We had our wedding at The Gardens at LRG and it was absolutely beautiful. The vine wall at the ceremony space is perfectly bloomed in June and made for a stunning backdrop for our ceremony. All of the service staff and bartenders were so attentive and kind to us and all of our guests. LRG is a great venue that takes care of most of the hard work when it comes to planning - catering, bar services, tables, chairs, etc. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was and everyone got plenty to eat. It was such a beautiful evening and we highly recommend LRG to any engaged couple looking for where to have their big day.The Gardens at Los Robles Greens's reply:

A Fairytale Venue
We had the perfect wedding reception at Los Robles. Their team was super supportive, responsive, and detail-oriented. There are plenty of options to choose from in terms of food, setup, and decor. You can craft what works best for your budget or your most ambitious dreams. The ivy on the ceremony wall looks absolutely beautiful, especially during October when we had our ceremony. We were able to use a mixture of in-house and out-of-house vendors, which was really convenient and let us craft our day exactly as we wanted it. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a dream wedding day experience.The Gardens at Los Robles Greens's reply:

We got married at Los Robles in June and we could not have asked for a better or more magical experience. From start to finish, everyone was extremely helpful in making sure we had the wedding of our dreams.
McKenna and her team were an absolute DREAM to work with for both our welcome party the night before in the ballroom, as well as for wedding day itself in the gardens.
Our guests raved about how smoothly everything went throughout the day and how absolutely gorgeous the venue is. The apps we chose and the main course food were so delicious!

The Best!!!
Through the help of McKenna Nichols, we were able to have the best day of our lives. I know that can be a cliche when speaking about weddings, but it was much more than a wedding for my husband and I. McKenna and the LRG team was exceptional with everything. From the touring to the guest list to the food to the decor to the timeline to the pricing, McKenna was gracious and flexible to all our requests/concerns. LRG also has an amazing vendor list which we took advantage of for the Coordinator (To Be Loved Events - Talia & Samantha were the perfect team for us), DJ (OhWattaNight - Billy was phenomenal) & Ice Cream cart (Paletas Dominguez).
We are so grateful for LRG and confident that we could not have had a better experience anywhere else. The total price of what we paid for everything was absolutely worth it, and we would HIGHLY recommend this venue for your special day. We were so happy with our experience at LRG and working with the team at LRG. From the beginning, Mckenna was super helpful and communicative and was able to answer all of our questions even before booking. They provide a list of required vendors (DJ and Coordinator must be booked from their list) but also provide some suggestions too. The month of Mckenna and her team were on top of everything and super organized. The venue has their own in house sound system, which is why they require specific DJs to be booked, which was funky at time but was loud enough to party all night. Also, their 11pm end time was really nice- most other places had 10pm cut offs. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and having access to the bridal suite since 8am the morning of the wedding was absolutely amazing. All in all, LRG was our perfect venue and truly have no notes or complaints about our experience!The Gardens at Los Robles Greens's reply:

What a perfect wedding venue! The grounds are stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were in such good hands with McKenna and she was a wonderful guide for us throughout the entire planning process. Our guests loved the venue and from the ease of the venue to the beauty of the grounds, all of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to, which we thank Los Robles Greens and McKenna for making it such a special and memorable day. Between the natural beauty of this venue and the amazing value of the event packages, we had everything we could have dreamed of on our wedding day at Los Robles Greens! We still have guests complementing the venue as well as the amazing food that was served. The event coordinator was responsive and helpful during our year-long engagement, and after meeting with the catering director to finalize the day-of details a week before our wedding, we felt confident that our day would be amazing! We picked most of our other vendors based on their recommendation list, and loved how each vendor collaborated together to make our special day happen! We would absolutely get married at Los Robles again! -

As a COVID bride who postponed from June 2020 to June 2021 and changed venues two months before my wedding, finding Los Robles was a DREAM. The venue is secluded, convenient to navigate and simply the most stunning place to get married. Our wedding could not have gone better and we had some many friends comment on the venue that this was a hidden gem, that they loved the food, loved the gardens, etc. Thank you so much to Los Robles Greens for playing such a large part of our fairytale day! -

We had our wedding last May in the Sunset Ballroom and it was incredible! We toured a few venues within the Ventura County area, but instantly fell in love with Los Robles. We had the great pleasure of working with Kelsey throughout the planning process and with Jamie as our day-of-coordinator! Both were extremely attentive and helpful - super responsive to emails and the nicest people to work with.
The venue itself is gorgeous, and overlooks the golf course where we were able to take pictures during happy hour! We had a large wedding party (about 200 people) and the ballroom was just the right size. The food was DELICIOUS! We were able to attend a food tasting event prior to picking the menu, and really enjoyed that as well! Also, the service was impeccable. Our guests had an amazing time thanks to the staff at Los Robles, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to have our wedding there. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further, because Los Robles is the one!
Our favorite features of the venue include the packages offered (great value compared to other venues in the area), beautiful locations for picture taking (it does not look like you're at a golf course at all - much more magical!), and the ability to have a sparkler exit - which was so much fun!

Where to begin?...
My (now) husband, Orlando, and I knew we wanted an outdoor wedding. Something with trees, lots of green and picturesque. I found The Gardens at Los Robles Greens via Instagram hunting and it was the first venue we made an appointment to have a tour of. WE LOVED IT. HANDS DOWN GORGEOUS. But Orlando didn't want to sign away on the only venue we had seen, so we contacted A LOT and visited a few more venues. But they were either too far, too small, too bare/hands on or not the vibe we were going for. We were able to sign at Los Robles without a doubt at that point.
STAFF: Our venue coordinator was Chrissy and I can't say enough good things about her. Seriously, she must have answered a thousand emails from me throughout the whole planning process, she always did it politely, quickly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She really made us feel welcome and always had a warm feeling about her. She even briefly dropped in the day of our wedding to make sure everything was going smoothly. She made the entire process easy.
The wait staff the day of was awesome and on top of things. We were really taken care of. My husband was so happy when we were given a tray of the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres since we didn't think we'd be there to enjoy them (and by that point in the day you're starving!) They also made sure we were greeted with our specialty drinks at our sweetheart table and were served dinner first. Everything is just thought out very well.
FOOD: Speaking of dinner...the food was SO GOOD. Our guests kept complimenting on how delicious everything was. Specifics for the foodies getting married out there: Asian pear salad (with raspberry vinaigrette), Oaks grilled chicken (with herb veloute sauce), Oaks tri-tip (with madeira sauce), MUSHROOM RISOTTO, and roasted baby carrots and asparagus.
LOCATION: The garden is the perfect distance in my opinion from Los Angeles because it's close enough for those who do not want to rent a room for the night and yet far enough to feel like renting a room in order to be a party animal is worth it, haha. The venue is located in a beautiful community and has plenty of hotels nearby. The best part is hands down the grounds. They're manicured to the nines and all the green REALLY makes it a magical little hidden gem. You really don't even remember it's attached to a golf course or that you're even in a city for that matter. It's unbelievable romantic and lends itself to endless possibilities for whatever style/vibe you're going for.
PRICE: Everyone has a different budget for their wedding and sticking to it can be a challenge because if you're anything like Orlando and I you end up saying, "what the hell, we deserve it!," to a lot of things, hahahaaa. But in all honesty for all the elements included I think the price for the venue is reasonable. I actually did the homework when we had considered a very bare/hands on venue in order to "save" on cost. After tallying up basic items like, catering, alcohol, tables and chairs, we remembered that we would then need to hire servers, bartenders, linens, dancefloor and oh yeah...there are delivery fees for EVERYTHING. These items are literally included in the packages at LRG. In the end we would have spent MORE for less because there are always last minute things you need to add. Besides, my sanity is more important.
Orlando and I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with the garden. The wedding was stunning...if we do say so ourselves ;) and a large part of it is because the venue was beautiful all on its own.

To say our experience at Los Robles Greens was a dream, is an understatement. From the very beginning, Kelsey and her team were so helpful in making our wedding vision come together the way we pictured it. First of all, Kelsey did everything possible to make sure we could have our dream wedding at Los Robles Greens while keeping it within our budget, which was really important to us. The passion she has behind her job is unbelievable, and it definitely shines through. My husband and I were naive in a lot of ways during the wedding planning process, however, Kelsey was so sweet to always be available for any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding was flawless thanks to the Los Robles Greens team. I received several compliments from our guests about how beautiful the grounds were, how amazing the food was, and that the service from the servers and bartenders was excellent. Thanks to them, it allowed us(the bride and groom) and our families to relax and just enjoy every moment of the evening. That was such an amazing feeling to have. We will forever be dreaming and reminiscing about our special day at LRG, and how beautiful it was. For those possibly hesitating on whether or not to have your wedding here, let me tell you, you will never regret having your wedding at LRG. Our wedding was Friday August 9, 2019 and held in the Gardens area. Los Robles Greens is not only gorgeous, but the venue has so much more to offer than that. Their wedding packages are pretty affordable for the area they are located it’s a great deal for what you get! You have the option to upgrade ceremony and reception, but otherwise all of that is included. The food is amazing-way better than typical “wedding” food! Their list of preferred vendors are all a dream to work with. The venue space is always clean and well-kept. The staff is very professional and easy to communicate with. They surpassed my expectations for my wedding and I can’t thank them enough. If you are looking to get married in Thousand Oaks area, go to Los Robles! You will have the best wedding experience. -

Amazing Venue

Everything about Los Robles greens was amazing!
The Food: When looking for a venue the food was a very important detail, and the reviews of the greens were amazing and i must say they did not disappoint. For the passed hors d'oeuvres we had cheeseburger sliders and grilled cheese bruschetta and for our main course we had pesto pasta and lemon chicken with rosemary potatoes and carrots. The food was to die for, people say don't forget to eat at your wedding, well the food was so good i ate everything on the plate.
The Bar: We had an open bar and the bartender was prompt and amazing, there was never to long of a line she got everyone in and out. DON'T FORGET YOUR ID'S some of my bridesmaids forgot their ID's and weren't able to drink, just make sure everyone has theres.
Kelsey: Kelsey was the most amazing vendor that i worked with. She was involved with every part of the planning process. I know towards the end we were probably being hella needy but Kelsey answered all our emails promptly. Kelsey truly cared about making our day as special as possible. On the big day a vendor was getting on my nerves and Kelsey sensed it and went over there and straightened them out, which i appreciated so much. I think with out Kelsey our wedding wouldn't have been as amazing as it was.
All my guest raved about my wedding, they all said the food was amazing and the venue was absolutely gorgeous! If you don't choose Los Robles Greens you're silly! -

I was an out-of-state bride with a fiance from the Thousand Oaks area. I found the Gardens at Los Robles online and instantly fell in love! I ended up booking the venue without even seeing it in person or trying any of the food -- and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! When you think of California weather, you don't really picture a cool, rainy day, but that's the cards we were dealt on my wedding day and Chrissy with Los Robles still knocked it out of the park by delivering a dreamy outdoor wedding with EXCELLENT food that's presentation was as good as it tasted. Service was top notch. The drinks were great and the bartender was so nice! I have literally zero complaints on anything from my wedding day. They not only matched their glowing reviews - they exceeded them! If they can make a rainy outdoor wedding go flawlessly with zero complaints from guests/vendors alike, trust me when I tell you that you can trust them with making sure your big day is the BEST day! -

We were SO excited to have our ceremony at The Gardens. The venue is very reasonably priced, and they were so helpful in the leadup to the big day. However, the day of our wedding was also the day that the Woolsey Fire broke out in the area this past November. We received a call from Kelsey, our venue coordinator, at 6am on the day of our wedding letting us know that the venue had been evacuated and that our wedding was cancelled – we were absolutely heart broken. Fortunately for us though, Kelsey did not give up on us. When our wedding coordinator cancelled on us as well, Kelsey stepped up to the plate and became our impromptu coordinator on that day. She worked to help us organize our vendors, assisted us in finding a new venue, hosted the groom and his groomsmen at her home so they would have a place to get ready, and took control of the timeline for the ceremony all the way through our reception. We would like to make it clear that Kelsey did not HAVE to do this, and more importantly, we didn’t even have to ASK her to do this. It was nothing short of an incredible demonstration of the type of care that Kelsey has for her clients. A HUGE part of having a successful wedding is to have the right people around you, and you cannot go wrong with the staff at Los Robles. Our wedding was not what we imagined, but thanks to the efforts of Kelsey and everyone involved, it ended up being a magical day that we would not trade for the world. -

Wow. When my (now) husband and I first saw this venue, we fell in love right away!! Not only was it the beauty of this venue, but also because of the coordinator,
Chrissy. She was amazing from start to end!!! The day could not have gone any smoother and I thank her SO much for everything she did to make our day the best day of our lives! I love the ceremony space, which doubles as a cocktail area and the reception area is nothing short of perfect. The food was amazing, as well. The trees and greenery are beautiful and made my vision of a “garden” wedding a reality!! Can I go back?!

Our wedding was amazing, and it was very much in part to the wonderful staff over at Los Robles Greens, Chrissy in particular. She was so responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. The venue was absolutely gorgeous the day of, and even though it rained, we were able to move the ceremony inside last minute and then have the reception outside in the post-rain air. We were able to add extra heaters fairly last minute. Seriously, SO BEAUTIFUL! I wouldn't have wanted my wedding anywhere else. -

So amazing in every way!
The Gardens at Los Robles was my favorite vendor to work with and I would back them 100%. They were the only venue we went to tour that actually looked even better than the pictures, and I just got all the feels while visiting. Our coordinator Chrissy was seriously the best! She honestly was also a big part in why I picked the venue. She was so quick to respond, lovely, and on top of it. I knew we were in such good hands. The food was delicious (except for I heard the eggplant, don't choose that one). They also graciously upgraded all of our tri tip to steaks for free, and gave us a free tee time. Most of our friends and family are from LA and the OC, so they thought Thousand Oaks was a little random; but once they got there, they understood why because everyone LOVED our event space and thought it was so beautiful. Thank you Los Robles for making our dream wedding come true! -

Love the venue!!
The venue itself is just beautiful...What's not to love??! Kelsey was incredibly professional, and need I say helpful throughout the entire process for our wedding of 300! She was also very patient with all our questions, accommodating when it came to guests with allergies, and when we had some unexpected last minute changes. The staff was friendly, and on point the day of our wedding. Thank you for making our wedding day special! The only thing I would have really liked is a restroom in the bridal for more privacy, but I would still recommend this venue! -

Their staff is beyond helpful. Kelsey and Chrissy in the sales office so wonderful, personable, professional, organized, and have the best attention to detail. The catering staff (Ben, John and Pauly, just to name a few!) are on top of everything! My clients are treated like celebrities, from the moment they come for a site visit, until the sparkler exit! The venue itself is beautiful, and has tons of opportunity for you to make it your own. You can go rustic, elegant, chic, boho, romantic, etc. Though the Garden's is one of our favorites, we also love their ballroom. It's views are incredible and the room itself is extremely spacious! There are also a ton of beautiful spots for photos throughout the property! The sunsets are almost always a crowd pleaser and the nights are always starry! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a wedding!!! -

Kelsey (the sweetest, most personable girl ever!) and her team made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. Any budget can be worked with, and the grounds can be set to any style or theme. It’s just perfect! We would get married there 1,000 times if we could! This will always be my #1 recommendation for a wedding venue!

Kelsey was so great to work with and made the entire process super fun and easy. I am so happy that we chose the Gardens to get married ! Loved how everything was included at this venue, from the tables, food, and the linens! Everything flowed so nicely from the ceremony space, to the cocktail hour, and into the beautiful reception area with stunning strung lights, grass, and a little waterfall! We received many compliments on the area and the food and our pictures look fantastic! I would recommend this venue to anybody!

We had a large wedding so we thought finding a space that would fit 300+ people and offer everything without having to outsource all vendors seemed like it would be a struggle at first but then we found The Gardens. Let me tell you, this venue is one in a million! I am a believer in less is more so it’s easy to envision your perfect day right away when you have such a naturally gorgeous space like The Gardens, it is so breathtaking. This venue like nothing I had even seen before. I have always dreamed of a garden wedding and Brad always wanted a golf course wedding – it was meant to be! It was the first venue we checked out and from that day on we compared everywhere else to The Gardens – we both said we better book this venue before it’s too late! Kelsey from start to finish made every step along the way easy, fun, special and truly an all-around amazing experience. She made us feel so at ease during the planning process, she offered amazing advice, was beyond helpful, went above and beyond to make sure the details we dreamed of were made possible without hesitation and never once did she make me feel like I was losing my marbles even when I thought I was about to while planning the wedding from three hours away. This venue truly has everything you can imagine- they take care of everything! And what they don’t take care of personally they know who can, their preferred vendor list is fantastic, reliable and offers plenty of options. Every couple has the dream of a perfect day and easy planning but you hear stories of planning being difficult or horror stories that happen during planning or even the day of but not when you are working with Kelsey and Chrissy, they know what they are doing and they want it to be perfect for you and you families. I would do it 100 times over and not change a thing. Thank you, Kelsey, Chrissy and everyone at The Gardens.

The ability to have your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one spot was so convenient, and the venue could not be more gorgeous! Not to mention rentals and linens included in your package and the food is awesome! We still have people talking about how good it was, which is impressive since it was a buffet dinner for 200!!! Also, the venue and golf course have so many picturesque back drops for photos - we are so in love with our photos (our photographer - Lucas Rossi - was a recommended vendor from The Gardens too!). The girls who work the weddings - Chrissy and Kelsey - are professional, responsive and above all else, make you feel like you are the priority! This place has lots going on all of the time, yet every time we were there, they focused on just us and our wedding day. The venue also helped my dad set up tee times for a little golf tournament he wanted to throw the day before. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Emily Sent on 07/24/2015My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Chrissy at The Gardens at Los Robles Greens! We knew the day we visited the grounds for the first time that it was without a doubt where we wanted to get married. The outdoor ceremony site was perfectly romantic. The cocktail hour area is positioned just right for guests to mingle as our bridal party & family took time to take some photographs. Then when it was time to gather our guests to the reception, the transition was seamless. The reception setting was awesome. The layout is nice, lots of room for guest tables, dance floor, buffet station, bar, etc. We love the market lights, combined with our 100s of candles, the ambiance was incredible. The dinner was delicious...my family traveled from out of state and when asked, they said the food at our wedding was the best they had during their trip! We couldn't have been happier with this breathtakingly beautiful venue.
We had the pleasure of working with Chrissy from the day we chose the Gardens as our venue to our wedding day. She is extremely professional and very sweet! She provided advice, accommodated our special requests and always made time to be available when we wanted to stop by to talk about the day of. She made us feel special and valued as her client. It is very clear that Chrissy loves her role in helping couples plan their dream wedding.
Overall, we will remember our wedding day, at The Gardens at Los Robles Greens, forever. It was magical...thank you Chrissy and event staff!!! We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or special event. -

Marly Sent on 02/26/2018My husband JP and I got married this past November and it was absolutely wonderful! Everyone should consider having a fall wedding in The Gardens, the colors on all the leaves and plants are gorgeous. Kelsey was so great to work with, very responsive, and very accommodating. She took me aside for a quick moment on my wedding day to really "take-in" the beauty of the whole set-up, which was very special. Our day-of-coordinator also remarked on how great the food service staff and Captain was! We had about 250 people at our wedding - many from out of town - and we got so many compliments on the venue and food. As someone who is also part the Events and Catering Industry, I appreciated the added touch of the F&B Director coming to greet me and my husband during dinner. We experienced some slight issues with the sound system in the outdoor reception space, but we worked it out. The Gardens at Los Robles has a great list of preferred vendors - many of which we used - but they were also very accommodating when we brought in some of our own. Very great value compared to other venues in the area. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who worked so hard to make our wedding day so special!

The floorplan flows nicely from the landscaped walkway, with it’s signature rot iron gate, to its picturesque wooden doors which have a Tuscany-inspired feel. The reception area is perfectly separated by a medium-height wall and rot iron gate. Surrounded by garden landscape and bistro lights, the reception area felt magical. The Gardens at Los Robles was everything I was looking for in a wedding venue.
From the initial questions I presented by email to the day-of visit in my bridal suite, Kelsey assisted my Mom and I with all our venue needs. Two weeks prior to our wedding, she showed me such grace and patience when I got overwhelmed. When I asked for additional time to put the final details together for her, she agreed and it made all the difference. (So grateful for that!) The service staff on our wedding day was phenomenal. They were helpful, prompt, and joyful throughout the entire day.
Bonus: Venue is conveniently located off the freeway and near hotels. Things like cake cutting, champagne toast, sound, and white wooden chairs were included.
Suggestion(s): Option/Notification to request additional speakers. Our sweetheart table, dance floor, and half our guest tables were on the grass while the other half of our guest tables (including buffet, bar, and photo booth) were on the concrete; about a 1/3 of our guests told us they weren't able to hear announcements, speeches etc. Bridal Suite to be closed/locked longer than just during the ceremony or a different system, if possible. -

Affordable, Flexible, and Beautiful!
We just had our wedding here in August 2023! It was such a special day and we picked the perfect Venue. Los Robles was the ONLY venue we saw that let us be creative with our ideas and didn’t restrict us. They were so flexible - for example: we asked if we could do the “late night snack menu” as the main course since that’s the type of food we love AND they were happy to do it! No other venue allowed that option which was crazy to us. Not to mention LRG also is a stunning venue that is also very affordable especially in the area. We couldn’t say no! The planning process was only a little difficult since there was a change in staff , but we overcame . The venue also is pretty plain, but it was fun for us to dress it up with our decorations and pops of color. The greenery was beautiful, though! Our day wouldn’t be the same without LRG’s accommodations ! We highly recommend .The Gardens at Los Robles Greens's reply:

My husband and I got married at LRG in June last year, it was our dream location and could not have been more beautiful. 8 months later we are still getting feedback from our guests on how wonderful and dreamy our wedding was. We loved that the location included everything: bridal suite, catering, tables, chairs, linens, etc. We did not need to rent or worry about anything. We used Jamison Events as our day of coordinator from LRG recommended list, and the combo LRG + Jamison was absolutely perfect. Everything from start to finish went smoothly, the staff was great, the organization was excellent and McKenna was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention that the food was delicious and the buffet style fit our needs perfectly, everyone loved it. Definitely a venue on the pricier side, but worth every penny! We would do it all over again and still dream of our wedding.The Gardens at Los Robles Greens's reply:

Debra Sent on 05/09/2010Everything the day of went off without a hitch. The banquet captain, Mikey, was great as well as all of the staff. The ceremony was beautiful as well as the reception. Our only complaint was during the planning stage. It seemed that we had to pull the information we wanted out of the event coordinator. For example, we were told that they had (4) ten person tables and the rest were eight person tables. But, then two weeks before the wedding we found out that the ten person tables actually fit 12 and the eights fit 10. It kind of changed everything! In the end, everything was perfect. -

Where to begin, from the start there were issues with LRG, I received my contract and they tried to charge me $2k more than I was told. They will not let you use outside vendors, I was told I could use my own wedding planner if they were insured, after I was contracted this was denied. For my final payment LRG again tried to charge me $2k more than my contract, I had to catch the error. My details meeting was cancelled 5 minutes before the meeting and I was told someone would reach out to me, I heard nothing. For 3 weeks I spent hours calling LRG and even had 3 people on the phones trying to reach someone. I was 2 weeks out from my wedding and only could reach the pro shop. One week before my wedding I finally made contact and learned they had nothing done, I spent an entire Saturday a week before my wedding on the phone with them giving them all my event information AGAIN because no one had it. No guest count, no food, no floorplan, you name it. The day of was a disaster, our chairs were covered in ants and food, linens were creased all over and stained in massive spots. LRG did not care. We had no champagne in the room that we paid for. They had a tour of the venue (which I did not mind) until the tour was allowed into the bridal suite and restroom while I had minors changing and not clothed. LRG did not care. LRG staff were told over 5 times by various people that bathrooms were out of soap, papertowels and toilet paper, it was never refilled. I was being yelled at about getting to the golf course for photos and told I had 10 minutes. If you do not use their photo vendor they will treat you terribly. During my private vows LRG made my DJ knock on the door to the room 2 times to rush us claiming we could not fall behind schedule because they had another event and the food temperature. I asked for just 5-10 more minutes to exchange vows and was told no. My apps in the bridal suite were freezing cold. When me and my husband got to our table they never served us food like they were supposed to and rushed us for. They served 4 tables before serving us. I paid for wine with dinner and they never offered this to my guests. I PAID $350 EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE. They limit the volume of the music through their own system, you could not hear our music during the ceremony. I was so nice during the process and even when they ghosted us 3 weeks before the wedding, I never complained. I tried to discuss this with LRG and get this rectified, they have refused and their offer to fix this was a slap in the face. LRG now refuses to communicate and answer. BEWARE, the reviews are not for the same quality venue, service has changed, they only want their preferred vendors, and they do not care, its evident by their lack of communication, even interrupting my vows, and allowing strangers into rooms where women and minors are changing.
