We hired Lorenz as our transportation provider for our wedding weekend. They provided our shuttle service from the hotel block to/from the venue on the actual wedding day, as well as a large single bus travel day around the Twin Cities with a large subset of our guests.
Our driver for the day around the cities was excellent, always on-time (or early), kind, and very knowledgeable, even sharing some fun facts & tidbits about the city with our guests while driving us around! I didn't personally ride the shuttle on the wedding day but from all the feedback I heard from our guests, it was just as excellent as before.
And to top all of that off, they were by FAR the most affordable option of everyone we contacted. Will definitely recommend Lorenz to anyone that asks, and will be contacting them again for any future transportation needs. -

Bob Musil and the entire Lorenz team were absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding. From start to finish, they were attentive, helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the entire planning process. It was incredibly reassuring to know we were in such capable hands. The drivers were punctual, professional, and patient (even kindly waiting when our final guest pick-up took longer to board than expected), ensuring all of our guests got home safely and comfortably. We would 100% choose Lorenz again for any future shuttle needs! -

Strongly Recommend Lorenz
When calling around for buses from the hotel to the venue and back, Lorenz provided us with the best options and advice on how we should organize our shuttles. We appreciated their communication leading up to the reservation and throughout the evening. Our guests loved the coach buses and our drivers, Ernesto and Jennie. -

I had great customer service from Lorenz from my initial contact with them. Bob was very responsive to all my questions. The driver (Matt) was on time for the bus pickups and drop offs. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He was very personable. The busses were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Lorenz Service and would not hesitate to use them again. -

Lorenz Bus Service was amazing to work with! Bob was very communicative when we asked for a quote, went over every detail for transportation with us multiple times before our wedding day. He reached out the week before and was a HUGE help with timelines, planning, and allowing us to make changes and providing advise for transportation from his experience. A few days before, they give you the driver. The driver reached out prior to the big day with their contact information, and texted me the morning of to let me know he was in route and when he arrived at our hotel.
Now, for the bus. We rented a large luxury 56 passenger bus. It was SO clean and very flashy looking. Michael, our driver, was so friendly and dressed very professional. The bus was clean inside and out, and was so comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend using Lorenz Bus Service for your wedding: affordable and it was so easy to work with them! It was a pleasure working with you, and I am so thankful that they were our transportation on our wedding day! -

Bob was a great contact and vendor for us with Lorenz Bus Service. Throughout the whole process they were communicative and willing to adjust on our needs for our wedding day. We had no problems on the actual wedding day and the guests really enjoyed having a shuttle to and from their hotel. Lorenz was a hit! We would definitely suggest using them for your wedding day. We got the 56 passenger shuttle bus which worked out perfectly. -

Lorenz Bus Service did an excellent job for our wedding transportation. We rented a school bus for the wedding party, and a big charter bus to shuttle the wedding guests. We had America and Rachel as drivers and they were both great!
We communicated with Bob Musil (Charter Sales Manager) frequently throughout the process and he was awesome to work with. He was able to provide us great suggestions and helped us put together the timeline for when transportation would pick up and drop people off. The pricing also was also reasonable. I can't recommend Lorenz Bus Service enough for transportation! -

Use Lorenz for your wedding Transportation!
My husband and I had a vision that our transporation was going to be large enough to be a party bus for our wedding party and their spouses! We were about a month out and hadn't secure a transport and Lorenz came through. Bob was our contact and he was responsive, attentive, and made sure we were able to find the busses and drivers we needed. We had so much fun and worry free day, we forgot our drivers' names. They were super helpful and got us everywhere people needed to go, including a couple pit stops. Sorry, drivers! Either way, we thank them, and Lorenz for a stress free wonderful day. -

Lorenz was PERFECT! They made our wedding day so easy. Our hotel was only a few blocks from our venue, but it was a hot day and we had some folks who can't walk around for too long, so the shuttle was so nice to have. Our driver was perfectly nice and accommodating to us. Lorenz makes it super easy from the planning to the confirmation, to the actual shuttle experience on wedding day. I have nothing but good things to say about Lorenz. -

We had an excellent experience with Lorenz for our wedding. I would start off by saying that they have excellent responsivity with email (I was never able to get ahold of them via phone). They answered all my questions within a day or two and I fully knew what to expect the day of. On the day of our wedding, they were timely, professional, and friendly annnnnnndddddd THEY UPGRADED US FROM A BUS TO A FANCY MOTOR COACH!! What a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend! The team at Lorenz did an unbelievable job for our sons wedding. We had multiple trips from Hudson Wi to a barn venue in Clayton Wi. The scheduler at Lorenz was so helpful to us and ensured that all the trips were a success. The driver was so professional and friendly it made the day that much more memorable. The cost was very reasonable. The best thing was that we knew the wedding party and our family and friends made it back safe. That is priceless. -

Our neighborhood has rented buses from Lorenz a few times (girls shopping/winery day) and for a wedding/reception. Mike is always VERY responsive and so helpful when making the reservations. Our driver Cheryl has become an honorary neighbor and takes the best care of us! The buses are very very clean and comfortable, they arrive on time (if not early) and communication with the driver is excellent!! You will not regret going with Lorenz for any special event you might have! -

Highly recommend! We used Lorenz to book a mini coach bus for our wedding last July. The booking process was super simple. On the big day they showed up right on time in the right spot to take us from the venue to a few places around the city to take pictures. We were able to connect to the speaker system on the bus to play music and we had a great time driving around, singing to ridiculous pop songs, and drinking hard seltzer out of the cooler with the wedding party. The driver was funny and laid back, not to mention patient with us (while at the same time keeping us on schedule). Great service door to door! The best part about it was that it was so seamless. On your wedding day there are a ton of vendors and logistics and things to keep track of, so it's nice to have a vendor like Lorenz that makes things as easy as possible! -
