This venue was absolutely amazing! We had the most perfect weekend! The owners Katy and Colm were so responsive, so kind, and so wholesome. We truly cannot say enough good things about the wedding coordinator Sherri either. She kept us on track from the moment we booked throughout our whole wedding weekend. The grounds were beautiful, the accommodations were exactly what we needed, our guests can't stop talking about the glamping tents, the view, the barn. Gosh I could go on and on. Don't sleep on this venue, it's worth every penny! -

The best venue
Aside from this being the most stunning venue, Katy and Colm were on standby the whole weekend in case we needed something! The house and cabins were extremely clean, staff was so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a more magical weekend. Highly recommend!! -

Long Look Farm embodied everything I wanted and everything I didn’t even know I wanted. It allowed us to celebrate our wedding over a weekend and enjoy ample time with family. We got the perfect mix of rustic and elegant with this venue and I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Katy and Colm were beyond accommodating and supportive. I cannot say enough positive things about them- but I am eternally grateful for them. Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful, unique, and perfect the venue was. I couldn’t recommend this venue more! -

LONGLOOK FARM Wedding Venue has the feeling of JOY - LOVE and being in an enchanted forest! Everything about the property, owners and staff will provide smiles of true JOY! It was a privilege to be on this property and share our daughters wedding day with family and friends! Incredible views - land - barns - and glamping!!
A true blessing to have 4 days of wedding bliss with our family and friends! Grateful and Thankful to Colm & Katy Brophy and Staff!!

The best wedding venue!!
What an amazing venue.
Longlook not only offers the beauty of the white mountain backdrop, gorgeous interior design and layout, a gorgeous house on site for accommodations, but also offers the kindest owners to work with.
Katy showed us around the property back in March, accommodating our busy work schedules and immediately made us feel welcome. She was responsive and easy to work with throughout this whole process. Katy and Colm do a terrific job of creating a fabulous atmosphere and cleanly place for you and your guests.
We cannot thank them enough for opening up the doors of their property to us all weekend.
Longlook offers the perfect for a fun / beautiful filled weekend. They offer a wonderful reception barn, endless acres of beauty, an amazing cocktail barn, and a full house equipped with all you need.
We already miss our time there so much!
We cannot recommend Longlook farm enough. -

I just got married at Longlook Farm on September 4, 2021! It was a dream of mine ever since I was 19 and found it while googling barn venues in New England. There is truly no other venue like it! Longlook allows you to turn your wedding day into a wedding weekend. You and your wedding party get access to the whole property for a long weekend which allows for so much more time bonding and making unforgettable memories. When you visit Longlook for the first time it takes your breath away. You feel so secluded sitting high, overlooking the beautiful mountains in the distance. The barn is not like the modern new barns being built all over New England but instead a rustic, traditional, more intimate barn that hold so much character. The "mini" barn, aka the bar barn, is unreal! Every detail and piece of decor in that area is straight out of a magazine! It also adds a nice place for you to have your rehearsal dinner the night before, as well as adds another place for your guests to hangout and share a drink will soaking in the beauty of everything around you. The fire pit added warmth and a serene environment for guests to share stories and look up at all of the stars in the sky. Now... don't even get me started on the cabin. I wanted to move in!!! It is the log cabin of my dreams and it is HUGE! There was plenty of space for my whole wedding party to have a place to sleep and still feel like they had some privacy away from the chaos that comes from a weekend long party! There are such incredible details throughout the whole cabin that just make you stop and think about the history and how many love stories have begun there. I am so grateful to have my love story be part of the history at Longlook Farm. I was able to plan out the Pinterest wedding of my dreams all thanks to the beauty of the landscape, the barn and the freedom that comes with the venue. I was able to have full control over all the vendors I wanted to use and all the little details in between. Some newly engaged couples don't realize the lack of control you have at a more "traditional" venue but Longlook is fully transparent and a blank page as I like to think of it. You can truly transform it into anything you want!! All thanks to Katy and Colm, the owners. They allow you to create a wedding experience like no other. And trust me, your guests will be talking about your wedding for a long time! My guests cannot get over how magical it was and neither can I. -

Kathy Sent on 09/29/2018Venue was beautiful! Perfect setting for a rustic wedding. A great feature of this venue is that you and 16 of your guests get to stay there from Thursday to Sunday and decorate at your leisure. Highly recommended

Nicole Sent on 06/21/2018We had our wedding at Longlook Farm on June 9, 2018 and it was nothing less than perfect! We can't put into words how amazing this venue, it's owners, Katy and Colm, and their coordinator Sherri are!
We visited Longlook in January and even then we knew this place was amazing.
The communication with Katy and Sherri was consistent and always prompt.
Anyone looking for a rustic, laid back wedding venue where you can DIY, pick your own vendors, and build YOUR dream wedding should consider Longlook.
And if you don't believe us, ask our guests!
The experience and location is something that is not to be forgotten. -

Moira Sent on 01/16/2018We had our wedding at Longlook Farm in October 2017 and we had the most PERFECT day! The planning leading up to the wedding was easy with Katy and Colm and they made you feel so special and welcome at the property. Over the summer we were introduced to Sherri, the wedding planner at the venue. Sherri was able to help us make the wedding day seamless, walking us through the venue leading up to the event, coordinating vendors, gathering last minute items and coordinating the many moving parts on the day of the wedding. Sherri and her team were working right until the very end of the evening. I can not say enough good things about the beauty of this location or the amazing wedding that we had here. Our friends and family have given us endless compliments. Anyone would be lucky to have their wedding at this magical little spot in the world.

User2413081 Sent on 11/06/2015Worth every single penny. We checked in on a Thursday and stayed until Sunday. The perfect place for a DIY wedding, Katy made it so easy and stress free. The venue speaks for itself and holds true value. My nieces and nephews were able to play outside or run throughout the house and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. We chose this venue for the ease and feeling of being at home, or at a family's cabin. It made for a memorable and relaxing weekend for the most important moment in our lives so far. Thank you so much! -

Longlook Farm is hands down gorgeous, not that we needed confirmation, but guests came up to us all night commenting on the absolute beauty of the view, foliage, and buildings. We loved that we didn't have to go overboard with decorating since the barn and bar are nice just the way they are. The inclusion of a day-of-coordinator and planning through Creations by Collis really made the experience seamless and easy to tailor so we could have everything we wanted. I also loved having our parents and wedding party staying with us all weekend. If I had to mention downsides, I would say the bathroom line got a bit long throughout the night, I would worry about this more if your wedding was at the 150 person capacity. Also, I almost felt there is too much furniture in the bar building (versus when we visited a few years ago) making it a bit crowded in there if you want to do an appetizer spread. Lastly, there isn't a perfect rain option, which isn't the venue's fault (and thankfully ended up being irrelevant) but this did lead to some serious stress the week before with obsessive weather checking. Thank you so much for the wedding of our absolute dreams, Longlook! -

Stunning property with priceless views. Having the entire property for the weekend was also a huge bonus since it had been between 3-5 years since I’d seen my family and most of my bridesmaids! The memories made here will be cherished for a life time. The owners are accommodating, professional and understanding. I left feeling like any issues that came up were resolved in the end and that the pros heavily outweighed any inconvenience or potential con I could think of with this property. -
