  We had both Lori and Shanna photograph our wedding. We ended up not having enough time to do the engagement shoot that was part of our package, but they worked with us on exchanging that for a custom photo album. Both photographers have a slightly different style, so they each captured our special moments in ways that everyone can love. During the times that we did posed photos and the getting ready photos, they both made everything more fun! And when they took photos during the ceremony and reception, they blended perfectly and never got in anyone's way. We loved Lori and Shanna and would definitely recommend hiring them!!

  We had both Lori and Shanna photograph our wedding.   Lori Shepler and Shanna were amazing. We got married at the Hotel Maya which Lori and Shanna had worked at many times. They knew exactly where on the property to shoot us which made our photo taking a lot easier. They are also the nicest people and very fun to have at our wedding. They provided us the edited and non edited photos in a timely manner. I really enjoyed working with them.

  Lori Shepler & Shanna Gilfix are absolute professionals and fabulous at what they do. We knew from the moment we met them, that we wanted them to photograph our wedding.
  
  We had the opportunity to get to know them really well when we did an engagement session together. They made us feel very comfortable and let us completely do our unique thing without pushing any traditions or expectations on us. They were so supportive of our random ideas and coached us so that we ended up with incredible results from that afternoon.
  
  And then months down the road, came the wedding and all of their work is absolutely gorgeous from that day!!! I can't rave enough about the way that they do their work - they really just blend right in to the crowd and work their magic. To me, it felt so seamless and especially in our church, they were so respectful and just perfect in how they operated.
  
  I love, love, love our photographs. From the family, to the venue, me and my husband and the party on the dance floor, these ladies captured it all! If there is only one thing that you are able to really invest in for your special day, my recommendation would be to invest in this outstanding photography.
  
  We will cherish these photos forever. Thank you Lori & Shanna. You are absolutely beautiful women from the inside out. We are so grateful for what you've done for us. We will be in touch in the future!

  We knew that our choice of a wedding photographer would be one of the most important choices we’d make since, aside from Aunt Fran’s somewhat questionable recollection of events, they capture those moments that we can look back on and remember forever. We had Lori and Shanna photograph our wedding on 27 April 2013, and we can’t put into words how happy we are with the photographs they took and the job that they did. They both have a keen eye for the right lighting, the right background, and the right setting, and they both do this in such a way that you don’t even know that they’re there. They each have a unique “style” of photography, where Lori seems to get the more direct or set up shots, many with really unique and clever uses of light and reflections off of mirrors or plate glass, while Shanna gets the “in the moment” shots from angles that you don’t notice and camera lenses and settings that subtly emphasize some aspect of the scene. They worked together seamlessly, and captured every aspect of our wedding with their beautiful photographs.
  
  They gave us more than two thousand pictures in full digital format, with 400 or so picked out as “favorites”, but all the 2000 are so good that we can hardly narrow the whole set down to what we want in our album. They took a mixture of deliberately posed photographs (from the standard family pictures to just the two of us in interesting settings like in an old-style red phone booth near the chapel or on the bridge of the ship where we were married), with “in-the-moment” shots where we didn’t even know that they were there, and a number of “artsy” shots that you’d think you’d see in a fashion magazine. Lori even set up a computer at the reception cycling a slideshow of a few of the best pictures she’d taken on the wedding day up until the cake cutting, and our guests were just enthralled.
  
  We will treasure these photos forever.

  I'd like to preface this review by telling you that I had VERY high expectations for our photographer. This aspect of our wedding planning was #1 on my list.....When we hired Lori I told her what my vision was- I wanted our wedding to look and feel like a scene out of the Rat Pack days, and I wanted special authentic moments captured... Looking back through our photos we were in awe; the vibe and emotion in every photo was spectacular! She definitely captured that old Hollywood feel- and some! Not only was Lori fantastic, but her partner, Shanna Gilfix was just as great! Together as a team they got some amazing shots of our party in action! To say we love our wedding photos would be an understatement. Lori & Shanna's eye for detail and ability to capture the most intimate and candid moments is extraordinary! I feel like our photos could be featured in any major magazine! My husband and I will cherish these special memories forever. Thank you for everything, ladies!! We will recommend you to anyone looking for a photographer for ANY event!!
