Absolutely loved how transparent the pricing was on their website! We scheduled a visit to their office, and were walked through the different packages, given a demonstration of the different set-ups, and left our appointment feeling like we got exactly what we planned for our wedding.
The day of the wedding, Craig and Tommy were our DJ and MC duo, and they did an awesome job. Our guests loved all of the music played, including our requested songs and the songs that they picked excellently to complement our tastes! The groom's mom is generally more quiet, but Craig and Tommy kept the dance floor so lively that we even got her and all of the other parents... -

We decided upon LIS before we were engaged from a friends wedding, then once booked reconfirmed our best choice at another friends wedding and it was what we were looking forward to the most!
Scott was our MC and helped us book our event, with lighting, Photo Booth, ceremony and cocktail hour music, even adding on the extra hour! They ended up being a preferred vendor, raved about our venue and honored my finances role as a first responder.
We had a last minute DJ switch but we were provided the next best in his place and our crowd is still raving over our team, some even planning to book for their weddings in years to come. I... -

These guys are the real deal… and my husband actually was sold on them during a showcase. They were communicative and awesome. We had Jay as our MC and we did the sax and drummer… who killed it all day long for our guests. Definitely worth the extra!! They were high energy and matched our guests vibes. I can’t recommend them enough!! -

The DJ and MC from Long Island Sound were incredible! They kept people on the dance floor all night! They made the party what it was! They were able to engage all guests, even ones who don't like to dance. They my husband and I feel very comfortable especially with our first dance! They were able to play to the crowd. I would highly recommend them! People are still talking about the playlist and music 4 months later! -

Working with the Long Island sound team for our wedding was amazing! They were professional, helpful, and fun. Scott recommended Tommy as our MC and Craig as our DJ and shared their experience with us. Right before the reception started, we reviewed everything we wanted with them and they helped us get excited for a great night. Tommy stayed on top of our schedule and did a great job engaging our guests. Craig played the perfect mix of songs- the dance floor was packed all night. Everyone has told us our wedding was one of the best and most fun they’ve ever been to and Long Island sound was a huge part of that! -

Our wedding was on 7/2/22. We had Craig as our DJ and Vito as our MC. These guys were the absolute best. They were so genuinely nice and attentive, and everyone was raving about how awesome they were. The music was so great and everyone was on the dance floor. My friend is getting married this coming May and decided to hire them for her wedding! -

This was the easiest decision for my husband and I to make when planning our wedding. We were fortunate enough to see them firsthand at my cousin's wedding and were sold that night to book them for ours. The planning and working relationship with Long Isand Sound was seamless. At our wedding, people went on and on about how excellent they were and the music selection. Such an excellent experience!! -

We previously saw LI Sound at two showcases and loved them and knew we wanted to book with them . They were awesome , their energy was great . For some reason , at my wedding , their energy was a little flat , we were a little disappointed . The DJ did play all the songs that I requested ,The best thing we did was get the percussionist , he was amazing !! -

Planning a wedding during COVID has not been easy, we had 3 date changes, a shift in our planned services and still LI Sound was helpful and accommodating every step of the way! I am beyond impressed with how professional they are and how awesome they've been with dealing with everything during COVID restrictions. Since we had a small celebration we only had them do the music for our ceremony service but Scott came in and made our unique situation so special. He was such a nice guy, I can't say enough good things about him and this company. Their entertainment capabilities are great but even more importantly they are the most genuine, sweetest people to work with. -

LI Sound is incredible!! Chris was our MC and Craig was our DJ and they had the room up and dancing the entire night. From the moment we entered the room til the very last song the dance floor was packed. They are the best of the best! -

We used Long Island Sound for ceremony and reception music. We had a DJ (Scott), MC, percussionist, and photobooth. The percussionist was a huge hit!!! Not overbearing and just a blast!! I thought they played everything on our wish list wonderfully. The only reason I deducted the plus was because my husband and I both imagined the entrance song played differently then we hoped. Also, the first guest to use the photobooth had to tell the attendant that this was not “Tim and Kelly’s Wedding” as it stated on the photo. But they fixed it immediately. All in all they rocked it and any mistakes on their end were unnoticed by my guests. I would use them again! -

The music for entire ceremony and cocktail hour was exactly how we requested, no surprises! We used the Print Budii photo machine and it was a hit at our wedding! If anyone had trouble, Scott and his team were right there to help our less tech savvy guests and then they were hooked on printing photos all night long! We were fortunate to book Scott as our MC and couldn’t be happier. He is charismatic, funny, friendly…the list goes on but basically everything you could hope for in an MC and more.... -

They played EVERY SINGLE song on our request form and made sure every thing went exactly as we requested it. Even when we went to book the DJ, the salesperson we met with, Danielle, was an absolute pleasure to work with and we signed the contract right then and there. The owner Chris was really easy to deal with also and whenever we had questions we emailed him and got a timely response. Our DJ and MC the night of our event were both really awesome. We really can't thank you enough for making our wedding day the most memorable. My husband and I highly recommend this vendor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Deirdre Sent on 08/30/2016We chose LI Sound because they were recommended by our venue. I will say we were a bit overwhelmed when we first met with them at their studio. They have tons of package options and upgrades with different booths, lighting, TVs, photo booths, decor, etc. We chose a basic package with just the DJ and basic lighting and we were very pleased. Scott was our DJ/MC and he was fantastic! Our wedding was non traditional and we didn't want any cheesy wedding music/ group dance songs played. Scott played great music and had everyone dancing without having to default to the cha cha slide. We had a great time! -

Leslie Sent on 11/04/2013LOVE LI SOUND!! Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with. The value that we got from LI Sound is incredible and worth every penny! The entire staff that I've dealt with were always very friendly and professional.
When I first saw Gene sing live Frank Sinatra-type songs at a showcase, I knew I HAD to have him at my wedding! You just can't help but smile when he sings - it definitely brought a different element to the reception!
James (who was also our MC) is an incredible live performer. We love the live singer/acoustic guitar bar-vibe for our cocktail hour. As an MC, he is equally as incredible! His energy and personality definitely got... -

Boy was I happy to find out I was wrong! I dealt with Vito, and he was great! Totally willing to work with my budget, Vito gave me the best price of several DJ companies! I couldn't complain about LI Sound if I tried! They were very easy going at all times, and very eager to make sure I was a happy bride! We had Ricky as our MC, and he was a sweetheart! Everybody is still raving about our wedding! Our MC Mike did an amazing job addressing our needs and helped make our wedding perfect! Our family and friends can not stop talking about how awesome our dj was! Chris and the staff helped us plan out the perfect menu for our music! They truly captured all our hearts in making our wedding memorable! I HIGHLY recommend LI Sound if you don't choose them you are definitely making a big mistake! They are upbeat and don't play farty music they keep the party ALIVE!!!!
