Lorena is truly the sweetest person! I originally booked Lorena for bridal makeup for myself and full wedding party (11 girls) just for the morning of and realized later on I would feel more comfortable having her for extended touch ups as I'm a sensitive girlie. Thank goodness I did, because I definitely needed her throughout the day! She was always in my corner making sure I looked picture perfect. She was so attentive and even was sweet to provide touch ups on my family. She has the most calming and supportive presence, which is exactly what every bride needs on such a big day. Lorena truly went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough and would book her again and again for any event in the future! -

Like the title says, Lorena is the best of the best! She is the best decision I could have made and I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life! I looked up SO many makeup artists, but with most was worried I would look like a completely different person. Lorena has a talent where she makes you look and feel like yourself…. but 100xs better. We made a couple of tweaks from the trial and I quite literally teared up when seeing the final look because it was exactly what I had envisioned - but better! All of my family and friends were obsessed with their makeup and everyone looked stunning! Don’t think twice - hire Lorena- you will thank yourself on your wedding day :) -

Lorena is so incredibly talented at what she does - she is a true artist. I did a lot of research before booking an MUA for my wedding day, and Lorena stood out to me the most. Her brides all looked so naturally beautiful and you could tell that they were glowing and radiant with joy. From the moment I stepped into Lorena's chair for my trial, I knew I made the right decision. Lorena worked with me to ensure that she could bring my ideas and vision to life and was insistent that I point out whatever I wanted to change or adjust to be happy. I loved my trial and then, after a few minor tweaks to that look, I was blown away on my wedding day. I'm always so hesitant to get my makeup professionally done because it never feels like me. But Lorena made me feel like an elevated version of myself and beautiful in my own skin. She truly accentuated all my features and listened to all my requests. I was so beyond happy with how my makeup turned out. I felt so so beautiful on my wedding day, all thanks to Lorena. I would recommend Lorena to any bride looking for a kind, professional, and incredibly skilled MUA for their wedding day. She is truly the best. I can't wait for my next special event so I can book her again! -

Lorena, I genuinely have never seen such well-crafted beautiful make-up on myself, my bridemaids, mother and grandmothers. The compliments we got never ended. Everyone kept sharing how much they loved that we looked natural, like ourselves, yet glorified and glammed up at the same time. All my bridesmaids were obsessed with their make-up too. I nearly burst into tears upon seeing my make-up. I felt so beautiful and ready to get married in that moment. Lorena herself is kind, sweet, and has a gentle spirit that helped keep me calm the morning of. Her work is the best I have ever seen. I am BEYOND grateful I made the decision to work with Lorena. I would choose her a million times over. My make-up lasted all day and night. I needed zero touch ups other than my lips (which she provided me with my own set to keep which is SO SWEET!!!). Run and book her quickly, she books up fast!!!! Worth every penny. Love you Lorena!!!! -

I cannot recommend Lorena enough! She did the makeup for my bridal shower and my wedding, not only for me but also for my bridesmaids, and she absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. Lorena is, without a doubt, one of the most professional and talented artists in the industry.
From the moment we booked her, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure everything would be perfect. On my wedding day, she arrived a few minutes early, which says so much about her dedication and respect for the importance of the day. She came fully prepared and immediately set the tone with her calm, reassuring energy—something every bride needs on a day like that!

Bridal glam of my dreams
Lorena is a true professional – very responsive, on time, and easy to be around. She knows all the latest makeup trends and uses the best products. She took the inspiration I showed her and tailored it to my features. The final look was so much better than anything I could have imagined!
The assistant she brought with her was equally awesome. All of my girls and our moms were so happy with their makeup. My mom never had her makeup done before and was a little nervous, but Lorena took the time to really understand what she wanted and made her feel totally comfortable. I can’t thank her enough for how beautiful and confident she made my mom feel on such an important day! She was glowing.

So happy with my wedding makeup!
I couldn’t be happier with my wedding makeup! Lorena is absolutely amazing and incredibly talented. She really listened to what I wanted and also made me feel extremely comfortable with her. I wanted a more natural look instead of glam and she nailed it! My skin even looked great and she blended it perfectly with my neck-down spray tan without making my face look caked with foundation. Even after sweating during outdoor photos it looked perfect throughout the rest of the day and night. My bridesmaids and my mother also all looked amazing and couldn’t stop talking about how great she did on their makeup. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who needs makeup done for an occasion. -

Going into my trial, I knew I wanted a soft glam look - to look like I was wearing makeup but still look like myself! Amazing natural soft glam
Lorena and Hadar did an incredible job!! There were 10 of us getting ready and we got done within 3 hours or so. Lorena was so easy to work with and responds quickly. As someone who is always trying to plan ahead, I appreciated Lorena showing me how to touch up specific areas of my face after photos. After the first trial before booking, I shared some concerns with her and she LISTENED. When she did my makeup again for the engagement shoot, she made some changes and it ended up being perfect. That’s the look we ended up going with on the wedding day - a soft, natural glam. My makeup stayed on all night, even through dancing, hugs, and kisses. My girls’ makeup didn’t budge either. Lorena even provided a touch up lipstick and lip liner. Lorena is very reasonably priced and so talented. I would book her again in a heartbeat! -

Lorena is easily the BEST makeup artist I've ever worked with. Beyond talanted. She and her team did everyone's makeup for my wedding and everyone looked absolutely STUNNING. I felt SOOOO beautiful on my wedding day and so did my girls. And what more can you ask for? Lorena was amazing! I chose her for her natural, glowy look and she did not disappoint! I picked Lorena for a reason so I knew I would love my look, but my mom was in love with her look too. She couldn't get over how soft and natural her makeup looked especially for someone in her 50s. One of my bridesmaids immediately texted her other friend saying she should use Lorena for her wedding. One of my other friends who was married last year said she wished she had found Lorena for her own wedding makeup. People loved my look from afar and up close. They couldn't get over how well it held all night and how natural and classy it looked. It didn't feel cakey and I still felt like me, just completely enhanced.
I uploaded getting ready pictures of just me and then of me and my mom, posed portraits at the venue, and also a picture from the party so you can see how the look held up all day (8am-11pm) and also in different lighting. -

I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Lorena. I worked with her for both my engagement photos (which she was kind enough to use as my trial) and for my wedding in October, so over the course of a year and a half. I am not someone who wears makeup outside of big events and expressed to Lorena my desire to look like myself but enhanced for the wedding day look. She flawlessly executed soft glam each time. Aside from the photographer, your HMU team is who you are with most of the day, so personality compatibility was also so important to me. Having someone who knew how to work with my skin as a woman of color was crucial to me, and I was so happy with her work (I had a group of 15 women all different races and ages and everyone's shade was matched seamlessly). She's so easy going, communicative, and easy to work with. And not to mention, insanely talented. Thanks again to Lorena and Hadar for their lovely work on all my girls! -

I was on a mission for the perfect MUA when I witnessed Lorena's work on a bridal party surviving (and thriving) through an 80+ degree August wedding. I booked her shortly after and we set up a trial that October.
The day of my wedding, Lorena took all the notes and made the perfect adjustments from our trial to give me the exact bridal MU look I wanted! I had sadly experienced an awful stress-based breakout leading up to my big day, but Lorena made me feel calm and confident while working her makeup magic.
Also, serious credit goes out to her and my hair girl for running around (literally) the grounds of my venue to help with touch-ups during first look and group photos. If you are a bride debating adding touch-ups for MU - do it! You'll thank yourself later.

Lorena’s work is just amazing. Truly made me look and feel my absolute best on the day of my wedding. When looking for a makeup artist, my number one priority was that I found someone who made me feel like an elevated version of myself. I still wanted to look like me on my wedding day. I feel that there are so many make up artists out there who transform you and live for the "before" and "after" pictures of their brides. However, Lorena does a beyond incredible job taking your natural beauty and simply enhancing it! Lorena takes the time to get to know her brides and the bridesmaids in your bridal party. She makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your wedding look! I definitely recommend hiring Lorena for a trial because it gives you a chance to really get to know each other. I was pleasantly surprised on my wedding day when Lorena pulled out all the makeup and colors we used during my trial. This just proved to me how much she loves and values her job and her clients. I hired Lorena as my wedding MUA and recently had my trial for my engagement photos (highly recommend). I was in the process of moving from out of state, so my schedule was crazy. She was very flexible with scheduling and even offered suggestions for timing that would work with my photographers schedule. I absolutely loved the look she created for my engagement photos and cannot wait for her to do my wedding day makeup. I received so many compliments on my makeup, which was so exciting because I’m a mascara and chapstick only kind of girl. Lorena listened to what I envisioned for my makeup and created a look that I loved! -

I got married on 12/7/19 and used Lorena for my makeup and bridal party’s make up. Lorena is SO TALENTED!! She is professional, she listens to your wants and concerns. She is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. The week of my wedding I had gotten sick and had a dry red nose. I contacted Lorena and she quickly responded and recommended a product to help with dry skin! By Saturday my skin was smooth and ready for pictures. Amazing Wedding Makeup Artist!
Lorena is such an amazing and sweet person. When I came across her Instagram makeup page I knew I wanted her to do my wedding makeup. She was very responsive via email and was willing to help me figure out what bridal makeup fit me. She drove a decent amount the day of my wedding and was on time and so pleasant to be around. Not only did she do my makeup but she also did some of my bridesmaids. They all looked gorgeous. Lorena did a great job with my makeup for my wedding! I wasn’t sure what I wanted for makeup so we had a few trials and each time she did a great job and would tweak certain things if I asked her to. On my wedding day Lorena came promptly with her assistant (I had 10 girls doing their makeup) and they both did a wonderful job and were very efficient. She enhanced my features and didn’t completely change how I looked (which some MUA do). Her prices are reasonable, especially for my bridesmaids because I didn’t want them paying too much. She is so sweet and has a personality you would want to work with on your wedding day! -

I have paid the same amount for makeup as a bridesmaid in other weddings and the final result was no where near what Lorena can do. The day of the wedding Lorena was prompt and finished ahead of schedule. Her and her assistant were extremely professional. Her makeup is all high quality as she uses top brands like MAC, Dior, Tarte, etc. Everyone loved their makeup, my pictures turned out amazing. I would highly recommend booking her ASAP as I’m sure she is in high demand.
