Great tux shop

Their tuxes are super affordable compared to other tux shops. As well as, they offer a promotion where if you rent 5 tuxes with them, they provide you with free wedding invitations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent tuxes without breaking the bank!

Great Store!

Louie’s was great to work with and provided amazing quality tuxes for the groom, groomsmen, and fathers of bride and groom. Everyone looked sharp and had everything they needed for the big day!

Professional and perfect!

I had 5 groomsmen who rented tuxes from them. There were a few hiccups when the tuxes came in and they fixed everything the day of. We even had a wrong color and they changed it as quickly as possible. The tuxes were beautiful and withstood the terrible weather of the day.

Did a fantastic job with our tuxs. Some came in alil off such as a shirt to long or shoes to big but picked up the very next day perfect. That's whwhy they want u to pick up a couple days before your event.

Jasmine "AWESOME"Del (that's what I call her) at Castleton Square Mall. She was such a pleasure to work with and very professional. She was very knowledgeable and had EXCELLENT customer service. She went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. After having a very bad experience with the Mens' Warehouse, it was great to come into Louie's establishment and be treat with respect and nothing but kindness. Jasmine listened to the ideas that my husband wanted and brought them to reality. I am so HAPPY that we choose them to dress our Groomsmen and just know that we walked out as satisfied customers. Thanks again Jasmine for all your help and just know that you're truly appreciated! :)

The ladies at the shop in the Muncie Mall were awesome. Great customer service and they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Their attention the detail was refreshing! We can go into the wedding this weekend not having to worry about our attire!! Great job Louie’s Tux Shop!!

I went to be measured and fitted and they where very professional. Went back for final fitting and tux fit great(and I LOOKED good). I would highly recommend Louie's.

Leslie in the Michigan City location is the BEST! She has been so kind to my fiancée and I during our wedding planning. She is very professional & it's been a pleasant experience so far. I was introduced to this business at a bridal expo & I'm so happy I purchased a gift certificate that day. I ordered my invitations with them & they turned out beatiful with plenty of options to choose from. Leslie helped me edit/proof them before printing. She goes above & beyond. I'm very thankful for everything she has done for us. I would recommend Louie's Tux Shop to everyone! They even have personalized gifts to purchase!

Louie's tux shop in Merrillville were great. Great professionalism! Great customer service! Although they got my shoe size wrong and it was probably my mistake, they were sure to go out their way to order me a new pair and made sure my new size pairs of shoes were there the next day before my event. It was great. They were awesome I definitely recommend them!

Everything was first rate, from the friendly staff to the quality and fit of the tux. We live in Hawaii, so had our measurements forwarded to Louie's. No problems of any kind. Highly recommended!

Louie's Tuxedo Shop in Castleton Square Mall epitomizes great customer service. I've experienced only the best service in my 4-5 visits. I've been greeted every time I've walked through the doors, even during prom season (20+ customers) and even when all reps. were busy. Jasmine has been so good to my fiancée and I. She' s made the entire process easy for us, from helping with the design of our invitations to my fitting. Lastly, she kept the doors open for my brother and I to be fitted, as we arrived about 8:30 p.m with the store closing at 9:00 p.m. Most of my encounters have occurred with Jasmine, but others have helped me and everyone's been great! I can't express how great this vendor has been to me, but because of the great service I've received I can assure you I'll never utilize another vendor to accommodate my tuxedo rental needs. My wife and I have used the Portage location many times. From our wedding to MJROTC Banquets and Ballroom events. Melissa and Curtis extrude with confidence and set the bar for what employees and costumer service should be. From their amazing gestures of kindness when u enter through the whole interaction. I could go somewhere else I'm sure. But their professionalism is what keeps us coming back. I hope Louie's understands what they have in these employees. I beyong highly recommend this particular shop to any and everyone. Thank you for another great experience. And another unbelievable fit. Perfect simply perfect

Prices are great and the staff are even better! They were very patient and I was able to find the exact look I was going for! I am so excited to see my fiancé and his groomsmen in their tux! I would recommend them to everyone!

Every time I entered the shop, the atmosphere was spectacular. there is a wonderful young lady there that is a great addition to the team, she is very helpful, polite, and she knows what she is doing. All my son had to do was just put on the Tux, and she did the rest. Beautiful spirit. I will be back next year for both children. Thank you young lady for such a pleasant visit.

We had an early negative experience with Louie's, and they more than made up for it, with the owner himself calling us to apologize. Every other interaction we had with Louie's was professional, and it resulted in an impeccably-dressed wedding party. We would recommend Louie's to anyone, and anticipate taking my stepson there this spring for his first prom tux. If you are getting married in the summer, try to get your tuxes picked out before or after prom season - stuff gets crazy in there and you will want the personal attention they're capable of giving! We did the free wedding invite thing, and reimbursement was speedy and the invitations were perfect for a minimalist couple.

Joe and his staff at Louie's Tux Shop were very helpful with choosing the tuxedo's for our wedding. We had a huge bridal party, so they were very patient with us and made sure that everyone was assisted and received the correct and fitting tuxedo. I am glad that we chose to work with them.

The staff at Louie's Tux Shop were friendly and helpful! They even called me to come in and check on something they weren't sure about when my preview was ready! Since all of my groomsmen and the groom were in uniform, we didn't need tuxes, but Louie's Tux Shop was still on top of things in helping us get the invitations we wanted and in resolving any problems we had!

The manager Kasie was amazing! She bend over backwards to make everything perfect for us. We even had one groomsman coming in from Iraq that couldn't be fitted. He measured himself, his numbers made no sense to the girls at the shop but they figured it out and his clothes fit perfectly. They are fabulous!

DID AMAZING......we got our invitations and RSVP cards for $90.00. They have a deal if you have 5 paid tux rentals.......INVITATIONS ARE FREE. Quality was great. All we paid for was return address labels and RSVP cards. It was such a huge relief!!!! I highly recommend NOT spending that much on wedding invitations……PEOPLE JUST THROW THEM AWAY!!!!

We are renting our groom and grooms tuxedo through Louie's. They had the exact style of tux we were looking for and the price was about $50 cheaper than the other location we were considering, so that made a huge difference. The staff was very friendly and responsive to any of the questions we had. We were a bit skeptical at first because it's a "mall store" but clearly we were mistaken!

The staff was extremely nice! I loved my invitations and the woman (so sorry I forget her name) there helped me by giving me recommandations. My first round of invitations had my moms named spelled wrong but the fixed it without a question and I received them fast. The tuxes were all nice too! I have no complaints.

My fiancé and I came in to book a wedding a few weeks ago and we had no idea what we were doing . We were greeted instantly by 2 ladies . Alexa was the lady who helped us register . She was super helpful and made what we thought was going to be a stressful task , painless and joyful. She was super uplifting and maintained a smile on her face at all times . It’s refreshing and very rare these days to experience such great customer service . Definitely will be recommending Louie’s and the Castleton Square staff to everyone I know that has any Tuxedo needs ! And a special thank you to Alexa who helped my fiancé and I instantly feel at ease.

We had a last minute tux emergency for our wedding due to our initial tux rental location ordering wrong sizes. We came to louie's and Zach was on top of it, measuring and order me a new tux. He immediately made us feel calm in a stressful situation and reassured that he'd get everything taken care of. He was quick, efficient, polite, and knew exactly what we wanted and what he was doing. Cant say how much we appreciate Zach for quickly getting me the best looking tux on my wedding day!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It looked like a new staff member was being trained while we were there, but the main staff person helping us did not let that get in the way of helping us in a kind and professional way.

We ordered at Castleton! Our son was a groomsmen & in college. He couldn’t pick up until day of wedding ~ he had to get different pants but he had the rest of tux! Well long story short they sent wrong color pants! We didn’t know what to do so I called Avon store & luckily they had the right pants and in the exact size he needed! We are so grateful and the guy even delivered to The Barn @ Kennedy Farms in Lizton, IN We can’t thank them enough!!

We were married in Indianapolis and visited the Louis Tux shop there to figure out the tux. My husband is 6'4" and not scrawny. They had put him in a slim fit suit that some people had busted the seat of the pant out before. It wasn't until visiting the Louis in South Bend where Kasi Frank was great and told us we probably didn't want that fit. She was right. It was awful for his build. Their invitation reimbursement is great and I think it depends on who you work with for the knowledge on the tux. It also could be where I didn't know anything about tuxes and neither did my husband so we really needed guidance.

My fiance and I went to Louie's tux shop and were instantly greeted and helped. The only downside was the tuxes were delivered a day late but everything turned out ok and we still had a couple of days to make sure everything fit and it did. If you are looking to rent a tux this is nthe place to go.

Louie's was great to work with and they even were helpful to my indecisive husband. In the end, we had great tuxes for all the men in the wedding party. The fittings were a bit rough as the some of the clothing items had not been cleaned as they still had food stains and ring around the collar but Louie's was quick to fix it and get it right. When the men picked up the tuxes there were no ties, so that caused some additional issues as my husband had to go down to the shop to correct an error that the salesperson neglected to properly enter into the computer. The return of the suits had no further issues. Despite the small problems, Louie's was extremely professional and quickly worked out the details.

We had a few glitches with a couple of the tuxes, but they were able to get them all fixed. We also liked being able to get our invitations through them as well.

All of the guys looked great. Priced a little high, but tuxes looked great and their customer service was good.

Several locations helped with getting all the groomsmen fitted and allowed them to pick up their tuxes close to home, also the tuxes could be returned to any location, so one person ended up returning all the tuxes and saved time. They were the only ones in town with the brown tux I loved so much! Plus they offered a deal with invitations, and had many to choose from.

We actually got a great deal with them. We went to a wedding show and was able to get our invitations for free! We had to pay upfront but got a check in the mail 2 weeks after the wedding. Our invitations were great! They have a huge selection to choose from.

After looking at all of the national rental stores (we had groomsmen in different parts of the country) we found out that none of them had the colors that we wanted. We happened upon Louie's during a trip to Glenbrook Mall and had such great service from Julie, the store manager. She talked to us about options that would be available by the time our wedding came around. We put a deposit down to lock in prices (which I'm glad we did because they went up) and that money went toward the cost of a rental. They worked with us to make everyone's rentals a specific price by letting us pay for part of each person's rental (without them knowing). We had a couple of issues with the price changes, but any issues that we had were resolved very quickly! One more great thing about Louie's is that they have a warehouse a couple of hours from their store so if there's anything wrong with any rentals, they can get one by the next morning!

Have a very large selection. The staff were more than happy to help us come up with a good option in our wedding colors. We ended up going with a different tux show due to other places giving a free suit.

I enjoyed working with Louie's. We did not take advantage of their "free" invitations, and honestly probably saved money by not using them. You actually had to pay for most of the miscellaneous items (save the dates, return envelopes, RSVP cards, etc). The tux's looked great. Some of our bridal party did not receive tux's that fit, and Louie's had another sent over within 24 hours. They were nice, nothing was really over-the-top with our experience. I would say this is a safe vendor to use and you get a good price.

I can't complain too much, they did what was asked of them when we booked our tuxes. Their tuxes on the other hand are very expensive for as many problems we had with them, buttons were falling off on almost all of them and we couldn't find most of them. But they do what is asked of them and do try to help you I just think they are over priced.$160-170 per tux.

We had a little trouble convincing the attendant of the invitations we wanted to purchase. Since they were free with tux rental he tried to convince us to upgrade to a more elaborate invitation.

Louie tux was great with communication but on my wedding day my son pants was wrong after three different fitting and my brother’s shirt was ordered in the wrong size. The store manage did reimbursed us for the mixup and I truly appreciate that

We used Louie's for our wedding tuxes. Louie's offers a really nice slim fit tuxedo which fit my husband perfectly. We also took advantage of their invitation promos. Everything worked out in the end but we had some issues with a young lady named Teresa at the South Bend store; she didn't like how we wanted to do our invites. We did speak with Mark, the store manager who was really a nice guy but we couldn't reach a resolution. Each time we went into the store, Teresa was extremely rude. We ended up talking with the Owner in South Bend and requesting our account be transferred to the Mishawaka store. They were so wonderful there! Our men looked amazing, the process was seamless and everyone at the Mishawaka store was a true pleasure to work with through pick up and drop off! Despite a rough start with Teresa, I would highly recommend Louie's! They made everything right!

They are good however be careful on what they quote and what they charge. also what they charge for children is CRAZY! go to JC Penny's or Burlington because you can find something for really cheap and they can keep it for another time.

We used Louie's Tux Shop for the free invitations. The tuxes were not bad, but a lot of our bridal party had issues with fit even after the final fitting. If you use Louie's be very cautious on fit and sizing, double check all measurements and try on your tux as soon as possible in case anything needs to reordered. If it were not for the free invitations, we would have chosen another vendor for our tuxes.

We had a few glitches... They sent the wrong color vest for the fathers tux, which they were able to correct.
The shoes they originally sent from the groom looked like they had way to many miles on them.

The tuxes were not worth $200. They should have been $25. Buttons were falling off, groom's dress shirt was ripped on sleeves like he just got off working in a factory, shoes were scuffed. We had one groomsmen whose shoes looked like he buffed an entire Gym floor the night before the wedding. On top of the horrific quality of the tuxes, you all wanted everything back including the cuff links. Those are beyond easy to lose. Half of the groomsmen decided not to wear them because we didn't want to be charged $600 per cuff link. Service was okay, though the tuxes were trash. We probably could have worn trash bags and looked the same as having these tuxes on. No more purchases or shall I say rentals from this establishment.

Forget all the good feedback you read they were all paid by Louie's Tux Shop to write good reviews they have the worst customer service ever and when you ask a simple question like I did when I went to return my tux I ask if I could double check the pockets because I couldn't find my wallet and they said no we have to and their checking of the pockets is eyeballing it. TERRIBLE place don't be tricked by their fake reviews.

Don't ever use Louis tux shop in the mall. We rented I think 16 tuxes from them for our wedding. We add out of town ers and people that live or traveled to get sized for their tux and when the guys went to go pick them up I think only 4 actually fit. They tried to give us ones with wholes in the knees, buttons missing, and they rest didn't fit. When we went back the next day they forgot to give us a pair of pants. So we had to go and buy a pair. And they wouldn't do anything to make it right

I signed up for my grooms tux at a bridal show and was offered "free invitations". What a joke. The invitations actually cost me over $500! Sure the actual invitations (paper) are free, then you have to pay for the ink, envelopes, etc. What a rip off!

Our Wedding Invitation Rebate Program allows our customers the opportunity to be refunded the cost of an item that would otherwise be just another expense. There are wedding invitations that cost as little as $90 for 100 and depending on the quantity that you order your rebate could be well over $500. We put no limitations on the quantity. The rebate is for the invitations themselves and includes over 800 different card stocks, typesetting, formatting, inner and outer envelopes. This is printed on the Gift Certificates we issue at bridal shows and is posted clearly in all of our locations. Our family has rebated our customers over $2,000,000 in invitation expenses over the last 14 years and most of the feedback we get from our customers is extremely positive. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your rebate as much as the thousands of brides and grooms that appreciated their rebate very much.

I had a very unfortunate experience with LTS that was even discussed with one of the owners - and clearly after this I realized that their customer service is not only poor, but to a point that they only think of themselves. I am not able to attend my brother's wedding (best man) due to facing a catastrophic hurricane (Irma) where I live in SW Florida. Protecting my property and life had to become a priority to me. I called LTS to explain the situation and asked for a refund and it was denied. So while I am facing an extreme event and unable to attend my brother's wedding, LTS is only worried about their deposit. Classy. Buyer/renter beware. I understand that all businesses have to have policies in place, but they should be able to be bent occasionally for good customer service.
