If you're looking for a beautiful and modern space to have your wedding, then the loftSEVEN Penthouse is for you! The venue is located at the historic Haas Building in downtown Los Angeles. loftSEVEN is a hidden gem in DTLA and there's really no place like it. Our wedding guests fell in love with the space, just like we had! The interior of the Penthouse boasts high ceilings, clean lines, and a large, exposed, chef's kitchen. We had our wedding dinner inside the Penthouse and it comfortably accommodated all of our guests. It felt like a very large dinner party with our friends and family!

The rooftop at loftSEVEN is one of it's greatest appeals. There aren't many places in Los Angeles where you can have a stunning view of the downtown skyline. We used loftSEVEN's rooftop for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing. Because the rooftop is so spacious, we were able to keep the bar, lounge area, and photobooth sections separate from the ceremony and dancing. It was so neat to get married with the cityscape behind us and when night fell, the evening skyline was the perfect backdrop for our first dance!

In addition to all the fantastic amenities of the venue, we had the pleasure of working with loftSEVEN's Executive Director, Stephanie Estes. Stephanie was always quick to respond and so helpful that we hired her as our month-of wedding coordinator! She helped keep me organized, corresponded with vendors, and made the planning process much more manageable. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie took charge and kept the day running smoothly. I have no idea if there were any problems or fires to put out because she took care of it all! Knowing that she was in charge put me at ease and allowed me and my husband to enjoy our special day.

We are so grateful we chose the loftSEVEN Penthouse for our wedding. We will forever remember the magical day we had there! And many thanks to Stephanie Estes for making our DTLA wedding fantasy come true!

My husband and I just got married at loftSEVEN on May 24th and I can not say enought positive things about this venue. The first time we went to see it we fell in love with loftSEVEN. I literally said, "My wedding HAS to be here." I didn't want to look anywhere else. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR A LOS ANGELES CITY WEDDING!!! Our wedding was elegant, modern, and a blast! I wish we could do it again.

All of our guests were absolutely floored when they walked in the door and were even more impressed once they got to the rooftop. The city view is AMAZING! We are still getting compliments on this place. The style is modern and comtemporary and offers so many options for amazing photographs. Our photographers were in LOVE with how creative they were able to be here.

The best part about this venue is Stephanie Estes, the Executive Venue Director. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her response time to questions and inquiries is prompt and once you book this venue you are allowed to visit with your vendors (or family) any time you want. (I must have stopped by 8-10 times in the months leading up to the wedding). The venue only allows one event per day, so on the day of your event your vendors can start setting up early which they love. It allows time for any crisis to be dealt with and fixed before it even becomes an issue. Most venues will only give you 2-3 hours to set up and you will feel rushed if you have a wedding or event backed up with another one. Stephanie also has a ton of helpful advice on event planning and is well connected with a number of fantastic vendors for you to choose from. Everyone she recommended to me was fantastic and we hired our caterer, rental company and valet all based on her recommendations.

The incredible space and the spectacular views speak for themselves but dealing with the event coordinator there, Stephanie, sealed the deal. She was incredibly responsive and helpful all along the way. We ended up asking if we could hire her for our day of wedding coordinator and that worked at great.
The guest were buzzing about loftSEVEN and the rooftop the moment they arrived and had the times of their lives. It was the most wonderful and perfect celebration.

We just had our wedding here last weekend and it was amazing! Our guests loved our venue for its unique style and spectacular views. LoftSeven is a great space, it really made our wedding look & feel beautiful, elegant, and unique. The site coordinator, Stephanie, was very organized & responsive to all of my questions and inquiries along the way.

Choosing the wedding venue was probably the most stressful part of the whole wedding planning process.. No one can do it for you. But, as soon as we looked at loftSEVEN we didn't want to look anywhere else. It's modern, convenient for the ceremony and reception, and there is so much included. All of the lighting and sound was perfect and at the end of the night you can leave without a worry of clean up!

Also, working with Stephanie made planning and everything the day of go smoothly. My coordinator (Lilit at Sky Events and Production) couldn't say enough good things about her responsiveness and helpfulness. Anytime I was worried or had the smallest question Stephanie was there to ease my mind.

I could go on and on, but all you need to know is that you won't regret going with this venue!

Because the space is unusual and has some restrictions, we did have some logistical issues to work out but Stephanie was a huge help and the little extra work was well worth it because we ended up with a beautiful not "cookie cutter" wedding.

Loft Seven is a very unique venue that provides a great opprotunity for special evnets. At such a great space is crucial to have a strong support team in order to enable different guest counts and personalization. Stephanie and her team work great with both vendors and clients to produce sucsessful events that create valuble lasting memories.

Stephanie is great and the venue is drop dead gorgeous. We had 250 guests, which would be the very max I would do at this venue. I would highly recommend this venue.

We just had our wedding here and it was fantastic! Stephanie is easy to work with, she allowed us to come and look at the venue as many times as we needed to figure things out during the planning process. The venue is very modern, and if you are not looking for a cookie cutter garden wedding, then this place is definitely for you. We help the ceremony on the rooftop with SPECTACULAR downtown LA views, and dinner was downstairs served family style at long tables. You will save money on decorations (the place hardly needs any) and on AVL because the whole venue is wired for sound, and has awesome LED lights set up everywhere. When the TV in "bridal suite" didn't work, Stephanie brought up her own laptop so we could watch movies while getting ready. The only room for improvement I would say would be to have a full length mirror installed in that room and maybe add a couple of chairs and a table in there (we had to bring some in, really no big deal, but honestly the only fault I could find with the venue) Pricing wise, it was comparable if not less expensive for the WOW factor your guests will receive when they get to the rooftop. I am so glad we checked this place out in person when we were shopping for venues, you will see what I mean.

It was a pleasure working with Stephanie at loftSEVEN throughout our planning process. From the moment I stepped into the space, there was basically no need to look anywhere else. It is a unique and beautiful space, with a clean, modern interior and a rooftop with great views of downtown LA. We held both our ceremony and reception in the space. Stephanie was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with the planning process, including making great recommendations for many of our vendors. Stephanie was also very flexible with setting up site visits around our tricky travel schedule (planned from cross country). Although it was a lot of work to bring in multiple vendors to the site, we really liked that we were able to personalize all of the details, rather than being forced to work with particular vendors. Our vendors, especially our photographer, were very excited about working at loftSEVEN. On the day of, it looked gorgeous. Our guests raved (and are still raving) about what a cool venue we chose, and really enjoyed taking pictures with the skyline in the background. It had the unique, modern feel we had envisioned, and had both great indoor and outdoor space. The only thing to keep in mind when booking is that it is a pricier venue and they are a bit picky with some of the rules (though this didn't end up causing any problems for us). There are some additional costs beyond the the site fee, which are stated in the contract, but that we were surprised by getting a bill for after the wedding (just keep these in mind when seeing if the venue fits in your budget). It was definitely worth the cost, however, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else for our wedding. We very highly recommend loftSEVEN for a beautiful and unique wedding venue and thank Stephanie for being so helpful and responsive throughout the process.

Our guests were all blown away by our wedding at LoftSEVEN. The views were spectacular as the sun set against the DTLA skyline. Stephanie was great to work with and imparted great advice for how to best set up the space. We were so pleased with how everything went, and our guests can't stop talking about the venue and how fun they had on our big day.

I responded within minutes/hours to all Robert's phone calls and emails. I wasn't the event coordinator, although I would have been delighted to handle this aspect of your wedding.
