This place was really beautiful and would be perfect for a smaller wedding. The only issue was the stairs which would have been a hassle for some of my family members but the location is easy to find, it's downtown Little Rock, but not a crowded area of town, and it's new renovated and beautiful!

We rented all four rooms and it was such a great experience! It had great lighting, lots of rentable decorations, and the food was awesome! Would love to do another event there!

There is a reason this venue says booked! It is a dream come true. Tani and Kelly are dream sent and they have an awesome venue. Upon seeing this venue in person I was in love and the date they had open for the summer was our engagement anniversary date. If you are looking for something "unique" but still classic and something other than a basic ballroom this is your place. In fact, this would be ideal place to use as a venue for a wedding or any other event. There are 3 different spaces to choose from or use combined in the building. They were both professional and easy to work with at the same time. They had many accommodations for us and also let me come to venue to see when I was in town to keep my vision going. I am a DIY bride and like to be hands on. This was the perfect venue for my style. I was truly able to have the wedding of my dreams, they way that my husband and I intended.

Thank you Loft 1023 for making this brides' dream come true and more importantly I was able to stay in budget and get exactly what I wanted. I recommend this venue to brides looking do business with wonderful businesses owners, that care about you and are proud of their facilities.

This venue was beautiful! They were very helpful with all questions and letting me visit the venue several times so I could invision what my day would be like. I highly recommended this place!

The Loft 1023 was the most beautiful venue I had ever seen. I knew I wanted to get married there. I ended up being the wedding of my dreams. They were very flexable and friendly. I loved working with them and would recommend this venue to anyone.

Gorgeous venue, however if I could do it over again, I would have picked someone else. She never returned my calls or texts or emails. I know we all have busy lives but I would have liked a response.
