Not disappointed!

I live in Europe, and this is the second time I get to order with barproducts as it is complicated to find a place to get personalised bar products here. I'm delighted. A massive thanks to Megan G. for helping me out with my order

Easy and Professional

I created personalized shot glasses online. The price was great, and the customization process was easy. I was able to live chat with Jason regarding a checkout issue and he went above and beyond to assist me. Not once did I feel rushed and greatly appreciated the great customer service. Will definitely recommend for both value and service!

Excellent Product - Even Better Service

I ordered cocktail glasses as a gift. Having never ordered this type of thing before, I had a couple questions when uploading the image. I worked with Megan Grindle and she was fantastic. It was nice to have a person who I could have 1:1 contact with to assure me that my product was going to come out the way I wanted it. The glassware was even better than I expected and the gift recipient was thrilled! I'll be back for more! Thank you!

I ordered the mason jar shot glasses and am very satisfied with them. I ordered in what seemed to be last minute, but they got it to me quickly. The shot glasses look perfect and they did an amazing job wrapping my shipment to ensure the glass arrived safely. The website ordering was simple and the chat assistant even provided the promo code for the month. They offered this product at a more affordable price than any other company. I would definitely order again.

The staff at LogoBarProducts was great to work with. Meghan gave suggestions as to color, and she was spot on. The silver printing is a lovely light silver and looks like etching. It is definitely worth the 10.00 for the proof, and they were extremely helpful with a detail on the font. We ordered the 2oz tall shooters and they look like much more expensive glassware than we paid for. Item was very well packed and received more quickly than expected. I just recommended them to a friend who is planning a wedding next year.

Online tools to create your own imprint on whatever you choose from their large assortment of items. Once ordered, the product was completed and shipped in quick fashion.

We ordered 150 custom 1.5oz shot glasses for our wedding favors, and they turned out absolutely perfect! Bonus, LogoBarProducts offers their product for more than half of the competitors' pricing. Love them, and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered personalized shot glasses for our engagement party. Kara from logo bar products was amazing in assisting me with a great picture for our shot glass. The original picture I uploaded was fuzzy, so Kara helped me create the perfect shot glass for our party. Kara was so prompt in responding to my emails I felt as if I was the only customer. It's company is very professional and affordable. If you are looking for party favors for any occasion I say go through logo bar products.

Our wedding was in September so we ordered our favors in July to give ample time for delivery. We ordered 200 customized shot glasses/votive candle holders. The order was delivered with plenty of time for the wedding, and nothing broke in the delivery process. The artwork was beautiful, and the even sent us a draft of the artwork before production began. We will order from them again if the occasion should come up.

GREAT bang for your buck! I was looking for a favor that didn't require any manual labor (putting candies in containers, putting pieces together, etc), and thought shot glasses would be a good idea. I was disappointed in prices of personalized shot glasses on other websites, then I found this one! I thought it was too good to be true and honestly was a bit nervous that I wasn't even going to receive the products at roughly $.60 each... but they came in and were perfect!

I had never heard of this company before, but found them on Google when we were about to give up on ordering custom pint glasses for our wedding, because every other site we'd tried had insane shipping costs. I tried this one last site and was completely floored at how easy the designer on their site was to use, and especially at the quality of their customer service. I gave them a call right before submitting our order, juuust to be sure it was a legit company, and to try to order a sample of our custom order before buying 144 of them. Nina answered and she was the most helpful and polite customer service rep I think I have ever dealt with in my life. I haven't even seen the final product yet, but considering the other reviews on this site, and how above-and-beyond Nina went to make sure I was 100% satisfied, I feel confident the glasses we ordered are going to be great! Added bonus, shipping for the entire order was a whopping $60 -- when other sites were trying to charge double, or even quadruple that amount. Yay!

I waited until the last minute to place my order for favors for my son's rehearsal dinner. I called with concerns and questions which were answered by a competent person! I ordered personalized shot glasses from their website and they turned out great overall. Some did arrive chipped/broken and a small number had printing flaws, but I ordered more than I needed based on their suggestion and it was plenty. The prices were unbeatable and when there was a question about my order, I received a call from them right away.

I am in love with our favors. The team at logo bar products were able to take the monogram logo designed by my husband and place it on tall shot glasses that we then filled with lindt chocolates and placed the glass inside a black sheer organza bag. It was breathtaking and it made our event personal (we collect shot glasses). They suggested a metallic silver matte ink instead of black which made it even more regal and we bought a case (144). The extras came in handy for those who couldn't be with us and wanted a memento as well as for all of our vendors. I would do any future favors with them. They do more than just shot glasses.

We ordered our shot glasses from here for the ability to design our own logo instead of choosing from standard icons and fonts like most places. We submitted our own artwork for our tall shot glasses. They came out perfect and the price was excellent. We ordered in plenty of time to accomodate production and shipping and were very pleased with the product.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the shot glasses that we ordered. We ordered custom shot glasses in the light blue color with our clan crest on them. The shot glasses all arrived beautifully and intact. Quality is great. We used a round design, and it looked perfect, not distorted at all as a previous review had mentioned. We'll definitely be ordering from them again, as we'd like to fill out our home bar with some more clan crest items, and the value was great. Highly recommended.

Cheap Garbage

If you are looking for quality, do not use this company. I ordered custom cocktail shakers and they are the cheapest garbage product Iv'e ever seen. They technically are "Stainless Steel" but are the thickness of a US penny and flex like plastic. I guess if you are going to give them away as throw away presents to guests at a wedding, that would be the the best function for the products they make.

Buyers beware

I was thoroughly displeased with my order that I placed with logobarproducts.com. I customized several items that turned out being discontinued although they were present on the website for design and ordering.

I was given a “credit” several days after the order was placed stating that my order was statused as “closed”. I had to call to find out that the items were discontinued, the email explained nothing. Why are there items on the website if they’re not able to be fulfilled?

Proceed with caution on what you order, it may or may not be available for actual purchase.

I ordered shot glasses from LogoBarProducts for an event almost 3 weeks in advance, but they did not arrive in time for the event. UPS made an error in shipping, but I don't understand why it took so long fot he company to produce the very simple order. I had to show up to the event empty handed and was very bummed. I'm very dissappointed in LogoBarProducts and will not order from them again.

Ordered the "bling" bar key. The photo makes it out to be glitter. It is not glitter at all and is not bling and is misleading! The photos make it out to be sparkling and it is literally plain and boring like every other bar key. The printing of your name on it is terrible quality and a bit blurry. I emailed them about it and it seems they are just the middle man - it's not their products. They refused to refund and basically said it's bad luck. I wouldn't use this company if you want quality. There are heaps of fake reviews for this company up so don't trust what you read like I did. Very disappointing customer service and quality.

The product and customization quality are terrible! I ordered customized badge reels for my company where the reels are very stiff and poorly made while the customization entails a sticker sealed onto the reel. They do not offer any type of return or exchange for already customized products, but since they're a customization company that must mean everything? They also do not allow for the purchase of non-bulk items so there is no way to sample a product before ordering at least 50 of them.

This was a terrible experience. I was told I would get my products in 5-7 days. It took close to 3 weeks. If it was one more day late I would have lost my contract and be stuck with 230$ worth of bottle openers I dont need. When I got my shipment they left out 8$ worth of materials and I have yet to hear a reply from them. The whole experience was awful and I will be shocked if I ever use them again.

We ordered an entire gross of 3 oz rocks glasses with a custom logo printed on them. The logo we supplied was round. What we received were oval prints, many of them also scratched, smeared or bubbles in the prints. We wanted to return them for reprint and they have absolutely refused, stating that the reason they are oval is because they are on a rounded surface. It kind of insults my intelligence to be told this because I KNOW they are not going to appear as circles on a rounded surface, but the circles should measure the same vertically as well as horizontally, which the difference is 17% NOT CIRCULAR. They keep telling us "sorry no refunds on custom orders."

As a silk screener, having used similar weather proof inks, I know the logos are removable so I do not understand what the big issue is. I also can't relate to producing less than perfection. This entire box of 144 glasses is a box of rejects. As a business person, I can't believe they do not back their own products, and treat their potential returning customers like idiots and try to cram shoddy work down their customers' throats.

My rating reflects all zeros except for the value for cost, I gave them a 3 because their products are inexpensive by comparison, however, you get what you pay for. They may be great with blanks, but custom work is a joke.

Pros: None, really.
Cons: They are unprofessional, the print quality is horrible, we had to send repeated emails and make repeated phone calls over the course of TWO MONTHS (Still with no resolution). I Give them an F

DO NOT BUY from LogoBarProducts.com. Horrible Horrible experience!!! Sold us 48 Mason Jars and will NOT fit standard lids.
