    Nailed everything perfectly!

    Without a doubt, they did a phenomenal job on the florals for our wedding! We also rented their silver chivari chairs, silver accented throne chair and had small draping done for an outside trellis.

    Susan was so wonderful to work with and made sure she knew exactly what my vision was so they could bring it to life within our budget. Everything came out perfectly! Thank you so much Longwood Events for being part of having our wedding day turn out so magical!

    We ordered chairs from them and the process was easy. They came in delivered and picked up at the appropriate time. No issues!

    Beyond Great

    First when I reached out to Longwood events I was just shopping around for pricing, but after realizing their prices for flowers could not be beat I began requesting quotes. The staff work with numerous options for me and gave me the best pricing for individual flowers, since we were doing our own table centerpieces. I did purchase the package they offer for all the bouquets and boutonnieres and corsages (which again the price could not be beat) they even tailed the number of things within the package to meet what I needed. I was so so pleased with the flower quality and how big my bouquets were. My flowers were more than I could have asked for, they lasted the 40 min drive to the hotel and my wedding was the following afternoon, and they looked great.

    Flowers, tableclothes, and lighting. Oh my!

    I really have to say, I loved working with Longwood. They were so responsive to every single one of my emails. They typically answered me within the hour. It was great knowing that they truly wanted to work with me. They also easily added in two extra tables onto what I had ordered just a couple months before the wedding. Their creativity with the flowers was also incredible! I loved my bouquet and I’m so happy they did exactly as I requested by placing stuffed animals in it for me! Thank you times a million.

    we always use them as our #1 rental store for all our party needs, best prices, excellent service, and really helpful on the phone, I had a great experience with Longwood Events. They supplied and set up tables chairs and also provided table runners and tablecloth's and space heaters. My tables looked lovely and the service was great from start to finish. If I throw another party I am definitely going to use them again.

    Great company. You have a customer for life. I was a nervous wreck planning my wedding and they made sure you don't have to worry about the rentals. Called in and told them what I wanted, paid online and they delivered. Even accommodated when I had to add some stuff last minute. All the chairs and tables were very clean, they dropped them off without me even being there. And they sent me pics so I could see. Really appreciate everything, thank you!

    Longwood Events was amazing. I was recommended by my venue Church Street Ballroom in downtown Orlando. Longwood was very professional and responsible with my beautiful chiavari chairs, my Love seat my arch decor and my spectacular flowers and they make sure your event looks amanzing! thank you Longwood for your service

    I was super happy with Longwood Events & Weddings! I primarily met with the owner Susan, and she was always such a joy to work with. I met with her very early on in the wedding planning process to go over with how I wanted my flowers done and on the wedding day ( 7 months later) they came out better than I expected. They even added gorgeous ivory petals to the aisle runner- which I was totally not expecting. Any time I called and had a question, even if they were busy, they would call me right back with an answer. My invoices and receipts were clear and always prompt. The prices were untouchable for the quality of product you are getting. My chivari chairs were gorgeous and my pipe and drape was another element we added that was flawlessly set up and broken down, twice! Everything arrived to my venue one time which was huge to me, because I am such a stickler about punctuality. Overall, my experience was amazing with this company and I would love to hire them again for any of my garden parties or private functions I host.

    I searched high and low looking for the perfect, yet, affordable charger plate for our Bridle Oaks wedding reception dinner. I wanted something unique and elegant to fit our overall vision. Our wedding coordinators, Everlasting Events, found the perfect vintage option at Longwood Events and Weddings / Longwood Events Decor and Floral. We were thrilled to rent their Vintage Acrylic Charger Plates. They offer them in silver and gold also--we chose champagne. These special plates added exactly the sophisticated touch we were wanting for our rustic barn wedding! Perfection! Thank you!

    Longwood Events did an AMAZING job on my mom's 50th birthday party. I love that they are a family business and they are very professional! All questions and requests were acted on promptly! I would definitely use them again in the future.

    Longwood Events and Weddings was a blessing to have at my wedding. They made my wedding everything I wanted and more. I could not have asked for anything better. I told Susan my vision and she brought it to life. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how beautiful my ceremony and reception rooms looked. We had 2 ceremonies and a reception which caused for a lot of decor and work. When we started looking we were given quotes that were WAY out of our ballpark. Longwood Events and Weddings gave us a reasonable price that no one could beat.

    Absolutely raised the bar in the Industry!! Orlando's BEST KEPT SECRET!!!!!!!! We originally met with "Preferred vendors" from our Venue and was very disappointed. And trust me I met with many! We then came across Longwood Events and Weddings and they went above and beyond, taking it to a whole new level. Susan was such a pleasure to work with and every detail was absolute perfection. I have worked as a Corporate Recruiter with Fortune 100 Companies for over 13+ years, where I am responsible for hiring the right professionals for the job and in this case found Pure Perfection that did not break the bank! My daughter's wedding was best described by our guest as "Magical Unbelievable, Stunning, Sophisticated and Elegant" We could never have done it without the expertise of Longwood Events and Weddings.     Jazmin was so helpful and responded quickly to my emails. She was also very willing to accommodate to my needs, it made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of during the wedding. I would definitely use them again if I ever need rentals. I am so thankful that I found them!

    Longwood Events was amazing!
    All of the flowers and rentals were above and beyond the quality I imagined.
    Every flower was so fresh and all of the flowers were full blooms.
    They were easy to talk to and they were very helpful when I changed my mind on colors and adjusted quantities.

    I had an excellent experience with Longwood Events as my flower vendor. Longwood Events provided reasonable pricing and worked with my budget. Longwood Events staff reviewed my colors with me and made sure that the flower colors I chose would match perfectly with my bridesmaids and groomsmen attire. They delivered my flowers on time and assisted with the other vendors for set up and break down. My centerpieces were stunning and all of my guests complimented on them wanting to take them home. Longwood Events worked very well with my wedding coordinator, Nini Lopez, whom I also highly recommend. Longwood Events also provided overlays which were an awesome feature that brought the centerpieces and decorations together. Longwood Events did an amazing job and I was so happy with my beautiful ceremony and reception!

    W O W!!! Longwood Events tailored our entire wedding from the ceremony, to the reception, …beyond anything we could have imagined. We (and based on all the astounded comments from our invites the days after) were thoroughly amazed by all the flowers, details, food, drinks, music and incredible service. Susan is busy, but she always made time for us and really paid attention to the little details we had in mind — and always with a caring smile. Her husband Omar made sure the party was properly attended to from beginning to end and that all your guests were made to feel special.
    You will not be disappointed …and neither will your guests!

    So beautiful!!

    One of the best things at my wedding was the decor. Longwood went above and beyond to give me my dream wedding. The flowers were fresh and lovely. they nailed my colors and were very flexable. I loved the decor and so did my guest. I highly recommend Longwood Events!!

    The Longwood Events team was very helpful and made decor less stressful. They were able to give me suggestions & also work with my budget. The flowers were beautiful and the decor came together beautifully. I would hire again! Thank you guys for all of your help and your patience with us!

    They did a great job decorating my wedding I am so happy with their services and they are very reasonably priced and attentive. The only draw back is if you're uncertain about the number of rentals you need, beware there are NO refunds if you reserve and actually need less than ordered. Other than that everything was up to standard and the staff was very easy to work with and setting up my payments, etc. Thank you Longwood Events!

    Susan and the team at Longwood Events and Weddings helped contribute to the wedding of my dreams. The truth is, you cannot find a team that will offer all the services and amenities that Longwood can offer at a better price. This is an absolute fact. The florals were beautiful and more than I expected. They were huge, full bloom, and gorgeous!! All the decor items added were amazing. She literally blew my mind. Amazing!

    I was definitely hesitant at first to use them, but day of they were AMAZING! Everything was what I expected and more! Their flower quote was half the price of all the other estimates I received. The groom and I were so pleased with the results!

    Longwood Events was one stop shop for several items needed for wedding. We got Flowers, chairs, bar tending, service, and some misc items. Susan was there from beginning and was even there helping with setup on event date. Venue did not help in set up being difficult for all vendors. Only advice would be to get an extra person in charge for your event for service and bartending, to make sure all items were taken care of.

    Flowers - beautiful and as ordered
    Service - Flexible and always was working hard to get things done
    Bartender - No complaints , kept everyone's cups full. We purchased our own liquor and beverages.
    Chairs - Came as ordered.
    Misc equipment and gasses - All were there as requested.

    I am pleased with Longwood events. Whenever, I have needed to go in I have been able to go in. Many people have said iffy things about them but, I still went ahead and used them. They are providing all my décor and they are also my florist for the wedding. I will have to report back to wedding wire come the day of the wedding. I would recommend them. YES, I would use them again.

    I am very disappointed with this vendor. I guess they say you get what you pay for. Longwood Events literally has the worst communication skills I have ever seen. They somehow never seem to get my emails unless I call them immediately after I send the email. They never respond back to any of my questions. Yet, when they want to reschedule an appointment with me, they easily send me an email. Luckily, I called them the day before my wedding to confirm the times they would show up with our flowers because they would've came at the wrong time since they don't carefully read their own directions written on our contract. And it really is a shame that I have to give them such bad reviews because the flower arrangements did come out nicely, except for one of my tall reception arrangements which did not even have the same style vase as the other ones and had some twigs thrown in it instead of some nice curly willow. They also made the flowers for my mom and mom-in-law a boutonniere instead of a wrist corsage. They are really nice people whenever I met with them, but they just never follow through. I had paid extra for some LED lights to be in the bottom of my centerpieces, but they weren't there the day of. I had to call and email countless times to try and get a refund for the lights. The last thing they told me was that it was sent to the account management and I should receive a check in the mail. Well, it's been over 3 months later, and I never received a refund. They're literally just wasting my time, and it's not even worth it.

    Do not rent from here!!! Susan is co-owner with her husband and was the absolutely worst experience I have ever dealt with any business. I had only dealt with the ladies that work at the front. I have been communicating with them in person and also via email. One day I received an email on a new message thread from the company with the same email address (one letter was missing) about the changes I had made. This person who was now emailing me had access to the company's email and to their invoice system and was able to update and make all the changes I needed so there were no red flags. By the grace of God, when it was time to make my final payment, it wasn't going through because of a system error. When I called the company, the owner informed me that they had the same issue a couple of months prior!? One of their customers got scammed out a few thousand dollars. They admitted to knowing about the situation and had not taken care of it because it was now happening to us. They did change their email address and I'm assuming the password for their invoice system.
    I paid over $5,000 for decorations. This woman who did not introduce herself, who I have never seen before, enters my dressing room the day of my wedding and did not say "Hi, how are you?" "My name is...." The first thing she tells me to do is calm down in a nasty tone because she heard me being upset. I was upset because members of the wedding party were not doing what they're supposed to do. You have no idea why I'm upset and I don't even know who you are. So I was completely upset about that.
    Next, I'm walking down the aisle with my dad and the first thing I see are my RECEPTION CENTERPIECES that I provided on the columns!! When I confronted Susan (The lady who came to my dressing room unannounced) about it, she said it looked better. ??? I paid for a certain setup and you took it up on yourself to do what you wanted to do and it didn't look better because no one could see. Then, I get to take my first look at the reception area which has always been a dream of mine and we had a set of three floating candles on each table, a set of two for the wedding party table and a set of three of three floating candles in front of the sweetheart table and GUESS WHAT? Not one candle was lit! My DOC's and my family had to go around to my guests and caterers and ask for lighters! It was extremely tacky to do that. I was completely livid because I do not complain about anything. However, this is my big day and we paid enough money to not have this happen. Susan stated they don't light candles because they don't know when the reception is going to start. I gave you a timeline of the reception! The candles are meant to burn for hours at a time and if that's the case why didn't you notify me, the bride, the one that's paying while planning this wedding so I could have notified the caterers or my DOC's
    What makes things even worse and so unprofessional is that my mom went to pick up her shoes she left at the venue the day after the wedding and Susan starts to tell my mother about how she didn't like the centerpieces, the bridesmaid bouquets, the colors of my wedding party and she went on about how I was a bad bride because I was upset. That is not your place to gossip with my mom when she just came to pick up shoes. It was so unprofessional! I didn't leave a negative review and I didn't request a refund, but that was the last straw. My wedding was almost 3 months ago! My refund for the columns and for the candle set. She gives me a check for $176!! I was due over a $500 refund which in my opinion, still isn't enough for what I went through with this woman. I attached a photo of the invoice so you all can see. She says each candle was only $1 and you had 16 candles. I literally went back to my wedding photos and we had 43 candles. I didn't pay for the candles separately, I paid for them as a set so now that I'm due a refund, you want to refund me for pieces of the candle set?! If she didn't try to scam me out of a refund I wouldn't have written this review. STAY AWAY!

    I really liked this vendor until I decided to shop at Hobby Lobby and noticed a large selection of their rentals were able to be purchased for the same price as the rental amount. The chargers were renting for $2 and could be purchased for the same price. Why would I rent something at 100% cost that is used when I could buy brand new and sell after? When I asked long wood for a reduced price they reduced it by $0.25, which is nothing in retrospect, and when I let them know I would not be proceeding with the chargers but I would be proceeding with the other items (such as chairs, draping and arch) they never responded to me. It's been about 2 weeks and now we are looking for a new vendor, one who will be attentive to our wedding - longwood lost out on a $1500 sale by not returning a customers phone call or email. If they can't even contact me back how am I to trust them with showing up for my wedding? Dissatisfied and I do not recommend.

    I wish I could give this place a good review but unfortunately, they have made it impossible. They delivered hydrangea runners to my wedding venue with NO WATER, so by the time of the reception my centerpieces were completely wilted. On top of that, they were supposed to show up and take their rentals by 11:59pm the day of the wedding, however, I couldn't tell you what time they actually showed up because I was gone by then. All I know is that my wedding day coordinator (halfway along her pregnancy, btw) had to stay until about 11:30pm and they STILL hadn't arrived to pick up their items.

    The reason I'm not giving them 3 stars and I'm giving them 1, is because my wedding planner emailed them a couple of days after the wedding and I'm still waiting for a reply. They know they're in the wrong and that I should get at least a partial refund, but they didn't have the audacity to reply to our email or to even do a follow up phone call so we can talk about it. Their lack of professionalism is what earned them this 1 star review.

    horrible the worst place ever do not use them!!! they will mess up and do everything wrong at your wedding can not depend on them and the coordinator sucked she messed up everything I asked her to do, placed everything wrong, then was very unprofessional my best friend and family caught her in the bathroom talking bad about us at our wedding to our guests!! DO NOT USE THEM if you want your wedding to go right!!

    This company truly disappointed me. I used them to rent 5 specialty linens for 5 specific tables at my wedding. 5, that's all. I scheduled an appointment to pick them up at 10am the Thursday prior to my Saturday wedding. My mother-in-law went to pick them up, and they were not ready. She went back the same day at the new requested time between 2 and 4pm, and picked up the linens. Only they were the WRONG linens. All 5 were to be the same specific silver sequin linen I requested...but I got 3 sequin linens that were not what I requested and 2 others which were not what I requested. So, I had 5 linens that did not match and NONE were what I wanted. They were all silver and that's about it. My mother-in-law spent all Friday morning working on trying to reach the company, and when she finally got them on the phone, she requested compensation for the inconvenience. Initially, a man told her that I was given a significant discount already..NOT TRUE...then he told her that they didn't have what I ordered and it was a late order and this is what happens. Also, NOT TRUE. I ordered the 5 linens in February for my May 30 event. Unfortunately for them, I keep all invoices, and immediately emailed it to them and called. I was able to speak with Delaina, who seemed to be the only person with some sense. She acknowledged this was their error not mine, and tried to correct it. They didn't have what I needed, so she offered to refund 50% of my money. I received the refund in a timely manner. Their communication clearly is terrible. I should have run out the door the day I ordered them when the initial consultant I met with spelled sequins incorrectly. I actually went back a second time and met with a different consultant to ensure the correct linens were ordered (they weren't so it was all adjusted...clearly for nothing). Waste of time. Delaina was truly the only positive about this ridiculous situation. 5 linens they couldn't get right....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I chose this place tondo the deco for our wedding. We paid for centerpieces that did not have all of the floral we requested. The decorator showed up 2 hrs later than the time she told us and caused a domino effect. She had all the bridal bouquets and because she was late, we were 2 hrs late to do photos and had to cut our photo time to make it back for the ceremony. We also paid for a party bus that sat in the parking lot of our venue fors 2 hrs not doing anything because we could not leave to do pictures until we got our bouquets. When we first booked decor, we were told that if i provided brooches, they would put them in the bridal party bouquets. When our flowers showed up, susan, who we were working with, acted like she knew nothing about the brooches. I have since called to complain and ask for the brooches that I paid for and have not received them. We also did not receive our toss bouquet which was also in the package i paid for. We were told someone would call is back and we have yet to hear from this place...would never recommended.

    This place is so awful , ruined our wedding . All lies . Karma is a bitch and word of mouth is golden . Due to Irma of course our wedding was cancel , these rats refused to give us a refunded stood 1000's of our hard earn money .

    Where do I begin?? Longwood Events is the only vendor throughout my entire year of planning my wedding that I have anything negative to say about. I had my first initial consultation with them in which I picked out all of the items I would like to rent from them. After that initial consultation everything began to go down hill. We began receiving various invoices with added fees and charges that were never discussed during my initial consultation. What a headache!! Then when it came time to pay them their final payment they informed us that we had paid too much and they owed us a refund. My mom called and told them to please hold her refund and she would be in on Saturday to pick it up. When my mom arrived she was told that they did not have her refund, and that it was in the possession of Omar (I believe the owner), and that Omar had it in his car. It took a lot of strength to bite our tongues, because we did not want to upset them and cause them to do an even worse job on the day of my wedding. Needless to say, we have yet to receive the refund.

    Then, on the day before my wedding when we were setting up we told them that we would be setting up around 9:30 a.m. Our rehearsal was set to begin around 3:30 pm. By the time 3pm rolled around Longwood Events was no where to be found and we had no chairs for rehearsal. They finally arrived and began setting up the chairs for rehearsal while we were rehearsing...really? Not professional at all. Their communication skills are AWFUL!!

    Lastly, on the day of my wedding the approached my wedding coordinator and asked her what shade of purple I wanted for the uplights. I didn't even know there were various shades of purple. Don't you think that is something that should have been discussed at the time of ordering and not the day of my wedding? I had my wedding coordinator pick a shade, as I was not at the venue and unable to see the various colors. How unprofessional!!

    Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

    Very poor communications skills. Do not return promised calls, not even when disconnected mid conversation by them. Would not even listen to simple commentary to come to an understanding. Very very rude treatment and cancelled on my wedding with a month to go only because I said I wasn't happy at the poor communications. Please don't put yourself thru the heartache.
