We hosted a large event at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in August with over 100 attendees, and it was nothing short of amazing—largely thanks to Chelsi, our event planner. From start to finish, she was more than just a point person; she truly felt like part of our team. Her creative ideas and proactive approach made all the difference. For instance, when half of our chandeliers arrived the wrong size the day before the event, Chelsi immediately handled the issue, coordinated with the vendor, and secured replacements that turned out even better than the originals—all without us lifting a finger. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process, and I wouldn’t hesitate to host another event there because of her exceptional work.

BEST DAY BY PAR! Chelsi and the Lomas team did not disappoint. The venue was breathtaking and the staff provided 5 star quality service. The food was amazing, we had the steak, lamb, and seabass for our entrees and every entree was cooked to perfection. I did not hear ANY complaints from our guests. Our late-night snacks were a hit, we had the mini cali burritos - it was a treat for our out of towners! We loved the vendors that Chelsi recommended, esp Fabcakes and Amy with our florals!

My daughter's wedding was truly magical! Caryn worked so hard to help with any and all questions I had and made the process so incredibly easy. I didn't have to worry about one single thing during our big day because I knew everything was taken care of. The staff was attentive and seamless and allowed us to enjoy our experience. The venue was the most beautiful and my daughter felt like Cinderella. Thank you Chelsi also for everything you helped with the day of the event! If I could give you a hundred stars I would!

This venue exceeded our expectations! The food was better than most restaurants we go to. Seriously we still get comments about the food. The staff went above and beyond for us! It was an absolutely magical place to get married!

Venue was respectful for our needs especially when we needed to have outside food for persian wedding. Everything was beyond dream wedding I don’t regret a second and still look at photos every day. Thank you for the wedding of the century.

After several tours with less than amazing experiences arriving at Lomas Santa Fe was a breath of fresh air. We were met by Chelsi who handles all of the events at the venue. She was warm and friendly. We were immediately at ease. She chatted with us to get a good idea of our needs, our vision, and the logistics. She walked us through the venue giving us ideas about walk we could do that aligned with the vision of our big day. We immediately connected because my then Fiancé, now wife, and I are big foodies. We were incredibly excited when we found out that they were open to customizing the menu. Both the ceremony and the reception areas were simply gorgeous. After meeting Chelsi we visited another venue out on Coronado Island which we were initially excited for, we found ourselves comparing everything to Lomas. We actually cancelled following tours because we were almost immediately decided on Lomas. After we finalized the paperwork we began planning the wedding. Chelsi was with us every step of the way. This made it obvious that they aren't a wedding mill, they only do a certain number of weddings yearly. They are highly skilled and this limit allows them to give you tons of personal attention. When it came to the tasting my wife and I actually wrote the entire menu and the chef was incredibly open to giving it a try. And when we had 2 pages of notes after the tasting not only was he not upset he was kind and grateful for the honest feedback. As we approached the day the fact that many of the normal wedding necessities were included made things so much simpler. Especially the cake! They were with Fab Cakes and not only do they make great cake but they've won Cake Wars 3 times! You can easily judge a venue by it's partners. This is another huge point for Lomas. Everyone from the bakery to the DJ to the Rental House to the florist. They were all truly fantastic. Chelsi stayed on top of everything even when we were lagging behind. On the day she helped coordinate the ceremony which was moderately complex due to it being a traditional Jewish Wedding. Which was no problem for them! All in all it was a truly amazing experience, we would and have already recommended Lomas Santa Fe to many of our friends and family! We look forward to going back to celebrate anniversaries!!!

This venue was nothing short of perfect. The moment we stepped in, we were captivated by its elegance and charm. The picturesque surroundings and landscaping made for stunning photo opportunities. The venue staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was perfect. Chelsi was extremely detailed and made the whole planning process easy. The food was amazing, impressing all our guests. From ceremony to reception, the venue's seamless coordination made our day stress-free. It was a fairytale setting for our dream wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

Literally could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Chelsi the event manager was professional and always got back to me very quickly. Their vendors that came with the platinum package were ALL 10’s across the board and all my guests said how great the food was which is rare for wedding food! I would recommend this venue 100 times over!!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. From the first moment of our tour, we were so wowed by Chelsi, her expertise, and just how many options were available at the venue to customize the wedding exactly how we wanted it. It was different than some other venues we had toured that were a little more rigid about the packages, which was very refreshing. She was always super responsive and helpful, especially when we had dumb questions (of which there were several). We also appreciated how accommodating the venue was for guests who needed a quiet space to pump, were in a wheelchair and couldn't use stairs, etc. - everything had an easy answer. All of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with, whether it be our wedding day or menu tasting, were an absolute delight and always made sure we were not hungry or thirsty - very important! Our guests gave us many comments about how delicious the food was and how much they liked our signature cocktail. 10/10, five stars, 100%, A+!

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Lomas Santa Fe on New Years Eve…and everything was awesome! Chelsi was great from the very beginning - and was extremely patient with me through the whole process (even after changing my linen selections 3 different times haha). The staff was super friendly and they took such good care of us and our guests. Shout out to Pattie for making sure we had everything we needed the whole night! We also got so many compliments on the food…the Buffalo chicken sliders at cocktail hour were a huge hit! The whole team at Lomas made everything so easy. Trust me when I say that your wedding will be stressful enough…take my advice and book Lomas right now. You won’t regret it!

Went to see several wedding venues one day and Lomas stood out as the clear winner right away. Chelsi, the event coordinator, greeted us and first sat us down to understand what our wants/needs were for a venue. She then conducted a great venue tour and really set the scene for us. We left the venue with a packet full of details and an overwhelming sense of calmness knowing that Chelsi would be an amazing help through the whole planning process and wedding day. She was very responsive over email which was so great.

Fast forward to wedding day -- the vendors Lomas works with did an amazing job on florals and rentals, everything was set up as we hoped, the food was AMAZING (so many guests came up to make this comment to us), and the staff was so helpful for me and my husband. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in Solana Beach.

Lomas was an amazing venue!! Super responsive team and incredibly flexible. They helped so much, and provided so much great support. They were also incredibly timely with their responses and willing to changes and modify things as we went along. Their service the day and night of was incredible, the food was amazing! We absolutely loved working with the entire team at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, but Chelsi in particular truly helped create the wedding of our dreams. We had THE best day EVER at this amazing venue! Chelsi is so amazing and so wonderful at her job! We first met her at the Bridal Bazaar in May of 2021. We were looking for a venue that not only provided pretty much everything BUT someone who served brunch; and LSFCC was our spot! After asking for multiple quotes, Chelsi worked with us from beginning to end to make sure our special day was perfect! We felt welcomed at the club with every single staff member, the food was amazing, and our reception was laid out so perfectly. Words can't describe how Blessed we are to not only have found Chelsi and LSFCC BUT for our wedding to go so amazingly well!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is the most beautiful venue and has the most amazing staff! We got married on 6/18/2022 and we could not have chosen a better venue for our special day❤️. Chelsi and her team made the process smooth and easy. They were able to answer all of our questions, calm our nerves, and they were always ready to assist us with our last minute changes. We used majority of the vendors the venue recommended and they were so amazing and easy to work with! During our reception, the staff members serving us were so kind and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our guests kept telling us the food for cocktail hour and the reception were so delicious! Our special day felt so perfect and stress free. Loma Santa Fe Country Club hosted our wedding this April with about 120 guests! They were an absolute delight to work with! Chelsi is an outstanding event manager & their banquet team was incredible! We received raving reviews about the food all from appetizers, displays, to our buffet dinner! Plenty to go around and all guests were beyond happy! The wedding ceremony site was exquisite too; with a long processional for the bridal party and bride - really making your walk down the isle feel special!

I would highly recommend checking out Lomas Santa Fe Country Club for your wedding! Its 110% worth visiting and having your wedding ceremony and/or reception there!

Again - GREAT team, outstanding venue, amazing food, drinks for days, and it was the perfect special day for my husband and I!

Two weeks before our wedding date, COVID hit and we made the difficult decision to postpone. Up to that point, we had a wonderful experience planning and putting together our wedding. Our tasting had been delicious and our coordinator was super responsive. When we made the decision to postpone, the staff was extremely empathetic and worked with us to book a new date.

Two years and four postponements later, Chelsi stepped in and helped finally make our dream day come to life. Chelsi was super responsive, always patient when I had a new idea and she helped hone my vision. Day of was wonderful. The entire staff was kind, joyful and made me feel like they were cheering us on too! The food was fantastic, we could not get enough of the coconut shrimp, ahi poke tacos, or the bruschetta. Dinner was wonderful as well. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. Both were so good we actually sat long enough to enjoy!

I had initially been avoiding booking at a country club. My dream was to be married in the redwoods, my husbands dream was the beach. Enter LSFCC and you get a perfect combo of beach-town and rich wood beamed reception space. If you’re looking for your dream venue, look no further!

It was exactly what we wanted- the view of the ocean, the amazing food and desserts, flexibility on when to offer certain types of drinks, and recommended vendors for everything that were the best!! I can't begin to describe how wonderful our experience was with Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. From the beginning of planning to the end of our reception, the staff was not just knowledgeable but respectful, genuine, and accommodating. They were one step ahead and always seemed to know what we needed before we even did. The venue itself is stunning and is picture worthy at every corner. We will always remember how delicious the food was. Our guests raved about it. Five stars across the board.

Lomas Santa Fe County Club is a beautiful venue. For me personally I thought the staff was what made the venue amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was very polite, professional, and accommodating. Chelsi, the Event Sales Director, is an amazing person. The communication between us was on point. When ever we had questions we wouldn’t wait long for a response. When we didn’t understand something, she would explain with no hint of frustration. When we had a concern she would take care of it. Her guidance on everything was crazily on point. During our reception, the staff that served us were awesome, especially the staff member that took care of my wife and I, if only I could remember her name, she was super nice. The meals served was amazingly delicious. So good that even when my nerves was not allowing my stomach to eat, the second my tongue touched the braised beef, I couldn’t stop eating. So good til this day I’m still thinking about eating it. We received many compliments from family and friends about the venue as well as the food. There’s just so much more good to say that this review does not do our experience justice. The best way to understand our AWESOME experience would be to experience the quality of service for yourself. Thank you Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, Chelsi, and staff. Contract and Sales Process

When we arrived for an initial tour of the venue, we were immediately impressed with the sales process. Chelsi Duff sat us down, offered us drinks, and began to walk through a slide show of previous weddings at Lomas. Having had a family wedding here a couple years prior, we were well aware of how pretty the venue could be, especially at sunset in the summer!

Chelsi was really open to modifying aspects of their pre-built packages and went back and forth with us in emails (well over 100!). She always responded very quickly and answered every question we had.

We looked at 7 other venues in the Greater San Diego area and Chelsi was by far the most impressive venue director. Additionally, Lomas’ deposit schedule was much more reasonable than other venues we considered – some venues required half of the total cost of the wedding in cash upfront! We were really thankful that Lomas gave us more time to pay. Lomas’ package prices overall offered great value too compared to other venues in the area.

The Space

Lomas gave us a collection of distinct spaces to help guests enjoy the evening. For instance, we had a cocktail party outside on the porch during sunset (beautiful!) and my cousins were able to line up on a pathway to get our classic family portrait. We were able to utilize the fire pit area which was great for older guests who preferred sitting during the cocktail hour. Inside, there was of course space for a dance floor, but also (1) an area for the band (2) a space for a photo booth (3) a cake display (4) a fireplace for memory photos of loved ones (5) an ice cream bar (6) a gifts table (7) areas for privately getting ready (i.e. adjusting the bride’s bustle) (8) a kids room (more on that below). Of course there was also the grand exit pathway (and we could use sparklers!). We were also given access to a golf cart to escape to the beautiful golf course for some sunset pictures!

COVID

Chelsi was especially understanding of our concerns around hosting an event during Covid, always keeping us in the loop on the latest public health guidance with respect to venues and weddings. We were able to have our wedding reception there on the day we had initially planned the whole time, but we’re sure that if restrictions were to arise, Lomas would have been flexible. We were concerned that recent staffing shortages in the restaurant industry would have affected the quality of service (and since weddings had been put on pause for a while!) but everything went SO SMOOTHLY!

Food / Bar

We really enjoyed our tasting and the food at the wedding!! Lomas had so many options for appetizers and displays. We also really liked that we could give our guests the choice of an entree during a plated dinner. Surprisingly, we preferred the chicken plate to the steak option! The bar package was also well-priced and we liked that the package included wine service with dinner – which the servers diligently provided throughout dinner. Lomas also worked with us to have signature cocktails, which was a great added touch.

Children

We knew there would be a lot of children at our wedding and Lomas was accommodating of that – we discussed options and ended up having some of the younger children hang out with babysitters we hired in the card room. We were able to set up a projector there, provided by Lomas, and brought in some toys / goodie bags for the kids. This was a game changer for us because we really wanted parents to not have to worry about their children at the event and so it was so great that Lomas was able to accommodate a kids’ room!

Overall value

We can’t emphasize enough that for the combination of location, service quality, flexibility, and space, Lomas offers far and beyond more value than literally every other venue we considered! (8 total) Thank you Chelsi + team, you helped make our big day unforgettable

Lomas was the perfect venue for our September wedding. The views and having everything at one venue made everything so easy. We can also not say enough good things about Chelsi and her team. She is truly amazing. She is responsive and makes planning so simple. Even with all the ups and downs with COVID she was communicative, supportive and had a great attitude--it was so reassuring. Plus, the value and flexibility the venue provides is unmatched. It really allowed us to create the wedding of our dreams. We wish we could do it all over again and would pick Lomas Santa Fe Country Club every time.

Chelsi at Lomas was simply amazing throughout the entire process, from start to finish! Not only was she always available for questions, she gave great advice when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She is so knowledgeable, and she gives great advice. All of her recommendations were spot on! Lomas is the perfect place for your special day, the food was amazing, our guests are still talking about how great everything was (we had stations...highly recommend that). Mike was phenomenal at the bar, and kept all of our guests happy...but not too happy :) If you're considering Lomas Santa Fe CC for your special day, I can't recommend them, and their amazing staff, highly enough!

Lomas Santa Fe CC was such an amazing venue! When my husband and I were first looking at wedding venues, we checked out an empty warehouse that would be a complete DIY wedding and we thought that's the route we would go. Once we met with Chelsi (amazing event manager) she showed us how easy the whole planning process was going to be and it was a no brainer! As a Bride that isn't very detail oriented, they made the whole experience so easy for us. I hate having to do research on vendors and they already included the bakery and florist which made it so much easier, we even went with the photographer they recommended. Even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, Lomas SF was so prepared and I believe we were their third wedding once everything opened back up and we had no hiccups. They even had a great full refund policy if there had been another shutdown...luckily we didn't have to go that route!
The day itself was so perfect, the staff and food was amazing. The decorations looked great, which were all included with our package. For food, we did the small plates which our guests thought was so fun! We had a southern comfort station, slider station, and chinese take out station. Definitely a more unique experience, that some of my friends did talk about. All our guests raved about the beautiful venue and their experience. Overall, it was such a perfect day and there isn't anything I would change!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Chelsi and her team at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. She gracefully guided us through changing our wedding date and planning and executing our dream wedding. Chelsi was extremely responsive, thorough, efficient and so much fun to work with. I honestly miss her now that our wedding is over!! We got married on June 5, 2021 and you would NEVER KNOW it was their first wedding back after COVID. From the getting ready room with coffee, mimosas and perfect lighting for the makeup artist to the gorgeous views, extremely kind staff and fantastic vendor recommendations, we had the absolute time of our lives and HIGHLY recommend Lomas Santa Fe. It is a classy country club vibe but not stuffy or snooty, just PERFECT. THANK YOU CHELSI AND LOMAS, we wish we could go back and do our wedding over and over again!

Our reception at Lomas was perfect. My deepest gratitude goes to Chelsi for helping us through the process since day one. In addition to setting us up for success for our big day, Chelsi also worked with my family to accommodate very specific requests throughout the process - which I know must not have been easy at all - but she made it look easy and accommodated everything for us, spending extra time & effort to give us the best reception possible. We had a wonderful wedding day at Lomas Santa Fe.
We were firstly attracted by its beautiful scenery and relaxing/classic interior design, and decided to host our wedding here without concern.
The process to work with event team was smooth. They were very responsive to our questions and they provided good guidance along the process.
On the wedding day, the team was pretty organized, they were able to finish setup on time and they were also helpful for any improvised request we had.

We got married at Lomas Santa Fe this past weekend and the only downside is that it's over! Our wedding day was a dream. From the moment we walked in to tour the venue, we were treated like family. The GM, Ted, took time to walk us around the beautiful property and we were sold on the gorgeous ceremony space with the staircase entrance and view to the ocean, and the reception room with the surrounding windows and beautiful wooden beams. It was the perfect combination of beauty and coziness. Throughout the planning process, Chelsi was a GEM. She was organized and thoughtful and she clearly knows weddings and knows her space at Lomas. She did everything to make the day what we envisioned and provided expert advice when we wanted some more guidance. All of the Lomas staff that we interacted with - from event staff to bartenders to the pro shop - were professional, friendly, and made us feel like we were their top priority. We also worked with the outside vendors that they recommended and they were all top-notch. Overall - have your wedding at Lomas. You will love it, your guests will love it, and it will be beautiful and special and FUN and you won't regret it!

We had our wedding at Lomas Fe Country Club, it's so beautiful with golf course in your background, staff are so helpful especially Chelsi the events manager, she was giving us so many help we didn't even expect and stood by our side on the wedding day to make sure everything is alright despite of she is not the wedding coordinator, the general manager is such a loving father, we felt like we are surrounded by our family in this place, food was amazing and prices are very reasonable.

My Husband and I got married at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club 3 weeks ago and we cannot say enough GREAT things about this day. it was a complete fairytale for the both of us. The ceremony and reception were BEYOND beautiful with an amazing ocean view. The staff went above and beyond for us! we absolutely could not have asked for a better day. We are so grateful to have had the wedding of our dreams here and we would chose LSFCC over and over again if we had to!

My daughter had her wedding in September. The food was excellent, the service was great and most importantly prior to the wedding, their responses to my Many questions were within minutes. That's is what great service is all about!!!

Finding the venue was the most stressful and difficult part of planning our wedding but as soon as we entered this venue, Chelsea and the team gave us peace of mind. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the vision of our dream wedding a reality. Every staff member was professional, kind, and prompt. I had planned on having a wedding at a local park. I had thought of using a venue, but thought the price would be too much and that I wanted to spend my money on things other than my wedding. But then my soon-to-be mother-in-law persuaded me to at least go and see Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. I met Chelsi, one of their event coordinators, and she showed me and my fiance around the property. I soon fell in love with the view, the location, the building, and (honestly) the fact that LSFCC would do 80% of the wedding planning for me.
After being shown the property and falling in love, I braced myself for the impending scary price that would be required to have such a beautiful location for my wedding. And much to my surprise, the price I was given was significantly less than I had anticipated it to be. In my humble opinion, for everything that is included in the LSFCC wedding package, you get one heck of a sweet deal.
After meeting with Chelsi, I knew I would be having my wedding at the country club. I was hooked. From then on, Chelsi was incredibly helpful to me and assisted me in getting all of the package details figured out. Chelsi answered all of my questions and was happy to edit and change the package details with me many times. LSFCC has a list of recommended vendors whom they have worked with in the past and enjoyed. The vendors they list are all incredibly professional and many have special deals worked out for couples who are referred by LSFCC. The special deals are in part because LSFCC does so much of the wedding planning for you that it significantly reduces the stress on both you and your wedding coordinator.
My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous, which was a relief since the two weekends before the wedding had been rainy. But even rain would not have been too much of an issue as LSFCC has a whole contingency plan in place if the weather does not cooperate for your special day. That being said, my wedding day was fantastic and the staff at LSFCC all worked to make sure I had no issues the whole day.
The staff has an amazing food selection for you to chose for your reception and the space they use will seat up to 250 people. The building is designed with windows that give your guests a constant view down the hill and out and over the Pacific Ocean. The most common comment I heard from people at my wedding was how beautiful the venue was; and I could not agree more.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was the only venue my husband and I visited. It had everything that we wanted in a venue: beautiful views, ceremony & reception in one place, indoor/outdoor options for our guests during the reception, close hotels with shuttle options (no drinking & driving), ability for guests to leave cars overnight, food and drink included, beautiful rooms for wedding parties to get ready, beautiful scenery for pictures, and they handle setup and tear down.
The staff at Lomas is extremely knowledgable and helpful to give you all the ideas you need to help create a beautiful personalized wedding. Chelsi was wonderful to work with for everything pre-wedding and planning related, and Jordyn was so accommodating to work with for all the final details and post-wedding.
Lomas has so much included in what you pay for - food, drink, dessert (SweetCheeks), ceremony and reception setup and tear down, and all furniture.
The day of the wedding could not have gone better and the staff truly helped make it what it was. According to our guests, the food was the best wedding food they had ever had. The bartenders and servers during the night were also a hit and engaged with our guests perfectly and ensured we had fun.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was a wonderful venue to get married at! I initially wasn't sure about doing the traditional wedding at a country club, but now I can't imagine getting married anywhere else!

All of our guests loved the service and food. Our appetizers, entrees, and late night snack (mini-California burritos) were all excellent and we received many compliments from our guests. All our guests had a great time at our wedding. Lomas has an excellent team that took care of us and our guests during our wedding day!

In addition, they have an excellent vendor team for floral, linens, and dessert. I highly recommend using these vendors included in the package--you'll be hard pressed to find a better team!

We could not be happier with our experience with Lomas. Chelsi made the planning so simple by having all the details ready for our meetings and keeping us in the loop throughout the planning process. When I was looking at wedding venues, I was hesitant to consider a country club. The idea of getting married on a golf course just seemed too stuffy for what I’d envisioned for the big day. I was simply proven wrong when I first stepped up to the clubhouse. We were greeted by Chelsi who we (my fiancé, planner and I) worked with throughout the planning process. Chelsi was easy to talk to and informative about all the vendors the venue worked with. She also clearly explained the packages and package prices, which was helpful when making comparisons for our budget.

The vendors we worked with had terrific options and were all extremely professional. Every representative from the vendors we spoke and met with were friendly and gave us the necessary information we required to make decisions.

The day of our wedding everything went seamless... as far as I know. If there were any issues or logistical problems, I never knew of them which is the best way to handle a bride on her wedding day. They kept my day as stress free as it could possibly be.

The grounds of Lomas Santa Fe Country Club are gorgeous. The outside of the clubhouse appears to have a Spanish influence. Our ceremony was on the green and the reception was in the clubhouse. We were married in November and the weather was perfect on the green. The guests (we ended up with 93) had a view of the sunset during cocktail hour on the covered patio connected to the clubhouse. The green turned into a beautiful photo opportunity following the ceremony with the sunset and some scattered trees on the grounds. The inside of the clubhouse is more of a ranch style design with a gorgeous fireplace and iron light fixtures. The lobby area is nicely designed with modern velvet seating. Overall the design leaves plenty of room for someone’s imagination to run wild if they want to go crazy with wedding decor, but is still very nice if they want to keep things minimal.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club captures the style and beauty of a true Southern California country club. From the moment we walked in, the tradition and elegance of the club were warming and provided that timeless theme for our wedding. We were thrilled to work with the Catering managers from the beginning of our wedding planning journey to the day of our wedding. Their professionalism, organization of details, and recommendations truly helped our process be as smooth as possible. The staff took great care of us and our guests the day of the event and anticipated all of our needs throughout the evening. The outdoor ceremony held gorgeous views, encompassing the view of Solana Beach along with the greens and landscape of the golf course. Our guests were treated to a lovely cocktail hour and reception with an array of menu options - and we still receive compliments regarding how delicious and satisfying the food was at our event! All of the preferred vendors exceeded our expectations. These vendors took any worry or concern we could have about the day of our wedding; they truly took care of every detail.

This venue is seriously a dream come true! From the minute we walked in, the staff was so friendly and open, making us feel right at home. Chelsi is absolutely amazing to work with. She really does love what she does and is always willing to take the time to listen, take your call and very timely on email communication. She makes sure that everything is communicated and is understood from the context Of the contract to the end of the wedding day. The chefs really love what they do and the tasting was seriously the best (so come hungry)! I honestly wish that was a menu there cause I'd eat there every weekend! I am trying to replicate the food! :). The servers are so sweet and loving and really want to help as well with whatever you need. This is a venue that takes pride is giving you the perfect wedding and expierience until the end. I was a bit stressed my wedding day, and Chelsi made sure to calm those nerves for me, come in and help me through it and then make me laugh right before I walked down. This place became family and I think it's all around worth it! The florists that comes with our package, the donut place and people we worked with all are family there and simply amazing people! I am actually sad that my wedding is over because I loved going over things with everyone and just having heart to hearts with Chelsi, as your not just a client but a friend she genuinely cares about. This is an amazing place... hopefully this will be where my baby shower is held!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had our reception here and couldn’t have been happier! It’s a beautiful venue with a beamed ceiling, and gorgeous views of the golf course and ocean in the background. The food was delicious and our guests were extremely impressed with everything. We had a Saturday luncheon with no alcohol which made it surprisingly affordable. Our Coordinators at the venue, Chelsi and Krissi, are very experienced and professional and made sure everything was done perfectly! The staff at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club were incredibly courteous and accommodating. My cousin planned my baby shower. Once she arrived she needed some assistance putting up one of the decorations. The men and women that worked there quickly assisted and provided extra materials that were needed and helped assemble the decorations. I never felt rushed. There were so many people asking if I could use anything else. As for the food, it was incredible. I am a vegan. My entire family doesn't have any dietary restrictions. They accommodated me by creating multiple vegan dishes that even my non-vegan relatives enjoyed. My family loved looking out at the golf course and seeing the beautiful ocean view. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone that is holding a baby shower or any other event for that matter.

We had the most amazing wedding at Lomas Santa Fe CC on 9/30/17. 133 people and the day was glorious. We worked with Chelsi Duff from the moment of seeing what they had to offer to the day of the wedding, she was instrumental. The entire process from beginning to end was organized. The venue is just beautiful and all the little details came together wonderfully. We appreciated the package including the flowers and cake to make an even more simplified but amazing planning session. We highly recommend this venue. The food was excellent (Sea Bass, NY Steak). Even the vendors we worked with (Half Full Photography, The Groove DJ, Evermore Floral, Zina- Makeup & Hair, worked so smoothly with Chelsi. We got tons of compliments on the gorgeous day and how classy the wedding was. We had a PERFECT day and memories that are priceless!!

We got married at LSFCC in September of 2017. Chelsi and the staff at LSFCC were wonderful to work with. Chelsi worked with us to understand all of our options and was very helpful in explaining how each of the different arrangements worked. One of the big reasons we chose LSFCC is that we wanted to do a brunch wedding and they clearly were experienced at doing brunch weddings, specifically. That ended up being a great decision and we got lots of compliments on the food! Overall, we could not have been happier with our wedding day!

I spent months searching for the perfect venue and the moment I saw Lomas Santa Fe Country Club and met Chelsi, I knew that this was the absolute perfect place to have my reception. From the very first moment of our meeting, she made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I enjoyed planning my reception with her and she made sure that all of my wishes came true when it came to my wedding day. We had multiple meetings to ensure the layout and design was exactly what I wanted, and she made sure I knew she was always available if I had extra questions. One of the best surprises was that she and my coordinator worked together to put up an extra prop in the back patio for me. I had planned to make something, but got too caught up, and to my surprise they put something there for me! It was the cherry on top to my beautiful experience. The service was wonderful, all of the food was outstanding, there are BEAUTIFUL photo opportunities, and all of the vendors that LSFCC works with are incredible. It was the perfect day, thanks to them! I highly suggest going to them for your special day!! :)

I co-hosted a baby shower brunch at this venue and it was perfect! Chelsi Duff, the events coordinator, was very responsive (our only communication was via email) and helpful. She created a beautiful menu and helped select linens and decor that matched our theme. On the day of the event, the staff was attentive and the food was delicious. We could not have had a better experience!

A huge thank you to Chelsi our Event Manager and Shawn our Banquet Captain for a great event and dealing with our last minute requests. Lomas is a dream venue location. From the stunning wooden architecture of the dining room to the rolling grassy hills of the golf course that overlook Solana beach, this place will make your wedding come together like you didn't think possible. From day one, Chelsi and Krissi assisted me with narrowing down my options and really helped me achieve the wedding I wanted. Chelsi worked tirelessly behind the scenes and was always fairly easy to reach and quick to respond. Krissi was very helpful in assuring me that Chelsi would do everything in her power to make sure the day went smoothly and was always there to offer insight and reassurance (even right before I walked down the isle). The tasting and your were amazing and they recommend truly the BEST vendors. This place has weddings dialed in and they worked and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I (and our guests, duh!) were smiling from ear to ear. Price wise, it's really up to you essentially how much or how little you want to spend. I would truly recommend at least stopping in here to tour and speak with them as they have the best experience around town. Thanks again girls! You rock!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club did an amazing job for my daughter's wedding. We had about 242 people and everyone loved the food, the drinks were good (and not crazy expensive), and there was plenty of space to spread out. The venue is beautiful and the vendors they recommended did a wonderful job with all the details. Chelsea, our wedding host from LSFCC, was super responsive leading up to the wedding, and especially the week before. I highly recommend LSFCC as your wedding and reception venue for the most important day of your life! You won't be disappointed.

A fairytale wedding at the tucked away charming Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach, they made the magic with ease and warmth thanks to Chelsi (event director) and Laura (Serendipity Wedding Planner). We were able to have the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the golf course and the ocean on the horizon. This was followed with a cocktail hour with live music. The doors opened to the casually rustic elegant theme pulled off with one of the best meals I have EVER tasted with 176 guests. It was so nice not to have the burden of worrying about tiny details (e.g. where does the cake go when it gets dropped off? Where will the florist put things?) because Chelsi already knew what to do.

We had a beautiful wedding and reception on Sept 3, 2016! Everything was perfect- the venue, the food, the service. They were very accommodating in helping us figure out whatever we wanted to do! There was plenty of time to put up decorations, we never felt rushes, the wait staff were gracious and incredible- even personally standing by our sunset photography session with water and drinks. Our guests are still talking about what a classy and wonderful location this was. It was wonderful!

We had our dream wedding at Lomas Santa Fe. It was such a great experience working with Chelsi and the team and when we walked into the venue for the first time, we knew it was the place we had to get married. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful and the ballroom has an open feel to it which was exactly what we were going for. Our wedding was May 7th. I found the entire team at Lomas Santa Fe CC very accommodating. Prior to the big day we had to go to the site because I wanted to "test run' some decor items. This included hanging paper lanterns from the chandelier and placing a swag of organza on each beam. They set up a time and we installed the decor by ourselves. The gentlemen putting things away, from another party, offered to help. We also needed to have some dance lessons and they fit us in and set up the dance floor for us. They ceremony and food were excellent. We went with the most expensive package where the flowers, cake, upgraded chairs, tablecloths etc were included. Everyone provided extrodinary service from the waiters for our tasting dinner to the bartenders during the reception. I did upgrade the flowers as I wanted tall flashy drama place settings. The ones included are a bit small, however my upgraded flowers would have been much more expensive had I not had the "flower credit" to apply. Everything was perfect.

I would highly recommend LSFCC for a wedding venue. First of all I think the location is very lovely, especially the area on the green where you have the ceremony, if you decide to get married at the site. Chelsi, the sales manager was great. The venue included the florist and the dessert company - both of which were a pleasure to work with. I found it easy to plan a wedding here - we just had to hire a photographer, a band and the officiant of our choice. Our guests raved about the food which we were very happy about. They were very accommodating and we were very pleased with our wedding day.

My wife and I were married at Lomas on 2/6/16, Saturday, at 4PM and we could not be happier with our decision to choose this amazing venue for our special day. I will start with a review of the venue and then work my way down to the food and the people. The course is amazing and the location the set up for the ceremony is perfect with a spectacular view of the 10th hole and the ocean behind you. At 4pm the sun was beginning to go down over the water and it made for a truly amazing view and pictures of the ceremony. They shutdown that side of the course and the practice area so we had it all to ourselves and our guests. After the ceremony had ended we went upstairs into their hall for the reception. It also has that spectacular view overlooking the golf course and the ocean sunset and can be tweaked to be either much larger or smaller depending on the size of the reception. Now to my personal favorite part. The food. The name of the chef is escaping me and it's a travesty because this guy deserves all the credit in the world. Everything was phenomenal. We had the Sliders, Tacos, Mashtini, and Truffle mac and cheese. I could go on for pages describing how amazing each one is but I'll stick to this... That was some of the best food I have eaten in my entire life anywhere, and that mac and cheese might have been the very best thing I have EVER eaten in my life. Lastly and this is perhaps the most truly important part of what made our day so special was the people. The Event coordinator Chelsi Duff and the Regional Director of Sales Krissi Trevino were so amazing and went so far above and beyond I don't know what we would have done without them. Together they helped us out through the process and took so much stress off of our backs so were able to fully enjoy the experience. You could tell that these were two people that genuinely cared about us, their job, and making this day as special and as painless as possible for us. I can't thank them all enough.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club hosted my non-profit's annual fundraiser for the second year in a row. Despite our attendee list being in a constant state of flux, the club did an amazing job in organizing, hosting, and supporting our event. Many of our event attendees commented on how friendly the staff was, and how beautiful the room, and grounds were.

This was our second annual Christmas Party. There were 45 attendees each and every one of which were totally impressed with the service, venue and the meal. We look forward to our association continuing in the future.

From start to finish, Chelsi Duff and the rest of the staff at the LSFCC were OUTSTANDING! Chelsi was amazing to work with and made all of the planning fun. The food was fabulous... all of our guests are still talking about the dinner. The staff was professional and made the entire evening run smoothly. We loved Lomas Santa Fe Country Club and couldn't have chosen a better venue! We knew it was "the one" when we walked in and met Krissi. She was so welcoming and genuine, and unlike the pushy sales directors at the venues nearby. We loved the classic country club feel, but that there was an ocean view. The grounds were beautiful and they just recently remodeled. There is so much space to work with, and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in different spaces worked so perfectly. The food was great, and we were able to use their package to meet our needs with much less work than a traditional, do it all yourself venue. We LOVED working with the Flower Shop Encinitas and Sweet Cheeks Bakery, who LSFCC is paired with. We did not use their recommendations for DJ or Photographers, as they were more old-school and not our style but we appreciated the guidance. We felt so welcome, and comfortable throughout the process, and felt like our day mattered to the staff! It was AMAZING!

Lomas Santa Fe was the absolutely best venue for our wedding reception. After looking at many venues and packages, this was the perfect choice. Working with Chelsi and Krissi was beyond amazing as they were so professional and personable and really respected what we wanted in our wedding reception. We went with the gold package with a few upgrades here and there, it was very affordable and the guests raved about the venue all night. The vendors (Dj, flowers, cake) that they recommend within the packages were beyond great too. We had such a wonderful experience with LSFCC and highly recommend it.

Lomas Santa Fe reached our expectations above and beyond. This country club did the kindest thing and donated there venue to my now husband and I on our wedding day. I was undergoing chemo and radiation, when I was granted a beautiful wedding from wish upon a wedding. Lomas Santa Fe volunteered their venue in order to help grant our fairy tail wedding. It was more than what we had ever expected! We got married on the first day of spring, which was March 20th 2015, and the weather was perfect!! From the beautiful green grass, gorgeous waterfall, spectacular view and delicious food! This place is a 5 star venue! I would recommend it to anyone. The area of course is very nice, and the venue itself just had a renovation in the beginning of March. My husband and I were the first to have our wedding in the new place. The staff, all are so pleasant and made our day run smoothly as possible. Lomas Santa Fe really takes pride in the cleanliness and and customer service at there venue!

We had such an amazing day (after rolling with the punches). It rained (the one day of the year that it rains in San Diego), but the Club jumped right to in the 13th hour, moved it inside, and still managed to pull off a dream wedding. It turned out even better than what I had planned outdoors with good weather. My guests have all raved to me about how beautiful and intimate the ceremony was. This would not have happened without the wonderful team of people from Lomas. They went to extra lengths to make sure that I was happy and to make it how I wanted. Krissi and Chelsi...You ladies are so lovely, and I truly appreciate everything!

I recently had my wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club and it was beautiful. I looked at A TON of venues and this one was one of the last. It just felt right. The venue speaks for itself (just had a remodel!) -- what I was most impressed with was the support from the event director and coordinator, Krissi and Chelsi. I felt at ease the instant I started talking with Krissi, she's a total pro. Both Krissi and Chelsi went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, they honestly made me feel like I was their only client, although I know they have a ton of others!

A huge part of wedding planning is connecting with people, and Krissi and Chelsi completely took control of what they needed to, stepping in with suggestions and advise when needed. They are timely, super personable and fun to work with. I felt very supported throughout the entire process and was continually thankful to have them on my team.

The club and ceremony site is beautiful, its elegant without being ritzy, and it made the backdrop of the most beautiful day of my life all the more beautiful. Its a wonderful mix of elegance and modern rustic style. I really wanted a winery wedding but didn't want to go as far as Temecula. This is the cozy winery look/feel, minus the vineyard, add golf green and ocean view!

I guarantee you'll love Krissi and Chelsi and they will help make your wedding the best day of your life, they are total gems!

We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our special day. Both Krissi and Chelsi were phenomal to work with, extremely responsive, and very flexible. The service staff at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club (LSFCC) was not only tremendously helpful, but very friendly and supportive throughout both the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the ceremony. The LSFCC has very reasonable and competitive packages. With this being a destination wedding for the two of us, we relied highly on the recommendations of Krissi and Chelsi....all of which, were phenomenal!! Overall, we had an amazing, worry free day, which would not have been possible without the wonderful hospitality and coordination of LSFCC.

Many thanks to Loma Santa Fe Country Club and Staff for making our Scripps Volunteer holiday lunch a success. I would especially like to thank your Private Event Coordinator Chelsi Duff for her guidance and expertise during the planing stages and the day of the event. She definitely made sure we were well taken care of and truly made it a lovely day.

We are a charity group of retired flight attendants. Once a year we hold a luncheon at your club. Chelsi Duff is an absolute delight to work with. She is extremely patient and makes professional suggestions. If we needed anything, she was there for us! We wish we could hold every event at your club! We have nothing but the highest praise for Chelsi.
Also, I got many compliments on the food this year. I had the salmon and it was excellent. Others who had the sirloin or the pasta said the same. Not one cranky comment about the food from 80 people. That is a miracle in itself! Thank you for consistently outstanding service from both Chelsi and the caterer!

We recently had our wedding here and could not have been happier. From the very first tour of the place with Chelsi we were sold. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The day of, everything went off without a hitch and Chelsi and Krissi were there to make sure the ceremony ran smoothly. Our guests all loved the venue location and raved that it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We only wish our wedding could have lasted longer...it was such a perfect day at a perfect venue. I would definitely recommend this venue to anybody who wants an unforgettable wedding with great customer service.

We had a wonderful event (baby shower) at Lomas County Club. From the time we first met with Krissi and Chelsi to the close of our event with Sean, it was seamless! They made our event special and tailored to what we envisioned, and they did it with ease and professionalism. The environment and food was outstanding as was the service! We had a blast and could not have been happier at the end of the day!

The Vendors that they work with (Sweet Cheeks Baking Company and The Flower Shop of Encinitas & Concepts Design) were fabulous! All of the food for hors' d'oeuvres and dinner were made in house and everything was delicious. We are hearing rave reviews from all of our friends and family. Choosing the stations options was perfect for us.

In all the years I've put together golf tournaments, I have never enjoyed working with a course more than Lomas Sante Fe Country Club. When it was appropriate for them to be professional , they were. When it was appropriate for them to go along with my immaturity, humor & antics, they did. We’ve held our golf tournament at LSFCC the last couple of years & without a doubt, I believe them to be the two most successful. This is largely in part to a different approach we took to formatting & structuring the tournament, as well as the course’s willingness to stay open-minded & work with our specific & unique request.

They are an outstanding group to work with, from their event director (Krissi) to the Club Pro (Sheldon). Their entire staff was very professional & I would recommend them without hesitation, for future events.

If you ever want that Fairytale wedding go to Lomas Santa Fe Country Club and ask for Events. Krissi and Chelsi gave my son and daughter in law a wedding that will never ever be forgotten.

Both girls have a positve can do anything for you with a smile and amazing attitude. They made us a high priority and gave us their full attention. Family and friends are still talking about how beautiful the room, food and grounds were.

Our family and friends had an amazing time at our wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club!! The venue is really nice for a large wedding, we had 195 guests and it was very comfortable. I like that there are specific spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. There are a lot of different décor options you can do at this venue. The staff was great to work with and very responsive. I would recommend this venue and am so happy that we chose Lomas for our wedding. They will also connect with great vendors, florist, baker, etc.
