  My wedding weekend

  Having Kimmi as my wedding planner was the best decisions I ever made! From the minute we decided to work with her she has been so outstandingly amazing! No matter the time of day, I knew I could always reach Kimmi if I needed her. From early on we had tackled majority of the big ticket items and I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want and communicated that to her, and the end result surpassed my expectations. Kimmi brought my vision to life, and although I was not an anxiety filled bride, Kimmi ensured never to let me know something was going wrong without having a solution to bring to the table as well. We would pick Kimmi over and over again if we had to. Thank you Kimmi for being an amazing wedding planner, a friend and now family as you will always be a part of our story. We love youuuu!

  Dream Wedding Planner. There is simply no other option!

  Where do I begin? If there's one perfect decision I made for my wedding it was having Kimmi as my wedding planner. Perfection, perfection, perfection. I had a 3 day Indian-Caribbean fusion, destination wedding! There was no better person to handle that than Kimmi, and she did it with so much love, patience, and professionalism. From the moment we met on our consultation call, to the hundreds of texts we sent to each other, to the calls with vendors, and to the actual wedding weekend I was always at ease because I knew Kimmi had everything handled! She is so knowledgeable of all things Jamaica, the best Vendors, and is truly able to execute your vision and wants without you even having to fully explain. One of the best things of having Kimmi as my planner and coming from another country was her relationships with all the vendors in Jamaica - anything I needed - she knew someone who could get it done! Every issue there was, she knew how to solve it, without even needing my input. On my wedding weekend, I was totally relaxed and I was able to fully enjoy all three days with my husband and our guests. Kimmi was not only a planner, she was my friend and by the end of the weekend, she was family! All my guests got to know her as well and we felt like we all knew her forever! We cannot stop talking about how great she was! Kimmi held my hand every step of the way and I really could not imagine doing it all without her. My husband and I truly owe the success of our wedding to her! I know that I have a lifelong friend in Kimmi. Every bride deserves a Kimmi for her wedding!!

  Amazing! Kimmi has been there for me every step of the way and turned my fairytale dreams come true

  Kimmi has been our fairy godmother spreading her magical dust ensuring all our wedding dreams came true. She has been there for us every step of the way and our biggest support on our wedding day. Matthew and I were at peace knowing Kimmi got us. We are truly blessed to have a connection with her that we will forever cherish and be greatly for.

  The Best Day of Our Lives

  Where to begin! Kimmi was absolutely indispensable over the two (count 'em, two) years we worked with her to plan our wedding in Ocho Rios. The easiest way to put it is that we were so utterly thrilled with every last detail of the wedding. Kimmi helped us select the best folks within a price range that worked for us, to the point where we were over the moon with every aspect of our wedding including the food, music, decor, photography, and run of show. Kimmi was always happy to accommodate our various cultures that we mixed, and was supportive and helpful when we got overwhelmed. She is a true master of the game and you would be remiss to hire anyone else. You truly get the best with Kimmi and we will always be so grateful to her for making the best day of our lives a reality.

  A Weekend We Will Remember Forever

  From our first conversation with Kimmi, we knew she was the perfect fit for us.
  
  Prior to jumping on the intro call, we didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted our wedding day to entail. By the end of the call, we were certain of two things: 1) we severely underestimated the work that goes into planning a wedding and 2) working with Kimmi was the only answer. Obviously she was extremely knowledgeable about the industry, but she has this aura of calmness and confidence about her that you can’t help but notice and take on yourself.
  
  Leading up to our wedding, she was extremely responsive. She gathered estimates from various vendors and sent them our way to compare and approve. When we had questions (and trust me we had many), she had all the answers.
  
  Come our wedding weekend, she was at our venue overseeing setup bright and early. In the afternoon, she walked us through rehearsal and returned back to the venue afterwards to ensure everything would be ready for the following day. Wedding day comes around and we are just blown away by everything. From making sure that everyone is on schedule and has everything they need, to running around in the Jamaican heat with our amazing photographer (shoutout Dwayne!!) to get in our perfect shots. Not to mention all the behind the scenes work that she orchestrated to make the day flow seamlessly.
  
  Kimmi was an absolute dream to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She not only met, but exceeded any and all expectations. She really is the best! Thank you Kimmi for a weekend we will remember for the rest of our lives ❤️

  The day my husband and I secured Kimmi as our planner, we were beyond excited! Planning a wedding remotely can come with its own challenges but having Kimmi as our planner, we knew we were in great hands! Her knowledge and experience lined us up with some of the best vendors in the industry which made us secure in knowing that a great team was behind the delivery.
  
  THE BIG DAY: Our wedding day was all we could have hoped for and more....It was BEAUTIFUL and MAGICAL. As the couple, we hoped for a day where we could present, soaking up each and every moment and we were able to do just that as Kimmi and the DragonFly team had everything in hand, never had to worry about a thing. Kimmi is professional and a guru at what she does but also such a warm, down to earth and sweet person, the smallest gestures of ensuring I (the bride) ate on the day and checking in to ensure I was feeling okay and more.....she truly cares about her clients.   Beautiful Island Wedding

  With the help of Kimmi we held a three day wedding in Jamaica without ever visiting the site first.   Kimmi is a fantastic wedding planner. Our wedding was perfect, and she handled everything on the day of so neither of us had to worry about anything. All of the details were attended to, and her insight into all of the details was extremely helpful. I have no complaints, and I thank Kimmi and her team again for everything!

Planning a destination wedding from another country proved to be very stressful at times, but once we had Kimmi on our team I felt a world of a difference. Kimmi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive - yet personable & makes you feel comfortable through the entire process! There were times through our planning process that we'd explain a concept or an idea, not quite sure how to bring it to life, but Kimmi always knew just how to take those ideas to the next level.   Kimmi makes your vision a reality

  Working with Kimmi was an absolute dream! She guided us through a crazy 18 months of planning through the later parts of the pandemic - providing us updates on travel and health restrictions to Jamaica on a reliable basis. She kept me organized and truly made our mutli-day celebration more amazing than we could have ever imagined. AND we left the experience with a friend!

  Amazing Experience! Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  Our experience w/ the DragonFly team was hands down one of our BEST wedding planning-to-day experiences. Kimmi was extremely hands on in ensuring she had all the details for the experience we wanted, provided several documents of examples for creating our wedding music, program, flow of the wedding and more plus assisted in editing the wording for our website etc.
  Apart from executing a perfect wedding prior to and the morning of our wedding, it rained extremely hard for 2 hours before the commencement of our ceremony. Kimmi had already moved the altar to a covered area and assisted in shifting the entire ceremony to an area where our guests would be able to see us (remaining dry) and for the wedding party to be covered.
  
  She's sweet, extremely warm and friendly, and thinks on her feet! She also ensures that the wedding couple has the wedding that THEY want (managing all the family ideas and more that will come with planning). We truly appreciated her and lover her dearly!

  Wedding planning is fun in theory.....well...it's fun but there are a million things to do against a timeline and then of course there are unforeseen things like changing COVID-19 restrictions that affect everything in planning a wedding. Kimmi is knowledgeable, organized, calm, thinks of her feet, is an excellent problem-solver, a creative, and has her clients' best interests at heart. She will bring whatever vision you have to life and execute it on the day of the wedding to the best of her ability. Spare yourself the headache of trying to fix issues on your special day.   The Dragonfly Experience is one to remember! One of the things my husband loved was that Kimmie was invisible but present. Extremely efficient, organized, thorough, and available!
  
  For me, (the bride) from day one, Kimmie allowed me to express what I wanted. She communicated and gave her opinion when necessary. Kimmie is patient, kind, and listens, and stays on top of the vendors. When it came to the wedding decor, she was clear what was important and what was unrealistic.   Our Dragonfly

  When you see a dragonfly, it is telling you to love life, a symbol of change and to have faith even amidst difficulties. Kimmi is the true definition of a dragonfly. Having changed two countries and three cities later, Kimmi was there every step of the way. Every tear of sadness, I don’t know how, but magically she turned those doubtful times into pure happiness.
  
  Geoffrey and I are forever blessed to have our dragonfly, Kimmi in our lives. She made our wedding day in Fredericksburg, Virginia the best beginning to our lives together.

  We have no idea how Kimmi does it, but we are 100% certain that our dream wedding wouldn’t have happened without her. We are so grateful for her patience, diligence and professionalism but we are most grateful for how supportive she was throughout the entire process. Not once did she make us feel as though something was impossible and was always ready to help us with whatever we needed. Even after our nuptials Kimmi helped us put together a thank you gift!
  In the hours leading up to the wedding no one could understand how either of us were so calm! The truth is Kimmi made us feel absolutely confident in her ability to execute our wedding. Now, two weeks later and people are still talking about how much they enjoyed themselves!
