I loved these guys! We had a quirky wedding and they were so chill and they fit right in and made everyone feel so comfortable. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an awesome photographer and videographer. -

These guys were awesome!! They were on time, professional, easy going, friendly and dressed appropriately. I honestly didn't even see them at our wedding, they were EVERYWHERE but never in the way. I look at pictures that friends and family took and I see the photographer/videographers in the background and I say to my husband "I didn't even know they were there!" I really loved these guys and wish them great success!!! They are true talent and VERY reasonably priced!!! HIRE THEM, you won't be sorry!!! -

Unfortunately, Lotus Studios ended up being a major disappointment. We booked Lotus at the start of our planning and as the wedding date got closer, I started to contact my vendors about a month in advance. We did not hear from Lotus until I called and left a message (it went right to voicemail) and they emailed me back very vaguely and did not include the schedule of the day or what their plan was as I was trying to confirm details for my coordinator and bridal party. Finally about two weeks before the wedding, we tried calling/emailing them, asking them to call us because we were worried if they would even show to the wedding at all due to their lack of communication. They gave us know choice but to find a new photographer/ videographer (thank god we did!).

Do not use this photographer. The photographer showed up at our wedding wearing jeans, dirty sneakers and a tank top. I should have known. The photographer was horrible. She didnt smile, Do you think I got one photo of my groom by himself or nice photos of the groomsmen and even the bridal party. Heck we didn’t even get family photos. I was very patient with them. I had to ask them to take a standard photo with the bouquet and ring. Our wedding was at a beautiful site with lots of picture taking opportunities. In fact, our wedding facility even offered us to use their site to reenact our photos as they too saw the horrible service we received. When I received the photos they were such a disappointment, they offered to give us a free wedding album (never received it). I wanted to see the good in them. Provided them photos that we wanted included yet 8 days before our 1 year anniversary. Nothing. No response. They blame Covid 19 but their service was not good prior. I asked them weeks ago to give an update on when we would receive our completed video without the choppy music and also songs we did t request, photo of someone else’s wedding and lots of other footage that was not my wedding. They even put in our video a photo of a tent that wasn’t even part of our wedding. Anyone paying attention to our video would see that it wasn’t. In the middle of our video there is footage of someone else’s wedding being announced and the list goes on! Do yourself a favor and do not use this vendor. Worst decision ever. The editing on photos will be made by a new professional photographer since these photographers failed also in editing skills. I gave them so many good chances to get a good review and they clearly do not care. Do not hire them. Don’t fall for the good reviews that I did. I recently had a volleying editing team look at our video and the couldn’t believe these people provided the photos and video and charged us for them. I am now trying to get the raw footage of the videos. -

We hired them for our wedding in February and still have had no response with regards to the photos they took. We were in contact it seems right up until that point, then it seems they fell off the face of the earth. Would not recommend. -

I got married on 9/14/19. I still haven’t received my photos and haven’t received any response after multiple attempts to contact them.
