye for seeing things that will make absolutely fantastic pictures. Louis also has a wonderful personality and is able to make you feel completely calm and at ease. Our wedding pictures are absolutely phenomenal. We are so glad that we have such gorgeous pictures to remember the most important day of our lives. There is truly no price tag for the pictures that we have from Louis. Louis has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly professional, timely, attentive, and accommodating. He understands how important a role he is playing and he takes it very seriously. It is also clear though that he truly loves what he does. There is no one that I would have rather had capturing our wedding day! I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Louis to any couple!!

Louis Cabrera Weddings knows their stuff! If you have any questions about what to expect, when events should be held, or really anything about wedding agendas, they are very knowledgeable. We received a free consultation and a photo album for booking early, and was it worth it! Absolutely! The pictures are beautiful, well placed, and he didn't mind nipping and tucking those problem areas for me :). I'm in love with the trailer and movie he provided. Amazing & Flexible

Louis and his team were great. All of his packages includes an engagement session and I can’t tell you how important that it. The quality in his work is amazing and lucky for us, he was able to capture all of those important shots. He is extremely creative and makes sure to get all angles. Since we choose not to do a first look we were limited on time to take formal pictures but he made sure to get what he needed. We planned a very quick, at home wedding with only a month's planning. Louis Cabrera was able to fit us into his schedule on the date we had selected for our ceremony. He was incredibly easy to work with, professional and pleasant to everyone who attended. The photos turned out perfect, exactly what we hoped for our intimate, personal gathering. Great attention to detail, and received our photos when expected. I highly recommend Louis!

What a FANTASTIC experience we had with Louis. I mean I couldn't be happier with my pictures. They're just so beautiful. Truly. Thank you for making me and my husband look so wonderful.

Unprofessional waste of time

He cancelled TWO engagement shoots. The second cancellation was one hour prior and I had already taken time off work, spent money getting ready (salon wise). Terrible experience and a waste of time and my energy :(

Do not book this individual!

He seemed like a nice person when we first spoke (on the phone)... little did I know he has been out of business for over 2 years. He took our deposit and then blocked me. The police called him and he said he wasn't returning anything. Luckily my credit card company reimbursed me after I put in a claim for the money I lost but it was awful. Wedding planning is so hard as it is.. It really took a toll on me when I thought I got jipped. I opened up to him about my parents and grandparents being deceased. He doesn't care about anybody but himself. His own "friend" that he claimed he collaborated with said he's gone off the rails and is MIA, and also hasn't delivered wedding pictures as promised. Please do yourself a favor an don't bother! I feel more sorry for this sad individual than angry honestly. I hope nobody goes through what I went through.

Short version: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND LOUIS, here’s why:

Overall, he was just very unprofessional. He is VERY hard to contact, and sometimes would not respond for weeks; not even a note to say he would get back to us soon.

His pictures are decent, but the editing is bad.

Louis lacks creativity with setup and using the environment to create a photograph. He kept asking US to think of poses and where to go; the point of hiring a photographer is to take charge of that so we don’t have to worry about it.

On our wedding day, we found Louis eating when he should have been working, and he seemed to disappear throughout the evening (even the MC was looking for him). The vendors had a scheduled time to sit and eat, but he was helping himself when he wanted. We don’t have any entourage pictures within the venue, other than immediately after the ceremony. Louis failed to organize/gather the wedding party in order to get the images we had requested.

Our engagement shoot video was supposed to be done well before the wedding date (there was a 4-month span), yet we only saw the video 5 minutes before it was shown to our guests.

Our canvas picture was not framed, and was pasted to a piece of cardboard at our reception. We took it down because it looked so horrible/tacky. Louis even requested a payment specifically to get the canvas framed, yet it was not done. We still don’t have the canvas, more than 4 months later.

We requested our images raw on a hard drive, so we could send them to a friend who offered to edit them. Louis messaged us the NIGHT BEFORE we needed the footage, asking if we had an “extra” hard drive, then showed up with a really rugged (i.e. used and beaten) hard drive.

This whole process was extremely frustrating and infuriating, and we regret hiring Louis. Lesson: Don’t hire a Sub-par photographer on this important event in your life!!!
